I have raised complaint with vodafone customer care with the reference number #[protected] for the data slow issue but vodafone customer care team closed my complaint without my consent saying that it's building blocked area... (Which is wrong information) when i try to call them i don't get proper response from anyone... I have been following this issue for almost 1.5 months with lots of calls to customer care team but i don't even get any alternative... I am mentally frustrated and exhausted with this careless attitude of customer care team

    This is the message which i got yesterday. The same i got last month also but left it because without knowing might have pressed any button.
    But this month am same i have not activated any pack but 90 rupees has been taken from my vodafone number without my confirmation. Even i dont know wat is zone pack. But now am sure the people working are activating packs themselves and charging.
    Iam very unhappy with vodafone nowadays. I need my amount back. Please dont cheat ur customers and
    Please return my money back soon.

      I have been using 3 numbers of vodafone. My sister who was using one of them lost her phone and was given a new sim yesterday with a promise that service will be activated in 2 hours. I have a billing plan with them and they have not actovated the service even after 24 hours and asking me to visit gallery. This is an efficient process and a sort of harassment.

        Dear sir/mam,

        It was a unfortunate experience with vodafone where i am highlighting my problem with you. For 2 week ago i called in your contact center number i. E. [protected] regarding the portability and ask the vodafone plan. The vodafone executive suggested me that one of special vodafone plan with 100rs discount rental i. E. @399 and shared the benefit of it. Last one week ago my airtel number was positively port in vodafone. When i registered my number on vodafone application and found @399 plan rental without any discount rental, then yesterday i called in your contact center and shared my whole problem but as per the executive there is no any special offer on your number, then i asked nodal number but nobody help me out in this concern and straight denied i can’t give you the number/don’t have number.

        However @399 plan benefit as per the executive all voice call would be free with roaming incoming and outgoing. Also get 20gb data with carry forward for each month along with free sms.

        Kindly look into this and give the satisfactory resolution on this so that i can continue use your services without any trouble.

          I've been facing network and internet issue since 15-20 days, I had visited Vodafone Store which is located in Thakur village three times, two times their systems were not working. But when I got the customer service person, I explained him my issue and he said I will get a call back in 24-48 hours of time or they will communicate via email. But they never called me.
          I have sent following emails to them to which they didn't bother to reply:

          Dear sir slowly it has been almost one month that i could not use internet in my vod no [protected] properly harldly i can use 100 mb instead of 1.4 gb daily why they are making us fool still my problem of internet is same as before no any progress i got till now i got so many mails from vodafone i apology what will i do comp apology if i give him apology please this month i am not going to recharge my apology.will they think about that than never they will bear a days even and i am bearing this thing from a month...

          I can hardly use internet services facebook whatsapp etc you give me straight and final answer that are you capable to make it right or not because there is a tower of vodafone in my company and 26 collegues as well all they will change thier service provider becoause of me... So kinly answer me soon or resolve my problem because i have recharged so i have to bear it till recharge end i have to recharge only 100 rs o[censored]nlimited call because i am continiously only for calling not for internet. i AM SUFFERING THIS SERVICE JUST BECAUSE OF 200 RS BALANCE IN MY SIM AND 509 RS RECHARGE WHICH I HAVE DONE OTHERWIISE WHO IS GOING TO WISH THIS REDICULIOUS SERVICE AFTER 40-45 DAYS WITHOUT SOLVING ISSUE.

As per ur offers one month free internet and calling, offer provided by ur customer care and system also but after recharged I got 129 rs approx, then I have called in ur customer care for this matter, ur executive also told me that s offer is ok, but still offer not received so what should we do for taking offer?

                Kindly arrange to solve the same at the earliest.

                I am suffering a lot i can not make call and not receiving any calls since my office land line is also not working

                    Dear sirs
                    Vodafone service for the last 10 days has been bad and am unable to understand how come suddenly it has gone so bad when we never had any issues with vodafone. I am not able to make any single calls without getting dropped or the other party cant hear me, the same with anybody calling me its gets cut or no one can hear.
                    This is a serious problem and needs to be addressed, pathetic service.

                    I recharged my number with 458 plan on 27th April 2018. The plan worked fine until yesterday but now i am charged from my main balance when the pack is clearly valid till 17th july 2018 and is an unlimited calling plan. Resolve the problem or refund my money

                      Sir,

                      My cell number is [protected].in my address details while recording the suburb bandra (East) the vodafone executive has recorded andheri (East). All other details are correct. Now for correction again vodafone is insisting that i should give another set of documents.

                      My contention is that since vodafone executive has wrongly written my suburb name why should i give details. I have approached all the officers but either i have received stereo typed reply to furnish set of documents and from appellate authority no response is received for many mails.

                      Hence this complaint.

                        4g network not working

                        I have been facing constant issues with vodafone 4g network since last one month and the network does not show on the top of the phone. Apart from this, the speed of the network is worse than 2g and the internet is almost unresponsive majority of the time.
                        I would like the network issues to be resolved at the earliest since this is causing huge problems in calling, connecting, voice breakage, call drops and internet connectivity issues....

                        My all vodafone services have been barred but network is available & also i have been rechaged my number and its done but my incoming & outgoing call showing barred. I have no alternative number to take call and surf net.

                          In my home @Kanchrapara (PIN 743145) and the place where I live in Kolkata (@Kestopur PIN 700101) the vodafone internet data coverage is very poor. I always get no or only 2G data signal which essentially good for nothing.

                          I effect, I have been paying for a service which I am not consuming at all by post-paid bill payment.

                          I have logged a complaint (reference number[protected] for this and Vodafone team has done they could do, ETA was 11th June 2018. Their bit to resolve it did not help it at all.

                          I have accumulated about 89 GB Data in my plan (please refer to the screenshot attached) which I can not even consume.

                          I would like to have compensation for the paid services which I was not served with.
                          or
                          I am thinking about porting the number to different service provider. Any alternative to enable me to consume the and retain the data quota will be considered favorably.

                            I on my vodafone no ([protected]]). I have received sms's saying that "re 1 store pack now active" and charges are being deducted.

                            As this service has not been requested by me, i would appreciate if someone in vodafone reviews my account, cancel all premium services or service packs and refund me the overcharged amount onto my mobile other wise i will put this complain to the consumer court.

                            Kindly confirm once this is actioned.

                              Sir i m using this no.. From nearly 6 years but i receive a network of single point only 4 g has not upto the mark.
                              From today my son has not show any network this is the major pblm i m facing.
                              To contact with my frnds n family is very difficult for me to contact so plss resolve this problem as soon as possible
                              I m not enjoying my net speed of 4 g this will give nearly 3 g speed.
                              So please resolve this problem so that i can enjoy my network with joy for that i had paid with that much expensive recharge. So plss resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                Hi team,

                                I am writing this email with great dejection regarding the complaint number [protected]. I purchased a mobile in amazon on 2nd june. I hope you people are aware that when a customer buys a mobile in amazon, they will be credited 10 gb extra for per month. Being a vodafone customer for a long time, i believed that offer promised would be delivered. But i ended up with disappointment. Hence, i called customer support regarding this issue. Initially, they people were not aware of this offer and placed the call on hold for a long time and disconnected the call many times. After multiple attempts, one of the customer support agents logged a complaint regarding this issue. It never occurred to me that this would be my worst experience with vodafone customer service.

                                After two days, i got a follow up call from the concerned team. But, i couldn't pick up the call. Later, i gave a call back to the customer support requesting concerned team to call me again. Front end team were irresponsible, spoke very lethargic and provided me no solution. Then, consecutively i called customer support and thy said ticket has been closed stating otp not generated. It's ambiguous for me. How can a complaint be closed without intimating a customer and not providing a proper solution?. Front end team asked me to contact amazon customer support for data issue. Is there any logic? How can i contact amazon for data issue. The solution that the representative gave me left me dumb founded. But, still i called amazon support and reported th is problem. They clearly stated that amazon will never send any otp to generate data and this is a false information given by vodafone team. Hence, they asked me to contact vodafone and inform the same. Again i called vodafone customer care to assist me in this issue. The last agent to whom i spoke was very harsh and provided inappropriate answer. So, i asked him to transfer the call to his lead. But, he said there is no shift lead and he cannot to transfer the call and also system issue is going in their place and cannot provide any complaint email id immediately and placed the call on hold intentionally. Is this the way vodafone has trained the representative to treat their customers? Could i please have a rational explanation and a sensible solution?

                                  Hi team,

                                  I migrated my vodafone no. [protected] on mar 14, 2018 and did fcr of rs 48 in a local shop. After about 3 hrs, i recharged with rs 509 online, which did not happen. So i called and complained abt it. I was given refund reference no. E[protected]. Till not the refund is not done. Today when i called again and spoke to your cust. Care exe. Shubhangi, she said in the beginning that we don't refund and later she said it has been refunded already and to check with my bank. On requesting the transaction id for the refund, she said cant share the same. I then requested to connect to her manager, she said she cant and disconnected the call.

                                    My mobile phone get lost yesterday Sunday 10th June, 2018. I had met with an accident, and my mobile is stolen during the commotion at the accident location. Few people had started quarreling and throwing stones at our car and stole our car keys and mobile phone. We tried to call on that number after a while but it shows out of coverage. We have already lodged police FIR at lonikund police station.
