Dear sir,
My vodafone no is [protected], from last 10-12 days i am not getting internet speed and network too kindly resolve my problem or return my 509 rs recharge back... When i am unable to use it hardly then i have to change my service provider. I have complaint to customer care 4-5 times but no one is resolving my problem. You are providing your services for per day not even a day more than its plan what if i am unable to use its services from 10 - 12 days???

    Dear sir
    As we using this priority no: [protected] in the aircel network and we took the connection in the name of shanthi trading company. Due to aircel network problem we have not using few days at the time after we approach the no for porting process but we not able to process. Actually we holding around 25 connections in the corporate name which is in aircel, after aircel problem we port out to vodafone.
    As we switch over all the other connections except this[protected] no. We using this number in business purpose how the third party using without my knowledge, proof, corporate copy. Our business is struggled due to this no is not reach out for our clients...
    As kindly asking you to solve this problem, recover my no and compensate my business loss...

      I, gokul bahadur khatri registered my strong protest / resentment for charging fabricated call no.51717 dated 30/04/18-17:52:23 for 181 minutes duration charging rs.2534/- which i've never been made. Please investigate the matter and let me know to whom i spoken, it is pertinent to mention here that my entire record since induction of the scheme may be gone through and it is evident that entire duration of my membership of your esteem company i am a very short caller.

        I did not get an internet connection while travelling abroad with the international roaming 3 days plan. I have been sending emails and making calls since 22nd Apr'18 and they are harrassing me like anything. Every email is replied by new new persons and they are staring asking and replying the same thing. They dont even bother to check previous emails for information, which I have already provided. I did not know that VIL is making profit by stealing customer's money in this way. I could not use the SIM while in abroad, though I have taken international roaming and now money is not also refunded and customer care is harrassing me like anything since 22nd Apr'18

          I did not get an internet connection while travelling abroad with the international roaming unlimited plan.
          Even after calling 3-4 times my issue was not resolved.
          I was charged the full amount in my bill so i complained requesting a waiver of the charges.
          After a series of calls and discussions they finally agreed to waive off the charges.
          Three days later i get a call saying that the charges can't be waived off.
          It is very sad to see such a big company going back on their word.
          Highly disappointed with the service.

            Today at 1:05 pm i have called to vodafone customer care regarding my data usage details and to unsubscribe one unauthorized subscription i. E. Ultravideos. The customer care executive who picked my call has deactivated the subscription on my request but regarding the details of data usage, instead of helping me out she denies giving me the details and she replies me to go to the vodafone store for this matter. She is so stubborn that after my repeated complaint she refuses to give me the details. I didn't expect this kind of response & service from this reputed organization. I personally feel that complaint handling & solving desk are more sensitive one and you should appoint some well experienced executive for this desk. Kindly advice them to be more sensible while giving the response and if they can't solve the query then they should escalate to their superior. Thank you.

            I never opted or sent a request to active Vodafone cell9 tube pack. But it automatically got activated and I have been charged Rs.35 unnecessarily.

              I have taken a new post paid connection on jodi offer 20days ago and the sim was also activated on the same day 26th april. But till today no sim received from vodafone and one one is taking care to resolve my issue. I have called ample of times to vodafone sales team and ccustomer care but till today no response. It's better to visit consumer forum rather than talking to vodafone.

              The network provider Voda phone had deducted Rs45 for WWE Zone pack when I had not activated for the service. I hve a plan of 1.4 gb n unlimited calls. Also has wifi. This is an unethical practice to rob the customers money..

                    Vodafone shows that they provide upto 100 free sms per day. But now I'm facing very difficulty in sending sms when i contact with the customer care executive they said that it will be solved in about 24 hours. After 3 days due to the same reason I contacted the customer care again and told about the matter. Then they said that it will be solved by half an hour till now I'm facing the problem. Why you are barring the sms. Are you trying to foolish people?

                    I have been charged for international roaming on my Vodafone number

                    [protected] in the month of May 2018 without intimating me.

                    I want to closed it as soon as possible and refund all amount soon.

                      My outgoing sms service is barred.i called number of times to cc but no use. I visited mini store from there i made complaints but no use.i have a hutch sim which mini, and wanted a new vodafone mini sim.i even took new mini sim to activate it i have send the last 4 digits of the sim as a sms.but my sms service is barred and despite calling many times vodafone is not interested to solve my problem.even i cannot port to new operator as it also requires sms.i have total 8 vodafone sims in my family i will dump them soon...

                        You guys are cheating customers simply deducting balance for unnecessary internet ad services which i have not subscribed for. Its not the 1st time 2 days before u guys looted my 60 rs and returned it back then the next day u again took my 35 rs. Vodafone is the worst network ever seen in indian telecom industry u guys are not service providers u r just robbers looting money from customers really fed up with vodafone. This was my complaint last week after al of this now too they have looted my 30 rs from my accounts this is the limit. I have never seen this kind of behaviour from any service providers. These guys should be thrown out of india

                          - date of problem (Not incident now) = 6th may onwards
                          - description = i'm a delhi-ncr user of vodafone post paid number and active 4g connection but for last 1 week now, the speed of internet is pathetic... It hardly connects, speed is less than that of 2g and i'm unable to browse basic applications on my phone.. My current location is noida and situation is same in roaming also.
                          Same issues faced by fellow colleagues while accessing 4g.
                          I got 65 gb of data to use and no speed : (

                            Hi.. Me and my brother are vodafone prepaid user in guwahati, assam.
                            For the past 3-4 days, we are not able to make any outgoing calls or internet use.
                            Please resolve this issue asap as we are thinking of porting to a different service provider. It is very inconvenient for us as we are missing out on many important calls. I hope vodafone takes up this matter seriously.

                              I am getting bills every month more than my rental of 199 for my mobile number [protected] and i even took data pack of 250 rupees extra but still i am charged more every month saying that i have exceeded my monthly mobile data. I have wifi at home and even in office. I use mobile data when i am not at these two places. The main reason for raising this complaint is that there is no vodafone network at my home from last 1 year and there are many complaints raised by the appartment people and even me but no resolution has been provided and if i will be at home my phone will be not reachable. But still mobile data has been charged so much for me. Attached are the last 6 months bills screenshot.

                                Calls are not connecting, having sufficient balance with 399 rs recharge with free local & std calls, also having 16 rs talktime balance, but 3-4 calls are connected but majority of calls are not connecting. Just called to custmer care but they are not listening and they divert my number from file complain. So i cant able to file online complains agains them on theire online portal. And they are not listning my comlaint, they just cut my call

                                  This is very ridiculous that the vodafone service provider are taking extra money form the customers such as the name of "other credits /charges.

                                  Even after paying regular bill they are taking extra hidden charges from customers, and they are doing fraud with the public

                                  In fact i and my whole family and group are using vodafone since last 8 years and in my bill i regularly saw that they are putting extra charges...

                                  Unable to receive messages on my number. Right now, i contact one of your cce mr. Ravi kumar to resolve this issue. I told him that i already did all the procedures but nothing happens. But he keeps insisting me to do manual setting which i already did and never try to help me out. He keeps telling me that you've selected airtel provider that is why you're unable to send and receive any messages. Then i asked him to transfer this call to a senior supervisor which he denied to do that. Previously, i contact one of your agent regarding the network issue but the issue still regarding the network issue even they took the complaint but didn't resolve it and send me a message after a week that we tried to call you but you didn't receive. Well, i didn't receive a single call from your side. I made a mistake by joining vodafone.

                                  P. S. Either resolve my network and sms issue or do mnp and please make sure to tell that cce to show an attitude and behave properly next time. I hope i never join your provider in the first place.
