I got a recharge of rs. 348 done in my mobile, mobile #[protected] on 26-april-2018 in new delhi. I received the message that the recharge is successful but i am unable to make any calls. I switched my phone off but was unable to turn it on because there was some virus in it due to this recharge. I put my sim card in another phone and now i am unable to check the last three recharges. I am sure you would have the history on your end though. Kindly look into the matter and resolve this problem at the earliest.

I have recharged my number with 554 of 84days which is unlimited pack. Recharged on 13 feb 2018 and not even completed 84 days, so how come balance is over and it is unlimited pack .So solve my problem as fast as you can, otherwise make me repayment.I will port to another company which will give better services .please solve my problem faster ...

    Hi good day everyone vodafone has started cheating it's prepaid customers, two days back i got a call from vodafone call centre telling my number was not linked with adhaar and to do so i will have to make my pre paid sim to post paid sim or else my number will be blocked, i got call from this number[protected], such a desperate scam from vodafone people to get people on billing

    I am vinod yadav. My mobile no [protected], my mobile outgoing call not working. So i kindly request you plz remove call barring of this no.
    Vodafone no call on roming in uttr pardesh
    I called the Kolkata Police toll-free number 1091 from my registered number [protected], and I was charged for it.
    The number mentioned is a toll-free Women's helpline number of Kolkata Police, and I should not be paying talktime for it.
    Please refund the amount on my number.

      I have done a recharge on 21st april 2018 of rs.149 for unlimited calls that has a validity of 28 days but the same never worked as i was not able to make calls.

      I had reported this issue on vodafone twitter handle (As i was unable to connect with you via call) the response was that it is a temporary issue and i will not face the same again.

      On 25th april 2018, i received a message saying the above-mentioned pack has expired.

      When i make a call the automated response is asking me to avail the chota credit feature.

      Today since i had to make a call urgently hence i made a recharge of rs.20 which after my call the money was deducted.

      I have not availed the benefits of the previously recharged pack i. E. Of rs. 149. I want the same refunded back to my account.

      Really sad to know that vodafone india is not bothered about their customers.

      The pack is still invalid, on making calls my money is still being deducted. I have not received a refund and your service still sucks.

      Thank you for all the efforts vodafone india are putting in not helping me.

      I have paid for a service that i am not receiving. And i demand a refund of the rs. 149.

        We want to port the number from idea to vodafone (Mobile no.-[protected]) and also want to convert this number from individual to corporate billing. We have visited the vodafone store multiple times, we have done all the formalities, vodafone representative gave us the sim card as well but never activated the same. Not sure why its taking so much time to activate a number. All the claims that number portability is seamless looks to be totally false.

          Dear sir/madam,

          Please be advised that i have done unlimited recharge twice by mistake on 25th april 2018 in same number ([protected]) of rs.458 and 399 respectively. Immediately i went to park street vodafone gallantry (Kolkata) and informed them.

          I requested them to transfer the amount rs 458 to my another vodafone #[protected]. They informed me that it will be done in 3 working days. After 3 working days i went again to same vodafone gallery, as no action was taken. After visiting i was informed that it will take another 7 days.

          Please let me know when everything is reflecting in your system, then why it is taking so much time??. Why should i be doing recharge on daily basis.

            Intentionally they are deducted my balance again and again. I registered complains a no. Of time but they did it again & blocked my no so that I can't call to customer care. They are mentally disturbed me by doing this again & again. This work is done by them intentionally I have no doubt. They deducted my balance on dates 29/04/2018, I registered complaint 3 times, they returned it but on dated 30/04/2018 they did this again with me & now blocked my no. too. Please do needful action against them, that disturb a customer mentally a lot.

              I recharged my phone with the rs 349 pack and i got a message of rs 295.76 access fee. I don't know why i've been charged so much amount without any reason. And it's not just one time, i've been getting this access fee charge since the last two recharges. I'm scared to top up with my number as my money might get cut off. Kindly resolve this problem as i'm not at all willing to pay that much amount.

                I had recently ported my vodafone number to airtel because I liked its new plan.Soon after I started receiving port back calls from vodafone.I patiently heard them at first on what vodafone had to offer but told them that it's not allowed to port back before 90 days and neither wish to right now.The same set of people are calling, whatsapp-ing, texting multiple times and begging in a few texts.I understand the urgency of retaining customers but there is a point when it becomes harassing.Even after refusing to attend an executive on the given day, he was sent.The kind executive understood what I had to say and told me that'll he'll inform the team about the same.The same team is still texting and calling me.There has to be a line which needs to be maintained here.

                  Hi team,

                  I have ported from airtel to vodafone on the basis offer given by vodafone executive and his showroom manager. They have informed me that i am under the plan of 399 (Red) and every month from the store itself they will waive off the 100 rs and i need to pay the balance amount. First month they fulfill the promise but from second month onwards they are not willing to waive off the charges and they are even not picking my calls and they put my number in blocked list. Whenever i call them from another number they just tell will check and update but no use. Kindly take action against the showroom manager and the executive. These peoples are spoiling vodafone name in public. I hope vodafone will take needful against my complaint

                    Hello, i am not getting internet speed ever since i recharged my no. With rs 199 unlimited plan. They cheating with people by giving 2g speed on 4g plans. Also unable to port to airtel. When i tried to send sms to 1900, it gets failed. Costumer care executives are rude and giving # reasons. Vodafone is looting money from people.
                    Please help me asap!!!

                      Hello,
                      On 11th april 2018 i recharged my vodafone (Prepaid) for rs 176/- successfully.
                      However what i received on sms (Break-up of charges) was rs 4.18 talktime, rs 26.85 as gst, rs 144.97 as access fee and a new balance became rs 9.38. While recharging, i had indicated "unlimited calls + 1 gb for 28 days" which the vendor confirmed. Now i see my data exhausted. What is access fee, why it is charge? Request refund or else service will be discontinued!

                            I applied for mnp port out on my postpaid connection on april 21. It got rejected by vodafone on april 25 with a reason code saying "outstanding payments due". My billing cycle is 1st of every month and i had paid my last bill on april 5 completely. At the time of making porting request, there was no pending bill but the bill for next cycle would get generated on may 1. To avoid surprises, i paid an advance amount of 250 too.in spite of that, my porting request got rejected. Vodafone is simply putting me through pains after i said no to their calls of convincing me to remain back with them. This is against the rules and amounts to cheating. Please help me out.

                            The exact dates and amounts:
                            1. Bill generated on April 1: 353.42 reduced by 25 (credit given for previous payment on myvodafone app) = 328.42, with due date of April 18.
                            2. Bill payment done on April 14: 328.42 through myvodafone app. I paid everything in full though their app.
                            3. On day of porting request, April 21: checked app, payment due was 0. I went to Paytm anyway and paid 200 in addition to cover for unbilled duration.
                            4. On day of porting request rejection, April 25: rejected saying outstanding bill payments.
                            5. On day of this complaint, MyVodafone app now shows Rs. 353.42 as my due amount by 18 April. The Rs. 328.42 as payment on 14 April, Rs. 200 as payment on 21 April but outstanding as Rs. 49. No explanations to the bad arithmetic given.
                            6. I have been attempting to call 198 and 199. The calls do not go through at all.

                                I use Vodafone prepaid and I done two time recharge on 23 April 2018 on my number but recharge failed and recharge amount deducted from my bank account. Still today 27 April and not get refund from Vodafone India...they provide a very poor app name my Vodafone and I tried to reach customer care but they block my number for customer care service.
                                I kindly request Vodafone to get refund of my amount as soon as possible.

                                  Cancellation request on 15th. Spoke to customer service rep, who supposedly had cancelled it told me it would be cancelled in 10 days. I called back in few days and was told no such request, that I had to go to a store to cancel . I did go to store and cancel on 27th April. Bunch of bloodsuckers .

                                    With utter disappointment and anguish at the way a world class brand of
                                    Vodafone is heading, i am writing to you to bring below matter to your

                                    Currently a loyal customer of vodafone for over 15 years, and having
                                    Travelled abroad several times in last decade – i am neither new to mobile
                                    Usage nor first timer to roaming / gprs or data usage.

                                    In today’s time while organizations are going out of the way to keep
                                    Customer satisfaction level high, unfortunately vodafone india under your
                                    Able leadership seems to be moving away from it.

                                    We have to file a claim for non-performance by vodafone as while travelling
                                    From delhi to lagos last week, my roaming services were exceeded on agreed credit by vodafone, services cancelled randomly that put me in severe difficult situation overseas, not informed to us, no alternate support
                                    Given, we were harassed by your attitude, leave alone my family in extreme
                                    Worry while they tried to make alternate emergency contact arrangements for your fault, error or slackness.

                                    I also note as correctly mentioned in your below message that credit limit
                                    Agreed is set at inr 5000/-. For my better understanding of the situation,
                                    I demand you show me an agreement where i allowed you to increase this
                                    Credit limit?

                                    I immediately demand an immediate corrective action from the team that has mishandled this situation, remove all amount in excess of any agreed credit limits besides providing me detailed supporting of first inr 5000 as well and restore all my services with immediate effect.

                                    Please take it up and revert with detailed explanation as well as action
                                    Taken report. I shall not refrain from taking this matter further unless
                                    Resolved at the earliest.

                                    I look forward to having your feedback and action taken report on this

                                      My core balance was 516.71 on 21 april in morning and i am having 509 recharge which offer 90 day free calling and daily net, and sms. So i should not be charged unnecessary.
                                      On 21 april one service of 49 got activated automatically, i tried to cancel the service and one more service got active and 150 rs got deducted, i called vodafone customer care and they cancelled the service and refunded 150 rs.
                                      After that again one service got activated and 49 got deducted, i called customer care and they refunded some amount.
                                      Yesterday one more service got activated and 99 rs deducted. I called customer care and they refunded 99 rs.

                                      But in all this my 98 rs was stolen from vodafone. My balance on 21 morning was 516.71 and now it is 418.71, feeling cheated by vodafone, using vodafone from last 7.5 years still they are cheating old customer seems they dont want old customer.

                                        I have been facing this issue since last 8-10 days. I am being sent sms of confirmation to subscription to various vas services such as "how to videos", "re 1 store" etc. Everynow and then my balance is getting deducted because of this.

                                        Initially i called customer care and i was able to talk to customer care executive and they says that its getting subscribed because i am clicking on ads etc. Now the problem is we have been using various gadgets and internet since 1998 and being tech person we clearly know what to click and what to not. Even if there is something done by mistake it cant be going on and on.

                                        Initially for first 4-5 attempts for me to call customer care and asking for solution they refunded my balance for few instance and deactivated the services. Last (Before 2 days) i was told that now they are deactivating vas services itself so that i dont get subscribed accidentally as well. And in future i cant subscribe even if i want to without contacting customer care first. I agreed to the same and i got confirmation sms of such deactivation. But again after 2 days of relief now again the same issue started and my balance is being deducted for "how to videos etc. And this time i call 198 - i am just taken round and round around ivr options and not getting through to customer executive talk.

                                        Its total waste of time to try to get resolution on calling customer care. I am seriously disappointed with such behavior and false deductions. Kindly provide me proper solution with refund of last such deductions and close all vas services being automatically subscribed to the my vodafone number [protected].

                                        I am feeling helpless at the moment on this situation and hoping that someone from vodafone takes look at this complaint and give me resolution otherwise i have no other choice but to get number ported to other provider where i dont get such issues.

                                        Note: all these issues where never present when i did not recharge my number for unlimited packs. I was using it normally. But since i recharged the number for unlimited pack for 84 days - since then my main balance is keep on going deducted multiple times without me subscribing any services.

                                        I have just done the complaint here and it has updated as resolved in seconds also it has review as 1 star !! But i am not given any solution or yet not even contacted by anyone from the company !!
