Dear team,
I have been really a loyal customer of vodafone. I had taken the sim long time back and have stuck with the number...8998. However i lost my phone, and the got a new sim in bombay (Kandivalli east store (As i live in bombay now). I produced my adhaar card and needed information for the number and was promised my number will get activated in 2 days. It has been 3 days already, as this is my primary number, all my transactions, contact details etc. Everything is derailed.
I went to the store at lower parel today again to check on this. I was notified my sim is not activated by delhi team, i wasnot notified by either teams by today. I aam unable to take calls/ or do anything. This is really urgent. Kindly activate the sim on priority. I have always respected vodafone with their timely service, kindly ensure the same for me to not lose trust in the company and the service.
