Vodafone shows that they provide upto 100 free sms per day. But now I'm facing very difficulty in sending sms when i contact with the customer care executive they said that it will be solved in about 24 hours. You guys are cheating customers simply deducting balance for unnecessary internet ad services which i have not subscribed for. Its not the 1st time 2 days before u guys looted my 60 rs and returned it back then the next day u again took my 35 rs. Hi.. Me and my brother are vodafone prepaid user in guwahati, assam.
For the past 3-4 days, we are not able to make any outgoing calls or internet use.

This is very ridiculous that the vodafone service provider are taking extra money form the customers such as the name of "other credits /charges.

Even after paying regular bill they are taking extra hidden charges from customers, and they are doing fraud with the public

One of the worst service in mobile portability module is vodafone.

I have given my portability request during the month of february 2018, since then i kept following the customer care and vodafone store where i requested the portability service but none of them know the status. Rther they have a standard answer saying 7 working days to get acivated.

I have visited to the vodafone store more 7 tines nd no progress....

I have been abroad for 3 months and my vodafone balance is now -78 i haven't made any call or message still u are saying it will automatically be activated and you take money from my account how is it possible without my permission.
