Hi, i am Rakesh c akbari from vapi.i am your costumer since 2007 and now we have 800+ costumer CUG group and we found network problem since 1 year.we are complained lots of time and the problem is same .Now, we dont understand what will we doing.
I am complaining again and again but every time vodafone get time and then he left that as regular.i am just paid bill and he enjoy it .He don't know what we have feeling for pay free billing .And what he. Effect our business .
Please check this, say what will we do.

Dear sir slowly it has been almost one month that i could not use internet in my vod no [protected] properly harldly i can use 100 mb instead of 1.4 gb daily why they are making us fool still my problem of internet is same as before no any progress i got till now i got so many mails from vodafone i apology what will i do comp apology if i give him apology please this month i am not going to recharge my apology.will they think about that than never they will bear a days even and i am bearing this thing from a month...

I can hardly use internet services facebook whatsapp etc you give me straight and final answer that are you capable to make it right or not because there is a tower of vodafone in my company and 26 collegues as well all they will change thier service provider becoause of me... So kinly answer me soon or resolve my problem because i have recharged so i have to bear it till recharge end i have to recharge only 100 rs o[censored]nlimited call because i am continiously only for calling not for internet. i AM SUFFERING THIS SERVICE JUST BECAUSE OF 200 RS BALANCE IN MY SIM AND 509 RS RECHARGE WHICH I HAVE DONE OTHERWIISE WHO IS GOING TO WISH THIS REDICULIOUS SERVICE AFTER 40-45 DAYS WITHOUT SOLVING ISSUE.

    Vodafone is not giving good service to their customer. My balance got deducted in the name of some game is activate. I am not subscribe any game service. This type of messages come to our phone & they deduct the money. Before some time they also deduct 75 Rs from my no. That time also I called lots of time to customer care. It is always busy but I talk to customer care executive 3 times. We have
    not so much time to try again & again to give a call to customer care. Yesterday I also called to customer care 2 times at one time they cut the phone & second time they told me only in 24 hrs you get refund amount but in message you are not mention this. So refund my money on urgent basis of RS.21. I am your old customer but you are not give any good plans for your customer & even deduct money which scheme I am not activate. So I want to port my number.

      Vodafone Sim is so worst. It's network are worst like it's sim. I use this sim nd now I regret why I'm using this because it's network are so weak.whenever I call someone I have to dial the number 4 times than call connect. They just charge high money to their customers and provide nothing in return. I never advise anyone to use this stupid sim

I am not interested in that kind of false service. And i also request to take suitable action aggaint that person, i don't know him personally but he can...

        Dear authority,

        I am kingshuk bhattacharya, have been using vodafone service from many years ([protected]), unfortunately i am not getting proper network from the beginning, i have raised this issue to customer care section, they have suggested to change my sim which i did, but still facing the same issue.
        Hence this would be my last mail to vodafone, that i will wait for another 24 hour, if not solved i will change my sim into another service.

        Some few documents are attached in support of my statement.

          Hello sir,

          Myself tahir mirza, my vodafone cellphone number is [protected].

          I recharged my vodafone 199 recharge around may 27th, yesterday my data pack which i didn't use much still got exhausted and when i had a word with customer care representative i was given reply that i used it. I waited for my new updated data balance for today which i normally get around 12.30 am. But without using any data still it showed exhausted. For the same when i called customer services of vodafone gujarat the i received response as below :

          1st call around 4:42 am : call went up to 3 mints but no one responded.

          2nd call around 4:45 am : the csr listed to my complain and he was not able to help me out and ask me to remain on hold, which was a 14 min hold and never came back wherein he promised to transfer the call to senior supervisor.

          3rd call around 5:00 am : no one responded.

          4th call around 5:00 am : no one responded.

          5th call around 5:00 am : no one responded as it was since last 2 times.

          I am in roaming here in delhi / harayana and having big issues with these type of irresponsible response from these customer care representatives.

          Is this the way they work, they also looked sleepy and having no interest in no mood of helping me or any customer. Are they not provided with proper training or they are just dumb. I am a customer of vodafone now for more than 10 years.

          I would like you to take very strict actions against those ccrs. I am very disappointed with this kind of behavior and would like to take legal actions and fir against company and ccrs.

              I have complained more than 30+ days ago, I have changed sim card, and did all the things as per Vodafone online call agent told. But, still, the issue is same.

              I need the refund for my wasting time. I am claiming now 1 LAKH For my business loss.

              How many days, I have to wait. I raised complain more than 10+ times. But nothing happens.

              I lost more than 95% calls every day.. Send me steps to move on another service provider now.

                  Hi, i bear the number [protected] from vodafone which is a postpaid. I continuously have an issue of making the outgoing calls using this sim card as the signal drops when press the dial button.
                  I spoke to the vodafone call centre team and they said i need to perform few settings which i did on the call but no help. This call happend on 5th jun and they said they will give a complaint number via sms but i never got the complaint number. I still have the issue of making outgoing calls. How can i accept to pay the charges when they dont give me a basic service of making calls. What if i have an emergency and make calls? I would like vodafone to look and dont charge my mobile number until the issue is resolved.

                  My Vodafone no [protected] is blocked for outgoing sms for a reason of bulk messaging . I have not used for bulk messaging .i can prove it with my phones outgoing and incoming SMS COUNTER . So I kindly request you to unblock my Vodafone from the list.

                    I have write to applltte i'd for 1ofmy number wch was belong to my father name after his death that number has been deactivated for non usage... Now i want the number back to my name. But vodafone issue a number to other customer now that customer also deactivate that number. Now i am requesting to vf allot that number to me so they are saying wait for 90 days once number will be in market so hat apply and get it so according to vf i have to remember till that time number get realize means they don't care about long term customer. Also now talk about network it's worst now a days then too consumer are still using because they wanted to be vodafone customer.. But i don't think so vf employee need the consumer anymore why can't we shifted to other operator by taking this hassle from vodafone... Call me i[censored] want [protected]

                      I had a plan of 300 rs per month plan in vodafone postpaid and i decided to switch to jio network my data pack 100 % usage was done in 27/03/2018 and they placed a charge of 176.39 on 26/3/18 and 322.56 on 27/3/18 and no intimation of such charges were given me on either by email or by sms and now they have discarded my services by using law and mentally harassing by such act as i am not able to cope up with my work.

                        i went to register my complaint regarding network and also the payment of my phone number [protected] i paid rs.1000/- cash at vodafone store located near mohammed ali road, SHOP NO2, LAIBA COURT, 75 MOHAMMED ALI ROAD, NXT TO ICICI BANK ATM, MUMBAI-400003, Masjid Bandar West, Masjid Bandar, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400003 and the staff member named gazala was attending me i gave her my phone numbers to register my complaints she wrote my numbers and told me that your complaints will be register and she told her to register in front of me but she replied the same words that your complaints will be register i will register it and i asked her that when i will recieve the complaint number so she replied that you will receive when i will register your complaints and i requested her to please do it as i was not having network in my building.

                        as i am registering complaints from approx 10 days to vodafone to solve my network issue in my building

                        I am attaching a screen shot of my mobile for reference that i have register a complaint and inspite of sending a person to check the problem i got a message that your complaint have been solved.

                        and need you to take a action with that staff member named gazala in vodafone store to register everybodys complain whether rich comes or poor
                        there should not be discrimination of people by richness or poorness.

                        solve this problem otherwise if the network problem is not solved then i will be moving forward with this complain

                        Please do needful. Your Store service in Seven roads South solapur is very poor.Non comminicable & bad customer service.Please need to help solve issue to postpaid convert prepaid.
                        They have deactivated my number because INR 1000 on another number is outstanding which I'm paying but I don't understand why this no. should be deactivated. its not even tooo much the amount which is outstanding. they haven't replied to mails.

                          I am vodafone postpaid customer since 2007. My details

                          required resolution - complete my migration process asap

                          Now I am moving out of india. I requested for prepaid migration so that I continue with this number. I started the P2P request 3 weeks ago at vodafoe store kalyani nagar, Pune. Lady there said I will recieve a confirmation call and I will get some code that they can use for prepaid migration. She did not give me any sim or took my documents. I got a cnfirmation call but did not recieve any code. Now that i call customer care they tell me a different story that I need to take the sim and submit documents thats it. number will be activated within 1 day.
                          nothing of this sort has happened.

                          I am super agitated by these vodafone people.
                          I need to leave india in few days.

                          I need this migration now.

                            I normally receive bill of Rs. 353 every month. I have ported my number to airtel.
                            Everytime i receive call from airtel that my porting is rejected due to outstanding amount. I have paind more than Rs 1000 to ensure negative outstanding amount.
                            Don't how this is the 3rd time they have rejected again that i have outstanding amount of Rs 49.
                            I told to airtel to go ahead with porting request again and i have paid Rs 1000. Surprisingly Jun 2018 bill is Rs 339. Even after paying Rs 787.
                            For sake of porting i have paid Rs 1787 and now it is showing outstanding amount as Rs -951. I don't know why?, what happen to other Rs 787 rupees that i have already paid . Every time, i have paid excess amount, why still they are displaying outstanding amount in positive value.

Falsification of accounts.—Whoever, being a clerk, offi­cer or servant, or employed or acting in the capacity of a clerk, officer or servant, wilfully, and with intent to defraud, de­stroys, alters, mutilates or falsifies any 2[book, electronic record, paper, writing], valuable security or account which belongs to or is in the pos­session of his employer, or has been received by him for or on behalf of his employer, or wilfully, and with intent to defraud, makes or abets the making of any false entry in, or omits or alters or abets the omission or alteration of any material particular from or in, any such 2[book, electronic record, paper, writing], valuable security or account, shall be punished with imprisonment of either descrip­tion for a term which may extend to seven years, or with fine, or with both. Explanation.—It shall be sufficient in any charge under this section to allege a general intent to defraud without naming any particular person intended to be defrauded or specifying any particular sum of money intended to be the subject of the fraud, or any particular day on which the offence was committed.]

                              Hi dear sir/mam my mobile no-[protected]. I have recently port this no. From bsnl to vodafone. I have already complaint regarding network problem on 28/05/2018. After that i got a call back from your back-end team he told me
                              Sir aapka network sahi ho gya.. Haha gud joke.
                              When i am call back on 05/06/18 and someone mrs puja kumari was picked the call and told me my problem is already resolved when i asked them what is network strength of my phone right now she told i don't know and also her language is so cheap. I have record of that call. I never wish to talked to like this people again. I never aspect from vodafone of this kind of people in your team.

                                I am complaining because i have been charged rs. 2548/- saying that i have called to 51717 and talked 182 min., that too for astrology, which is in all the way incorrect.
                                When i first learned of this problem, i contacted your customer care, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair. We as customer don't except this kind of behavior from company like vodafone.

                                  90 rs deducted from my account for wwe zone on my vodafone number without any confirmation, when i called customer care he said i have clicked one of the ads... How is it possible that just by clicking on one of the add directly deducts money from my account. I clearly remember i have not come across any advertisement related to wwe zone on my mobile phone.
                                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Worst ever experience from vodafone store,. Disappointed with the service. Contacted vodafone store 2 times (June 4and june 5) for just duplicate sim activation. Not activated yet. Very careless service. My mobile number is [protected]

                                    My application processed person name: mano

                                    I like this to be escalated to streamline the process for simple activities and negligible miss for the same.
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My cell no. is +91-[protected]. Please sort this out as soon as possible as I'm unable to call or even text to anyone. Eagerly awaiting your response!

                                      Earlier i was using Post paid plan of Airtel on my number ([protected]), I got call from Vodafone representative for Port in to Voda with some good monthly Plan as Rental Rs.250 with additional discount of Rs.100 benefit of this plan is All Local+Std incoming+outgoing free in home and roaming +20GB monthly data.

                                      But in my first bill which is generated on[protected] you people charge me as per Plan Rs.399 -15% discount. That's totally differ what your representative comment me at the time of My number Port-In to vodafone.

                                      with this regards i contacted your customer care too but they helpless to resolve my query, Why give me wrong details of plan and my MDN Port-In to vodafone .

                                      This is totally fraud you people done with me.

                                      Now Please identify the culprit resource who activated my MDN while Port-In.

                                      This above activity you people are doing just to complete your target (more MDN Port-IN with post paid Plan).this is not good.

                                      Please look into this ASAP.
