A man named Raj Malhotra claiming to be the employee of ICICI bank has called me up from the phone number- [protected].
this person has said that i will have to apply a new credit card and for that teh bank is giving me free of cost with 3d secure pin. for that reason he by all indirect means has got my card details and said i have 19998 reward points and i can redeem them for credit card payment and initiated a transaction and asked me to type the otp on my phone. I had doubted and enquired but the man seemed to be very convincing employee of ICICI bank and said it is the new procedure,

i request you to please revert this payment and return the money back

    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Vodafone has been activating this pack on my number without my confrontation or interest. And simply Rs. 100 get deducted. Please be careful and hope they take serious action against this issue.
    I've been recharged of 458rs. For 84 days unlimited calls and data. I received data however stopped outgoing calls.

    I couldn't not reach at customer care also. Pls take this on very high priority and resolve unless I need to approach legal ways.

      This is to inform you that vodafone have deducted my main balance without any reason. Now when i called enquired about this. They replied me that due to usage of data pack it was done. Its not at all possible as because i am using a corporate sim of airtel and its all set in my network preference to use the airtel sim so how is it possible that my balance got cut for using net when i hvnt used it.

          It's poor internet service of 4G...It gets connected but data is not working...so bad internet service.. headache... customer care not taking call..so worst service of Vodafone

            Sir i am availing vodafone post paid mobile services against no.[protected].
            As per records my monthly bills are always paid before due dates and as on 10th may rs 522 are paid as advance.

            Since i was expected to be on europe tour from 24th april to 9th may i contacted vodafone office chakrata road dehra dun and enquired about international roaming package for europe. I was told to deposit rs 5000 as security and avail i-roam plan for 28 days with free unlimited outgoing and incoming for most of stations in europe.

            I had completed my paper formalities and deposited security money of rs 5000 also on 23rd april. Rep. From vodafone also visited my residence for verification.

            I had left on25 april. After 2/3 days there was message from vodafone that my usage bills for international roaming has exceeded an amount of rs 8000/ and my mobile facilities put under suspension. On enquiry it was learnt that roaming charges levied on my mobile were under different plan and rates and error needs tobe corrected by vodafone.

            With lot of pursuation my mobile phone service was restored on 2nd may. However after 2/3 days again there was a message that my bills for the exceeding limits and facilities withdrawn from 7th may.

            I returned to india on 10 may but my my phone services not restored. Vodafone is not divulging what is the error in billing
            And say that billing details will be prepared on 18 of the month.

            Dehradun vodafone manager has referred the matter for correction to their higher management in last week of april from where the clearance is awaited causing me all the hardship, despite having paid for 28 days facilities and not getting the same even for 14 days.

            I need immediate redressal or shall be compelled to approach to consumer forum

              I transfer mu number from postpaid to prepaid and took new prepaid sim for same 2days back...
              Its getting network but not activating...
              As per instructions by vodafone store.. I called 59059 for activation.. But on that number it's only telling process for adhar links...
              I have paid my all dues at store updated by store and also did first recharge of 229rs for activation same time
              But still it's showing zero balance
              Please resolve urgently

                On 22nd My internet started charging for the data i was using however the same day i received a message that last months 5 GB data has been rolled out to current month. After this I called your customer care & your executive said that I've consumed whole 20 GB data (My data limit while joining Vodafone is 20GB + 10 GB extra - Not applicable to my account yet). this is the first miscommunication done from your end.
                Secondly no postpaid network charges you once you consumed your 4G data rather than that we can still use internet but in 2G speed which was also proposed me at the time of joining you. I got charged for around 500/- rs & now you my internet speed reduce to 2G for free which is ridiculous!

                Today I got the messaged that we have added 20 + 10 GB internet in your plan for which i got surprised!!! but now when i called your customer care again for waive off they told me that it's 10 GB only & not 30 GB (20+10). This is the second false commitments received from your end & I do have proof of all with me (Attached as well FYR).
                Even though having 100 free SMS I still got charged, why?

                I WANT WAIVE OFF FOR THE EXTRA CHARGES OCCURRED or I'll not pay the bill & file a suit against you guys with all the proofs.

                  Sir my prepaid number is [protected] i was relocated to dehradun and port my number. After submit all document in dehradun store i got new sim and activated layer but after 15 days it was deactivated without any notice it was so discusting i am help less. After that i go the store but all staff r inexperience at dehradun rajput road. That give me new sim and it will take another 3 day to activate sir i am frustrated with the service. Pls help

                    Hello, i have paid and activated international pack for unlimited incoming calls in dubai for 2 days from 31/mar/2018 till 1/apr/2018.

                    Since my dob is 01/apr/2018, i was supposed to make calls and suppose to receive calls whereas i was only able to make calls for 10-12 mins and even from 1st day mid night, i was not able to dial any number.

                    Every time i dialed any number from device, it used to show "line busy" whereas i was able to dial form my another number from same device.

                    I paid 1151/- amount for just 2 days and i was not able to use it. 1197 is not big amount but i paid only for 2 days which is not normal.

                    After paying to vodafone and not able to receive services, which makes you feel cheated.

                    I complaint the same on vodafone customer, they checked and said that service has been registered on complaint number# [protected] & will be restarted in some time and you will not face any issue, but no luck.
                    I tried reaching them again but they directly mentioned that service has been expired and in future you will not face. But honestly i will never trust vodafone communications.

                      Vodafone is charging high price for 4g data and the speed is pathetic
                      Upon complaining multiple times there has been no action taken and only assuarance have been given, from last 4 months i am struggling to get resolution from vodafone on the subjected issue.

                      They are even not ready to give commitment on the resolution date.

                      My simple question to them is if they are not able to address the issue or not provide good services at a certain locality why do they issue their services for the zone

                        Unauthorisedly deducted from my balance towards service activation charge for ultravideos pack on my mobile though i have never requested for this service.

                        May i, therefore request you to please arrange to (1) enquire into the matter,
                        (2) stop this service forthwith and also
                        (3) arrange for refund rs.99.00 so deducted from my balance, unauthorisedly.

                          Balance deducted on account of data usage without data pack. But i didn't switch on the mobile data at all. I never use mobile data at all.

                          Checked with customer care, they say they cannot help it as there system shows usage of data. This is simply cheating as i dont use data at all, and the time of data usage mentioned at that phone was not used at all for any call /sms.

                            I have been using my mobile number for past 7 years. I recently was out of station for 2 months. When i inserted the sim it showed sim registration failed, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 7-8 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect vodafone to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number.

                              I have made several complaints about network and services but Vodafone is only sending me bills to pay but don’t check it’s own back. No one in Vodafone is serious about complaints even regional manager and they don’t escalate the problem to resolve customer problems. I am facing network problem from 1 year and still same even getting worse my sim shown no service. It’s better Vodafone should close its network in India permanently since they don’t have intentions to provide service and they are charging people to steal their money.

                                I didn't get a any call neither did I call but today after noticing that Vodafone has been deducting from my balance on the name of some vas I didn't subscribe. I really think I should migrate from Vodafone. I can guess if they can even scam like this to each costumer once a year. And there are around 212 million Vodafone users. Anyone can see the margin of profit they can have. Such a low life. Shame on you guys.

                                  For last 2mths i have being complaining about my network issue to vodafone..
                                  They have failed to respond...
                                  Network sucks... Loosing out on important calls. Because most of my phone does not connect.. Clients calling say cell out of reach, switched off... I never get more than two network bars on my chandler even in full coverage area.. From last week i am again calling the..#customerservice is not revolving issue for over 72hrs... And customer service saying not understanding query... Seriously...

                                    Vodafone has been making money by cheating and fake means.
                                    They simply deduct an amt of Rs 99 and reply that the amount hs been deducted.

                                    From my a/c alone they taken Rs 330/- without refunding it. They make money through cheating and it is not going to last long.

                                    The Vodafone customer care has big losers who answer in Hindi without even resolving the problem

                                      Internet speed issue. I am getting 0.01 to 0.03 mbps speed in every location. Also i have changes my sim card and mobile phone also. I have do all type of setting changes but still my issue not resolved. Customer care representative not give proper reason.

                                      My friends (Which have vodafone number) are getting 4 mpbs speed in same location.

                                        I submitted anaplication in vodofone office on 4th april 2018 and paid fees to keep my cell phone [protected] in safe custody effective 5th april 2018 for a peroid of six months.
                                        To my shock and disapointment the same was not done after i left country and i am being charged even to date
                                        When my brother went to the same office he was told that they have no record and i have to pay further rs 120 whereas i had left a credit balance of rs 350 in my account
