Surprisingly vodafon has deducted rs. 30.00 on 23 may at around 2.47 pm although i had never activated so called "lifestyle pack" and i was puzzled to see the notification sms of the said deduction. This is really very bad & shocking. I tried my level best to contact vodafon peoples to get back my money and to ensure that this is being deactivated immediately but its very tough to contact them.
Now which service provider we should believe?

I'm hereby requesting vodafone people to refund my rs. 30.00 at the earliest and deactivate that lifestyle pack.

    Dear sir
    We are currently using vodafone and several days back i had done international roaming in my phone. I had requested vodafone customer people via phone that i want a international roaming pack for my number. They said they would process the thing but they didn't do anything due to which i had to face lot of problem and my bill landed to rs 13460. On 4th or 5th may 2018 i had asked them to activate the pack but they didn't do it saying that we had not said them to do so. So we asked the customer care people to send us the recordings of the conversation if we had not said of any activation of the pack. But they didn't give us any kind of proof which said so. Also we mailed them several times and the call made on 4th may 2018 isn't being shown in their data. But we had called them on all the days from 29 april to 15-16 may 2018. Hence we are not satisfied with service of vodafone as they are not giving us the proof of the recordings that is there in there system which would prove out. We have made the payment of the bill but we want our money back as we stated them to activate the pack but due their irresponsibility it was not done so we are not at fault.

    Kindly look into the matter and you help us out in knowing the exact truth by giving the recordings. If we are at fault then we would accept but if they are at fault we would want our whole money back with interest that they have charged.

    Also attaching the mails for the matter spoken about.

      With the above mention subject. I wish to say that we are all residential hingulal society ramanagar tembipada bhandup west mumbai suffering network issue last 15 days. There are not a single network catch in the any person mobile this problem arise whenever jio tower sifted near by and all other network like idea airtel also face same problems. Many peoples port there no.in jio but i can not wish to port in so plz do the need ful. Check the frequency and increase the frequency of the tower or may be install new tower but solve this problem asap.
      I complaint it on customer care also

        Vodafone since i purchased is giving this problem. The data being on, still there is no internet connection. There is no pattern. It goes down anytime. And yes its not problem of my phone. Network settings are very well. Apns are ok. Evry setting is ok. But this vodafone sucks. I wud never suggest anyone to get vodafone. Instead i will be searching vodafone customers and make them dump their vodafone sim cards. Its not pleasing when you have to switch off the phone and remove the sim and put it back on its place (P. S.in my case i put in slot one) and then switch on the phone and see if it is ok again. If not, repeat the procedure. I feel like abusing vodafone company!

        Vodafone has been deducted Rs 90 /- from last two months by activating Indiagames wwe zone & rozgar seva download contents from my account without my confirmation. I want my money back
        From 8 month my vodafone [[protected]] number was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block?

          Yesterday, cell9 tube has been activated on my number. The message is saying i've requested it, bt clearly i haven't. I don't even know, what the pack is about. They are widrawing from my main balance. I've lost rs70 to it. It is utterly unacceptable. We don't recharge just to lose our balance to these things. These things must be checked by the authority... It's very much anoying. Please for once stand in our shoes, and feel the problem we are facing.
          And take appropriate actions. And please do refund. Thank you.

            Made a phonepe upi transaction, to have a recharge through myvodafoneapp on 25th may 2018.
            But still now the recharge is not done, yet vodafone is ignoring the transaction being made.
            When i contacted phonepe they provided me with all transaction details like:

            When contacted the customer service they are unable to provide any details, and yet i have been harassed till 5 days.
            The amount of rs.396 has been deducted from my account and till now didn't get any response from vodafone

            Complaint to them many times in 8 months but they are jus not resolving the issue. It is high time for me to wait for the resolution.kindly look into the same

            Third class services when dey are talking all about services in national ize TV ads. Just pathetic

              Dear team,
              I have been really a loyal customer of vodafone. I had taken the sim long time back and have stuck with the number...8998. However i lost my phone, and the got a new sim in bombay (Kandivalli east store (As i live in bombay now). I produced my adhaar card and needed information for the number and was promised my number will get activated in 2 days. It has been 3 days already, as this is my primary number, all my transactions, contact details etc. Everything is derailed.
              I went to the store at lower parel today again to check on this. I was notified my sim is not activated by delhi team, i wasnot notified by either teams by today. I aam unable to take calls/ or do anything. This is really urgent. Kindly activate the sim on priority. I have always respected vodafone with their timely service, kindly ensure the same for me to not lose trust in the company and the service.

              The worst data speed i have seen in era of 4g. Its connecting 4G but, -
              poor speed about 10-20kbps.(average)
              rarely browsing is possible.
              auto disconnecting of ongoing calls
              poor network makes my mobile heated.

                I did used jio application/card b4 vodafone. They give us same renew button on their application (Which is always enable) and if you do ur plan renew early still they ll start ur renew plan after finish d current plan which we bought. They do not start your plan early until ur current plan not over. So how & why you dont do vodafone the same?

                Also tell me definition of "renew"
                What is meaning of renewal plz tell me this also bcz you get d answer in this question..

                  I am unable to make outgoing calls from my vodafone number. I can text and receive calls though. I have tried reinserting my sim into my mobile and setting tge network manually. Also tried inserting the sim in another mobile. But none of the techniques have worked. Also i cannot call vodafobe customer services from my number. Please look into the matter. My network center is west bengal.

                    I srinivas staying at new added, vasco, goa. Last six months onwards, i have told to the vodafone people about the network issues, especially on internet service. The internet service will work only during the night after 11 pm till morning 5 am sometimes up to 7 am only.in between time, even if you stand on the main road of new vaddem i was unable to get the signal. Please resolve the issue as early as possible. Paying money but not accountability

                      In corporate plan, they told you that your limit is set to rs 1000 and if limit is crossed then your further usage will be stopped and you will charge rs 1000 only.
                      I am charged bill around rs 10, 000 in which they have put charges of rs 8362 for 34 mb. First of all how international roaming is still active when i have recharged for one month only in two months back. Second how they can cross my limit and make a huge bill. Third no single site is accessed over internet on my phone and also no symbol of internet is shown on my mobile so how they can charge the amount rs 8362 for 2g 34 mb.

                      I want to complaint against vodafone for such behaviour.

                        I am receiving messages on 22nd may, 25th may and today i. E. On 29th may also that you are currently active on the mazaa mobile pack. Your subscription of rs. 49 will be charged on the[protected], 01/06/2018.
                        The website mentioned is www.mazaa.mobi which is also not getting open.
                        No subscription was activated by me.

                          I had made mine vodafone number [protected] portable from mp circle to maharashtra circle as on april 2018 and prior to that i made a payment of rs.600 from mine sbi credit card on 21.03.2018 but the same is not getting reflected on mine bill and to mine surprise a charge of rs.697.48 as other charges is showing outstanding to mine april 2018 bill. Please check the outstanding amount and correct mine billing as of date. Also mine rs.250 security amount due was not returned or adjusted to mine account. Please do the needful on urgent basis as mine outstanding for rs.1125 is due on 01.06.2016 and i don't want to delayed mine payment for unnecessary reasons. Please find the attached credit card statement for march 2018 showing debit of rs.600 on 21.03.2018 and the trailing mail showing successful transaction of payment via transaction id : lcmp[protected]

                            I recharged my phone with rs 159 on 23rd at night which had the offer of 1gb data pr day for 28 days & unlimited calling for 28 days online via www.vodafone.in an amount of 159 rs was deducted from my account bt no recharge was done.. For the next 3 days i kept thinking that my phone was recharged and i found that i have been provided with 1 gb of data for 10 days only and no calling facility as per the offer... I called on customer care no. & they told me that the refund process has been initiated verbally as well as with a msg bt & will be successful within next 3-5days bt now no refund has been done and now when i call people are just irresponsible and are careless abt my complaint... Please help

                              My vodafone number [protected]
                              They charged me 20000 for using my number in uae and i had activated the iroam pack still they charged me my number got barred
                              My sim card was inactive for 75 days so the service was temperorly stopped so I recharged and called customer care and asked for services it was working properly for an hour and then the registration failed

                                My outgoing sms is barred from some days without any reason. I have connected this number to many places now i need to send sms using this number but it is blocked. I called the customer care they he said that i need to go to a Vodafone store with my adhar card but my adhar card is already connected. Vodafone has all my information. It is the costliest service provider still can't give customers proper services.

                                  I have submitted port request multiple times both got rejected in spite of me paying excess amount than required. Vodafone is adding some sms offer and saying you are defaulted and later waving it off. Customer support disconnecting the calls. They are asking to submitting port request again. This is clear cheating by vodafone. How can this be addressed?

                                    I'm not happy with my current plan and want to change it to prepaid. For this i had send sms on 5th may to p2p, but i didn't received any call from your side even after 2 days.

                                    Then on 23rd again i went to store and put the request from pimple saudagar, pune store for same. I was told after 2 days i will get a call, but till date i didn't got any call.

                                    Now its about 5 days, no calls are made from your side which is your fault and the company is making me to even pay this month bill as well which i think is absolutely disgusting.

                                    You can check my bill payment records from last 3-4 years and what kind of customer i'm.

                                    My whole month is wasted as you people has not done the needful for making p2p. I'm not happy with your service. Also this month bill i'm not payable for your faults. You guys will keep on adding bills and you think i will just pay it, how much fair is it?

                                    Even after follow ups you guys are not at all worried or care for my situation.
                                    This is making very frustrating and annoying.

                                    If this is the case i'm ready to discontinue with your service.

                                    I recharged my number 3 times with total amount of rs 70 and the balance reflected was 0.00 this is looting public by charging access fee ! What the hell is access fee charging Vodafone is charging lot of money in postpaid too! And now its looting prepaid customers too by charging access fee! Stop doing this to people

                                        I make mnp for two no. ([protected] & [protected]) of mine to vodafone for plan of 399.

                                        For 1st no. ([protected]) plan was correctly mapped to 399 & also bill came for correct amount. However, for 2nd no. ([protected]) bill came for 2500rs., for which i have selected 399 plan.

                                        I talked to vodafone executive (Shuja from spendle lucknow, coming to hcl office, [protected]) he said that he will waive out the amount & asked me to pay 399+gst=470rs. Which i already paid.

                                        After this also all services have been suspended & the promised waive out amount is still not cancelled & showing debited to my account (Still getting bill & which is accumulated to 3500rs now).
                                        Moreover, the 1st no. ([protected]) all services also has been stopped for last 20 days, except incoming calls.

                                        This is going on for last 4+ months. Seek your quick help & support here to get this closed at earliest.

                                        just the formality done by executive, as she promised that my [protected] mobile service will run by today till now nothing is working and also she said there will be another call by 4 PM today, no phone call received till now.
                                        I have suffered a lot from last 4 months and issue has to be resolve by today or max. by tomorrow. NOT HAPPY WITH ALL CUSTOMER SERVICES... THAT HOW YOUR COMPANY DEALS WITH CUSTOMERS... TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL...
