Respected Sir,
My Vodafone number is [protected] and my name is Anish Ranka.
I am sick and tired of Vodafone with the way they are treating their customers.
I was travelling to turkey with a layover in Doha / Kuwait having international roaming plans activated as per the customer executive told me. Before travelling I even called up the customer executive services where they clearly explained me the international roaming packs, they told me that if I have a pack for Turkey plan Doha and Kuwait defaultly gets activated.( backed up proof by the voice recording from Vodafone for which I personally went to Vodafone store near SNDT college in Malad (W), Mumbai where the management is handled by miss somiya I met her personally)
I heard the entire conversation and it clearly says it all that I was travelling to doha Kuwait and your customer executive also told me the pack is valid entirely.
After that, Mam somiya also heard the conversation, they even mailed to some team of Vodafone saying whatever customers query was customer is right for that matter.
This happened on 28th march when I was travelling to turkey for my business purpose.
I had a layover in Kuwait and as mentioned I used my phone there as, as per your customer executive everything was in the Pack, and when I reach turkey I was surprised to see Vodafone has deactivated my line no data no calls. And tells me my unbilled usage is around 158000/-
I had reached there at 12.00 am and my phones was off and had no option but to take another simcard of that country because of the fact that my phone was gone for a toss bloody hell.
A person going abroad for exhibition leaving the country, friends, relatives and family comes to know that the line is not connected, sir is this some kind of joke where all my customers suppliers were connected by this number and I have really suffered a Big loss because of this.
I would rather want Vodafone for a compensation & also a quick solution to this problem (158000/- Bill Amount) because they cut my line, after a lot of request they just connect the line but again no data services was activated for the entire 10 days pack.
I emailed from there, but there was no reply, I tweeted again they reply me on the tweets for 2 months saying we will resolve the matter and in India again my line gets disconnected.
Can you please look in my account I am not a customer 2-4-6 months old I am a loyal GENUINE customer from 20 years when Vodafone was hutch or orange and dint expect this from your Vodafone.
They bill me 1 lakh 58 thousand odd. According to the package I am not suppose to pay this and I hope even you are understanding this.
Again every morning I get up seeing this message of 1.58 outstanding, just imagine you get up for a new day and your day starts with a debts of 1, 58, 000/- from last 2 months which I actually donât owe to Vodafone.
On tweet everyday new people saying they will resolve the matter and ### but nothingâs happening since last 2 months, Sir do you really think Vodafone should take so much of time to resolve this matter?
SIR, I WILL BE OBLIGED IF YOU LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ASAP & REVERT BACK.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i did recharge of 398 for 84 days in my no [protected] yesterday but till now i didnt get any recharge and also am not getting any satisfactory reply from customer care too kinldy reslove my problen as soon as possible my contact no is [protected] .
