Hi team,
Multiple times i have contacted to the vodafone customers care and even visited the store however they are not providing any resolution regarding the concern of address verification which is pending since 6- apr (Complaint no :[protected],[protected],[protected] and keep on telling to wait for next 48 hrs and when it's about to lapsed and after that when i contact again they keep on saying to wait for next 48 hrs. Their verification team are updating wrong remarks that they have tried to reach me on my alternate no provided however i didn't get a single call from them. Just because of such pendency unfortunately i was being accountable or punished by barring by both incoming & outgoing calls. Today because of this i have bear a huge monetary loss. Kindly help me out in rectifying it asap. I have contacted many lead manager of vodafone customer care : vikas saxena, pulkit, siddharth all of them have misguided me by sharing wrong commitment and educated that they are the last point of contact.
Request you to kindly pass it on to the higher management of vodafone for taking action on them as i do have all the call records of wrong commitment done by these leads.

    Respected sir, i have ported my number [protected] from airtel to vodafone but today on 11/04/2018 it was ported to vodafone to other number [protected] and i lost my original number so kindly take necessary actions on this! And i was not aware of this conceqences until i check my balance in my mobile, i have informed customer care of vodafone for doing this blunder! They have advised me to go for vodafone store and am missing a lot of important calls as i am doctor by profession and i need them to repay my loss! Thank you

      Dear sir, i have two numbers from vodafone ([protected] & [protected]). One of this was ported from airtel. I'm using plans 499+hellotune and 399 +no additional services. The monthly bills must be with in 600 and 400 for both the numbers. But each and every month i'm getting additional charges with unused services. And each and every month i've called customer care and arguing with the to reduce the changes. This became hectic now and the charges is crossing 1200 which is out of way. Requesting your kind support with a solution for this issue.

        Ever since last month the voda internet connection has slowed down miserably, earlier it use to run at 350 kb/sec but now in spite of being in the same area, the same house the net connection does not go up from 20 to 30 kb/sec and it doesn't improve during morning day or night time as well. Downloading speed as well as uploading speed is horrible at all time, the internet is not stable which was never an issue a month back. Vodafone connect was one of the best connection a month back but now it's one of the worst. I strongly feel after the end of jio wave voda's internet speed which was one of the fastest and most stable network connection died off. Please fix this issue as soon as possible as its not only me who is facing this problem but all the users in the state are facing this problem. We are not expecting the same kind of good internet service once provided yet as customers we expect and deserve stable and decent internet connection for the money we pay.

        customer calling takes minimum 40 minutes, most of the dealing person moving in the office or to looking in the monitor long time & taking each other but takes huge time for calling

          I have upgraded my sim to 4g and after that i cannot receive or send any sms. When i open my vodafone app i have some two services activated which i didn't activate but i don't know how they got activated
          i have called customer care but i couldn't understand what he was telling

            They had romised me to give the service of custom caller tune, means my own music as a caller tune, because of which i had purchased the sim card. I visited many stores regarding the same but couldn't find the solution. Almost 1 months passed they didn't given me the facility they had promised.

            While in a conversation with one executive, knowing i said that i have 50 airtel connections and need to upload custom caller tune, which they are not providing me. The boy agreed to give the service and called me so many time to give all the no. And my audio for converting it and uploading mu audio as a caller tune.

            Am upset with the service of vodafone and will request everyone not to trust this service.

              Again inflated bill for this month as well, unessary value added services are tagged to my number without my knowledge. It seems you people are indulging in deliberate forgery. Some of your executive has promised me to get the bill rectified on my vodafone app and same is not yet done and top of it you people have activated monotonous call recordings on my outgoing calls

              I am having Vodafone network problem since last December till now April it is not resolved. I did 6 to 7 times complaint through 198 call voda help and support and voda store but they dont know when it will fix. i am suffering from call drop, unreachable, call end. even i cant talk at second floor.
              Outgoing calls blocked since yesterday. Incoming and Internet is working fine. Complained about it twice to customer care nobody bothered to call back with resolution.

                I am a postpaid customer for vodafone for the past one and half year. After shifting our house to a new place, i am unable to make a call and receive a call.

                I have complained the same to vodafone support, they said they have raised the issue and concerned department will update the status. I have waited for 2 more months depending on their responses.

                After 3 to 4 complaints i have planned to change network, because of losing my business and all. Here comes how vodafone cheats its customers.

                Firstly, i have sent the port request and received the code. Got a call from the operators they asked me to not migrate and they are unable to convince me because they are unable to listen to my voice when i am at home. Once or twice i have rejected their call because i am not interested in staying in vodafone. They have activated some * pack to my number, after 5 days i have received a message for rejecting my port request.

                They will activate the offer on your number without your notice and they will charge you even if you clear the bill, they will reject your port. This is not one time, they have done 3 times for me and they don't have any explanation for my issue.

                I have valid proofs about this rejecting port request. Please kindly don't join vodafone.

                By mistake combo pack has been activated in my prepaid mobile vodafone sim by dialing *123#. Now the service I can not deactive by dialing remote number or calling cc. Vidafone to kindly guide me.

                The Balance in Prepaid Mobile no of Vodafone gets deducted automatically ...it shoes something like this

                    My outgoing calls were deactivated inspite of days left. On making the next recharge, calls were still deactivated. Unknown to the fact of recharge being made a third recharge was made. And now Vodafone is not ready to refund for the two extra payment.                       From past 1 and a half month i have been struggling with the unprofessional service of this firm.

                      My 6 month old phone was covered under red shield insurance. I had a minor accident on the road due to which phone fell and it's screen cracked.

                      I raised a claim with them to help me repair the phone, this first claim got closed because according to them i delayed in submitting documents. Real reason is that they claim to send emails which i never got and they take 3-4 days to reply to one email that i send. I simply don't have time to keep calling them repeatedly.

                      Then i raised another claim. This time also i wasn't getting emails from them but i proactively gave them all the requested documents on time. Still even this time my claim wasn't successful and it got repudiated. According to them reason is : "different accident date in both claims, and different narration of incidents".
                      When they called and asked me what happened, as a human being do we always reply in the exact same words? Sometimes we describe the same incident in different words which according to these people is different narration.
                      Now we can not raise 3rd case because their "policy" says only 2 claims.

                      When damage is covered under this insurance then it shouldn't matter much how the phone broke, the point is its broken.

                      What i have learned is that they wont provide claim money in any case rather they just waste a customer's time and fool him best they can because in my second claim i don't see a single reason why it should be rejected.

                      Please take an action on this.

                      Today I have recharged 77 online. GST has been deducted Rs 37.01 but after that you are deducting Rs 28.24 as access fees. Why? After GST, it should be one tax. No other tax. Please reply on urgent basis. This total thing is confusing to me. I think, vodafone will reply as early as possible

                        Hi,

                        I am vodafone user, from past 2 to 3 months i was not using my vodafone no. But it was working fine. Suddenly when i checked last week with local repairer, i was surprised to see that my vodafone was sim card was not working and all is fine wih my cell phone.
                        I visited vodafone gallery at mahim today i. E 10 april 2018. They told me it got revoked and they allocated it to someone else.

                        My isssue is all my otp is generated on [protected]. I am unable to any transaction.

                        I seriously want some offical to look into it.

                          I m speaking on behalf of ever people in my town i. E pincode 737139 we get full signal strength on our phone but still cant open a page and it take a long time to load a single page it is 2018 and it is 4g network and so we know thaton 4g network it doest take 10 to 5 minutes to load a sigle page let alone dowloading anything plez we r withing 1 km range of 4g tower but still so weak instead of sucking our towns money plez invest some of that money on making ur tower better or try mantaining it as soon as possible as we people of this town prefer vodafone as it is the only 4g servce avilable at the moment so plez look into the issue as soon as possible as we people of this town has great hope that we can use internet at a normal 4g speed as all we deserve as we pay the same amount as rest of the indains so why not we get the same service as them

                            My aircel number [protected] is activated by vodafaone in 11th march which is wrongly done by vodafone retailer of saharsha. My last recharge in aircel number is rs 10 in 24th feb, after shuting down network of aircel a wrongly retailer of vodafone saharsha activated in vodafone. My all bank account and paytm and adhaar has operated by this number.

                                  Still am facing network issue, but whatever the complaint raised it was closed without a solution.

                                  This is how vodafone works.

                                  If you are not capable of providing a solution, don't give a false statement like it

                                      On 3rd april i made a payment of rs. 1481.72 towards my vodafone no. [protected]. On the same day, i had intimated the team through call and email that i would like to discontinue my services with vodafone as i have already collected a new sim card from jio. They did not respond to my issue and to top that they sent me a bill with added unnecessary charges. Upon arguements over the 2 days, the company agreed to waive of the charges but i donot see any changes on bill. I have been given false promises everytime. I have been told on 9th i ll get the updated bill. I donot understand why do i have to pay if i donot want to use the services. I have been mentally physically harrassed by the company and its employees. I need a resolution asap and i want to port out at the earliest.

                                        Hi,

                                        I would have never known about this fact until recently when i confirmed that vodafone has made false promises and their dishonest activities has led me to dig my previous old statement and i found something very interesting.

                                        First, i have noticed that there has been a fraudulent billing for the period of 28th april to 27th may 2016 and i was charged rs 1000, even when i had paid for bill periods 1-apr-16 to 30-apr-16 for rs 5325.67 and 1-may-16 to 31-may-16 for rs 1188.29. Kindly refer to the attached screenshot.

                                        My normal billing period is first of every month to last date of the month (Figures enclosed in red)

                                        1-mar-16 to 31-mar-16
                                        1- apr-16 to 30-apr-16
                                        1-may-16 to 31-may-16
                                        1-jun-16 to 30-jun-16

                                        Then why there are bills in between my normal bill periods with date range starting with 28th,

                                        28-mar-16 to 27-apr-16;
                                        28-apr-16 to 27-may-16 (Successful in taking rs 1000/-);
                                        28-may-16 to 27-jun-16 and
                                        28-jun-16 to 27-july-16

                                        Vodafone had tried to charge me fraudulently on 4 occasion (Bill period highlighted in yellow in attached image) but i argued about my regular bill periods but they were successful in fraudulently charging me (Rather looted) for rs 1000 (Bill no[protected].

                                        Are they charging customers twice? Am i the only one or vodafone is doing the same with other customers as well? This matter should be looked into with at-most seriousness and vigilance.

                                        Second, why their bill never reach customer's email every month regularly? I have noticed that there were intermittent gaps of 2-3 months during year ends generally from october till january mostly and i had paid the bills based on the sms's received but the bill after these 2-3 months will have strange figures and its very hard to comprehend and correlate with the amount paid based on sms's.

                                        Third, i tried to convert my two post paid number to prepaid but they never converted them, i hardly or never used them for making phone call but only to receive messages. But still bills are coming every month with rentals plus tax around rs 130 even when i not even making a single call. As i'm out of india right now and wanted to convert both the numbers to prepaid, but they are not co-operating for conversion.

                                        I had sent several mail to appellate. [protected]@vodafone.com; nodal. [protected]@vodafone.com; corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com and service and vodafone payment assist mails for fraudulent bill clarification and prepaid conversion but they didn't paid any heed to reply or co-operating. That's why i had to take resort to consumer forum for help. Kindly assist, thanks in advance for your help.
