Successfully for rs.25 but my current
Balance is -1.35. I have not got my
Exect value.
Please help me to solve this problem

    I have a vodafone number from last 10 years and now they deactivated the number as they somehow attach someone else bill to my number and asking me to pay the bill. I am having so much problem with that. I have dropped sooo many mails in vodafone customer care and talk to different customer care representative about it but no one is helping me in that. They simply ask me to pay bill, but why should i pay bill for which i have not used.

      Hello sir,

      Vodafone company always deducting balance amount through different services from internet without any conformation of their customers.
      And while we make complaint to 198 number they inform that the service is activated by us... That is not true.

      We are not activating any value added services..

      Plz help and stop vodafone to do so.

        I am holding a post paid connection with vodafone india bangalore.in my area i am not able to use vodafone services properly. I am not even getting any signal. Even though they are not providing services properly they are making me to pay entire bill every month. They are not even giving concession. This is giving a lot of pain to me.

          SUB: No Network Coverage

          My Vodafone No. is [protected]. Its about 3 years i am complaining against no network coverage at home. I m living in budh Nagar, inderpuri. Every time complaint is registered but no one take any action, said it will be fine within 2-3 months.

          About this, i have tried to contact ur customer care many times but no one responded except giving excuses. So kindly take the action.

            I am a Vodafone customer. I had to transfer ownership of my mother's phone number to my grandmother's name.
            I visited the Sant Nagar Vodafone Store. The store manager asked me to upgrade to postpaid to change name. She asked me quote to wait for 3 months before converting it back to prepaid as it was mandatory.

            I waited and paid bills for three and a half months. I got it converted. Then next time I wanted to go the same process for my phone number, I was advised the same process by another employee.

            Frustrated I called the customer care who said it 3 month gap is not mandatory. The Vodafone employee in Lajpat Nagar Store confirmed. The semantics in Vodafone policies costed me RS 900.
            I was misleaded to migrate my Vodafone number to postpaid. I was promised I will get back Rs 200 as pro rata balance of my active 450 plan at the time of conversion
            I did not get back the Rs 250+250 = 500 rupees as safety deposit.
            I also lost the 160 rupees balance in my phone. In total I lost RS 1760.
            More importantly I was frustrated by the Semantics.

              I have requested porting request tt137459 from tata docomo to vodafone for the number [protected].

              Got a confirmation message from vodafone on 16 may telling request has been approved by docomo.

              Now both simcards are showing sim card registtration failed and i am outside of tamilnadu now.

              Please look in to this on priority.

                My mobile no is "[protected]". I never requested for activation of hello tunes in my mobile but suddenly i got an sms stating that rs 19 will be deducted as i has requested for the activation of hello tunes. Then i had to stop the request but the amount was already deducted from my balance.

                Please look into the problem and do the needful.

                  Today too u deducted my 39 rs for a service that i had not subscribed for its 5th time this week u guys can't are not able to stop it. Its better u guys resign your job and go do something else no one should be this much irresponsible. This is the limit iam porting out. I cant take no more chances. U guys are not even allowing me to talk to your customer executives. Feel shame on you vodafone. This is the 2nd time this week i am writing a complaint to you guys. Atleast this time please show some respect to your customers

                          I am a vodafone postpaid maharashtra customer (Num [protected]). I wanted to add my mother's number [protected] (Prepaid) as a child account under my number. The request was made on 9th may. The vodafone customer service personnel at aundh, pune branch assured me it will be done in 4 hrs.. But now after 1 week they say that your request is deleted.
                          This is totally unprofessional attitude and carelessness on the part of the vodafone branch and aundh, pune. Everytime i called and talked to the team leader ms anagha there, she told me big stories as to she is talking with the manager and the head of the team to get this done, but nothing has happened till date.
                          Now my mother's number is not working. This is really pathetic.

                            My vodafone no is [protected], from last 10-12 days i am not getting internet speed and network too kindly resolve my problem or return my 509 rs recharge back... When i am unable to use it hardly then i have to change my service provider. I have complaint to customer care 4-5 times but no one is resolving my problem. You are providing your services for per day not even a day more than its plan what if i am unable to use its services from 10 - 12 days???

                              As we using this priority no: [protected] in the aircel network and we took the connection in the name of shanthi trading company. Due to aircel network problem we have not using few days at the time after we approach the no for porting process but we not able to process. Actually we holding around 25 connections in the corporate name which is in aircel, after aircel problem we port out to vodafone.
                              As we switch over all the other connections except this[protected] no. We using this number in business purpose how the third party using without my knowledge, proof, corporate copy. Our business is struggled due to this no is not reach out for our clients...
                              As kindly asking you to solve this problem, recover my no and compensate my business loss...

                                  I did not get an internet connection while travelling abroad with the international roaming 3 days plan. I have been sending emails and making calls since 22nd Apr'18 and they are harrassing me like anything. Every email is replied by new new persons and they are staring asking and replying the same thing. They dont even bother to check previous emails for information, which I have already provided. I did not know that VIL is making profit by stealing customer's money in this way. I could not use the SIM while in abroad, though I have taken international roaming and now money is not also refunded and customer care is harrassing me like anything since 22nd Apr'18

                                    I did not get an internet connection while travelling abroad with the international roaming unlimited plan.
                                    Even after calling 3-4 times my issue was not resolved.
                                    I was charged the full amount in my bill so i complained requesting a waiver of the charges.
                                    After a series of calls and discussions they finally agreed to waive off the charges.
                                    Three days later i get a call saying that the charges can't be waived off.
                                    It is very sad to see such a big company going back on their word.
                                    Highly disappointed with the service.

                                      Today at 1:05 pm i have called to vodafone customer care regarding my data usage details and to unsubscribe one unauthorized subscription i. E. Ultravideos. The customer care executive who picked my call has deactivated the subscription on my request but regarding the details of data usage, instead of helping me out she denies giving me the details and she replies me to go to the vodafone store for this matter. She is so stubborn that after my repeated complaint she refuses to give me the details. I didn't expect this kind of response & service from this reputed organization. I personally feel that complaint handling & solving desk are more sensitive one and you should appoint some well experienced executive for this desk. Kindly advice them to be more sensible while giving the response and if they can't solve the query then they should escalate to their superior. Thank you.
