As airtel failed and liquidated, i had to switch over to some other service
Provider and believing in vodafone india, i opted for it and, i called on their office at north usman road, t. Nagar, chennai-17 on 17.04.18 and completed
The formalities and they assured that i would receive mails/messages on my
Mobile after 4p. M of the day. But, to my dismay, my mobile does not receive
Any messages/mails till this time. I presume they have not activated the device
Yet. Because of this delay, my net banking is paralyzed and i am incurring loss
Financially and i am unable to pay my dues to the beneficiaries. They never
Mind the plights of the customers. They have to compensate the loss incurred
To me. Their attitude and failure are highly ridiculous. They should be sued
For making abnormal delay in activating the device. They will meet their
Waterloo, soon. Airtel were good in rendering service, but, unfortunately, they
Failed. The consumer forum should initiate action against vodafone india,
Appropriately.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
