Dear sir,
I am not satisfy with your internet network
Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to jio... Then i have started
To send sms to 1900 for porting...
But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... But monthly iam recharging
My mobile not less than 150rs.
2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...
Plz help me...

    1. On april 16: i checked online bout the international roaming packs and on the same date i called up the customer care number to check about the 7 day and 10 day pack and informed the executive on the call that i will get back with the activation request.

    2. April 17: i got a message stating that my 7 day international roaming pack has been activated. I called up vodafone customer care to enquire and was informed that server is down and thus my request can not be entertain,

    3. April 18: i again called up vodafone customer care and told the executive that i want 10 day international roaming pack and not the 7 day one. I was assured in that call that the 7 day pack will be deactivated and 10 day pack will be activated. And that i can continue to use my services without any issue.

    4. April 19: i got a message stating that i am being charged for my international roaming calls after which i called up vodafone customer care again spoke to an executive by name of samrath who repeatedly assured me that this has been done by mistake and that i will not be charged additional for the mistake made by vodafone executive.

    Upon my return in country on april 27 i received a message saying my undue bill amount if 19, 900 inr and my services were restricted upon calling service center again i was told that i will get a call back within four hours, which i have not received till date. Then i call up again on may 1 and was assured that the wrongly charged amount will be cleared from my account but, nothing happened.

    At present services to my number remain suspended. I have promised by two executives ankit and nirav yesterday that my phone services will be resumed within two hours but, nothing has been done and its over 36 hours now.

    I am not being able to connect with my ailing parents, not able to do banking transactions as it requires the otp, which is being sent to my registered number, i am loosing on business with every passing day, and i am forced to refrain my activities as i do not have a mobile phone to remain connected with my family.

    I demand vodafone to resume my services on immediate basis and to edit the bill, which they have imposed on me because of their own mistake.

    VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICE--- Even after repeated requests to their customer service executives, Not providing statement for more than one year to residence address., not updating correct address, Vodafone is activating various value added services without my request or consent and charging for them
    I have recharged through vodafone online for Rs458 and rs151 and they have debited that amount from my bank accont but the recharge is not made to my mobile number
    My vodafone network in not working.3-4 times i went to the vodafone center which is in model town in sonipat but they are saying you can port your sim.

      Dear sir,

      I am a vodafone user..

      The main issue is that the vodafone service is not satisfying in our region, { exact address - place - chourmanya, vill+post-nagour, 262534, berinag, distt-pithoragarh, uttarakhand} several time we reported about this problem in vodafone care, but always the same ans we got from them that they are trying to resolve the problem.. It is continue since last 24 months...
      But they are not providing us satisfactory results.. But also they are getting full payment through recharge from us..

      Plz provide us the better connectivity and internet service, because more than 80 % user in this area are vodafone user and all are in anger due to poor internet speed.

        Have been consistently requesting vodafone to look into the matter of the network issue in my area. It has been more than 3 years now that i have sent out emails, spoken to the customer care and recently visited the gallery in currey road, yet, nothing has been resolved. Every time fake assurance is provided but the network issue isn't resolved. Missing out on the important contacts and it's not convenient to keep stepping out and finding a proper network place to have a disruption-free conversation. Kindly check into the matter if possible.

          What us the access fee?
          Mobile num [protected] was recharged of mrp rs 79 on 5/5/2018 sucessfully from paytm.
          Talktime received rs.1.91. Gstax rs 12.05 and access fee rs 64.98.
          Final balance rs 4.91.
          What is this access fee is charged for.
          Kindly give the explaination for the same.
          And looking back for the refund of the same.

            Vodafone robbed me of 90rs under the name of wwe zone pack without my knowledge. It activated 2 months ago i didn't even know how it got activated. They don't ask your permission while deducting money and don't even refund it.
            Vodafone don't care about there coustomer and try to blame it on you or third party. There messages about wwe zone pack do not contain information about deducting amount. It seems like they are conducting fraud business.

              Vodafone is very bad. Deduct my rs. 99 dated 4/5/18 in the name of activation ultravideos pack. I have not activate any service. I am porting my number as soon as possible. Return my money as soon as possible. I have more three numbers in my home I will change all my numbers in to any other operator. do it soon.

                my sim status shows me that its invalid.

And my[protected] has been stop working. Right now i am in delhi and my invalid sim is from rajsthan and i want my sim activated again because my this number is very important for me.                 Dear sir,
                Earlier I have vodafone postpaid no. [protected] with monthly rental plan of Rs. 49/-. It was a army plan which was provided me on depositing Rs.500/- as security money.
                Last month vodafone authorities changed my rental plan automatically from Rs. 49 to 249 without my agreement. I told vodafone customer care about the issue for revert back my plan to 49 otherwise change my postpaid services to prepaid. But they behaved rudely and plan did not chang and told me to visit vodafone store.
                Then i visited vodafone store on 15 Apr 18 and asked them to change my sim card to prepaid. They changed my SIM into prepaid but they didn't give me any receipt. When i urged for receipt (statement of changing sim card) and my security money that was deposited cash on taking fresh connection. But they denied for receipt and for security money they told that it will be credited to your vodafone prepaid balance. They behaved rudely and also told that you can complain anywhere; we can't do anything beside this. When i called Vodafone customer care they told me that your security money will be refunded to you in form of check and it will be delivered at your home address.

                Today my vodafone balance toped up with Rs.337.41. I called customer care but they didn't respond. I think it was credited my security money as vodafone store employee told me.

                Is it fair? Is it good justice with customers?

                Now i want my complete security money in the form of check after settlement of my all dues as per old rental plan.
                My all dues should be Rs.28.91/- For 15 days (Max Rs. 49/-) that was already paid by me excess Rs. 35/-. With last month bill.

                So i want Rs 500 as security money in form of check.

                  Dear sir,

                  This is to bring to your notice that we lakshmi hyundai (Unit of sri jayalakshmi automotives pvt ltd) and brigade honda, bangalore, has sent a mail to corp care and concern rm to change the authorization person and signature for all vodafone communication on 15/03/2018. And we got a confirmation that within 24 hours it will be updated and till today 4/5/2018 it has not been updated.

                  Secondly we were not happy with the service provided by vodafone and the promises make was not honored in terms of plan change and better service.
                  And vodafone is cheating us since years by sending bills for the numbers which doesn’t belongs to either lakshmi hyundai or brigade honda and we used to pay the bill. And after checking each numbers and finding out that some of the numbers is not used by us. And after informing rm’s no one took initiative to come out with a solution as they were also involved in the scam. After continuous pressure they used to send a separate bill saying we have rectified our mistake and from now on you will not receive such bills for numbers not used by your company. And since feb we requested to change the plan as billing was high and vodafone people have sent a mail saying plan has been changed. But till today same old plan is running and when we ask relationship manager they used to rework and send excel sheet to pay some amount but in the system it used to show balance due and we used to get numbers deactivation. And forcibly we used to pay excess amount. I have evidence for all the cheating done by vodafone people.

                  This is bought to the notice of mr. Dinesh rm of vodafone and mr. Girish br rm of vodafone. They are least bothered.

                  We are paying excess payment every month and this people have communicated through official mails for plan change but till date it has not been honored and we are paying for old plans and that difference amount is responsibility of vodafone and we have decided to register a case against vodafone and the people involved in this scam in consumer court and cheating case in local police station against vodafone and local officials.

                  Concern:

                  Already we have ported more than 80 numbers and all got activated with the authorization of me, but for rest of the numbers we again wanted to port after this scam but we had received sms stating “ authorization letter error” & rest numbers got cancelled for the same reason. Then how rest 80 numbers got ported if authorization was an issue. Vodafone don’t have any answer.

                  Kindly check for the gap & also explain for the cancellation on priority please

                  So, we request you to intervene and resolve our problem and instruct them to allow us to port out without any issues. Hoping you will help us resolving our issues immediately. Advance thanks for your time and support.

                    My vodafone post paid mobile no. For rs. 699/- monthly scheme is [protected]. But its 4g network speed is slower than that of the 2g network and failed to serve my office purpose.
                    I, therefore, request to you to please disconnect / close this number as it is useless and just a financial burden to me without any network service and for the same i shall remain ever obliged.

                      I have been asked to take post paid sim as jodi offer and i was asked to select a list of numbers. After selecting number 9885xxx304, they asked to send the poi details via whatsapp no.[protected]. I have sent the details and they activated sim on 27.04.2018. A lady named navya at [protected] said that sim will reach me by professional courier. Till date it has not reached me and when contacted she was saying it would reach and today she was not lifting my call... This is a cheap trick being played by vodafone staff on consumers and i request govt. To take action on the erring company/staff

                        Hii its me dev i am a vodafone customer since 2015 i am really very sad with vodafone services they sell their reacharge with fake ads i took 198 pack they said 1.4gb per day with unlimited call but while i try to call they say you have low balance... I tried to complain on vodafone care number (198) this also not works do something... Dont make fool to common people...

                          I gave request to convert my 2 postpaid numbers. [protected] and [protected]. Request was raised long back. I tried visiting vodafone mini store several times. At first concerned person is never in shop. They charged activation charge of ₹100/sim and ₹20/sim to link andhra card. No receipts given just mentioned in small note book. Also was charged ₹554/sim for frc and card was activated but person from shop did not do frc also did not receive calls and no one available at shop. I am feeling like being duped by vodafone. No one is providing any resolution. This is number of vodafone shop owner [protected]. Pathetic services and long waiting. Never saw such service in any vodafone store earlier. Store is situated in destination centre in nanded city.

                            I am vinu tv from ernakulam, kerala. [protected] this is my personal prepaid number. On march 12th i have given to do prepaid to postpaid number. The post paid connection is activated.

                            After few days i called customer care and requested for bill cycle change. But the executive told me this is cocp number, i[censored] want to change bill cycle. Go our store with company letter head. I replied him this is my individual number.

                            From vodafone store, they said this is techical error. I have send compliant thru mail to their nodal and customer care.. Still there is no reply. While going to store they saying they are helpless.

                            Without any company letter head or authersied request from company how they did my ioip number to cocp? Can you help to get my ownership on [protected] back?

                            I am not able to access my data connection on mobile. When i called the customer care, they were speaking very rudely and they even said they cant do anything and hung up on me.
                            I Recharge amount of 149 rupees is wrong recharge offer for my mobile number .SO Ii request please refund the amount to that number.my recharge date is 26.4.2018.after that i rechrged i found that offer.

                              I am using vodafone number for last two years, recently i am facing too much problems while calling... Like call not connecting.. If connected then voice not coming, network coming and going.. Etc..
                              But major complaint is about 4g data speed.
                              I am paying 4g plan bill and getting below 2g speed.
                              Company is cheating with me..
                              I am paying for 4g and getting speed of only 6-15 kbps... Which is not acceptable..
                              Please do needful..

                                My mobile number [protected] was idea prepaid number which i later ported to vodafone where they requested me to only go for postpaid plan and gave me huge bills even after that being a loyal customer i paid all bills also amounting to 5000 a month after that was out of country for a while due to which my bill date passed and they disconnected my number as soon as i was back i paid all the dues and asked for the number they said once you clear the bill you will get it back but after the payment they said they dont have the number its gone back to idea i went to idea they said they dont have it i ran from store to store but nobody gave a proper answer i got tired and gave up but now that number is alloted to someone else which is very wrong and disappointing. I want the number back as it was my number for a long time and have paid huge bills only to continue with that number hope the needful is done.

                                  I am using Vodafone and using 4G plan from last 6 months but 2 months before my net speed reduced to 10kb to 50kbps. and I was paying price of 4g . I tried to contact through 198 but now this number is using they are like promotion number like 141. Kindy take some action on my complain.

                                    I had lost my phone with my vodafone sim... Later on i blocked my sim and apply for a replacement sim and get it from vodafone mini store and they told me that it will get activated within 24hrs but after 24hrs my vodafone replacement sim is not activated kindly activate my sim card ([protected])... This is a very urgent issue so kindly resolve this without giving excuse that your complaint seems too short
