I got call from your executive (#[protected]) on Wednesday 4/4/18 and they offered me a plan. I asked them to send me an email for the approved plan(I havn’t get yet) Your executive came on Thursday for KYC and gave me SIM card. After so many calls, your executive picked up my phone on Saturday and I asked him to confirm, when this number gets ported to Vodafone. He said, he will confirm in 5 mins but I didn’t get call from him. 30 mins later, I again called him then he again said that he will confirm me in another 5 mins, but I didn’t get call. 1 hr later I tried another number [protected] but he didn’t listen to me. 30 min Later, I called on [protected] and he transferred the call to his manager and I had words with his manager. Neither this executive nor his manager knows what is the process and what is the status of my request. They didn’t know about my query after explaining them so many times. Infact they are very rude and talking rubbish things and told me that they are not going to activate my number. Very pathetic customer service where your executive and mangers doesn’t know how to speak with customers.

    In January month bill i was charged Value added services which i never started i got a refund and i asked the Vodafone service provider to stop it permanently. but again in February and March month i was charged again for value added service of approx 3500/- rs. when i filled a complaint again regarding it they told me that your request is not acceptable. my Vodafone number is [protected].
    why i pay this much of amount which is a purely mistake of Vodafone company.

      Hi i am aditya and i have a searious complaint againt vodafone destributer and rm
      I am not getting lode from 10 days my custemer is going back i am getting loss

      I have also call reaterler help line but nothing happens they have given rm number never pic the calls thats how your staff work
      Careless rm is working in your team

      If he dont want to work why u have given him the job
      We are facing a problem loss not getting load
      And he is making fun o[censored]s never pic phone

      Is this a vodafone services u are giving to us

        My phone number [protected] has been inappropriately charged an additional of Rs 1200 towards dialing 51717 which is not true. This has shot up the bill amount to Rs 1839/-. My regular bill has always been in the range of Rs 300 to 400/-.

        Call Duration : 19 Min 10 secs

        Upon investigation it has been observed that there are many consumers who have lodged similar complaints in regards to getting charged for dialing the same above number (51717).

        Could you please take action against this and revert the charges towards the same.

          I was using this vodafone number for my business only on whatsapp. I removed the sim as i was planning to buy new handset only for my business after purchasing when i inserted the card i was not getting network so i went to vodafone store. The vodafone team is telling me that i didnt use my card for 2 months they gave my number to someone else. I had also linked my aadhar no with it. My customers are complaining that someone else is answering the call. How can you give my number to someone else without my consent? What if my bank account, paytm and other important things are linked to it? Who will pay for the loss?

            Hi, this side deepa yadav, i have used vodafone postpaid services, as my current plan is 399 which include free all local std calls with 20gb data per months and i have already install vodafone app into my cell phone to track mobile internet data but on 31th march i have around 6.5 gb data was left as per vodafone app data tracking system, without notify me they charge 499 rs as internet charges even i don't have consume the over limit data. My question is what is the wrong with my data plan @cheap service vodafone @fraudulently charge money form customer.

              This complaint is regarding a vodafone ministore in girish park, kolkata, west bengal. The contact number provided are non existent and not reachable for a very long time. The numbers (Gathered from google search) are :[protected]

              For a small query also it is always not possible to visit the store from a different part of the city.

                "love tips" service has been activated on my vodafone no. Without my knowledge and now i cannot find a way of deactivating it. It is really annoying. My account has been debited and it will continue to be debited unless the so called love tips is deactivated. If i try to deactivate it by calling 198 or via sms it says no vas service active. Plese help me deactivate it as soon as possible.

                I don't have any vodafone number, but still I'm getting vodafone bill on my email address. I complained many time to vodafone customer care regarding this. but they are not resolving my issue.

                  I recharged my vodafone no. On 6th april 2018 of rs 199. And the vodafone company deducted 168.33rs on the name of access fee. I am taken aback by a shock that why such high charge is marked.
                  This vodafone company is going cheap day by day for money totally exploiting it's customer. It's better to use some other company rather than this useless vodafone and i also suggested my acquaintances not to use vodafone.
                  #greedy vodafone.

                  I dont know why they activate it without my permission and i deactivated it but vodafone are not refunding it. I need my money back.

                    My number [protected] has been blocked last night citing that i have been using it for telemarketing which is a false accusation. I call my parents and friends only. I have visited multiple times in vodafone store asking them to show me which telemarketing message i have sent from my number but they couldn't show. They went on saying that they are helpless and i should contact trai directly on this. This is extremely bad as without any proof i am being accused of something that i have not done at all.

                      Today morning i show a offer by dialing *121# that 84 days validity with Rs.396 which is also confirm by customer care sent a sms (screen shot attached). When i want to rechg. Via voda app showing error(screen shot attached), then i call 3 times customer care, they are tell me that offer validity expired.

                      Is the offer change within a minute? If change, why not customer care exe. tell me that it may be change within few minutes insted of sent a offer confirmatin sms? Please look into the matter

                        I want you to take this issue at the highest level of escalation within Vodafone.
                        I had port my number from Airtel to Vodafone in January’18. At that time, I have cleared all my dues with Airtel and my number got successfully port.
                        All of sudden something went wrong and my number’s outgoing calls are barred since yesterday and this happened without any prior information and alert.
                        I have called customer care team and came to know that there is some amount due against my Airtel account. Also they informed me that I have to go Airtel store and pay the outstanding and confirm the same by visiting to a Vodafone store.
                        I called Airtel customer care help desk to check my outstanding amount, and they said that they don’t have any details as my number is currently with Vodafone and only Vodafone can help me on this.
                        First thing is that, why it was not informed me at the time of port.
                        Secondly, If some amount was due, how number portability took place and working fine from last three months.
                        It’s been more than 24 hours I am facing this issue, I have already called on [protected], Mr. Dixit from Vodafone and few call to customer care team however not getting any help. It seems that I have made a biggest mistake by selecting VODAFONE as my service provider.
                        As per my telco with Mr. Ankit Dixit, I was under impression that my issue will get resolve in 30 mins however it still remain same. Now he has stop picking my call.

                          I am writing this compliant for my vodafone number [protected]. From last 4 months vodafone sends me the bill for more that 1400 and everytime i have call then to correct the bill.
                          Now again they do the same thing send the bill of rs. 1400 and their customer service denied to waiver of this time.
                          Every time they have the same thing that you have subscribed they labla labla. Services.
                          Please take strong action against them and i want to settle this time and going to shut this vodafone number permanently because this type of services really annoying to anybody.

                            Charged Rs. 1162 for calling special number 51717.

                            They say on 28/02/2018, I called special number 51717 for 81 minutes.

                            I never called this number and I do not see any such entry in my True-caller logs.
                            I talked to there customer care but they keep on repeating the same thing.

                            I have never made such call and I want this charge to be revoked.

                              Continuous calls and threatening rude messages from your representative despite the excess billing issue under discussion and not yet satisfactorily resolved. The excess billing was on international travel where background apps apparently were consuming data despite us taking the local sim in the country. Vodafone rep did not advice that we should remove the card or put off the data roaming. After speaking several times to nodal officer no resolution was done.

                                Calls & sms received from: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], for marketing, collections for the wrong person, threatening sms etc.

                                Extremely bad language used and no reason heard.

                                What is worse is that the calls are being made to a lady, who knows nothing about the offerings and she is threatened with abduction, rape, family problems etc

                                Request to kindly block these.

                                  I got this number ([protected]) cancelled last year, 2017 december
                                  (Sr no :[protected] and i got the confirmation for same
                                  Via email.

                                  I sent this confirmation email to customercare
                                  (Taj a safina) on february 14th when she sent me demand
                                  Letter.
                                  I got another notice from poornima shenoy and vodafone karnatka, legal team on march 20th, and
                                  I called jennifer on the mobile [protected] and provided
                                  Her the sr[protected] for cancellation and she confirmed
                                  Not to pay any amount further.
                                  The same communication was again sent back to poornima shenoy and vodafone karnatka and now yesterday april 04th, 2018 again, they sent another collection email with a payment url. Url does not accept any amount, because account/mobile number itself is closed.

                                    I got my SIM card 2 days ago from Pondicherry Vodafone store and I have been using it since then. Tonight I tried to make a call and it says service temporarily withdrawn?!? why and what can I do to activate it again? I can't even call to your customer service.
