Respected Sir,

My Vodafone number is [protected] and my name is Anish Ranka.

I am sick and tired of Vodafone with the way they are treating their customers.

I was travelling to turkey with a layover in Doha / Kuwait having international roaming plans activated as per the customer executive told me. Before travelling I even called up the customer executive services where they clearly explained me the international roaming packs, they told me that if I have a pack for Turkey plan Doha and Kuwait defaultly gets activated.( backed up proof by the voice recording from Vodafone for which I personally went to Vodafone store near SNDT college in Malad (W), Mumbai where the management is handled by miss somiya I met her personally)

I heard the entire conversation and it clearly says it all that I was travelling to doha Kuwait and your customer executive also told me the pack is valid entirely.

After that, Mam somiya also heard the conversation, they even mailed to some team of Vodafone saying whatever customers query was customer is right for that matter.

This happened on 28th march when I was travelling to turkey for my business purpose.

I had a layover in Kuwait and as mentioned I used my phone there as, as per your customer executive everything was in the Pack, and when I reach turkey I was surprised to see Vodafone has deactivated my line no data no calls. And tells me my unbilled usage is around 158000/-

I had reached there at 12.00 am and my phones was off and had no option but to take another simcard of that country because of the fact that my phone was gone for a toss bloody hell.

A person going abroad for exhibition leaving the country, friends, relatives and family comes to know that the line is not connected, sir is this some kind of joke where all my customers suppliers were connected by this number and I have really suffered a Big loss because of this.

I would rather want Vodafone for a compensation & also a quick solution to this problem (158000/- Bill Amount) because they cut my line, after a lot of request they just connect the line but again no data services was activated for the entire 10 days pack.

I emailed from there, but there was no reply, I tweeted again they reply me on the tweets for 2 months saying we will resolve the matter and in India again my line gets disconnected.

Can you please look in my account I am not a customer 2-4-6 months old I am a loyal GENUINE customer from 20 years when Vodafone was hutch or orange and dint expect this from your Vodafone.

They bill me 1 lakh 58 thousand odd. According to the package I am not suppose to pay this and I hope even you are understanding this.

Again every morning I get up seeing this message of 1.58 outstanding, just imagine you get up for a new day and your day starts with a debts of 1, 58, 000/- from last 2 months which I actually don’t owe to Vodafone.

On tweet everyday new people saying they will resolve the matter and ### but nothing’s happening since last 2 months, Sir do you really think Vodafone should take so much of time to resolve this matter?

SIR, I WILL BE OBLIGED IF YOU LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ASAP & REVERT BACK.

    I use Vodafone services from last 10 years. I never take a loan whenever I have low data balance. Just I do a recharge with FTT offer.

    This time on 14th may I received a message that chota credit 10/ added & 13/ will be returned back. This comes into my attention today.

    Neither I give input on IVR on incoming call nor I made any outgoing call to get this loan & they credited 10/ by technical mistake.

    I complained to customer care but they all even refused to take complaint. Talked rudely. Disconnected the call multi times. Even One had refused to give Vodafone complaint id as it is confidential as per her opinion !!!

    How can they do not put trust on their customer?? How can they ignore customer issue?? Why aren't they ready to believe there may be technical mistake!!

    How can they cheat customer by altering their money without any customer instruction??
    How can they take benefit of customer money as it's prepaid ?

    If they have no trust on us then why they are sitting in offices to take our complaints!!

    As per their opinions and attitudes complaints never exist..

    All we have to accept what they say..
    We can't complain..
    Give my money back if your company knows the value of ethics & truth..

      Misconduct from vodafone customer service dated 21/5/18, along with non stop sending of service messages mob number [protected], even on persistent request to stop. Time 3.50 pm. How can a customer service provider even dare to talk or behave like that to his/her customer, tap recorded. Who to we turn to in times of need if a care provider is the one misbehaving. Kindly review and proper action to be taken.

        unwanted ads before call

        Each time i try calling any number i have to listen to a 10 to 20 sec ad about some service of vodafone...
        Pls help me get rid of it... My vodafone no. is [protected]. It happens everyday.
        Imagine a scenario, when I need to call someone urgently, and all I can do is wait for 20 second ad to be over before the phone at the other end rings.

        For consecutively two months we are getting value added service charges usage for special numbers 51717*90. We are not calling on these number and the timing of calls are early mornings when we are getting ready for office or on the way to the office or in the evening when we are coming from the office. So its also not possible for others to use my phone. When complaining they 560t return 250 amount but then again next month we get rs 560 vas in my bill.

        While making an enquiry about postpaid to prepaid at M block Kidwai Nagar Kanpur UP (East) . Your dealing employee named Miss. Ruby was very harsh & unwilling to reply queries.
        It was an aweful & bad experienc to visit your office.

          paid bill. not credited

          I made 2 bill payments of Ra.261 & Rs.260.07 on 19th May 2018. The first one got credited. The amount of Rs.260 is still not credited. Customer service is not helpful. I am attaching the paid receipt. Mobile number [protected]
          I raised service requests but all were updated as closed without even resolving it or speaking to me clearly. No response for email to Vodafone.[protected]@vodafone.com...

          The email that i received says that the refund cheque has been returned. I need to provide the nearby vodafone store address where the cheque will be sent. Accordingly, i went to nearby vodafone shop and the person at counter told that she did the respective action without giving my any receipt of my complain or keeping me in cc in any email. Told me that they would contact me when the cheque will come at their shop. Till now i haven't received any phone call/ any other communication from their end.

            Today i received 2 sms from vodafone saying that international roaming and i-roaming pack has been activated on my number. I have never asked for any of these services and after fighting a long time against unauthorized vas, now a new avenue has started to steal my money. I am very disappointed with vodafone and i am seriously considering porting to airtel or jio.

            Incorrect billing by VODAFONE. I asked for a 149/- monthly roaming to be activated. Now I have received a bill stating that I have used the Internet while on International Roaming which is incorrect. I have not used Vodafone internet while on roaming. In fact, there was no network most of the time.
            Incorrect billing by Vodafone. I have postpaid Red together scheme for my two Vodafone numbers, but I am using only one. At present, I am in USA. I asked for a Rs.149/- monthly international roaming to be activated mainly to get OTP messages once in a while. Rest of he time, I kept my phone on Airplane mode to avoid any incoming calls and messages. The ad on Vodafone webpage said that incoming messages will be free. I also confirmed this from New Delhi Vodafone and they said that all incoming messages will be free. Within 10 days of my opting for Rs.149/- international roaming. my bill has tripled. I neither received any incoming call, nor made any outgoing call. I opted for this facility mainly for my net-banking purposes - to get OTP messages. I am now wondering if the ad for Rs.149/- given by Vodafone is aimed at duping innocent clients?

              Have been consistently requesting vodafone to look into the matter of the network issue in my area. It has been more than 3 years now that i have sent out emails, spoken to the customer care and recently visited the gallery in currey road, yet, nothing has been resolved. Every time fake assurance is provided but the network issue isn't resolved. Missing out on the important contacts and it's not convenient to keep stepping out and finding a proper network place to have a disruption-free conversation. Kindly check into the matter if possible. The problem hasn't been resolved yet!!!

                Two months ago vodafone has activated two vas without my knowledge. After a lot of complaints and argument you waived off. Today you again activate two vas without my consent. I am a corporate connection customer and i do not have enough time to call the customer care for waving off these services. Vodafone cut charges by activating value added services almost every month

                  Last year i have ported my no. From idea to vodafone. When i ported from vodafone store. They done it in postpaid. After that i complained and they migrated it into prepaid. That time i have paid inr 345 and got information that i will get refund amount by cheque. Even i got mail about it but i didn't receive.
                  After that for 10 months i went to abroad. When i returned they are telling me that this no. Is temporary closed. After that they tell me to restart this no.in postpaid and i can change it in prepaid after 90 days. But i reached to store they are telling me that it can be done after 22.

                    I had ported my vodafone postpaid mobile no. I. E. [protected] to jio in the month of march, 2018 after clearing the entire bill amount. Thereby the vodafone approved the porting request send by the jio company and finally my no. Was port in jio company. But after passing the 3 months approximately, the jio company suspended my services without giving any notice to me by saying that the vodafone company send us a request for the same as a bill amounting rs. 202.00 is pending at my end. But the vodafone is not providing the bill for that particular amount. This is just a harassment to the customer. And my basic reason to port from vodafone to jio is only due to fake bills raised by vodafone company.

                          Hello sir,
                          I did a recharge of 300 on 1st may on [protected].. Today a call went to a number 5171739, without my knowledge. Phone was kept idle.. They must have send flash msg, dat press 1 to call and 1 would have been pressed.. They did cut rs 252 for 17 min call.. I have been using this phone for 5 years, never had much balance, so this type of call never happened.. Today when i had balance, a sudden call happened. I did call the customer care, the guy was rude and did not even tell, what was the call rate.. Please look into it.

                            I already use vodafone postpaid card. When i purchased it they called me clearly that you have to pay 210-215 every month for selected plan i agree and purchased. But after first bill pay they cheated me they tell me you have to pay 399 rs every month i shocked and call vodafone service center after long conversation, they got my complaint​ and they told me they will solve it in 2-3 days but they never solved it. So i decided that i will give this card to my friend because he can pay this amount every month but when i removing the sim card from my mobile i was in train and in traffic i lost the sim card. And i never get found it. So from that day i am not use it. But i got a call from vodafone that you have to pay this amount you used and so and so. But i said them i am not using that card it got losted so why i pay. But they don't listen to it they want just money clearly cheating. I am very frustrated from this so please do any help.

                              M toooooo much frustrated from vodafone... Never saw this type of poor service of anyone... Duduct money everyday without reason n when we call customer care either thy told lie u opt this service n 90% after press 9 we r unable to talk to customer care... So do correct ur system or do give. Proper service even can't make call from my hubby number also cz can't tall to customer care from his number also

                                I am vodafone prepaid user and my mobile number is [protected]. Vas got automatically activated on my number without my knowledge and permission on 20 may 2018 at 8.38 am. I didn't receive any message for vas activation. Services activated are like this
                                1) re 1 store
                                2) vodafone games for rs 20 and rental for rs 15. Sum of rs 37 deducted.

                                  I am facing issues with my vodafone sms outing, vodafone team informed that my mobile number has been blocked by trai due to bulk sms, but this number is for personal purpose and never used for tele marketing purposes, when visited vodafone store, they were not able to help on this regards, request vodafone to look into this and enable my number to perform outgoing sms facility

                                    Our vodafone number has been deactivated [protected] and my father has reached mr. Deepak, vodafone mini store hanumangarh town rajasthan. Firstly he has denied to restore the number and informed them to go to vodafone store hanumangarh junction and also assured them that our number is almost impossible to restore. After discussion he has asked to pay 500 rupees to restore the number with minimum bill plan of rs. 250. I want you to take action against mr. Deepak because he is lying about vodafone company's payment plans and making fool of innocent people.
