    My no. Is [protected]. As my sims were not working fine, i visited vodafone store many times for duplicate sim but they did not provide me the duplicate sims. I lodged complaint with customer care and nodal officer but the result is that the store executives misbeved with me. I am now planning to start legal proceedings against vodafone, it's store executives, nodal officer, appellate authority and all the directors of vodafone

      Dear team, 35rs was deducted from my balance and when i contacted the custmore care regarding the same i understood from them it was charged for some contest sms but in reality from my number i have not sent any sms and they have incorrectly charged 35rs from the same and even these dedications are not reflecting in last 5 deduction on my vodafone app but their executives are refusing the incorrect chargers and providing illogical explanations since requesting you to kindly look into this and provide me justice.

          My postpaid add on no [protected] was not activated. Also i did not make any out call. But after 2 months trichirapalli, tamil nadu. Vodofone retaier phones to day that bill is outstanding. I am a vodofone customer with post paid ph no. [protected] for more than 2 years paying bill amonthly about rs 2000. Now they gave an aa on no.[protected] compelling me. But they did not do any verification nor they did activate. Simply after a lapse of more than 2 months they just phone and inform bill. I am not responsible for this. I have changed to pre paid plan. Please withdraw wrong bill.

            Dear,
            before 2 month ago i active dnd service on my vodafone no. [protected], and still i got sms from vodafone this is very irritating for me.in 2 months i talk to customer care executive every time they told me we activated your service. And last week when i told to operator i complain you i want to talk with your senior and she cut my phone, after i mailed to vodafone regards this problem 2 days ago she told me you don't face such kind of issue in future and yesterday i got sms again this is very much irritating me i m very disturb such kind of thinks
            Now vodafone mentally harass me i am fade up from vodafone.

              My vodafone postpaid connection has been billed excess bill of rs 1000 against telling me that its an internet usage charges, pls note i was given a plan of 499 from the vodafone executive itself telling me that you wont get a single rupee excess than 499 its unlimited plan, after that using for 2-3 months i asked them to change the plan from 499 to 49 they told me to do it after 3 days to save monthly rental, i also told the executive to disconnect the internet, but then he did not do that & during those 3 days vodafone charged me 1000 of bill saying i have used internet,
              I request you to please escalate this issue to prime minister of india & request them that companies like vodafone should be stopped doing business in india, this is my humble request as my hard earned 1000 rs has been misused by vodafone.

                Mera dnd active hai aur mera flash msg bhi band hai aur na hi mai gawar hu to bina kuch kiye mera vas service kyu activate ho jata hai.. Subah se mera 2 vas service active ho gaya 15 rs was deduct from my account. Maine deactivate kiya 2no service ko.. I want my money back.. Ye aaplogo ne chutiya banane ka dhandha chalu kiya hai kya.. Aise hi aap log kinte lakho logo kai paisa kha jate hoge.. Public is liye to balance bhi nhi rakhti jo gawar hoti hai wo sochti hai paisa cut jayega... Ye sab kaam band karo aap log.. Mujhe mera paisa return chaiye bas.. Customercare ko call kiya to unlogo ka to aadha din to system down hota hai...

                  I was recharging with unlimited 199 pack from last months. I never recognised that i am not able send sms. When my bank asked me send a sms to reset my password then i realised that i am unable to do so as i am a foolish vodaphone user. I called call centre many time for the same. After 10 or 12 tries i got a person who registered my complaint and told me that i have to wait for 4 days. After 4 days i got a call that the problem is resolved now now you can send msg. I tried and still i am unable to do it. Even after this mental trouble when i tried to port sim i am unable to do it. As it also need sms sending to 1900. Now i am going to keep this number to recieve calls only. And will use another operator in other slot.

                    On 30/05/2018 vodafone suspended my number which was postpaid since last 15 years. The company just randomly anytime suspended my number and all services were de activated. As i had no other number with me since so long, i had to face a lot of problems..

                    The reason i received in mail was confirmation received from company stake holder.
                    How the hell can company decide my number to be de active all of a sudden.

                    My bill are paid up to date. All cleared.

                    Vodafone is unprofessional & careless company.
                    A legal action on company stake holder and whom so ever it may concern authority.

                      Hi vodafone

                      Yesterday i went vodafone store in malad (Lakha building,, adarsh nagar, near liberty garden, malad west, mumbai, maharashtra, mumbai, maharashtra 400064.) to just check information about migration on my sim card and i would like to do postpaid to prepaid. So i visit the shop i enter to shop. There was a counter but no executive present at the time a asked two time than mr. Ashish. Came (He didnt welcom me he sir "boliye sir") i explained him i am using maharashtra circle sim card i want to migrate p2p he said "yaha nhi hoga aapko vasi or virar jana apdega" i said ok le me talk your executive, than he said "sir maine bola na yaha nhi hoga" than i called vodafone executive person who work in other store he said sir give him token let him talk your executive after he said mr. Ashish give me token number. I was waiting for my number but mr. Ashish was chitchatting with the other executive about me they was pointing on me. After i meet executive she was new again mr. Ashish come and said "inko bola hain yaha nhi hoga other card hain tu bol de inko ye." after that i left the counter due to this unprofessional and rude behavior of mr. Ashish he dont knew how to solved the customer problem, no manners and antiquates.
                      This is what kind of service you are giving to your customer. Very bad and worst experience i got from vodafone store. I need a proper answer on this and apology letter from the store manager. Regarding this.

                        Surprisingly vodafon has deducted rs. 30.00 on 23 may at around 2.47 pm although i had never activated so called "lifestyle pack" and i was puzzled to see the notification sms of the said deduction. This is really very bad & shocking. I tried my level best to contact vodafon peoples to get back my money and to ensure that this is being deactivated immediately but its very tough to contact them.
                        Now which service provider we should believe?

                        I'm hereby requesting vodafone people to refund my rs. 30.00 at the earliest and deactivate that lifestyle pack.

                          Dear sir
                          We are currently using vodafone and several days back i had done international roaming in my phone. I had requested vodafone customer people via phone that i want a international roaming pack for my number. They said they would process the thing but they didn't do anything due to which i had to face lot of problem and my bill landed to rs 13460. On 4th or 5th may 2018 i had asked them to activate the pack but they didn't do it saying that we had not said them to do so. So we asked the customer care people to send us the recordings of the conversation if we had not said of any activation of the pack. But they didn't give us any kind of proof which said so. Also we mailed them several times and the call made on 4th may 2018 isn't being shown in their data. But we had called them on all the days from 29 april to 15-16 may 2018. Hence we are not satisfied with service of vodafone as they are not giving us the proof of the recordings that is there in there system which would prove out. We have made the payment of the bill but we want our money back as we stated them to activate the pack but due their irresponsibility it was not done so we are not at fault.

                          Kindly look into the matter and you help us out in knowing the exact truth by giving the recordings. If we are at fault then we would accept but if they are at fault we would want our whole money back with interest that they have charged.

                          Also attaching the mails for the matter spoken about.

                            With the above mention subject. I wish to say that we are all residential hingulal society ramanagar tembipada bhandup west mumbai suffering network issue last 15 days. There are not a single network catch in the any person mobile this problem arise whenever jio tower sifted near by and all other network like idea airtel also face same problems. Many peoples port there no.in jio but i can not wish to port in so plz do the need ful. Check the frequency and increase the frequency of the tower or may be install new tower but solve this problem asap.
                            I complaint it on customer care also

                              Vodafone since i purchased is giving this problem. The data being on, still there is no internet connection. There is no pattern. It goes down anytime. And yes its not problem of my phone. Network settings are very well. Apns are ok. Evry setting is ok. But this vodafone sucks. I wud never suggest anyone to get vodafone. Instead i will be searching vodafone customers and make them dump their vodafone sim cards. Its not pleasing when you have to switch off the phone and remove the sim and put it back on its place (P. S.in my case i put in slot one) and then switch on the phone and see if it is ok again. If not, repeat the procedure. I feel like abusing vodafone company!

                                Yesterday, cell9 tube has been activated on my number. The message is saying i've requested it, bt clearly i haven't. I don't even know, what the pack is about. They are widrawing from my main balance. I've lost rs70 to it. It is utterly unacceptable. We don't recharge just to lose our balance to these things. These things must be checked by the authority... It's very much anoying. Please for once stand in our shoes, and feel the problem we are facing.
                                And take appropriate actions. And please do refund. Thank you.

                                  Made a phonepe upi transaction, to have a recharge through myvodafoneapp on 25th may 2018.
                                  But still now the recharge is not done, yet vodafone is ignoring the transaction being made.
                                  When i contacted phonepe they provided me with all transaction details like:

                                  Utr no:[protected]

                                  When contacted the customer service they are unable to provide any details, and yet i have been harassed till 5 days.
                                  The amount of rs.396 has been deducted from my account and till now didn't get any response from vodafone

                                    I have been really a loyal customer of vodafone. I had taken the sim long time back and have stuck with the number...8998. However i lost my phone, and the got a new sim in bombay (Kandivalli east store (As i live in bombay now). I produced my adhaar card and needed information for the number and was promised my number will get activated in 2 days. It has been 3 days already, as this is my primary number, all my transactions, contact details etc. Everything is derailed.
                                    I went to the store at lower parel today again to check on this. I was notified my sim is not activated by delhi team, i wasnot notified by either teams by today. I aam unable to take calls/ or do anything. This is really urgent. Kindly activate the sim on priority. I have always respected vodafone with their timely service, kindly ensure the same for me to not lose trust in the company and the service.

                                    The worst data speed i have seen in era of 4g. Its connecting 4G but, -
                                    poor speed about 10-20kbps.(average)
                                    rarely browsing is possible.
                                    auto disconnecting of ongoing calls
                                    poor network makes my mobile heated.

                                      I did used jio application/card b4 vodafone. They give us same renew button on their application (Which is always enable) and if you do ur plan renew early still they ll start ur renew plan after finish d current plan which we bought. They do not start your plan early until ur current plan not over. So how & why you dont do vodafone the same?

                                      Also tell me definition of "renew"
                                      What is meaning of renewal plz tell me this also bcz you get d answer in this question..

                                        I am unable to make outgoing calls from my vodafone number. I can text and receive calls though. I have tried reinserting my sim into my mobile and setting tge network manually. Also tried inserting the sim in another mobile. But none of the techniques have worked. Also i cannot call vodafobe customer services from my number. Please look into the matter. My network center is west bengal.
