All my family connections are vodafone due to this i am facing terrible problems. I signal at my home is terrible and close to nil. For the last 5 - 6 months i have been making complaints about bad connectivity at home. I have made many many online complaints and phone calls. I am now close to being fed up and i am in undue agony because i am never able to connect to my family members whenever they are home. Whenever i am home nobody is able to make calls to me as i am unreachable most of the time.

I am now really upset that vodafone which prides itself in service is not able to sort out problems which are 6 months old in spite of many many reminders. Please let me know what else to do. If vodafone lets me know that they cannot sort the problem i will sort them our by porting all my connections. I have 6 lines

    Extra money is being charged for value added services which have not been subscribed my me on [protected].on contacting waiver for only two months was given and rest charged as such.further after waiving of charges for two months money was balance.i ported my no to airtel.now Vodafone is asking for additional 191 rs as balance

      Respected sir,
      I am retailer of vodafone company from last 10 years and work with peacefully together vodafone.
      But now the distributor of vodafone dose not support anymore and miss behave to me and not provide any services and forcefully take demo card otp number.
      So i am boycott the distributor and work with out of station and now he block my od two demo number and threat me that if i am not work with him then he do block my all number.
      And therefore i am inform you my retail counter is on of the popular and top 1 in our area so please support me either i am work with other company and wind up with vodafone.
      I am waiting for your faithful and positive response.

        Transaction id nhdf[protected] for recharge of 199rs was successfully completed as per the website https://www.billdesk.com/pgidsk/wap/vodafonetup/vodatupconfirm.jsp on 24may 2018, but my vodafone balance was not updated. I had called up customer care on 25may 2018, and i was told a ticket was created for the refund and would be taken care by 26may. The refund has not happened yet and the customer ivr option to talk to customer care is not working from my number. Please do needful.

          My vodafone relationship no:[protected]

          1. Activated iroamfree package on may 9th, 2018 for 10 days for an amount of rs. 3, 500. Received confirmation of package activation by sms from vm-vfcare along with an offer for some duty-free purchase up to rs 1, 000 at mumbai duty-free shop — which confirms activation of package beyond doubt.

          2. While in switzerland, received an sms from vg-vfcare that my bill has soared up to rs. 5, 772 on may 12th, 2018. Brought this excess charge to the attention of vodafone customer care by email to [protected]@vodafone.in and copy to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com, with a subject heading "urgent! Please resolve immediately". Received acknowledgment from vodafone followed by a phone call. I was advised that this is likely to be due to some system error that they are not able to comment. However, i can roam worry free as this will be looked into once the final bill is generated. Please note, i was advised to keep using the phone connection worry-free as my iroam free package was active.

          3. Come may 19th, my bill continued to bloat. I was oblivion of the excess charges that kept incurring as i was advised to roam worry-free. On this day since my 10-day package was about to be over, i purchased another iroam - free activation at rs 500/- per day — since i was returning on may 21st — against a prompt received from vodafone to activate this option for hassle-free roam. The service was again activated by sms confirmation. However, within few minutes, my phone lost all connectivity. My outgoing got blocked. My internet got blocked. Though, i continued receiving calls and sms. I called vodafone. I was informed that since my bill exceeded my maximum limit — which was beyond rs. 15, 000/ — hence my outgoing service has been blocked!! This was baffling and unfair — not to mention hugely inconvenient — as activated the iroam free package and had received assurance to continue to roam worry-free by vodafone customer service. Where was i at fault?

          4. May 21st, i come back to india. Spoke to vodafone care again and requested to unblock my phone as i am a working professional in mumbai and need my phone. That, the bloated bill is by no fault of mine but due to some system error as explained earlier by their own excective. I was advised that i will have to live with outgoing blocked till may 25th when the actual bill will be generated — and the issue could be resolved. Despite having done all correct, i was without outgoing calls and internet for next 5 days in mumbai!

          5. Come may 25th, my phone connection was restored with the help of vodafone customer service — according to whom my unbilled amount had come to zero. The issue appeared resolved. The inconvenience i had to go through was my own with no consideration on the part of vodafone as the customer service executives have no say on such matters — despite having opted to purchase the iroam free for the whole period of my international roaming.

          6. Come today, may 26th — my account on vodafone online portal reads my total outstanding bill is actually rs. 23, 743.92. This is a huge shocker! I have spent over several hours speaking to the vodafone customer are since the issue of charges were reflected n my account — only to receive no resolution. I have been asked to pay the amount in full. No point talking to them any further. Ironically, this bill includes rs. 3, 500 for activation of iroam free package for 10 days + rs. 500 for the second round of iroam free package activation — which unfortunately actually lasted for only a few minutes on may 19th before my outgoing on phone got blocked.

          7. Where am i at fault. Please help in resolving the inordinate excess charge to my account that i am not liable to pay.

            I had requested for international roaming activation from 2nd may 2018 to 12th may 2018

            For my travel to the us. However upon reaching, despite making the network change to t-

            Mobile (As advised by vodafone representative), my device did not connect to any network,

            Which inconvenienced me severely. Upon calling customer service, i was told that it

            Would take 24 more hours to activate roaming on my phone. Since 2 days had already gone

            By, i asked them to cancel my roaming request. I was assured by the vodafone

            Representative that it was indeed cancelled and that i would not be charged for roaming

            Charges. (Of course there were no calls made or received as there was no network on my

            Device!).
            Now, (25th may 2018) i received a message from vodafone that my outstanding bill is 4657

            Inr (Ie the roaming charges) and my services have been suspended without nay advance

            Notice.

            Now my phone is suddenly a brick and i cant receive important calls that i am expecting,

            Because of an wrong outstanding amount that i do not owe them and due to the error made

            My vodafone.

            On calling the vodafone customer care for clarifying the situation, the representative

            For both rude and unhelpful. For one, he said that i had chosen to get the roaming

            Deactivated when in fact it was cancelled since it was never activated in the first

            Place. He did not listen to my problems, but kept repeating "it is not vodafone's mistake

            And we will try to waive off the amount", while what i am asking for is not a waiver but

            A correction made due to error from vodafone's end.

            This is so infuriating, not only was i left stranded in the us despite having made

            Arrangements before flying due to vodafone's negligence and now, i have to waste my time

            In talking to one representative after another who don't seem to maintain any continuity

            Of my complaint, while the services on my my phone still remain barred!!

            I have been a vodafone customer for so many years now. This incident has caused me to

            Reconsider my service provider.

              I have raised a request on 16th may to deactivate my postpaid sim and i was told that the process will take 7days and was asked to pay bill till end of may. I paid and i was told to use till it gets deactivated but still they didnot deactivated instead they generatedd the bill. I have come all the way from banglore and feel cheated. This is such was fraud. I cannot get leave to go till hyderabad to get it done. So please resolve this issue and punish those guys.

                Without my confirmation the miniplex service activates and its not the first time that happened. I have deactivated these service multiple times but it doesn't work, every time i have balance it would activate by itself and deductes my balance. I don't want any of these kind of situation in future please. So if could help anything regarding these problem of mine that would be a great help.

                  My name is n swamy, i was ported to jio network from vodafone india on march 2018.
                  From 22-may-2018 my mobile number was suspended from jio.

                  I already paid my post paid bill amount every month on time, while porting time also i paid exceeded amount that monthly bill generated.

                  Even i cleared amount vodafone is requested to jio to suspend my number due to their mistake.

                  As i verified with vodafone care, they generated multiple bills on march without intimation me.

                    I had lost my sim and filed for a replacement sim which was supposed to be activated between 48-72 hours. It has been more than 72 hours and the customer support is of no use.

                          Hello Sir,

                          I am continuously being harassed by Vodafone. I have been raising complaint everywhere in my best possible way. Please help and take necessary action on this and request a neutral investigation against this matter.

                          Synopsis:

                          This is to inform you that I have been following up with your customer care for wrong charges reflecting in my bill, but I don't see any action has been taken on to this other than the same repeated statement mentioned: "All the charges are correct".

                          The phone is in international roaming since Feb 22, 2013, and I never been used the data or charged for data and suddenly received the Vodafone statement having charged with Rs 4400 and that too again against some data service and for which Vodafone customer service executive failed to provide the accurate information about the data charged against which service.

                          This phone was never used and it was in switch off state in most of the time and used for OTP services in case of emergency.

                          and Suddenly Vodafone said I have used data service but I never used and why would I use the Vodafone number for data service whereas I have my local number with data service available and unlimited Wi-Fi at home.

I got message saying it is been blocked by TRAI due to some reasons and customer care at vodafone gallery said it is blocked for 10 years. I have not requested to close this number [protected].

                              My grandfather had a sim card of vodafone one of our family member as linking of adhar became nesasary he went to submit his adhar card details.. He was told that he needs to change the name of sim of sim card owner. To change the name they transferred his prepaid connection to postpaid connection. Now after a month when we pay the bills we fid that it is far more higher then what he uses... So we went to the nodal office to change the plan.. But they are refusing to do so saying that according to company policy it can't be done till 3 months... So we agrre and go to them again after 3 months and they have the same answer that one more month is needed... We also asked them to close the connection but they are also refusing to do so. On the other hand their customer care says that there is no such rules

                                Hi my name is wasim. I have been using vodafone from past one year and since its a postpaid plan the money gets deducted from my credit card via auto smart pay. For the month of march tehy sent me a bill and deducted 880 from my card. I called vodafone to know why my bill is so high as i am on a 499plan and they said vas services were activated of 215 rupees and for which i requested a refund as this was not done by me and accidentally it got activated and they agreed to refund me the amount 215 and remaining amount of 665 was my bill which was already deducted from my card. After a week they sent me another bill of 660 stating that my bill is pending though the money was already deducted from my card on 4th of april and out of which 215 was refunded. I had numerous conversations with their customer care and team leaders (Abhisek nair, aswat, to name a few) and i escalated the matter to them and they promised me to sort it in 24-48hours. Its been 2 months i am still waiting and all i get is false promises and fake messages saying they have refunded me 880 rupees and thats why they send me a new bill of 665 but i have received only 215 rs from them as a refund and not 880 for which i have send them the card statements multiple times and all they do is promise me a solution but we never get to that point. I have a had a terrible time dealing with their customer care team. Managers etc as they dont reply to my calls or they dont come online and even if they do they give me a fake promise to resolve it. I have refused to pay them my pending bill of may as i still need to get my refund from them and i have made it clear that until i get my money back i am not paying them anything and for which they have agreed. I have been in touch with the floor manager aswat from vodafone and he hasn't been answering to my calls and emails as i feel he is not a person who has the authority to change things there. The worst happens when on[protected] my services were barred after me warning them repeatedly not to do so as i still haven't got my refund from them. Please help me in this as its been months i am dealing with this people but there hasn't been any response. Its a pathetic service they have offered and its a disaster how they wrongly bill their customers and we all have to go through the mental turmoil.

                                  Vodafone deactivated my miss call alert services on 28/12/17 and even after writing several mails to appellate office they are not replying to my questions how to i approach consumer court please advise it caused financial loss and i was threatened also that i m raising the issue unnecessarily can you please help in this matter

                                      I have ported my number from BSNL to vodafone around 10 days before. Suddenly they have deactivated my number. When I called to customer care they said that my local address is incorrect. If there is address issue they should contact me by same number or reference number. Without any intimation they have deactivated my number. I have tried to contact customer care and store they are not helping and also they are behavior so bad.

                                      Because of Vodafone organisation I have lost my business. I have not seen ever such a worst, fraud, bad type of organisation.

                                      Please take some immediate action against this fraud organisation.

                                        Hi, i am vodafone postpaid customer ([protected]), i opted for DNS even thought i am getting unwanted cellphone calls every day and this leads me so embarrassing.
                                        In a single day i am getting these mentioned call saying as they will provide bank loans and i suspect these are fake calls.
