My internet is not working since i recharge my internet pack on 8th of this month.. I couldn't enjoy the service at all as there weren't any. There is no tower in my location, absolutely zero connectivity. Forget internet, you can't even call. Other services like jio... Airtel n idea networks r good... But voda networks r very very poor... Solve my problem asap otherwise give me refund of rs 396 for my recharge ty...

I am from varanasi and i am not able to send sms through my vodafone mobile number even after linking it to my adhaar card. I went to the vodafone store where i got it linked and they are asking me to take my id to some far away vodafone office and get it activated.

Why do i have to take my id if the phone is linked to my adhaar, and i know that it's linked to my adhaar because i got an sms saying so.

My vodafone number was blocked for sms. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing.
I did speak 3 times to customer care. But result remain same, they said that "we can not help you, you should have register with trai as tele marketer". But i am not a tele marketer and i did not send any marketing message and i used to send messages to well known friends only....

Recently i have been transferred to mumbai hence i approached a vodafone store store of vodafone on 28/5/2018 for porting my number. I visited the store 3 times for activation of new sim. My number was ported on 04/06/2018. Now when i call i am directed to tele verification. I think i made a wrong decision to port the number in vodafone. The attitude...

Myself had visited on 7/06/2018 to the store cannought place, cidco, aurangabad. Store bearer sonali gaikwad, was not responding properly and kept my work incomplete, saying that it was closing time. Infact there was still time left. Very bad experience in providing customer help & behaviour. She was not good at conversation. Vodafone should look for good and well activated store officers....

I don't have signal 70% of times in my working hours. When raised a complaint, vodafone doesn't pay heed.

When i tried porting couple of times to airtel, these fellows held my conversion without any reason.

Finally, when i wanted to disconnect, these fellows doesn't accept disconnection request/ convert to prepay request, the reason being every store has their own specific dates on which they accept...

I have raised complaint with vodafone customer care with the reference number #[protected] for the data slow issue but vodafone customer care team closed my complaint without my consent saying that it's building blocked area... (Which is wrong information) when i try to call them i don't get proper response from anyone... I have been following this issue for almost 1.5 months with lots of calls to customer care team but i don't even get any...

I have been using 3 numbers of vodafone. My sister who was using one of them lost her phone and was given a new sim yesterday with a promise that service will be activated in 2 hours. I have a billing plan with them and they have not actovated the service even after 24 hours and asking me to visit gallery. This is an efficient process and a sort of harassment....

It was a unfortunate experience with vodafone where i am highlighting my problem with you. For 2 week ago i called in your contact center number i. E. [protected] regarding the portability and ask the vodafone plan. The vodafone executive suggested me that one of special vodafone plan with 100rs discount rental i. E. @399 and shared the benefit of it. Last one week ago my airtel number was positively port in vodafone....

I've been facing network and internet issue since 15-20 days, I had visited Vodafone Store which is located in Thakur village three times, two times their systems were not working. But when I got the customer service person, I explained him my issue and he said I will get a call back in 24-48 hours of time or they will communicate via email. But they never called me.

Dear sirs
Vodafone service for the last 10 days has been bad and am unable to understand how come suddenly it has gone so bad when we never had any issues with vodafone. I am not able to make any single calls without getting dropped or the other party cant hear me, the same with anybody calling me its gets cut or no one can hear.
This is a serious problem and needs to be addressed, pathetic service....

My contention is that since vodafone executive has wrongly written my suburb name why should i give details. I have approached all the officers...
