I had switched to vodafone as aircel was shutting down its operations in calcutta. I had hoped for a better reliable service, but to my dismay i couldn't enjoy the service at all as there weren't any. There is no tower in my location, absolutely zero connectivity. Forget internet, you can't even call. The only time i used their service was when i was out. All other networks aritel, jio, docomo works absolutely fine at my location. I have to walk 400m from my home just to receive an otp. With such crapy service i kept paying therefor the past 2 months. This month they are charging me rs 600 as late fee, but for what? Not using their service?
I complained time and again for the last 3 months and spoke about legal actions, but they keep making excuses and extend time for repair. I feel absolutely cheated, this is professional extortion of money. I have payed nearly rs 500 for nothing and they demand i pay rs 600 more for nothing again.
I have suffered terrible loss in my business, my bank, my aadhaar, my college everything is linked to this number, please rescue me from this mess.
