Hi team,
They made the charges on international roaming without having any notification.
I have limit of 5000/ rs, which they crossed without out notifying & charged me the bill to rs 17000/- only for international data roaming, even though i was not using this phone and reported that i have lost the mobile, still they continued to charge me.
I did not ask them to open this, which they kept it open by default.
I sent an email that i have lost my mobile, they did not register any complain and did not respond to that email.
And when i reported back to their vodafone store after 5 days, they denied to provide the new sim no. And still generating the bills.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
