Team vodafone,

I am rakshith and i am using this network form past 6 years. On january 2018 i migrated to postpaid service since then i am fed up of this network. My first postpaid plan was redbasic and when i checked on my first bill i was totally shocked because they charged huge amount (Rs686, which was double of my active plan) and when i raised an complaint against this the plan which was explained druing my postpaid connection and the plan they are explaining now are completely different, " this was the first misleed by them".

Then i changed my plan to red4business_essential (Basic rs399/month and also charges for sms rs29/month) on 26th feb 2018, but the issue has never stopped.in this plan i was getting bill like rs[protected], because they charge for vas which i have never opted and if the complained about this they will say the problem is form your end. Last month that is on april was out of karnataka for 2days and on this month they have charged around rs.106 even though national roaming is free and says you have spoken aroung 60mins during these period and you have sent these many messages. But i have all the details for whom i have spoken and for how many minutes i have spoken, if i ask my call details for these days they are not ready to give. How can you people do such things?.

Not only this every week i am charged extra of rs 60 for vas. I am complaning this every month to cancel this extras but they says okay and again next day i will get an msg stating you have been charged for these services.

The bill which i received last month (April to may) was around rs 1600 which was thrice the amount of my active plan and after complaining and fighting they reduced rs 400 and changed the bill to 1200 but they didn't send the bill summary.

Every month i am facing the same issue and i am mentally disturbed and due to this i didn't paid the bill of 1200 until i get proper details of all these #, guess what they have already blocked my ougoing call and internet services without any notification. Regarding this i raised an complaint on 21st june 2018 but until now they have never contacted and behaving like a boss.

All my details and comunication are happening in this number, if i say this they are not bothered and refused to send the details which i have asked. They have even closed my active complaint now.

    Dear friend,
    What the hell is going on in vodafone now a days. Data plans are working slowly. Customer care are #ing respectless plus irresponsible. I had called 4 times since thursday to deactivate the preannouncement service from my phone no. [protected].
    But still it is there. What the hell it is?
    And one more thing, justify why the call not connecting to the customer care and why they hadn’t sort out the issue yet... # off to vodafone just cause of this inconvenience. Resolve it asap and revert back soon

      Hi, as per the customer care and balance deduction message which i have received from vodafone after call to ivr/cc executive that the balance of inr 5 was deducted from my account for sms sent on isd number on sunday, 24th june 2018 at 1421 hrs.

      This is to inform that no message was sent by me on sunday, 24th june 2018, however charges was debited from my account.

      If aforesaid information was given by vodafone is correct, please do not refund the balance but inform below details
      1. Message was sent physically (Me or some other person)
      If not, was is sent by some application i. E. Truecaller, internet or any other mode.

        I am a Vodafone customer since 2009. I have swapped the service provider twice in between though. In Bangalore, Vodafone was doing a wonderful job until few months ago since when frequent internet issues started. Internet going on and off frequently. Now, it is pathetic. I don’t get what they call 4G when I am paying for it(more than 500 ev Ray month). The maximum speed I have experienced from past few months is not more than an Mb. Contacted Vodafone on the same and they closed the ticket without resolving the issue. Still experiencing the same issue. I have decided not to pay the bill this month.

          I would like to inform you that you have raised a bill for june 18 for 564/29 due on 23/06/2018 which was paid by me on on under transaction no. Ncmp[protected] account id 65679374 by standard bank visa card no.[protected] on 18th june 2016 for rs.3371/- repeat rs.3371/- inadvertently (I have typed the otp number) instead of rs.564/29 resulting in excess payment of rs.2, 806/71. Hence i request you to kindly refund the amount to my credit card account and /or send a refund cheque to my residential address without any loss of time. I regret for the inconvewnience caused to you

            Rchrg of mrp rs 71 on 23/06/18 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 0, gst rs 10.83, accessfee rs 60.17, new bal rs 0.11.
            Please provide with the complete recharge.
            We did a recharge from paytm and received this text message. Customer is unaware what is this issue. Please provide us with the recharge of amount we have paid and plan choosen. This behaviour by vodafone is not accepted.

                I have reacharged today - 396 plan - unlimited through my voda app. I got this message:

                Rchrg of mrp rs 396 on 23/06/18 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 2.57, gst rs 60.41, accessfee rs 333.02, new bal rs 0.57. Transid onr[protected]..

                I also recharged today of 85 plan according to which i should get full talktime. But i got this message:

                Rchrg of mrp rs 85 on 23/06/18 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 0.93, gst rs 12.97, accessfee rs 71.10, new bal rs 0.57. Transid onr[protected]..

                Can you please clarify and do the needful.

                      I received a call on my vodafone prepaid number [protected] and without given me any balance diduction information.
                      My balance was diducted.

                      In the call it was asking me some general knowledge questions.
                      Even they asked me to press 1 or 2 for the options.
                      I replied correct answered but after asking me some questions they disconnect the call and diduct my all the balance.

I m using vodafone seevice at list last 5year but now i m face network issue any time network down and conectivity loss also incoming and outgoing call service problem .when mobile in my pocket any time network gone and network tower signal shows nill 0 (zero) signal. When mobile in my pocket no incoming calls come .because of network issue ...and i cant received any responce from custmer care ..so do the need ful for my problem and solve thia otherwise i have MNP option

                              Vodafone deducted rs 39 from my balance for an undesired service activation.

                              When i asked them to refund they refused just because i made a complaint after 24 hrs of deduction while they never sent me msg about service activation or balance deduction.

                              Is it fair that company wants me to keep an eye on balance and make a complaint as soon as they deduct unfair charges.

                                I have taken up vodafone 199 postpaid plan long back because of bad data i applied for porting in october.
                                After several calls i agreed to use the same network once after the port period is over they changed my plan to 499.
                                For month of jan i have activated 2gb data 3g data plan.
                                I haven't activated for the feb and reported the extra charges i am getting.
                                But not received any proper response.
                                So again i applied for port and paid 500rs extra for the month and moved to airtel.
                                From the last month (May) they are calling repeatedly for the bill that i have paid already before the port and scaring me to stop my services.

                                  I am facing data issue on my vodafone number past 6 month, and not getting any permanent solution on issue. I have raised 3 complaint in last 15 days but no one wants to call me back to listen what i am going through.
                                  I also sent multiple emails to vodafone management team, but as usual no reply form them as well.
                                  Vodafone is just don't care about their costumers and they keep fooling them.

                                    This is to inform you that myself Vivek Sodhi is using vodafone postpaid number. My mobile number is [protected]. I am a valuable customer of Vodafone & using this number from last 6 years.
                                    As we all know in todays time every telecom company is offering unlimited calling & data packs in such a reasonable price where as i am paying my vodafone bill of 1160 Rs. I just want to know if company is thinking his customers are fool or they are making us fool.
                                    On 28.05.2018 i have noticed that my data pack has finished so i have called to vodafone customer care on 30.05.2018. Then customer care executive has given me free dats of 40 Gb without telling me that she is changing my data plan & i will pay double charges for net plan. Now when my bill has generated i have checked that there are two times of data rental has been added in my bill. I have spoke to customer care again & told them why you have not informed me prior that u are changing my data plan then she was not having any answer. On the other hand company is making us fool by saying that they are giving us free data pack & on the same time they are adding data plan charges in our plan. Vodafone is such a ridiculous company & no executive is helping in this case. When we insist them they give us a compensation of 100 Rs if we are like beggars. If we can pay 1000 Rs we can also pay 1100 rs .
                                    If Vodafone will not help me in this case i will port my number to other network. There are so many good networks available with a very cheap data & calling plan.
                                    Vodafone executives are misguiding their customers & because of them we are suffering.

                                      Dear vodafone team,

                                      As per the subjected mobile no. [protected] which was converted from postpaid to prepaid in may-2018 by paying unbill amount of rs.60 by cash at one of the vodafone store (Munjmahuda – vadodara).

                                      I have paid security deposit in cash which is rs. 500/- while getting new postpaid connection in 2012. I had converted my postpaid connection to prepaid instead of getting full amount of security deposit i only got 417.05 as prepaid balance which is again not the full amount paid as security deposit which was rs. 500/-

                                      Need full security deposit amount by cheque or cash instead of prepaid balance.

                                      Request you to look into it and do needful.

                                        I am rahul shah a vodafone customer since long time
                                        I have already got service registration no. For request of my number from postpaid to prepaid. And i went to vodafone store at ganesh colony road jalgaon for the same.
                                        There i met ur representative mr. Vicky sharma. He misguided me that 'our system is under up gradation for 10 days u come after 1 july. So i asked how could else everything is working. So he answered that only postpaid to prepaid system in under up gradation.
                                        Then i went to navi peth area vodafone store, there they accepted my request and i did my further proceedings.
                                        Hope u will take a strict action against such employees for misguiding us and wasting our time.
                                        Other wise we have to switch to other companies for better service.
