My grandfather had a sim card of vodafone one of our family member as linking of adhar became nesasary he went to submit his adhar card details.. He was told that he needs to change the name of sim of sim card owner. To change the name they transferred his prepaid connection to postpaid connection. Now after a month when we pay the bills we fid that it is far more higher then what he uses... So we went to the nodal office to change the plan.. But they are refusing to do so saying that according to company policy it can't be done till 3 months... So we agrre and go to them again after 3 months and they have the same answer that one more month is needed... We also asked them to close the connection but they are also refusing to do so. On the other hand their customer care says that there is no such rules

    Hi my name is wasim. I have been using vodafone from past one year and since its a postpaid plan the money gets deducted from my credit card via auto smart pay. For the month of march tehy sent me a bill and deducted 880 from my card. I called vodafone to know why my bill is so high as i am on a 499plan and they said vas services were activated of 215 rupees and for which i requested a refund as this was not done by me and accidentally it got activated and they agreed to refund me the amount 215 and remaining amount of 665 was my bill which was already deducted from my card. After a week they sent me another bill of 660 stating that my bill is pending though the money was already deducted from my card on 4th of april and out of which 215 was refunded. I had numerous conversations with their customer care and team leaders (Abhisek nair, aswat, to name a few) and i escalated the matter to them and they promised me to sort it in 24-48hours. Its been 2 months i am still waiting and all i get is false promises and fake messages saying they have refunded me 880 rupees and thats why they send me a new bill of 665 but i have received only 215 rs from them as a refund and not 880 for which i have send them the card statements multiple times and all they do is promise me a solution but we never get to that point. I have a had a terrible time dealing with their customer care team. Managers etc as they dont reply to my calls or they dont come online and even if they do they give me a fake promise to resolve it. I have refused to pay them my pending bill of may as i still need to get my refund from them and i have made it clear that until i get my money back i am not paying them anything and for which they have agreed. I have been in touch with the floor manager aswat from vodafone and he hasn't been answering to my calls and emails as i feel he is not a person who has the authority to change things there. The worst happens when on[protected] my services were barred after me warning them repeatedly not to do so as i still haven't got my refund from them. Please help me in this as its been months i am dealing with this people but there hasn't been any response. Its a pathetic service they have offered and its a disaster how they wrongly bill their customers and we all have to go through the mental turmoil.

      Vodafone deactivated my miss call alert services on 28/12/17 and even after writing several mails to appellate office they are not replying to my questions how to i approach consumer court please advise it caused financial loss and i was threatened also that i m raising the issue unnecessarily can you please help in this matter

        Today on 23.5.2018 we visited vodafone store at nirman vihar, delhi -92, we took token no 450 and met counter girl ms neha, we requested to activate our pre paid service of mob [protected], which was already earlier activated by vodafone.

        The counter girl ready to activate our mob ph under postpaid connection

        She refused to activate under prepaid

        Why vodafone pressurising for postpaid connection? When we are already requested and once activated for prepaid

        Kindly activate my mob no [protected] in prepaid category immediately

          I have ported my number from BSNL to vodafone around 10 days before. Suddenly they have deactivated my number. When I called to customer care they said that my local address is incorrect. If there is address issue they should contact me by same number or reference number. Without any intimation they have deactivated my number. I have tried to contact customer care and store they are not helping and also they are behavior so bad.

          Because of Vodafone organisation I have lost my business. I have not seen ever such a worst, fraud, bad type of organisation.

          Please take some immediate action against this fraud organisation.

              I have purchased vodafone Sim from one of Vodafone mini store. I paid full amount for porting my number from since last couple days I am trying to get my service on Vodafone but I have no service. I am trying to reach that store they are not supporting as well while purchasing the connection I had strong feeling that I would be in trouble but after all I am consumer in India.                 I made a international roaming plan of 5750 for Europe tour. ( Mobile Number +91 [protected])

                In the selected plan having incoming call and outgoing calls are free. But amount is deducting from the main account. So we couldn't get an incoming call or make a outgoing call.

                But the same was not yet resolved from 22.05.2018 inspite of several call to customer care and email vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com

                And I recharge again of Rs.500 and Rs.200 which also drained. But the same was promised to return back by Vodafone. Not yet resolved

                  I got call from vodafone sales agent to provide a postpaid connection. I was offered a connection for 299 + taxes with benefits suggested by agent, and one of them being mobile phone insurance. I accepted that offer. Now i paid for it, i am told the charges will be 399+ taxes per month and if i need insurance, i have to switch to 499 plan. This is wrong and unethical selling from vodafone.

                    I have paid my phone bill yesterday, so that i can move to prepaid connection, and today morning i got a message that i have activated these services, so i got charged for both of the services and due to that my prepaid connection request also got cancelled.
                    I have also been charged for numerous packages in past few months, none of those i had activated for.

                    I am fed up by the service and high charges of vodafone, they have litrally been robbing my whole family (4 postpaid connections) for months.

                    I would request a quick action, answers and my money back that they have been falsely charging me.

                      The customer service agents in the vodafone store hirandani powai are extremely unprofessional. I went to upgrade my 3g simcard to 4g sim. The customer serve agent vikas was extremely lethargic while giving me the new sim after hell lot of time he told me the old sim will get deactivated in 20mins and new one will start and after i left the store and after a while when i opened the new sim pack the seal looked like it was open and stuck again and there was no sim card inside it. I had to go back to the store and informed him the just took the packet and didn't even bother to apologise and new another representative who filled up a form and gave me another sim card and told me that it will get activated after 4 hrs. I told him that the old was to be activated in 20mins then why does this one take 4hrs? For this he replied because of the mix up it will take 4hrs. This is horrible since my old sim had got deactivated by then and i have to wait for 4hrs for the new one to get activated because of their goofup. Also this new rep also didn't bother to apologise. Even after waiting 4hrs my sim is still not activated.

                          My vodafone no is [protected], from last 14-15 days i am not getting internet speed and network too kindly resolve my problem or return my 509 rs recharge back... When i am unable to use it hardly then i have to change my service provider. I have complaint to customer care 4-5 times but no one is resolving my problem. You are providing your services for per day not even a day more than its plan what if i am unable to use its services from 14 - 15 days???

                          Can you explain that am i paying without using any service continiously... And how long it will go i am very disappointed with you guys becoause i am your more than 7 year old cusomer and now i ma also fed up with this service... No one is resloving problem of mine

                          I am a user of Honor 9lite and during purchase I saw an offer for vodafone users who will receive 10 GB extra data on recharge of Rs 199 or above. According to that offer I recharged my NO with Rs 458, but still not received any extra data.
                          Not sure why Vodafone give offer ad if they can, t keep it.

                            It is highly lamented to brief you, in regards with this matter, for your remedial action, to firstly get the old accounts [protected]cancelled from your records, paid dues in dec 2018, along with cancellation mail.

                            Since then, it’s the second time, when my other number i. E. [protected] getting blocked & your recovery team rampant harass me on phone & later block the number without any reason. First, they did in dec 2018, then in feb 2018, now in may 2018.

                            I put up the request for cancellation of vodafone number in dec 2017 and surrendered [protected] number.in the consequences, my other vodafone number get blocked by the agency for a week time, post that when i confirmed to paid money 777, which was a seer extortion. I paid twice the billing amount.

                            Again, i am getting a call on my other vodafone number that pl pay your outstanding i am not using this chips since 27 dec 2017. Find all details, from redressal mail to vodafone to do some remedial action immediately.

                              I recently made a wrong recharge of rs.158 to a number [protected] which was originally intended for [protected]. I wrote to vodafone customer care but they were not co-operating even if i provided the evidence of this wrong recharge.

                              And recharge time is : 22 - may-2018 12 :33 pm

                              Recharge done using paytm.

                                My vodafone no is [protected] now water is going from head i have recieved mail from vodafone daily for inconvinence but no improvement i got last 15-20 days my recharge has wasted this time almost now i am going to change my colleges 26 no also from vodafone now if i will not get any satisfatory reply from your side then all those 26 no will change thier service provider company i recharged 509 rs and i could't use any data and so many interuption almost zero network now i ma very much sad becoause i was 7 year old customer still no one is resolving my problem i got email from voda fone plz be cool how come anyone be too cool it not 2-3 days it has been 20 days aprox,

                                If anyone is reding this mail than i would suggest you all plz dont ever choose vodafone if you chose and want to try then never recharge for long period as 3 month etc. Its rediculous service provider.

                                  From last one year, i was using vodafone prepaid. Then for some time i went to abroad. When i returned they terminate my connection. Saying that this no. You have ported from idea so they will cut it. Then they told me to they will start the no. But they will do in postpaid and after 3 months i can change in prepaid. On 8 feb, recharged for inr 509 which is useless. One week before i went to vodafone store in sector 35, chandigarh. They told me after bill generation on 21, they can change it prepaid. Today i have gone there and they are saying that i have to wait until 10 june. I am not statisfied with there service. Do something or i will complain in consumer court.

                                    My Vodafone number is [protected] and my name is Anish Ranka.

                                    I am sick and tired of Vodafone with the way they are treating their customers.

                                    I was travelling to turkey with a layover in Doha / Kuwait having international roaming plans activated as per the customer executive told me. Before travelling I even called up the customer executive services where they clearly explained me the international roaming packs, they told me that if I have a pack for Turkey plan Doha and Kuwait defaultly gets activated.( backed up proof by the voice recording from Vodafone for which I personally went to Vodafone store near SNDT college in Malad (W), Mumbai where the management is handled by miss somiya I met her personally)

                                    I heard the entire conversation and it clearly says it all that I was travelling to doha Kuwait and your customer executive also told me the pack is valid entirely.

                                    After that, Mam somiya also heard the conversation, they even mailed to some team of Vodafone saying whatever customers query was customer is right for that matter.

                                    This happened on 28th march when I was travelling to turkey for my business purpose.

                                    I had a layover in Kuwait and as mentioned I used my phone there as, as per your customer executive everything was in the Pack, and when I reach turkey I was surprised to see Vodafone has deactivated my line no data no calls. And tells me my unbilled usage is around 158000/-

                                    I had reached there at 12.00 am and my phones was off and had no option but to take another simcard of that country because of the fact that my phone was gone for a toss bloody hell.

                                    A person going abroad for exhibition leaving the country, friends, relatives and family comes to know that the line is not connected, sir is this some kind of joke where all my customers suppliers were connected by this number and I have really suffered a Big loss because of this.

                                    I would rather want Vodafone for a compensation & also a quick solution to this problem (158000/- Bill Amount) because they cut my line, after a lot of request they just connect the line but again no data services was activated for the entire 10 days pack.

                                    I emailed from there, but there was no reply, I tweeted again they reply me on the tweets for 2 months saying we will resolve the matter and in India again my line gets disconnected.

                                    Can you please look in my account I am not a customer 2-4-6 months old I am a loyal GENUINE customer from 20 years when Vodafone was hutch or orange and dint expect this from your Vodafone.

                                    They bill me 1 lakh 58 thousand odd. According to the package I am not suppose to pay this and I hope even you are understanding this.

                                    Again every morning I get up seeing this message of 1.58 outstanding, just imagine you get up for a new day and your day starts with a debts of 1, 58, 000/- from last 2 months which I actually don’t owe to Vodafone.

                                    On tweet everyday new people saying they will resolve the matter and ### but nothing’s happening since last 2 months, Sir do you really think Vodafone should take so much of time to resolve this matter?

                                    SIR, I WILL BE OBLIGED IF YOU LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ASAP & REVERT BACK.

                                      I use Vodafone services from last 10 years. I never take a loan whenever I have low data balance. Just I do a recharge with FTT offer.

                                      This time on 14th may I received a message that chota credit 10/ added & 13/ will be returned back. This comes into my attention today.

                                      Neither I give input on IVR on incoming call nor I made any outgoing call to get this loan & they credited 10/ by technical mistake.

                                      I complained to customer care but they all even refused to take complaint. Talked rudely. Disconnected the call multi times. Even One had refused to give Vodafone complaint id as it is confidential as per her opinion !!!

                                      How can they do not put trust on their customer?? How can they ignore customer issue?? Why aren't they ready to believe there may be technical mistake!!

                                      How can they cheat customer by altering their money without any customer instruction??
                                      How can they take benefit of customer money as it's prepaid ?

                                      If they have no trust on us then why they are sitting in offices to take our complaints!!

                                      As per their opinions and attitudes complaints never exist..

                                      All we have to accept what they say..
                                      We can't complain..
                                      Give my money back if your company knows the value of ethics & truth..

Time 3.50 pm. How can a customer service provider even dare to talk or behave like that to his/her customer, tap recorded. Who to we turn to in times of need if a care provider is the one misbehaving. Kindly review and proper action to be taken.

                                        Hey I'm unable to send sms from my vodafone number to anyone, i checked the message center number all is ok, when i contacted to customer support they told me that sms is barred on my number but they're not giving me reason for that.
