Dear All,

I am facing vodafone network issue as well as internate conectivity issue from last three week in my location that is Dumdum, Kolkata, westbengal.Pin-700030.

As all the vodafone customer care giving wrong solution to me

The customer care share me my complaint no and give commitment to resolve this issue within two days but two week pass away but till date no action is taken by vodafone but two days before i came to know that will required 2 more weeks to solve this issue.Now a day we are blind without Network and Internet.
As the vodafone makes all false commitment to their users and they dont care abount the problem face by their users

My compaint is still unresolved.

    I use vodafone postpaid no i have 499 plan and in bill they add roaming charges of sms mumbai maharashtra goa roaming is free and they add roaming charges of sms rs 263 sms charges and 15rs of internet. If roaming is free mumbai maharashtra goa they added roaming charges. And bfore days
    I dint paid the bill of 2months but my last due date of bill payment was 29th june and before last due date comes they stop my all services of outgoing.

      Pls. help and do the needful from your end.

        my account no.is [protected]. last[protected] i recharged 159 rs to my cell [vodafone] through net banking . but the recharge was failure . the vodafone customer care official told that the amount was not credited to vodafone so the amount may refund to my account. but even after 25 days completed the above 159 rs was not credited to my account so far . pls take necessary steps to find whereabouts the amount . my customer no.is.850518.           We have be contacting the vodafone customer care since 3 weeks, we have been charged rs.176 for isd call for toll free number of dena bank. We have provided enough proofs just to show them that the number we called was from dena bank toll free number and it’s not an international number. We also email them detail bill, copy of dena bank document and a debit card picture which clearly state the phone number listed on the document is toll free. So far we had to complain to the nodal officer of gujarat for vodafone also made another complaint directly to vodafone customer care. The issue is still pending and has no update from them. So far there total 8 complaints to vodafone.

            My balance has been unreasonably deducted twice. When i called on consumer care number (198), the guy convinced me that it was my fault and my doing. Whereas i never subscribed to the packs and deals due to which my balance has been unreasonably cut. Please look into the matter. This is the third time this is happening. I shall unsubscribe to vodafone if the matter is not solved asap.

            My mobile sim number is [protected] of Rajasthan. I m posted in bihar. A number of times I found network problem that when I want to send a call or msg, it appears no network connection. Emergency call only. Company should rectify this problem immediately.

              I can't get your 4g speed at my home or my society and i already complain many time and you can't give me resolution. If not posible to you make the strong network so tell me in the market many companies are available so i'll port out.

              I have attach the screenshots of the speed test and i also attach complains screenshots but i can't get any proper solution in last 6 to 9 months

              Hi team,

              They made the charges on international roaming without having any notification.

              I have limit of 5000/ rs, which they crossed without out notifying & charged me the bill to rs 17000/- only for international data roaming, even though i was not using this phone and reported that i have lost the mobile, still they continued to charge me.
              I did not ask them to open this, which they kept it open by default.

              I sent an email that i have lost my mobile, they did not register any complain and did not respond to that email.
              And when i reported back to their vodafone store after 5 days, they denied to provide the new sim no. And still generating the bills.

                I've requested in vodafone store for change of ownership, for which i've noc letter from current owner.

                But vodafone saying that they change ownership of sim only in blood relation.

                At the begining the sim was mine with airtel, and i've changed with vodafone's corporate plan with company name.

                At that time it was smooth.

                Now they are creating trouble and also they sonehow rejected my request to convert it from postpaid to prepaid.

                Finally i have no option left and have to port this number

                  I port my aircel up west no([protected]) into Vodafone up west in march 2018.after porting my outgoing call start working properly but incoming call and message facility is not started till[protected]. I complained many times to Vodafone customer care, store, nodal officer and Appellate Authority.first they start diverting me network issue, sim issue at last they told me some technical problem.every time they take 7-10 days for wasting my issue.when i call after 10 days they tell me sir data shows that your problem is alread solve.now 3 months passes no result.

                    recharge amount refund

                    Dear sir, I have done recharge for my Vodafone mobile number [protected] for the amount of Rs. 199 on 26.6.18 morning. The amount was debited from my account and recharge has not been done. Then again I tried for recharge and also debited Rs 199 from my sbi account. So, I lost Rs. 398 and recharge has not been done still now. So, kindly refund the amount Rs. 398 to my account. Thanking you....

                      I am using vodafone network and my balance of rs.350 have been deducted 6 times through the activation of value added service which i have never activated. Now i find it very hard to recharge my number with sufficient balance. I have contacted my nearby service provider but couldnt get any solution to this problem except for deactivation of service and not a refund. I got another message of activation even after complaining for the same.

                        I was a valued customer for Vodafone since 2004 and recently on 10th Oct 2017 have ported into another network.

                        I have NOT yet received the refund cheque amount of Rs 901.27(Deposit + Account Balance) and numerous times mailed, called and visited Vodafone Customer Center but each and every time customer front desk service representative assured me that I would receive the cheque within 15 working days - first they mentioned to me at my home address, then asked me to collect the cheque from nearest Vodafone center but unfortunately it never arrived. Shame on Vodafone that they holding back consumer money.

                          I recharge for international roaming to my phone no.[protected] after confiming the package from the company and company send me the mail for confirmation to work my phone in dubai for 7 days by rechaging rs, 2875/- but my phone not work. I mailed to company from dubai but they donot respond.
                          I rechage on 19.6.2018 for 7 days i returned back on 24.6.2018. I request to refund my money.

                          They have activated the "FITGURU" pack which I never requested and also deducted Rs, 75 from my account. I have deactivated the pack through SMS but has not got the money refunded.

                          I called to customer care several time but never got an opportunity to talk with any executive through the interactive voice service.
                          I have recharged two times for 569 and 458. But I got only 2G. You are wasting my money. Please rectify the problem otherwise I switch to other service provider.
                          Who gives the company right to automatically, without any customer consent, activate such services and charge fees? This is an open breach of customer rights.
                          In my nokia108 mobile messages are not sending I'm using vodafone sim with unlimited pack...

                            I have ported my no [protected] from airtel to voda last month. I have complained about poor network at my resisdent 3 times within 25 days but still nit resolved. Why before calling for porting ootion, your team never check connectivilty in that perticular area. And after porting customer faces same network problem as in eralier network. And your teas says we are installing 4g services here and there lab lab lab. What the hell of this. I am even unable to use 1gb data in one month, unable to connect the call, always call dropoed. After 4 days you people will raise the bill for that service which i have not avail. I m not a fool that i ll pay money for what i have not used. If for you it is possible to resolve my network issue right now then ok otherwise it is better to leave voda.

                              I am vodafone user from past 10 years. I approached vodafone store at vasai on 9th june 2018 to activate international roaming (Since i had to travel to thailand from 10th june to 15th june 2018). On my request international roaming was activated on the same day and i was told to use only true move network upon landing at thailand. During the above mentioned period i have used a data of 16623 kb (Approximate 16 mb) for which a charge of rs 9512.50 is being billed by vodafone in my mobile bill. With my regular domestic usage plus 1 incoming call and 2-3 outgoing calls while international roaming including tax, vodafone has billed me for rs 13560/-. The charges for data usage as mentioned above are not ethical and feel that vodafone is cheating me for this. During my vodafone store visit, i was not briefed by vodafone team about such heavy charges. After receipt of current month bill on 19th june 2018 for which due payment date is 7th july 2018. On 21st june 2018 my all outgoing calls were barred by vodafone citing a reason that my credit limit of rs 9000/- has been crossed and outstanding bill amount is rs 13560/- due for payment. Once noticed that all my outgoing calls has been barred before due date, i wrote an email to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com to raise my concern about the huge charges put on data usage of 16mb. As well as how the outgoing calls has been barred before a payment due date. For this mail i received an acknowledgement saying that vodafone will revert back within 1 working day. But there was no call back or revert from vodafone. I talked to vodafone customer care after writing the email. I got a reply that my request shall be highlighted to get resolved at the earliest. I approached vodafone store again on 21st june but i was been told to write to vodafone on above mentioned email. I told that mail is already been sent in the morning itself. I was told by vodafone team that i will get an email reply on my query. Since my outgoing calls were stopped, on 23rd june 2018 again i talked to customer care in the evening and again my concerns were highlighted for solution. Upon briefing them on my concerns, customer care representative confirmed that the international roaming charges are rs 5 per mb and accepted that the charges billed incorrect. During conversation i was told that a concern billing dept. Of vodafone will call me on sunday 24th june (As they will be working on sundays too). The customer care representative immediately did the restoration of my all services and my outgoing phone calls were active. This can be checked as my conversation / phone call can be recorded. Again on 24th when i did not receive any call from vodafone, i again call up vodafone customer care in the evening. Late evening on 25th, i received a mail reply to my earlier mail that the charges cannot be reversed and i have to pay the full amount immediately. I replied the mail yesterday itself saying that the charges are not at all acceptable to me. Kindly consider for reversal. But to my surprise my all outgoing calls has been barred again from today 25th june 2018 onwards. One side vodafone is not showing any interest for reversal of huge charges and other side harassing me by barring my all outgoing calls which impacts on my business communication. I request to verify the details and let me know i if can be benefited with reversal / appropriate charges.

This is very bad service from Vodafone and I am getting bad service. And last month I have migrated from post to prepaid but still didn't get refund amount.

                                I am rakshith and i am using this network form past 6 years. On january 2018 i migrated to postpaid service since then i am fed up of this network. My first postpaid plan was redbasic and when i checked on my first bill i was totally shocked because they charged huge amount (Rs686, which was double of my active plan) and when i raised an complaint against this the plan which was explained druing my postpaid connection and the plan they are explaining now are completely different, " this was the first misleed by them".

                                Then i changed my plan to red4business_essential (Basic rs399/month and also charges for sms rs29/month) on 26th feb 2018, but the issue has never stopped.in this plan i was getting bill like rs[protected], because they charge for vas which i have never opted and if the complained about this they will say the problem is form your end. Last month that is on april was out of karnataka for 2days and on this month they have charged around rs.106 even though national roaming is free and says you have spoken aroung 60mins during these period and you have sent these many messages. But i have all the details for whom i have spoken and for how many minutes i have spoken, if i ask my call details for these days they are not ready to give. How can you people do such things?.

                                Not only this every week i am charged extra of rs 60 for vas. I am complaning this every month to cancel this extras but they says okay and again next day i will get an msg stating you have been charged for these services.

                                The bill which i received last month (April to may) was around rs 1600 which was thrice the amount of my active plan and after complaining and fighting they reduced rs 400 and changed the bill to 1200 but they didn't send the bill summary.

                                Every month i am facing the same issue and i am mentally disturbed and due to this i didn't paid the bill of 1200 until i get proper details of all these #, guess what they have already blocked my ougoing call and internet services without any notification. Regarding this i raised an complaint on 21st june 2018 but until now they have never contacted and behaving like a boss.

                                All my details and comunication are happening in this number, if i say this they are not bothered and refused to send the details which i have asked. They have even closed my active complaint now.

                                  What the hell is going on in vodafone now a days. Data plans are working slowly. Customer care are #ing respectless plus irresponsible. I had called 4 times since thursday to deactivate the preannouncement service from my phone no. [protected].
                                  But still it is there. What the hell it is?
                                  And one more thing, justify why the call not connecting to the customer care and why they hadn’t sort out the issue yet... # off to vodafone just cause of this inconvenience. Resolve it asap and revert back soon

                                    Hi, as per the customer care and balance deduction message which i have received from vodafone after call to ivr/cc executive that the balance of inr 5 was deducted from my account for sms sent on isd number on sunday, 24th june 2018 at 1421 hrs.

                                    This is to inform that no message was sent by me on sunday, 24th june 2018, however charges was debited from my account.

                                    If aforesaid information was given by vodafone is correct, please do not refund the balance but inform below details
                                    1. Message was sent physically (Me or some other person)
                                    If not, was is sent by some application i. E. Truecaller, internet or any other mode.
