It is to inform you that myself archan chandra chandra (Msisdn - [protected]) recently ported in to vodafone in order to get a proper service but things turned worse.
During the porting period from airtel to vodafone a outstanding amount of rs-174 was showing due which i paid 4th of this month and then directly went to vodafone store situated opposite to mahindra chandra college (Shyambazaar, kolkata, w. B) and asked the lady present to make a note about the payment made by me, she then said there is nothing to worry as the connection is running properly and do contact the outlet if my connection gets barred. On her comment i was disheartend so i took the onus of informing the corporate desk of vodafone with proper document. On the very next day i got a confirmation both through telephonic and through mail (Interaction number being [protected]) that my payment has been received and thus my connection will not get barred. After that i use to regularly get message of overdue payment of my previous operater which i tend to ignore as i already paid the said amount and also got the confirmation. To my utter disbelief my connection got barred on 16th of this month when i enquired the customer care they said the barring happened due to non payment of my dues of previous operater and asked me visit the store so next day when i went to the store and told my problem the lady present there said they can't help as the connection got barred by the airtel then i went airtel store and told my problem they said as i was not there customer anymore so they don't have the right to block my connection then again i went to vodafone store and the same then the lady said to bring the money receipt and there after again i went to airtel store and asked for my money receipt which they sended to me through my mail id. One reaching the vodafone store i said that the money receipt is my mail but my connection is barred so can i use their system which they turned down and asked me to fetch the hard copy of receipt then i came out roaming around the street in this heat looking for a cyber cafe which i could find due to the afternoon time all the cafe was closed. On dejected i returned to my office then i called up the appellate desk and told my problem they as per voc opened my connection.
Then when again mailed the appellate desk against the ill treatmentioned faced by me they also turned down my requested. Yesterday a person named joly sharma called me from the appellate desk and enquired my problem i told detailed about the thing i had gone through, to my utter disbelief she said that i was my fault as i didn't deposited the money on time and it got updated on 17th of this month and the confirmation mail regarding the payment made by vodafone was by mistake. So clearly told her that i had all the documents as a proof which shows that i had made the payment on 4th of this month then why i was made to suffer. She didn't had any answer so i requested her to transfer the line to appellate authority i want to talk to him and narrate my problem to which she denied.
Sir this is whole painful story which i went through. Hoping to adequate help and reimbursement from vodafone for the lose which i had to go through.
