Dear sirs
Vodafone service for the last 10 days has been bad and am unable to understand how come suddenly it has gone so bad when we never had any issues with vodafone. I am not able to make any single calls without getting dropped or the other party cant hear me, the same with anybody calling me its gets cut or no one can hear.
This is a serious problem and needs to be addressed, pathetic service.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am unable to send PORT message to 1900. i need this solved asap, how do I escalate to TRAI

I recharged my number with 458 plan on 27th April 2018. The plan worked fine until yesterday but now i am charged from my main balance when the pack is clearly valid till 17th july 2018 and is an unlimited calling plan. Resolve the problem or refund my money

    Sir,

    My cell number is [protected].in my address details while recording the suburb bandra (East) the vodafone executive has recorded andheri (East). All other details are correct. Now for correction again vodafone is insisting that i should give another set of documents.

    My contention is that since vodafone executive has wrongly written my suburb name why should i give details. I have approached all the officers but either i have received stereo typed reply to furnish set of documents and from appellate authority no response is received for many mails.

    Hence this complaint.

      4g network not working

      I have been facing constant issues with vodafone 4g network since last one month and the network does not show on the top of the phone. Apart from this, the speed of the network is worse than 2g and the internet is almost unresponsive majority of the time.
      I would like the network issues to be resolved at the earliest since this is causing huge problems in calling, connecting, voice breakage, call drops and internet connectivity issues....

      Hello sir
      My all vodafone services have been barred but network is available & also i have been rechaged my number and its done but my incoming & outgoing call showing barred. I have no alternative number to take call and surf net.
      Please suggest me sir what step i needed to resume all services and solve my problem as soon as possible.

        In my home @Kanchrapara (PIN 743145) and the place where I live in Kolkata (@Kestopur PIN 700101) the vodafone internet data coverage is very poor. I always get no or only 2G data signal which essentially good for nothing.

        I effect, I have been paying for a service which I am not consuming at all by post-paid bill payment.

        I have logged a complaint (reference number[protected] for this and Vodafone team has done they could do, ETA was 11th June 2018. Their bit to resolve it did not help it at all.

        I have accumulated about 89 GB Data in my plan (please refer to the screenshot attached) which I can not even consume.

        I would like to have compensation for the paid services which I was not served with.
        or
        I am thinking about porting the number to different service provider. Any alternative to enable me to consume the and retain the data quota will be considered favorably.

        Dear sir slowly it has been almost one month that i could not use internet in my vod no [protected] properly harldly i can use 100 mb instead of 1.4 gb daily why they are making us fool still my problem of internet is same as before no any progress i got till now i got so many mails from vodafone i apology what will i do comp apology if i give him apology please this month i am not going to recharge my apology.will they think about that than never they will bear a days even and i am bearing this thing from a month...

        I can hardly use internet services facebook whatsapp etc you give me straight and final answer that are you capable to make it right or not because there is a tower of vodafone in my company and 26 collegues as well all they will change thier service provider becoause of me... So kinly answer me soon or resolve my problem because i have recharged so i have to bear it till recharge end i have to recharge only 100 rs o[censored]nlimited call because i am continiously only for calling not for internet. i AM SUFFERING THIS SERVICE JUST BECAUSE OF 200 RS BALANCE IN MY SIM AND 509 RS RECHARGE WHICH I HAVE DONE OTHERWIISE WHO IS GOING TO WISH THIS REDICULIOUS SERVICE AFTER 40-45 DAYS WITHOUT SOLVING ISSUE.

          Vadafone team
          I on my vodafone no ([protected]]). I have received sms's saying that "re 1 store pack now active" and charges are being deducted.

          As this service has not been requested by me, i would appreciate if someone in vodafone reviews my account, cancel all premium services or service packs and refund me the overcharged amount onto my mobile other wise i will put this complain to the consumer court.

          Kindly confirm once this is actioned.

            Sir i m using this no.. From nearly 6 years but i receive a network of single point only 4 g has not upto the mark.
            From today my son has not show any network this is the major pblm i m facing.
            To contact with my frnds n family is very difficult for me to contact so plss resolve this problem as soon as possible
            I m not enjoying my net speed of 4 g this will give nearly 3 g speed.
            So please resolve this problem so that i can enjoy my network with joy for that i had paid with that much expensive recharge. So plss resolve my problem as soon as possible.

              Hi team,

              I am writing this email with great dejection regarding the complaint number [protected]. I purchased a mobile in amazon on 2nd june. I hope you people are aware that when a customer buys a mobile in amazon, they will be credited 10 gb extra for per month. Being a vodafone customer for a long time, i believed that offer promised would be delivered. But i ended up with disappointment. Hence, i called customer support regarding this issue. Initially, they people were not aware of this offer and placed the call on hold for a long time and disconnected the call many times. After multiple attempts, one of the customer support agents logged a complaint regarding this issue. It never occurred to me that this would be my worst experience with vodafone customer service.

              After two days, i got a follow up call from the concerned team. But, i couldn't pick up the call. Later, i gave a call back to the customer support requesting concerned team to call me again. Front end team were irresponsible, spoke very lethargic and provided me no solution. Then, consecutively i called customer support and thy said ticket has been closed stating otp not generated. It's ambiguous for me. How can a complaint be closed without intimating a customer and not providing a proper solution?. Front end team asked me to contact amazon customer support for data issue. Is there any logic? How can i contact amazon for data issue. The solution that the representative gave me left me dumb founded. But, still i called amazon support and reported th is problem. They clearly stated that amazon will never send any otp to generate data and this is a false information given by vodafone team. Hence, they asked me to contact vodafone and inform the same. Again i called vodafone customer care to assist me in this issue. The last agent to whom i spoke was very harsh and provided inappropriate answer. So, i asked him to transfer the call to his lead. But, he said there is no shift lead and he cannot to transfer the call and also system issue is going in their place and cannot provide any complaint email id immediately and placed the call on hold intentionally. Is this the way vodafone has trained the representative to treat their customers? Could i please have a rational explanation and a sensible solution?

                Hi team,

                I migrated my vodafone no. [protected] on mar 14, 2018 and did fcr of rs 48 in a local shop. After about 3 hrs, i recharged with rs 509 online, which did not happen. So i called and complained abt it. I was given refund reference no. E[protected]. Till not the refund is not done. Today when i called again and spoke to your cust. Care exe. Shubhangi, she said in the beginning that we don't refund and later she said it has been refunded already and to check with my bank. On requesting the transaction id for the refund, she said cant share the same. I then requested to connect to her manager, she said she cant and disconnected the call.

                  My mobile phone get lost yesterday Sunday 10th June, 2018. I had met with an accident, and my mobile is stolen during the commotion at the accident location. Few people had started quarreling and throwing stones at our car and stole our car keys and mobile phone. We tried to call on that number after a while but it shows out of coverage. We have already lodged police FIR at lonikund police station.

                      Today in about 3:40 pm i have recharged rs. 36/- for promo offer of 1.2p/2seconds facilities which was my offer. No sooner did i recharge an sms was received explicating "dear customer, now enjoy all local and std mobile calls @1p /sec for 30 days — vodafone". I was astonished. And thereafter from vv-vfca id at 3:53pm another sms was sent to my mobile number stating "congrats! You have received additional benefit of local mobile calls @0.2p/2sec for 84 days on recharge of rs. 36!" again i became astonished! Which will be the actual call rate for my number. Thereafter i made about 3 calls. At no time i can realise the actual call rate. It is my experience that at every recharge i have to suffer a lot due to eccentric activities of my beloved mobile network. But there is limit to suffer. Please solve my problem.

                        Hello,
                        I have a vodafone number. I have called customer care on 199 on 17th may 2018 for activation of sms pack of rs/- 149 in which they said i will get 3000 sms monthly as my sms usages was more i activated the sms pack. So after activating the pack i should not be charge for any sms i send after 17th may 2018. But i have been charged for the sms which i send after 17th may 2018 1rs per sms. I am ready to bear the charges for 4th may 2018 till 17th may 2018 but after activating the 3000 sms pack i shouldn't be charge why should i pay when i have pack active. So now when i called the customer care for asking why i have been charged they are saying you have been charge rightly because as per tri rule if you have already consumed or used 3000 sms you will be charge 1rs for per sms and even if you active any sms pack you will be charged. This both things they should have said me on 17th may 2018 when i called customer care for activation of the pack. It's they're work job to say all the information and rule to the customer. On 17th they said you can use all the 3000 sms benifite which you get in the pack. So i started messaging and so my unbilled amt was increasing day by day i also emailed the vodafone for the same but they said it's unbilled amt we dont have information for unbilled amt so wait till your bill date. So my bill got generated i got to know that i have been charged after activating sms pack also. Please help me with it
                        I got a bill for 5530/- rs. It’s not my mistake the customer care should have said me about tri rules and should have given me all the information. Where will customers find the rule!? It's there job to explain all the rule and information before activating the pack. They didn't said me anything about tri rule and all which they are saying rightnow. I am ready to bear the charges for 4th may 2018 till 17th may 2018 but after 17th may i'm not because as per me the pack was activated and the employer said you can use the benifites of the pack. I said them to recheck my bill and do a reversal but they denied saying it's right. How customer will get to know the rules? It's vodafone's job to say and give all the informations.
                        Please do something as soon as soon.

                          Last month in may 2018
                          On getting sms for bill alert for exceeding limits i send mail from recently downloaded vodafone app to inquire for the same

                          Mr harsh malaviaya called and informed that it was free complimentary 3 g data offered for downloading app and told to use it and on bill generation it will be reversed in full.

                          On request he also send the mail for the same (Below) but after bill receipt when i send mail for internet charges reversal i was informed of totally new story

                          My concern:
                          Without informing the free service was activated
                          Then when i inquired it was assured to reverse the charges
                          And then deny it
                          Nodal and applette officer informs that we are charging over limit usage and force me to pay now

                          I did not ask for any plan from vodafone... Nor its details / restriction were informed to me - then why am i forced to pay the charges

                          Also company must have stopped the same if it was chargeable or have atleast called/sms to inform about the charges applicable
                          Nothing was informed from company end and in end ask to pay the charges

                          Its clear fraud and cheating

                          I need resolution in the same

                          And also alert others to not to fall prey to such company free offer and get heavy charges thereafter without even knowing about it

                          Aslo i had made complaint twice for your bad connection on 2 g network which i have subscribed for 512 kb usage every month

                          However its still not working properly and i stopped complaining as its just the same with no regular connection meet in different areas.

                          No response in same was meet except one month payment for same was reversed

                            Hello,

                            I am an old customer of vodafone with mobile number [protected]. I have been in uae and europe for the past month. On 4 may i activated international roaming pack. I was called the i-roam free pack. Shockingly earlier this month my phone started gettin no service as me credit limit is 9400 and bill came somewhat near that. I tried calling vodafone for om an international number on the customer care number which was a wage of my time as they told me that my number is active and they don’t know why am i getting no service. After that i paid the bill and immediately my number b came active again. On tuesday that is 29/05/2018 i again got no service and i or a message saying

                            “dear customer cr limit of yr vodafone number is rs.9400. Usage till date is rs. 44676 (Aprox). Pl pay to enjoy uninterrupted service. Call 199 for details on how to pay”

                            Now

                            1.) i am highly i convinced by the fact that i have no service.

                            2.) the advertisement of i-roam free clearly says that i am enjoy unlimited usage in europe.

                            3.) if the promised credit limit of rs.9400, how can the bill of rs. 44676 reflect on my phone.

                            4.) the sudden disconnection of my number twice has caused me financial loss also because of being unavailable, how does the company plan to compensate me for that.

                            Lastly i am a sincere old vodafone customer, i want the relationship between me and the company to be the same so i expect them to immediately re activate my services and settle this issue as soon as possible

                              Yesterday i have recharge for 50 rs today the balence is null. Money deducted from my account and 1 msg came that the store pack get activated when i complaint to vodafone. They said money can not be refunded. They did not even listen for my complaint. I want my money back. We r not so full to activate such service that we never know. Dont say like we press some button and service activated. We dont recharge for so called services. Please take an legal action against vodafone.

                                Yesterday (9th jun 2018 - 8 pm) i recharged for my friend's mobile number through the vodafone website. The amount was debited (Attached image proof) but service not provided and an error was displayed. Transaction id: nici[protected]

                                I tried to log a complaint using the website portal for complaint/request but it logged me off thrice so alternately i used three ways to contact customer care:
                                1 - the feedback portal available through website for which i received an acknowledgement (Image attached) for a resolution within 24 hrs (Its been 17 hours with no contact from them)
                                2 - email to customer care for which i received acknowledgement (Image attached) for a resolution within 24 hrs (Its been 17 hours with no contact from them)
                                3 - i also decided to post on their facebook page @vodafonein followed by a highly unproductive and robotic conversation with their reps (Images of conversation attached)

                                On the facebook portal i clearly told them that my requirement was urgent and to let me know how long it would take in case i needed to request a refund and redo the recharge. However, as seen through the conversation i never received an answer to even one question. I redid the recharge for my airtel number thankfully instead of waiting for vodafone to help.

                                However, i'm currently struggling to understand the process for a refund because the reps are unwilling to address my concern in spite of asking directly multiple times (As can be seen from the conversation attached).

                                I need the refund for my transaction id processed as soon as possible since i am most understandably apprehensive that vodafone is not planning to return my money.

                                  I am very old cutomer of vodafone ([protected]). We all have vodafone sim in our family. Vodafone deducted lots of time our balance without any sufficiant reason but this time they cross limit and openly breaking the trai rule by deactivate my sim card which was in use upto 01/06/18 (Incoming call/ out going call) and they deactivate it on 06/06/18 (My mobile was switch off 5 day only) and issue my number to somebody else. My paytm no. Was from that vodafone sim so i loss my all money from paytm. So i will sucide if vodafone not return my no. And money.
                                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I am an old user of vodafone and i am regularly using their unlimited calls+4g data+ sms plans for a long time now. On 9th june 2018 i noticed that i was unable to send any sms although i had the unlimited pack activated. So i called up their customer care on [protected]. The customer care executive was rude and very unprofessional. He simply told that my balance had become negative because i had sent an mms and due to this negative balance i was unable to send sms. I am very sure that i have never sent any mms to any number so naturally i requested to know to which number was the mms sent. To this question, the person speaking very rudely with me. He mentioned that it is not possible for them to know the number. Further when i tried to make enquiries about it, he spoke like a person who has not learnt any manners in his whole lifetime. Please note that i have the whole conversation with the guy recorded in my phone.

                                    Vodafone india, i request you to look into this issue and kick out such illiterate people from your company. If you dont resolve my issue, i will port out.

                                    Did Vodafone contact you? I'm facing issues with them where they deducted money but never provided the required service and are not responding with a solution either
