I dont receive any otp while registering in any websites or services provided by govt. But when i went to lodge a complaint against it on the customer care support, ivr does have option to reach out to speak with customer support as i followed whole procedure of ivr but did not find the option. The main problem is that i dont receive any otp. For example i have been trying to pay through sbi through my registered vodafone number. I dont receive any otp then i lodged complaint sbi for the same they replied back they sent me otp at some point of time but at that time no message was received by me. I have attached the copy of reply from sbi for the issue, please help me out. Even otp not received from many such services like registration in kent, sbi, bhim, sb secure app etc

Not sent any promotional/DND message to any body. So request to restore my mobile calls immediately and start the mobile.

    My vodafone network has been discontinued from vodafone since past 1 month because of which i am facing several problems and still they are charging me bill for that period. This is nice way to earn revenue wherein, the number is not made available for use and still rental can be charged. The company wants me to pay for that period when i am unable to use telecom services and also for the trouble i have been facing because of discontinuation since past 1 month. I have query pending with vodafone till date which has not been resolved in spite of several reminders over mail and continuous description over the call again and again to vodafone executives.
    I had ported my reliance nos. To vodafone through one of the authorized dealer of vodafone who claimed to avail me monthly rental of just rs 99/- + gst on my both numbers. Not using the number much so just wanted to keep the number active since it is registered under various facilities i agreed to him and gave my documents to continue numbers with vodafone.
    On porting i received the message of red plan for which i reported the dealer and he told me that the bill will be generated according to rental of rs 99/- only. I trusted him and didn’t have any confusion but 1st bill was rs 237.52 & 174.78 respectively on both nos. I asked the dealer regarding excess bill but he told that there was some mistake at back end process and rental of 99/- was not activated so 1st bill was in excess. I made payment for both nos. After few days on visiting vodafone gallery i just got my plans checked and came to know that still red plan was active on both nos. And immediately i asked them to change it to 99/- rental plan. My 2nd bill was rs 349.97 & 283.48 respectively on both nos. The dealer had already stopped putting stall where he was before. On enquiring from that area i came to know that he had fled away since several people use to come complaining him about his plans. I tried contacting him but he isn’t receiving any calls nor is he replying on whatsapp or through messages. I was misguided by vodafone’s dealer and i had been charged that much which was not even utilized and so i had raised this query with vodafone. Unfortunately vodafone company was not able to understand this matter. I received several calls from vodafone claiming that they will solve my query but they didn’t. I think i made a big mistake coming to vodafone. I am facing several problems since i am unable to utilize one of my no. I want to make payment but not for unjustified amount.
    If vodafone doesn’t solve this than i won’t be paying this bill. I am sharing dealer details.

    The previous complain as on 20.04.2018 was resolved temporarily as Vodafone claimed to provide credit for the same. But they did not adjust fully and started raising excess bill through delay charges and reconnection fees. Kindly find the details below
    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am facing certain issues with Vodafone for numbers [protected]/[protected].
    I had complained (reference mail dated 20.04.18) in reply to which Vodafone tried to solve my query by passing credit on both my nos but which will be adjusted against excess bill problems I was facing but then they did not adjust the credit fully and started charging me delay charges. Inspite of informing them regarding credit available on my numbers they still continued charging delay charges and also disconnected my number and re-connected after charging me re-connection fees. I tried explaining executives several times but they started claiming any fake credits given to me again and again over time but the same remain unadjusted. The current outstanding on [protected] for the bill up-to 24.07.18 is Rs 110(including GST) out of which Rs 95 is still credit to be adjusted and on [protected] for the bill up-to 17.07.18 is Rs 122.5(including GST) out of which Rs 55.83 is yet to be adjusted.
    Vodafone is raising incorrect bills and I am facing trouble because of that.
    Kindly look into the matter.

    Vodafone disabled my numbers and after visiting gallery they asked to me compulsorily accept the postpaid plan of Rs 399 p.m plan on both numbers in order to make them active. This complain trails back from the earlier complain dated 20.04.2019 where Vodafone never solved my query instead manipulated the same and made the query even worse.
    I need a my incoming call and incoming message details of 6 months ...
    This matter pending from Oct'2017 still not shortout from Vodafone.

    Please Check and Refund my amount thru Cheque only.

      Vodafone deducted ₹18 for my 2 calls of total 85 sec. Saying i talked for 381sec each i. E total of 762 sec.
      I have full proofs with screenshot of both calls & call durations from my call history.

      Customer care executives replied to me with different reasons for deduction to same case & even blocked my no. When i complained for my refund urgently.

      This is very annoying service.

        I had applied three times for port out at vodafone, but vodafone is not processing my request. Every time I contact to vodafone customer care they are saying it is in process and will be done, but till date port out process is not completed. They have now blocked my number from contacting to their customer care.
        I had applied on 6 march 2018, 22 march 2018 and 7 april 2018.

          I am Krishna Koley from Barasat North 24Pgs Kol-700125 Have a Vodafone connection With No [protected] & Alternative No-[protected]
          On 2.4.2018 a Call comes and auto activated a caller tune and deduction Rs 39. from my account when I Do Not press any button.But when I contacted yesterday customer care they said that auto activated & Rs 39 back on my account 24hrs.Till now not refand balance & call customer care he said that I have pressed any button but i have not pressed any button but the customer executive told me that he is forwarding the call to the higher authority but he cuts the call.The vodafone does not giving any chance whethere customer wants the service or not. They are doing this without permission of customer. please take the proper action as I can get my money back.

              My father is visiting vodafone store in karad to deactivate his postpaid connection for [protected] since 02-apr-2018 and he paid approx. 130 rupees on 2nd april and vodafone executive told him that you're in que and may take longer time than 2 days to deactivate the number. Till date my father has visited the vodafone store for 5-6 times and yet waiting to deactivate the connection.

              The vodafone executive denied to provide copy of deactivation request and i'm sitting in mumbai afraid of whether they have actually disconnected the number or not.

              Please take stringent actions on the vodafone store, karad, dist - satara, maharashtra

                In two consecutive billing cycles, around 300 RS have been deducted as vas service charges even though I haven't activated any services. After I got the activation messages, I had sent the STOP message to deactivate the services. Still, I got charged for the same services. The Customer Support Executives don't respond properly, neither do the Vodafone store service associates.

                  I made two recharges of Rs. 24 through Vodafone app. Both times balance got deducted but the Internet plan was not provided but the amount of the recharge was deducted from my bank account twice. I have communicated with Vodafone about the problem with every proof provided but they are reluctant to give me back the amount as a refund on my account.

                    I am using vodafone from many years and i am facing many prombelms from last 2 months but i was ignoring that, before 6 months the person from vodafone ask me to move for postpaid plans but the person has not given information about the roaming charges, that time hv took 2 postpaid plans, 6 months plans were working fine but now this month's bill amount has suddenly got raised so hv called costmoer care he told me about this month they hv charged roaming charges, now it's on height i am traveling to maharashtra my native place from mumbai, other all networks are providing free roaming for all over india n why vodafone applying roaming charges in maharashtra? This time i won't be able to make a payment to you because of this useless charges for both the numbers.
                    Pls do something asap
                    I want to switch my network from vodafone to some other networks

                        I am using vodafone postpaid number. I have changed my number from postpaid to prepaid. I have already paid my bill till 17.04.2018. I have been asked by vodafone store executive praveen at sector 18 noida, it will be converted within three hours. Now it has been two days but the conversion process has not been completed. I have contacted many times to customer care and he/she says it will starts within 8 hours, at 9 am, within 24 hours, within 48 hours, witin 72 hours. Now a customer care executing saying pay bill till today then it will be converted. Then again it will be repeated "it will starts within 3 hours, 8 hours, at 9 am, within 24 hours, within 48 hours, witin 72 hours. Now a customer care executing saying pay bill till today".
                        Is this my conversion process completed ever been?

                        Secondly i have been asked four times finger touch to link my aadhar to my number. Are they linking only my number or linking others numbers. I want to know linked vodafone mobile numbers to my aadhar.

                          On 16 april 2018, vodafone activated a vas without my consent and deducted balance from my account. Following is the sms which was sent to me:

                          "hello! Lifestyle pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs.49 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.30.5965. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). For songs dial 1234 (Tollfree)"

                            As airtel failed and liquidated, i had to switch over to some other service
                            Provider and believing in vodafone india, i opted for it and, i called on their office at north usman road, t. Nagar, chennai-17 on 17.04.18 and completed
                            The formalities and they assured that i would receive mails/messages on my
                            Mobile after 4p. M of the day. But, to my dismay, my mobile does not receive
                            Any messages/mails till this time. I presume they have not activated the device
                            Yet. Because of this delay, my net banking is paralyzed and i am incurring loss
                            Financially and i am unable to pay my dues to the beneficiaries. They never
                            Mind the plights of the customers. They have to compensate the loss incurred
                            To me. Their attitude and failure are highly ridiculous. They should be sued
                            For making abnormal delay in activating the device. They will meet their
                            Waterloo, soon. Airtel were good in rendering service, but, unfortunately, they
                            Failed. The consumer forum should initiate action against vodafone india,
                            Appropriately.

                              Is number ko 9 march se kisi dusri company me port karwane ki koshis kar raha hoon lekin vodafone agents ke galt feedback update karne ke wajah se aaj tak mera ye number dusri company me port nahi ho paya. Jab bhi vodafone agents ki call mere pass aati hai to hamesa main yahi bolta hoon ki main vodafone me continues nahi karna chahta lekin vodafone agents apna number banane ke liye wo feedback me ye status update kar dete hain ki customer retain ho gaya aur continues karna chahta hai vodafone me. Main ye janna chahta hoon ki kya main galti kar diya vodafone company me apna number chala kar ya unka gulaam ho gaya hoon jo mujhe paresan kar rahe hain. Aap se nivedan hai ki mere is problem ko jald se jald nivaran kare iske liye main apka sada abhari rahunga.

                                My vodafone postpaid number is [protected] which i am not using since last 6 months and as its inavtive i have asked vodafone to close my number several times on phone as well i have visited andheri vodafone misi store and malad store. They asked me to pay final amount 1 month ago and my connection will be closed but today again i rcvd 1800 bill. Now they are again asking for more money to close my connection and asking for non sense excuses to close my connection

                                  I recieve approximately 10-15 calls per day from vodafone since the day i ported out to airtel (Around 6 months). The main reason for my porting was lack of network coverage and overbilling. Since the day i put in the request for porting, i have been harassed by vodafone regularly. Repeated phone calls despite cutting them, as a result i now dont pick up calls from unsaved nos. Despite telling the operators that m not interested in returning to vodafone and that i can find my way to a nearby vodafone retail outlet if i were desparate to shift back, they continue to call. If vodafone does not stop them, i will definitely sue them in the consumer court and also alert trai about this constant badgering.in short, i am filing a complaint against vodafone itself for their refusal to let me be. Kindly do the needful.

                                    I, Srishtidhar Pramanik son of Late Bimal Pramanik residing at Killa, Ghoradal, Mathurapur, South 24 Parganas, Pin - 743354, I had purchased the Mobile Prepaid connection being No. [protected] from Vodafone, West Bengal, i used it last approximately 3 Years, but in the month of January, 2018 my sim card was closed from the network provider, but this number is very essential for me because this number was regd. in my bank account, Govt. Dept., Google and others.
                                    After that i went to the Network Provider and they said me that my connection is not possible to reopen and they also said me that number was already been allotted to another individual or person so, i faced a very much problem and i also give some complaint in their customer care and they couldn't given any reply to me. So, i get in very much travel regarding this aforesaid issue.
                                    Hence, I want this number for recovering my all passwords if you could kindly help me regarding this aforesaid matter then i highly obliged to you.

                                      Vodafone has deducted my account balance unfairly. I haven't subscribed any service but they activated the same on my mobile number and have deducted my balance unfairly. They are automatically renewing these services (Wwe zone & playsutra entertainment services) and deducting my balance regularly. I haven't activated these and i want my deducted balance back in my account. This is very unfair. Please refund my balance as soon as possible

                                        HELLO SIR,
                                        Since last month I am getting calls and missed calls from an unknown no. i.e. [protected]. I got a number of missed calls from this number at around 12 A.M. on 22 march. Last month, person on this number asked me about my bank details also. When i denied he started giving me missed calls, calls on my number also continuously send me messages on whatsapp. Few days ago the person demanded me for 34, 000 rs. When i checked on true caller for the details, I found that it is a Vodafone company number. I am completely disturbed since last month.
                                        Please inform me about all the details of this number as much soon as become possible.
