Hi consumers court,
In vodafone service, my plan is 299 per month and they given bill of 1200inr.
After activating dnd they activated vas.

They told free roaming and browse internet and text msgs and calls too free means unlimitted only internet and msgs are restricted 30gb/month and 1000sms /month respectively. But when i am getting the bill of 1200inr even they included all charges.
I facing the issue since 3 months.

Simply they change the plan and billing we have to pay.

If anybody is there please kindly help.
Share this as much as possible it reaches to vodafone owner they know their service feedbacks.

I given many complaints and everything but they are not able reply simply they repeating the things.
And for this month also i want to pay the amount

Please please help me

post paid billing from vodaphone is high False commitments from vodafone. regularly they charging in double and unwanted VAS they are activating finally we getting the bills are high I am loosing money only bcos of this issue please resolve awaiting for your positive reply please take actions on that

Again vodafone forcing to pay the bill of INR2.5k instead of INR 299plan.
They additional roaming charges its too high I am not agree with the issue.

Please kindly help as soon as possible.

    Though i have raised couple of tickets to address my problem, but i am sorry to say the issue is still persist. I am experiencing a poor network coverage provided by vodafone 4g. My address is j16/1201 sapoorji paloonji sukhobristi complex newtown action area 3 wb 700135. The problem exists specially in the position of my flat. Network signal fructuates. Please please please resolve this issue. My number is [protected]

      Hi, i have been vodafone customer for the last 7 years and i am paying the payments on time. Now i am got a whatsapp message that one of the no linked to my account has not paid the bill. They are saying now that the my number is going to deactivated if you not pay the bill. As a friend i gave my documents for getting sim as he was new to mumbai.

      Why should i pay such big amount which i have not used.

      Please look into the mattre & do the needful.

      Received my bill which deductions for VAS. A visit to the Vodafone store revealed deduction for some wwe zone. Never heard of this before. And have never applied or consented to this.

      I want bill of deduction of money from my prepaid account because we have recharged of rs. 150 on 2nd of April and in our surprise, balance is 0 by 10th of April. So we want detail of bill of last 1 month

        Hi team,
        Sorry to say.. I had never seen such horrible service. I am unable to acces internet and could not reach you also.

        I am using [protected] to reach you, if i press option 9 it's again goes back to main menu.

        I even went to your store and they created two tickets ([protected], i don't have the other number but you should able to find) even store team is also not capable to resolve my issue. They fixed my internet issue temporarily it worked for 30 min.

        Let's me know if you can't resolve my issue i am happy to move out from your services.

          I was surfing the net and browsing videos, then after my session i get message from vodafone that wwe zone pack had been activated "upon my request" in spite of i having done nothing of sorts.
          Upon contacting the awfully cumbersome and patience testing way to contact "customer care" - they notified me that the services have been deactivated (By me, but some other service got activated instead - attached both the sms pics) but i will still incur rs. 90/- for the useless "privileges' which i will have to get reimbursed after my next bill by contacting them again (Aargh!). Also i have been put on some kind of black list.
          They are arm twisting consumers by offering useless services just to improve their bottom line!

            Hello,

            This is to bring concern, that the staff of vodafone india has given up to a customer's problem and are not ready to return money because they didn't find any solution to the problem. According to them the customer has to bear the cost of their technical problem.

            Problem : i have a vodafone monthly postpaid package of 499. From last 4 months i am getting monthly bills over rs 1000 where they are attaching charges of value added services which i have never opted for. This services activates on a weekly basis on my vodafone sim automatically without my know how. As soon as i know about it i deactivate it by calling them but by the time i am already charged with 51 rs without using the services. These are only the activation charges as they said. I have paid more than 1500 rs from last 4 months and they are asking for 351 rs again this month for vas charges which i have not at all used.

            The response from vodafone team is not more than a given up attitude towards the problem. They assured me in the 1st month itself that they have blocked all the activation on my sim but it still gets activated again and again.

            I have absolutely no idea where to go and what to do about this from the brand itself has cheated on me.

            Please guide me further for the same, what can i do to get justice.

              I am my mobile no [protected] mnp last 2 month back airtel to vodafone and as per their bill i will paid and i received sms from vodafone on 31/03/2018 inr 307.33 due with your previous mobile operator (Airtel) same i will paid on 03/04/2018... Attached payment receipt for your ref.

              Now vodafone stop my outgoing call & data service on 14/04/2018... I am check with vodafone they asking airtel clamming to trai their payment is due.

              Vodafone and airtel both are harassment to me last 4 days.

              [protected] around at 6:20 pm, i made a recharge from my vodafone app for prepaid no. For rs. 509 of super pack the balance got deducted from my bank a/c accordingly but the recharge is unsuccessful but the amount has been debited from my bank a/c.

                    My vodafone services were made inactive when i couldn't use it for some 3 months or so. When i again tried to use it, it was made inactive, i wrote to customer care (service docket No=[protected]) i got a reply to recharge with 20 rs, i made two recharges of 20 rs and then called up customer care, they told me it wud be reactivated in 2 hours but now its more than 2 days and SIM is still not working. I even cannot make portability req as my sms service is not working. Its a pathetic situation to be in. I have written them again and hope that somebody responsible qud take some action

                        I have made recharge yesterday but i have not got the same benefits which was i saw. I have recharged from my vodafone app. I have selected the plan of 398. According to it, i should get 1gb data per day for 84 days and unlimited calling free but after recharge i have get only talk time of 334. It's totally worst. It disappointed me. I will never suggest to anyone to recharge from my vodafone app.

                          Dear sir

                          I have purchased a new sim (Number [protected]) of vodafone from a retailer in my locality on 08 april 2018. I am able to use the service for approximately three days. However the service got barred and i am unable to make calls or send sms nor receive calls.

                          At the time of buying the new sim i submitted the necessary documents. Approximately after four days i got a message saying that the document i submitted was rejected/incomplete and asking me to submit afresh so that the services may be restored. I did so on 08 apr this year. However till to date the service have not been restored. I called up customer care[protected] many times as well as visit the retailer many times. But my problems have not been solved. The retailer called up an agent at [protected] who said the service will be restored but was not. I myself also called the agent up many times who told me that i will get the service back.

                          Please look into the matter. As per vodafone's request i have submitted the required documents two times but still i am unable to benefit from the service. Whenever i called up vodafone care their replies are different each time i called up.

                          Please help me so that i may be able to get the service back and benefit from it.

                            I did my vodafone mobile no. [protected] prepaid recharge of rs.199 on 15/4/18 at 4:30 am. Amount deducted from my account and i got recharge confirmation sms, but unable to call, sms or using internet service till now.
                            When i called to vodafone customer care, executive told me that my services will be resume after 12:00 am on 16/4/18 but till now even when i tried to call i got message that you dont have sufficient money to call

                              I want to raise a complaint on vodafone. Since last 9 month i am facing huge inconvenience. They have charged me unnecessary charges (I have only 100 rs rental) for the add-ons wrongly activated on my number.

                              Whenever i talked with their executives they have provided wrong information. Based on that information i have activated roaming plans. Now they have billed me unnecessary charges. Also i have requested many times to deactivate all extra plans on my number but they have not considered my request.

                              When i requested them to investigate this issue, then vodafone transfer this case to their lawyer. My monthly rental is rs100 and most of the time they billed me unnecessary charges over and above my monthly rental. Sometimes vodafone offer for free internet service and then billed for it afterwards.

                              I faced huge inconvenience from vodafone since november, 2017 by receiving false information about plan, false disclosure of their service, non-consideration of customer request and wrong billing on customer. These companies are big and have huge monitory power and machinery support. These companies charging wrong bill on customer and the by using their machineries create pressure on customer to pay that money.

                              I have made the payment of rs3, 800 forcefully because of the legal letter. This is the clear bleach of consumer right. We are the common people and we cannot go to the high court. They are using their power for their undue interest which is not prejudice to the public interest.

                              I have last hope from you to save the consumer right. Please start investigation of this issue for the recorded line ([protected]) and registered mail id communications ([protected]@gmaill.com). Please give instruction to vodafone to share all these details to you. Please charge huge penalty on vodafone because these companies creating huge suspense reserve by creating false billing.

                              I am presently in kuwait and my number is not working. I am available on my international number +[protected] and on my mail [protected]@gmail.com.

                              I want to claim rs10 lacs form vodafone because of this false billing on behalf of all customer who are facing these kind of issue.

                                  Hi, i have been using Vodafone postpaid number [protected], now wanted to switch to prepaid but seems like this Vodafone mini store guys are Dumbest people on earth they think whatever they will people believe that and they will not question further. So the incident goes like this, i visited vodafone mini store near to my house (RR nagar, Bangalore-560098) for the request of changing sim from postpaid to prepaid, they asked me to go to another branch which 28KM from this store by saying "we don't do this you need to visit vodafone main store". Then i visited another vodafone mini store, they said come once the current month bill is generated. Visited the same store after getting the current month bill, now they are saying to go to another store which is 25 KM away from the current store. These guys think people don't have any other work. Fully frustrated with the Vodafone service. Now am regretting why I choose this network.

Issue : call drop, zero range, no data access with 2g/3g/4g i already complained for my residential area, maujpur many of vodafone users facing vodafone network issue., with all vodafone customers.                                       I am regular customer of vodafon prepaid number. From last one i can't received calls, messages from vodafon properly & promptly. Any time they had send messages. E. G.- when someone send me message at the time of 6pm in evening i received messages @ 12am or even 1am early morning. When some try to call me on my number message shown "connection error" & number not reachable.
                                      Its a kind request to fix this problem.

                                        I went to the nearby vodafone store and as soon i entered i was asked not to take a token by the watchman of the store. He said they are calling people manually as a lot of employees had taken a holiday. So i was waiting on a side waiting to be called for. I waited for whole of half an hour but none of the desks seemed to get empty and the ones which were, other people waiting on the side were given preference to the desk. On losing patience i asked the guard about how much time it will take. To which he said i am next & i should go the next whichever desk gets empty & likely i went when it got empty. To my surprise i was refused to be heard because a) i didn’t have a token & b) i went there out of turn when clearly the guard said that i’m next & should go to the next empty desk. This was very unprofessional on their end & after having waited for so long with time crunch in hand & not being heard & resolved issue i’m really flabbergasted by their attitude. They should definitely be taught some manners and a lesson too.
