I am a postpaid customer ([protected]), i want a change from postpaid to prepaid connection, for this, i have approached tirupati vodafone store and i met one female executive and convey my problem she replied it is not possible today come on next week we will do like that, i returned to the home. Next week i went to store here my bad is she (Who i am met last week) is not the and i have met another male executive, i have explained the same story he replied me very badly not possible to today come on ur next billing date. I returned home once again. Next billing date comes and i have met the store, once again my bad touches me same male executive is not there. I have met another sales executive (She is ramya who i am met the first time) she replied me where your the connection go there not here, we have no rights, otherwise, you come on next billing date already two are over. I felt very unhappy with the vodafone store. She how careless they are with a customer. She also said you can give a complaint on me no problem. Okay, leave it. I have met another store in hyderabad (Gachibowli), they simply said u can come on next billing date it is already one week over. I want justice here.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Iam customer of vodafone since last 3 years, i was not using this sim for last 3 months due to some reasons . Now it is showing "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED".
what should i do to get the same number ?
I request you solve my problem as soon as possible .
