I have made several complaints about network and services but Vodafone is only sending me bills to pay but don’t check it’s own back. No one in Vodafone is serious about complaints even regional manager and they don’t escalate the problem to resolve customer problems. I am facing network problem from 1 year and still same even getting worse my sim shown no service. It’s better Vodafone should close its network in India permanently since they don’t have intentions to provide service and they are charging people to steal their money.

    I didn't get a any call neither did I call but today after noticing that Vodafone has been deducting from my balance on the name of some vas I didn't subscribe. I really think I should migrate from Vodafone. I can guess if they can even scam like this to each costumer once a year. And there are around 212 million Vodafone users. Anyone can see the margin of profit they can have. Such a low life. Shame on you guys.

      For last 2mths i have being complaining about my network issue to vodafone..
      They have failed to respond...
      Network sucks... Loosing out on important calls. Because most of my phone does not connect.. Clients calling say cell out of reach, switched off... I never get more than two network bars on my chandler even in full coverage area.. From last week i am again calling the..#customerservice is not revolving issue for over 72hrs... And customer service saying not understanding query... Seriously...

        Vodafone has been making money by cheating and fake means.
        They simply deduct an amt of Rs 99 and reply that the amount hs been deducted.

        From my a/c alone they taken Rs 330/- without refunding it. They make money through cheating and it is not going to last long.

        The Vodafone customer care has big losers who answer in Hindi without even resolving the problem

          Internet speed issue. I am getting 0.01 to 0.03 mbps speed in every location. Also i have changes my sim card and mobile phone also. I have do all type of setting changes but still my issue not resolved. Customer care representative not give proper reason.

          My friends (Which have vodafone number) are getting 4 mpbs speed in same location.

            I submitted anaplication in vodofone office on 4th april 2018 and paid fees to keep my cell phone [protected] in safe custody effective 5th april 2018 for a peroid of six months.
            To my shock and disapointment the same was not done after i left country and i am being charged even to date
            When my brother went to the same office he was told that they have no record and i have to pay further rs 120 whereas i had left a credit balance of rs 350 in my account

              I am from vembuliamman koil street, kk nagar west chennai. I upgraded my 3g to 4g during the first week of may. (Exact date not known) with a dealer sri vari. There was an offer of 4gb net usage free for 10 days. Unfortunately, the same was not activated in my mobile. I complaint to the dealer who desperately tried to contact the customer care but failed and is still trying to get me the connection for net. I have today received a message saying the internet is expiring on 11th may and to renew with new plan.
              When you have not given me the free plan, do you expect me to renew.
              I have no faith unless you are taking the customer for a ride.
              I have been your customer from the beginning for several years and this is how i am treated. Jio is more reliable.

              Vodafone customer care call me daily. I already told them that I don't need your connection then why the hell they call me again and again . Yesterday I was in a meeting and they called me . Please stop calling me .
              I have didn't send ani mms or sms i have activate the plan o[censored]nlimited call and data pack but still from nowhere vodafone deduct 49 rupee from my main balance and got sms that you have activated some quiz. i think this is mistake from vodafone and i want my money back.
              I am lost my nokia phone with vodafone sim card.

                Company had not provided my any bill for my usage for two months as per them it happened as of oversight.

                After a lot of complaints no response from their side.

                I have suffered a lot as they had attach some computerized wording to my number and before every call that wording was there. So caused a lot of disturbance to me. But vodaone team was least bother.

                  My customer id/relationship numbers is[protected]. Vodafone is not able solve a very simple problem. Since a long time i am complaining to them that i am not getting proper itemized bills. Since last 3 to 4 months they are charging me for making calls to special number. But numbers are not showing in my bills. Even i’m registered for itemized bills. I also sent emails to their corporate care and vodafone care. But they are giving me most unreasonable reply. Like, they are saying we are unable to refund the charges or providing only 1st 6 digits of the number and top of that some of their well trained executives addressed me with wrong name and also mentioned a wrong number or someone else number in the reply sent to me. That means, they are someone else’s data with me without having their permission. It can be happened with me also. Data is also not secured in vodafone. How can we believe vodafone any more. Pathetic, and i don’t want to talk about their voice and chat support. Those are now worst. I had a good hope with email support but after this experience i got to know that is also mostly classless. I failed to made them understand that i’m not disputing any charge. I don’t have any problem to pay which i’m using but i should be able to see for what i’m paying. Because as a customer i should have the right to know for which number vodafone is charging me. Though i’m receiving itemized bills but those numbers are not present on bills. They are able to see those numbers from their end but the customer, who is paying the bills, they are not able to see it. Is it not quite fraudulent activity. Like charging a customer unauthentically, that’s why they are not able to provide the details. Additionally, they have informed me we have activated your itemized bills with 0 rental for 6 months. This point is not understandable for me. Because i’m receiving itemized bills from the beginning and never paid any changes. So is there any kind of other itemized bill which vodafone is not providing to their customers. It sounds like vodafone is asking for money because customer has asked for his own right. Means, if you want see for which we are charging you, you need to pay more money. Is the behaviour expected from a company like vodafone to a customer, who had been using their service since a long time and not only he alone. I have 6 vodafone postpaid numbers including my mother and if vodafone wants i can provide every number and they can check did i ask any undo advantage for any number or not. Really, in last few months the service i received from vodafone that i never expected ever. Like this is not vodafone. Some other company, who is providing the service and does not care what happened to the customer. This is a public forum. That’s why i didn’t mention my number, only mentioned my id above. Vodafone will be able to find out my details with that. If anyone wants to call me, then please call me on the number associated with my id. Today means 9th may can call me any time and other day need to call before 1pm.

                      This pains me to say that after almost 3 hours of waiting my 3G sim has not been upgraded to 4G. I am being unable to send SIMEX messages to their no so i did it manually at a shop. Giving all my Aadhar card details and stuff. I cant even call the customer care helpline no to resolve my issue cuz their no is showing " wrong no". I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with this situation. Please update my 4G sim immediately. And do fix ur consumer care helpine numbers too.

                      I am again facing a problem regarding 4g number activation. I went through all the processes of 3g deactivation, sending simex no etc. Then a surprising thing happened where my 3g got deactivated but my 4g didn't start. So right now i am having two sims not working at all. I can't call neither text nothing. This is absolutely inconvenient. Please respond vodafone and activate my 4g sim.

                        I have mailed corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com on 2/14/2018 12:52 PM for termination of service. Till today they have not terminated my service instead they have sent me the bill of 3 months.
                        Even the Customer Care people are not good, . Even my card has been blocked.
                        Disgusting service. Airtel is much more better than you people.
                        Nobody has common sense in your organization.
                        Very poor quality service you provide.

                          I am associated with Vodafone since 2010 as a customer. The service satisfaction rate has been dropping to lowest in the past few months, and the prime example of that is my internet speed 0.37 MBPS download.

                          This has been verified on their own My Vodafone App network speed check tool.No resolution till now in spite of many calls to the customer care.

                            Incoming & outgoing calls stopped

                            My number is [protected]. This number's outgoing and incoming calls are stopped due to payments dues because of not getting bills.

                            However, still I did not get the bill. Now I want to pay online and look for the amount due but I am still unable to get the same.
                            I am getting error as "Since you are COCP subscriber, please contact your signatory authority to view outstanding bill"

                            Kindly tell me how to get the bill so that I can pay the bill.

                            I top up recharge my pre paid mobile throug Bill Desk net banking of Rs 85. My transaction id NS B[protected] on 28.04.2018.But my mobile is not recharged.It shows 0 balance

                              They activated Lifestyle pack with out my knowledge today and deducted Rs.49. If we ask the customer care they simply deactivate it. But our amount deducted is benefit for them. How they foolish the customer of 10 year with them. Please refund the money otherwise send me the port no. so that i can change to other network.                                 "hello! Wwe zone pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of rs.90 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.135.555. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Special offer! Now enjoy free profile tunes on callertunes app, click hyperurl.co/vs. Dial 1234 (Toll free) for more songs."
                                Again today morning i have received the following message:
                                "hello. You are currently active on the wwe zone pack. Your monthly subscription of rs.90 will be deducted on the[protected].in order to continue to enjoy the service, please ensure that you have sufficient balance in your account. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Special offer! Now enjoy free profile tunes on callertunes app, click hyperurl.co/vs. Dial 1234 (Toll free) for more songs."

                                  I am holding Vodafone postpaid connection bearing [protected] and from past three weeks i am unable to send the messages to other contacts. After being troubled alot with the service previously, approached customer care and followed all necessary actions which are to be done for re-using the SMS service which is still not effective. And after being called to the customer care the problem is not resolved. i wanted to port out from Vodafone and it is not happening as the SMS service is blocked. Please do the needful as it is blocking all my works associated with messages and keeping me in trouble also in my personal and professional reach.

                                    I am not satisfy with your internet network
                                    Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to jio... Then i have started
                                    To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                                    But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                                    By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                                    1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... But monthly iam recharging
                                    My mobile not less than 150rs.
                                    2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                                    3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                                    Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...

                                      1. On april 16: i checked online bout the international roaming packs and on the same date i called up the customer care number to check about the 7 day and 10 day pack and informed the executive on the call that i will get back with the activation request.

                                      2. April 17: i got a message stating that my 7 day international roaming pack has been activated. I called up vodafone customer care to enquire and was informed that server is down and thus my request can not be entertain,

                                      3. April 18: i again called up vodafone customer care and told the executive that i want 10 day international roaming pack and not the 7 day one. I was assured in that call that the 7 day pack will be deactivated and 10 day pack will be activated. And that i can continue to use my services without any issue.

                                      4. April 19: i got a message stating that i am being charged for my international roaming calls after which i called up vodafone customer care again spoke to an executive by name of samrath who repeatedly assured me that this has been done by mistake and that i will not be charged additional for the mistake made by vodafone executive.

                                      Upon my return in country on april 27 i received a message saying my undue bill amount if 19, 900 inr and my services were restricted upon calling service center again i was told that i will get a call back within four hours, which i have not received till date. Then i call up again on may 1 and was assured that the wrongly charged amount will be cleared from my account but, nothing happened.

                                      At present services to my number remain suspended. I have promised by two executives ankit and nirav yesterday that my phone services will be resumed within two hours but, nothing has been done and its over 36 hours now.

                                      I am not being able to connect with my ailing parents, not able to do banking transactions as it requires the otp, which is being sent to my registered number, i am loosing on business with every passing day, and i am forced to refrain my activities as i do not have a mobile phone to remain connected with my family.

                                      I demand vodafone to resume my services on immediate basis and to edit the bill, which they have imposed on me because of their own mistake.

                                      VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICE--- Even after repeated requests to their customer service executives, Not providing statement for more than one year to residence address., not updating correct address, Vodafone is activating various value added services without my request or consent and charging for them
                                      I have recharged through vodafone online for Rs458 and rs151 and they have debited that amount from my bank accont but the recharge is not made to my mobile number
                                      My vodafone network in not working.3-4 times i went to the vodafone center which is in model town in sonipat but they are saying you can port your sim.

                                        I am a vodafone user..

                                        The main issue is that the vodafone service is not satisfying in our region, { exact address - place - chourmanya, vill+post-nagour, 262534, berinag, distt-pithoragarh, uttarakhand} several time we reported about this problem in vodafone care, but always the same ans we got from them that they are trying to resolve the problem.. It is continue since last 24 months...
                                        But they are not providing us satisfactory results.. But also they are getting full payment through recharge from us..

                                        Plz provide us the better connectivity and internet service, because more than 80 % user in this area are vodafone user and all are in anger due to poor internet speed.
