I am from bank of Baroda keshod branch there are network issue your Vodafone network not working properly so. From our side we are unable work smoothly
We are have aproximate 20 Vodafone postpaid numbers and three tab banking sim but all are not working properly.
So I want to request that provides us a repeater then we can Solve this problem easy way

    I received a call on my vodafone prepaid number [protected] and without given me any balance diduction information.
    My balance was diducted.

    In the call it was asking me some general knowledge questions.
    Even they asked me to press 1 or 2 for the options.
    I replied correct answered but after asking me some questions they disconnect the call and diduct my all the balance.

      Dear sir. I m using vodafone seevice at list last 5year but now i m face network issue any time network down and conectivity loss also incoming and outgoing call service problem .when mobile in my pocket any time network gone and network tower signal shows nill 0 (zero) signal. When mobile in my pocket no incoming calls come .because of network issue ...and i cant received any responce from custmer care ..so do the need ful for my problem and solve thia otherwise i have MNP option

            Vodafone deducted rs 39 from my balance for an undesired service activation.

            When i asked them to refund they refused just because i made a complaint after 24 hrs of deduction while they never sent me msg about service activation or balance deduction.

            Is it fair that company wants me to keep an eye on balance and make a complaint as soon as they deduct unfair charges.

              I have taken up vodafone 199 postpaid plan long back because of bad data i applied for porting in october.
              After several calls i agreed to use the same network once after the port period is over they changed my plan to 499.
              For month of jan i have activated 2gb data 3g data plan.
              I haven't activated for the feb and reported the extra charges i am getting.
              But not received any proper response.
              So again i applied for port and paid 500rs extra for the month and moved to airtel.
              From the last month (May) they are calling repeatedly for the bill that i have paid already before the port and scaring me to stop my services.

                I am facing data issue on my vodafone number past 6 month, and not getting any permanent solution on issue. I have raised 3 complaint in last 15 days but no one wants to call me back to listen what i am going through.
                I also sent multiple emails to vodafone management team, but as usual no reply form them as well.
                Vodafone is just don't care about their costumers and they keep fooling them.

                  This is to inform you that myself Vivek Sodhi is using vodafone postpaid number. My mobile number is [protected]. I am a valuable customer of Vodafone & using this number from last 6 years.
                  As we all know in todays time every telecom company is offering unlimited calling & data packs in such a reasonable price where as i am paying my vodafone bill of 1160 Rs. I just want to know if company is thinking his customers are fool or they are making us fool.
                  On 28.05.2018 i have noticed that my data pack has finished so i have called to vodafone customer care on 30.05.2018. Then customer care executive has given me free dats of 40 Gb without telling me that she is changing my data plan & i will pay double charges for net plan. Now when my bill has generated i have checked that there are two times of data rental has been added in my bill. I have spoke to customer care again & told them why you have not informed me prior that u are changing my data plan then she was not having any answer. On the other hand company is making us fool by saying that they are giving us free data pack & on the same time they are adding data plan charges in our plan. Vodafone is such a ridiculous company & no executive is helping in this case. When we insist them they give us a compensation of 100 Rs if we are like beggars. If we can pay 1000 Rs we can also pay 1100 rs .
                  If Vodafone will not help me in this case i will port my number to other network. There are so many good networks available with a very cheap data & calling plan.
                  Vodafone executives are misguiding their customers & because of them we are suffering.

                    Dear vodafone team,

                    As per the subjected mobile no. [protected] which was converted from postpaid to prepaid in may-2018 by paying unbill amount of rs.60 by cash at one of the vodafone store (Munjmahuda – vadodara).

                    I have paid security deposit in cash which is rs. 500/- while getting new postpaid connection in 2012. I had converted my postpaid connection to prepaid instead of getting full amount of security deposit i only got 417.05 as prepaid balance which is again not the full amount paid as security deposit which was rs. 500/-

                    Need full security deposit amount by cheque or cash instead of prepaid balance.

                    Request you to look into it and do needful.

                      To whom so ever may concern

                      I am rahul shah a vodafone customer since long time
                      I have already got service registration no. For request of my number from postpaid to prepaid. And i went to vodafone store at ganesh colony road jalgaon for the same.
                      There i met ur representative mr. Vicky sharma. He misguided me that 'our system is under up gradation for 10 days u come after 1 july. So i asked how could else everything is working. So he answered that only postpaid to prepaid system in under up gradation.
                      Then i went to navi peth area vodafone store, there they accepted my request and i did my further proceedings.
                      Hope u will take a strict action against such employees for misguiding us and wasting our time.
                      Other wise we have to switch to other companies for better service.

                        My mobile no. [protected], 02 month before I port this number to Vodafone from Airtell after paid d last bill received from Airtell. In last weak received call from Vodafone to pay d outstanding amount of Airtell, I clearly told him still I had not receive any bill from airtell so how one can pay the same on which the representative told me that I will receive d bill accordingly on mail but till time I had not received d said bill but from 21/06/2018 my out going call barred / stopped with out any information. On enquire with customer care it was informed that the same blocked by train due to outstanding payment of Airtel bill.

                        Right now I'm out of mumbai in one of d small village in UP and totally helpless due to outgoing call blocked.

                          I am chaitali das metya, i have a postpaid vodafone connection. I want to convert it into prepaid connection but vodafone store refuse to do this. They are giving excuse. They are sending excessive bill to me which i cannot afford. I requsted them they are ignoring. Now i decide not to payment the due bill because already i told them many times.                             Dear vodafone india,
                            This is very sad to inform you that your network team is not handling the customer's quari because as mentioned below in the trailing mail.
                            But brief is that my vodafone postpaid connection ([protected]) outgoing has barred since tomorrow evening without any prior information but with the help of my previous network operator found that there was some outstanding pending which i have completed today in the morning at 12:44am and also that operator has confirmed that outstanding is now clear there is no pending amount.

                            But when i called to vodafone call centre that now kindly start my outgoing call now but they are doing it and missguided also disconnected the calls so many times.

                            So result is i am still facing problem regarding my outgoing call barring problem.

                            So kindly help if possible from your side otherwise i have to forcly break this vodafone sim and have to move on for another operator.

                              Coverage and packs. So i have decided to move to airtel. But i was unable to send port message from my vodafone number to 1900. I have raised this concern with help desk many times. But no one is bothering. This was not expected from big mnc.

                                I am facing vodafone network issue as well as internate conectivity issue from last three week.

                                As all the vodafone customer care giving wrong solution to me
                                One said please reset your internet setting
                                Anather said change crome setting
                                And hit last one said that change your simcard
                                The custmoer care share me my compalint no and give commitment to resolve this issue within two days but one week pass away but till date no action is taken by vodafone
                                As the vodafone makes all false commitment to their users and they dont care abount the problem face by their users

                                My compaint is still unresolved

                                  My number has been deactivated in lieu of non usage for more than 90 days on 21st Jun 18, balance at time of deactivation was 12rs. When I called Vodafone customer care they asked me to go to the Vodafone store to activate my number. 1 week ago, I called Vodafone customer care and they assured me that my number will not be disconnected. I told them clearly that I am not in India and need this number as all banks linked to this number. Now, they want me to go to India to activate the number. I not stupid to spend 50K air fare to go to India just to activate my number. I urgently need to access the messages for the associated number. I would have disconnected my number earlier if knew this would happen. I'm also not interested to keep the Vodafone number. I'm using it just because all my bank a/c linked to this number. Hope this forum will help to resolve this issue as customer care(111) representatives are really dumb and does not care about their customers.

                                    I have shifted to US in mid of march 2018 hence i already requested on customer care (i dont remember the name of the person) for my number([protected]) disconnection in march only when i was in India. Due to some reason i was not able to check my mails due to some accessibility problems. When i checked my gmail then there were many mails for bill for previous months and they were about to take action against me. Due to my fault of checking mails late i paid the bill and thought now they will disconnect the number. And now they are sending bill for month of june and its been 4 months i didn't use that number. This way they are using their customers and making money from this. This shouldn't be tolerated.

                                    Please take action against this

                                      I have recharged rs 55 in my vodaphone sim from a shop but after some time a message pops up saying " Your request to recharge 55 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is khr××××××××××.". Please help me. Buy i have ''-20" in my account and it changes to 1.20rs when i recharged. I have talked to the customer care and they said its not our fault.

                                        Hi my mobile number is xxxxxxxxxit is in a name of sree Lakshmi my wife and Iam the leading catering services in Bangalore I have a hotels in malasia and Singapore I will not pay the bill because of wrong commitment given from your retention team the plan was 299 how come suddenly it was changed to 499 and also one of your agency people are called my wife she is used rash language she said if I not pay the bill she is going to disconnect my alternative number I don't now who has given this kind of permission from Vodafone r you thinking customers are fool even I also a ex employee of Vodafone I have a contact with CEO and Minister levels if I want to do I need 30minutes enough for me to close and I have the recordings also of telecaller as per trai regulations telecallers or collection agency they don't of any rights to cancel alternative numbers and do no harrase the customer

                                        I need full waiver do the need full I hope this will get solve or else I can take action through consumer court and get it resolved
