Two months ago vodafone has activated two vas without my knowledge. After a lot of complaints and argument you waived off. Today you again activate two vas without my consent. I am a corporate connection customer and i do not have enough time to call the customer care for waving off these services. Vodafone cut charges by activating value added services almost every month

    Last year i have ported my no. From idea to vodafone. When i ported from vodafone store. They done it in postpaid. After that i complained and they migrated it into prepaid. That time i have paid inr 345 and got information that i will get refund amount by cheque. Even i got mail about it but i didn't receive.
    After that for 10 months i went to abroad. When i returned they are telling me that this no. Is temporary closed. After that they tell me to restart this no.in postpaid and i can change it in prepaid after 90 days. But i reached to store they are telling me that it can be done after 22.

      I had ported my vodafone postpaid mobile no. I. E. [protected] to jio in the month of march, 2018 after clearing the entire bill amount. Thereby the vodafone approved the porting request send by the jio company and finally my no. Was port in jio company. But after passing the 3 months approximately, the jio company suspended my services without giving any notice to me by saying that the vodafone company send us a request for the same as a bill amounting rs. 202.00 is pending at my end. But the vodafone is not providing the bill for that particular amount. This is just a harassment to the customer. And my basic reason to port from vodafone to jio is only due to fake bills raised by vodafone company.

          My vodafone no. Is sold to other person even though i am using it constantly from 2014... I am using it for whatsapp also... But they sold to a police man and im getting vulgar calls in whatspp... That police person wife is fighting with him and both life is in big trouble...

          Please give my no. Back or else i both will take leagle action in court...

            Hello sir,
            I did a recharge of 300 on 1st may on [protected].. Today a call went to a number 5171739, without my knowledge. Phone was kept idle.. They must have send flash msg, dat press 1 to call and 1 would have been pressed.. They did cut rs 252 for 17 min call.. I have been using this phone for 5 years, never had much balance, so this type of call never happened.. Today when i had balance, a sudden call happened. I did call the customer care, the guy was rude and did not even tell, what was the call rate.. Please look into it.

              I already use vodafone postpaid card. When i purchased it they called me clearly that you have to pay 210-215 every month for selected plan i agree and purchased. But after first bill pay they cheated me they tell me you have to pay 399 rs every month i shocked and call vodafone service center after long conversation, they got my complaint​ and they told me they will solve it in 2-3 days but they never solved it. So i decided that i will give this card to my friend because he can pay this amount every month but when i removing the sim card from my mobile i was in train and in traffic i lost the sim card. And i never get found it. So from that day i am not use it. But i got a call from vodafone that you have to pay this amount you used and so and so. But i said them i am not using that card it got losted so why i pay. But they don't listen to it they want just money clearly cheating. I am very frustrated from this so please do any help.

                M toooooo much frustrated from vodafone... Never saw this type of poor service of anyone... Duduct money everyday without reason n when we call customer care either thy told lie u opt this service n 90% after press 9 we r unable to talk to customer care... So do correct ur system or do give. Proper service even can't make call from my hubby number also cz can't tall to customer care from his number also

                  I am vodafone prepaid user and my mobile number is [protected]. Vas got automatically activated on my number without my knowledge and permission on 20 may 2018 at 8.38 am. I didn't receive any message for vas activation. Services activated are like this
                  1) re 1 store
                  2) vodafone games for rs 20 and rental for rs 15. Sum of rs 37 deducted.

                    I am facing issues with my vodafone sms outing, vodafone team informed that my mobile number has been blocked by trai due to bulk sms, but this number is for personal purpose and never used for tele marketing purposes, when visited vodafone store, they were not able to help on this regards, request vodafone to look into this and enable my number to perform outgoing sms facility

                      Our vodafone number has been deactivated [protected] and my father has reached mr. Deepak, vodafone mini store hanumangarh town rajasthan. Firstly he has denied to restore the number and informed them to go to vodafone store hanumangarh junction and also assured them that our number is almost impossible to restore. After discussion he has asked to pay 500 rupees to restore the number with minimum bill plan of rs. 250. I want you to take action against mr. Deepak because he is lying about vodafone company's payment plans and making fool of innocent people.

                        My mp/cg prepaid sim 990708... Due to roaming i am going to vodafone store parathe hall opposite orange city hospital near chatrrpati chowk khamla & there is a female executive have postpaid sim provide me said with various offer she's never share complete details of postpaid sim and bill charge to 05 apr but sim activate after 17 apr and i also tried to port in prepaid due to roaming they will roam me around 20 days each and every time saying monday after monday after tuesday after friday after monday sometime say for network problem sometime say come in morning sometime say going to another vodafone store i am sick of vodafone store executive behaviour and also telling to executive aniket for block or closed my sim i don't want to use without wastage of money and time but he is answered me no now i will charge without using to this sim another 1 month please help me i am very tired to roam from vodafone store to vodafone store

                          I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] with rs. 458 on 19 may 2018 through my vodafone app & paid through visa debit card. The amount has been deducted from my account but not processed by vodafone rather i received a message from 190 quoting '217:your request to recharge 458 inr cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is onr[protected]'.

                            Previously i used to work in hdfc. Meri sim mere grandfather ki id se li gyi thi jise mere adhar card se link karwana tha. Me vodafone store gyi waha btaya gya k postpaid me port krwane par aapke adhar se link ho jayega, mere office me vodafone agents aate the jinse mene vodafone postpaid me port karwaya unhone kha k aapka 299 ka plan h but bill 483 ka aaya hai..                               Respected sir/madam,
                              I tried to reacharge my vodafone sim for rupees 199/- via online and when the transaction process was going on the process got stuck. But the amount was deducted from my account.
                              When i checked whether my recharge was done it wasn't. It was unsuccessful. I'm 199/- rupees out and sim hasn't been recharged.
                              What do i do? Please help..

                                I was deducted rs.90 for subscribing to wwe zone pack. Seriously i not even knw what this pack is untill i received a message saying thnx for subscribing to it. Without my concern how dare vodafone is cheating people like this. Vodafone better please stop stealing. I dnt care about the money but i need an apology from you guys for causing all this mental agony.. Go n beg in street rather stealing..

                                  My name is zarna thakar and my vodafone number is [protected]. My bill for the month of april 2018 was 1178 which includes rs. 900 for my plan and other amount consists of downloads.
                                  Every month in my bill they add downloads charge which i have never used. Also my outgoing call services were stopped due to non payment of my bill. I paid 1000 rupees as the vodafone people told me they will waive off 100 rs as late fees. Services on my number were still not restored. I had to call customer care to restore my services. I am very upset with the services provided as i have to pay extra and i have to call customer care to restore my services despite paying 95% of my bill amount.

                                  There is now response from the customer care also when i complained this issue to the vodafone customer care. Please solve this matter asap.

                                    My outgoing SMS is blocked for about 3 months. When I was calling the customer care regarding this, they are asking me to register in the TRAI. Why should I need to regiater in the TRAI, since i am not the telemarketer and also I am not the frequent SMS sender. My biggest concern is I am not even aware of this problem because I don't use to send SMS and now when I really need to send for an emergency I couldn't send it and the customer care is asking me to register in TRAI as the telemarketer. Only SIM am using from the beginning is Vodafone and the issues that are happening right now is really bugging me a lot.

                                    It's been more than a week since i have registered this complaint and there is no response till now. How many more days or months I have to wait to get this resolved? I guess changing the service is the only option.

                                      Dear vodafone,

                                      I’m facing problem with poor connectivity and call drops for about more than 6 months now.
                                      I have minimum range where ever i go and all i have to hear is that “your phone is never reachable”
                                      To be specific in tilak nagar, chembur there is no range and in dadar i have bare minimum range! It’s getting on to the nerves now and i hope and request you to fix it as soon as possible!

                                        I am trying to message on 1900 to port my number but the message can't be sent.
                                        Some serious issue and am trying to do it for past 2 weeks.
                                        I would like to port my number from vodafone to other telwcom service provider and when i click send to message port xxxxx my no. Xxxxx to 1900, the message fails to be sent and it becomes an issue as i am unable to give the code to the customer care of other company and thus i am left struggling with vodafone as the area where i live or work has very bad service of vodafone.
                                        What's the issue and why my message to 1900 is blocked by vodafone.
