I am rakshith and i am using this network form past 6 years. On january 2018 i migrated to postpaid service since then i am fed up of this network. My first postpaid plan was redbasic and when i checked on my first bill i was totally shocked because they charged huge amount (Rs686, which was double of my active plan) and when i raised an complaint against this the plan which was explained druing my postpaid connection and the plan they are explaining now are completely different, " this was the first misleed by them".
Then i changed my plan to red4business_essential (Basic rs399/month and also charges for sms rs29/month) on 26th feb 2018, but the issue has never stopped.in this plan i was getting bill like rs[protected], because they charge for vas which i have never opted and if the complained about this they will say the problem is form your end. Last month that is on april was out of karnataka for 2days and on this month they have charged around rs.106 even though national roaming is free and says you have spoken aroung 60mins during these period and you have sent these many messages. But i have all the details for whom i have spoken and for how many minutes i have spoken, if i ask my call details for these days they are not ready to give. How can you people do such things?.
Not only this every week i am charged extra of rs 60 for vas. I am complaning this every month to cancel this extras but they says okay and again next day i will get an msg stating you have been charged for these services.
The bill which i received last month (April to may) was around rs 1600 which was thrice the amount of my active plan and after complaining and fighting they reduced rs 400 and changed the bill to 1200 but they didn't send the bill summary.
Every month i am facing the same issue and i am mentally disturbed and due to this i didn't paid the bill of 1200 until i get proper details of all these #, guess what they have already blocked my ougoing call and internet services without any notification. Regarding this i raised an complaint on 21st june 2018 but until now they have never contacted and behaving like a boss.
All my details and comunication are happening in this number, if i say this they are not bothered and refused to send the details which i have asked. They have even closed my active complaint now.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Plz send me the Call Statement of my vodafone prepaid number on urgent basis for Visa processing. The call details should be from 1st december 2017 to 30 may 2018.This prepaid number is [protected]. Please send details on my email id [protected]@gmail.com.
