I was USING VODAFONE CARD MOBILE NO. [protected], [protected] before 3/4 days the both number are barred from vodafone.
after contact to Vodafone store, they said the due to commercials used Trai have disconnect the number which we have not used the commercials .
I am using these number for personal use, these number we have not use for any type bussiness

This is very harriashing and mentally disturb still i am confused why these number was disconnect.
great services by Vodafone

Please tell us why the number has been disconnect.
I have also try to to connect the TRAI.

You have not updated the right information please update,

can you please provide me the complaint Numbers from those numbers who recieve the call from my numbers as I have never used this for any types business,

you are providing the wrong information.

All details of my numbers you can collect you barred my SIM services without any proof.

On visit of the Voda Store on sector- 8 Noida; representative said that these numbers were blocked by TRAI.

A very harassing language they treat me as a bad manner that I was feel very bad. Now I will try to court to justice.

    Vodafone is continuously engaged in excessive billing of 37 nos. Of our cug series. We are highly frustated, no on cares to take responsibilty. Relationship manaager are not attending calls, not providing necessary explanations towards our query. They do not stick to their own words.
    This is really pathetic condition of vodafone and its services.
    Vodafone people are not reverting to our conversations. Each and every time they used to explain us with various excuses for excessive billing.
    Vodafone takes no responsibilty towards their customer satisfaction.
    Everbody throws ball into another one's court.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I made a online recharge today on 21/4/2018 for amount 199 through my icici debit card.
    Amount is deducted from bank account but recharge has not been made yet
    Please look in this matter soon and resolve it.

      Hi,
      I am a non satisfied customer of vodafone. I am being charged with a service which i did not asked for and will have to pay for that.
      Hence, i thought to move to jio... Then i have started
      To send sms to 1900 for porting...
      But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 50 times...
      By speaking to customer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irreverent solutions: -

      Caller tune which i had ccncelled it but still momey was deducted.what to do?as i had first done it but when I see that 49 ruppes will be deducted than i had cancelled it but still money was deducted and now i don't know what to do?it may possible to be continue with that plan

        I have been charged 9699.26 inr (Unbilled amount) for 2g internet use by vodafone (Prepaid) now my outgoing call has been barded, untill i don't pay the amount. I've never received any notification or warning that i've crossed my credit limit which is 3500 inr. And when asked, they replied that they never wanted to disturb me by the notifications. Is this how it works? Is this right to fool your customers and overcharge them?

          Respected sir,

          I mr prejish requested an address change of my vodafone bill to a new address on 16th april 2018. However, i contacted the customer care many times and also forwarded the emails to concerned team including the nodal officer and the appalette. Sorry to say that no use for both. I do contacted both their number but not even bother to pick up the call and talk.

          I clearly stated that before this month bill generation (That is on 25th) i need to change my billing address so that i can get my bill in the new address. For that i was doing an excersise of calling and emailing the details for more than 10times but no use.

          When i asked today about my request number they told that they will reopen it. So that means they have not taken any action on that request.

          I request you to please look into this matter and advise me.

              I am using vodafone postpaid in Rajasthan. I have many pathetic experiences with them. Whenever I call customer care, I will be put into some other trouble. So I usually avoid to call customer care. Presently struggling to activate my replacement sim. Cooperatively vodafone signal is better in Sri Vijay Nagar(Rajasthan). That's why I still using it.                   I recharged my vodafone no with rs 255 recharge in which it gives 2gb data per day and unlimited callings but it never gives good speed this problem is not coming only one time i always suffer from this problem and my whole job work is internet dependent iam very disappoint with vodafone service so please fix my problem as soon as possible other wise i have to port my network

                    I message/ facetime not getting activate

                    I tried reaching out the stores however never got any help from them. I called our customer care 8 days back and someone call Yusuf Khan answered my call today and he told me for I-message I need to reach Apple as that is used for (Tracking purpose) ROFL, I was already frustrated but he put a smile on my face.
                    NVM I requested him to transfer the call to his senior which he did after so much back and forth...

                    When I called customer care 198 they told me that I need to pay some pending amounts.

                      My prepaid balance was deducted by 49 rupees without any reason.

                      Recently i had deductions of 50 and 85 rupees separately & i had to call and email customer service to refund this.in just 2 more days, the same problem occurred again. There is no action from my side to enable such plans.

                      I'm very pissed off with vodafone for charging arbitrarily like this. I want my money refunded.

                        Hi my name is krishnakumar. I have been repeatedly charged value added service charge by vodafone but since it's always in the range of rs.50-100 i never bothered to complaint. But however for the month of april 2018 i have received a total bill of 682.40 out of which 505 is for value added services.
                        I raised this issue with their customer care and their response was jawa script running in my mobile but however i never used vodafone for data or call, as i have a secondary sim for those. I demand a proper explanation and refund from them. If not m going to go to all public forums with proofs and make people aware of this.

                          I am a customer to vodafone india, my number is [protected]. On jan.18 i have called to vodafone customer care regarding close the connection and refund of security money, they say that first you pay the out standing of lumpsum 600/- and after 6 month we will redund your security money. So after these words i will stop the money. And vodafone india raising bill every month but i have not done a single call from that number. Now they appoint a advodate and calling me that your outstanding of rs. 2500/- and you pay it. I am clear about my words that i have not been used ther connection after jan. 18. So why should i will pay this huge amount. This is really disgusting that consumer will harrass every time.

                            I ported my number [protected] from karnataka idea to karnataka vodafone on 18th april, 2018.
                            After porting, i am not getting any incoming std calls from airtel. It's telling that number does not exist. I got to know about the issue when my family could not reach me and it has been a week now i am following up with vodafone, every time they are telling it will be solved in 24 hours but they are not doing it. I went to vodafone store also but there is no hope. Now i can not even report my number back to any other network. This vodafone promises of customer delight and this is how they treat their customers. I am missing all the emergency calls as i do not have alternate number also. This is how vodafone plays with it's customer.

                              SMS not sending from my vodafone number [protected] however I am receiving the sms. The problem is for the outgoing SMS. I have already called customer care a number of times from 14/04/18 onwards & even visited Vodafone Store on 23/4/18. They have replaced my old sim with a new one & told me that the problem will be resolved but in vain.
                              For this my work is hampering day in and day out. & Even I cannot leave this number.

                                We had corporate connections of four mobile connections. I am using the no. [protected]. an international roaming is added to my no. during Nov-2017 for a Sri Lankan trip and the offer was for only 15 days @3500/- (approx.) . But the roaming charge was added to the subsequent bills too even after repeated complaints. so I didn't paid the following two bills. the total bill amount in 4.4.18 was 1662/- I approached a vodafone authorized outlet at zero Junction, next to Johns umbrella mart, Mullackal alappuzha and informed the details. The had agreed to give discount of the two months international roaming charges and two months late payment fee and the total discount comes around 512/- and paid the balance bill amount in full ie, 1150/- by cash. But as per the messages it is seen that the discounted amount Rs. 512/- is still in my bill as outstanding.
                                as a customer I cannot accept this. First of all the international roaming package was only for two weeks. it is the company's fault that it is not barred after the prescribed period even after repeated complaints.
                                again your authorized persons in vodafone store at mullackal alappuzha is again cheated me by giving false offer of discount and even badly behaved when I inquired about this.
                                so please take action against these authorized agent or person at your store at Mullackal, Alappuzha and inform me. And also deduct the amount of Rs. 512/- billed in excess and give information. Otherwise I will forced to approach Consumer Court. Also we will be forced to disconnect your present corporate connections.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have one vodafone mobile no is [protected] that monthly rental was rs 499 but due to some any reason my bill came 1349.36 for the period 10/4/2017 9/5/2017 and i paid according on the dated 31/05/2017.

                                  The next month billed was came 1252.26 for the period 10/5/2017 9/6/2017
                                  And i paid accordingly on the dated 22/06/2017, after that i was requesting the port through message as per instructed by vodafone mini store but it was not considered by vodafone. I had continuously four times (July 18 to oct 18) requesting for port but they were not considered.in this regards i lost approx rs 3500.

                                  Now i was claimed rs 50000 to vodafone as harassment or fraught or cheating.

                                  Please look in to the matter and do the needful along with justice.

                                  For your knowledge, after loss of Rs 4117.91 from July 2017 to Oct 2017 i stopped the payment to Vodafone, in this connection now the total outstanding has been balanced as Rs 2374 for the month of Nov and Dec 2017. In this regards i harassed/disturbed so many time from Vodafone over telephone from [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] etc no.

                                  Sir i want justice and live better file from that fraud/cheater.

                                  Sir clime of was that amount of Rs 4117 what ever i paid to Vodafone of their mistake and claim another Rs. 50000 as punishment for fraud/disturb/cheating to me.

                                    Hi. Vodafone egypt has a big corruption in the health and safety sector. Mr khaled soliman is a corrupted person. I don't know if my message will find the right person or not. But i hope that the receiver of this message gave it to the responsible person.

                                    I will tell you what happens: there is a driver in ericsson egypt that doesn't take his safety courses in its right time. This driver has made an accident and vodafone has known this. Then when they knew that ericsson made big mistakes by not giving the drivers the safety courses. Mr khaled soliman managed to put the responsibility in another small employee on another company that is worked under the umbrella of ericsson and vodafone. Neither the company bor the employee have a relation with this car. But mr kgaled soliman and mr aziz the safety manager in ericsson have convinced the company owner to choose one of his employee to take the responsibility of this and the owner didn't refuse because he takes his projects from ericsson and he doesn't care for what happened for this employee. And this owner forced this employee to take the responsibility of this.
                                    I want you to open a clear investigation in the health and safety sector in vodafone egypt and it will be easily to know all this and the clear investigation will show. The corruption of mr khaled soliman.

                                      I receive at least 5 calls daily from Vodafone company for porting my number from the past 10-15 days.
                                      I have blocked 20-30 of their numbers from which I have received calls.
                                      I have urged them many times to not call me but still I received calls .
                                      this has irritated me to a greater extent as they call from different numbers .

                                      I asked the customer care of Vodafone to remove my name from their database and even begged them to stop calling . for some period of time the number of calls reduced but now they have again started calling back .
                                      I have told them I donot want to change my service provider butt to no avail.
