    On 3rd april i made a payment of rs. 1481.72 towards my vodafone no. [protected]. On the same day, i had intimated the team through call and email that i would like to discontinue my services with vodafone as i have already collected a new sim card from jio. They did not respond to my issue and to top that they sent me a bill with added unnecessary charges. Upon arguements over the 2 days, the company agreed to waive of the charges but i donot see any changes on bill. I have been given false promises everytime. I have been told on 9th i ll get the updated bill. I donot understand why do i have to pay if i donot want to use the services. I have been mentally physically harrassed by the company and its employees. I need a resolution asap and i want to port out at the earliest.

      Hi,

      I would have never known about this fact until recently when i confirmed that vodafone has made false promises and their dishonest activities has led me to dig my previous old statement and i found something very interesting.

      First, i have noticed that there has been a fraudulent billing for the period of 28th april to 27th may 2016 and i was charged rs 1000, even when i had paid for bill periods 1-apr-16 to 30-apr-16 for rs 5325.67 and 1-may-16 to 31-may-16 for rs 1188.29. Kindly refer to the attached screenshot.

      My normal billing period is first of every month to last date of the month (Figures enclosed in red)

      1-mar-16 to 31-mar-16
      1- apr-16 to 30-apr-16
      1-may-16 to 31-may-16
      1-jun-16 to 30-jun-16
      1-jul-16 to 31-jul-16.

      Then why there are bills in between my normal bill periods with date range starting with 28th,

      28-mar-16 to 27-apr-16;
      28-apr-16 to 27-may-16 (Successful in taking rs 1000/-);
      28-may-16 to 27-jun-16 and
      28-jun-16 to 27-july-16

      Vodafone had tried to charge me fraudulently on 4 occasion (Bill period highlighted in yellow in attached image) but i argued about my regular bill periods but they were successful in fraudulently charging me (Rather looted) for rs 1000 (Bill no[protected].

      Are they charging customers twice? Am i the only one or vodafone is doing the same with other customers as well? This matter should be looked into with at-most seriousness and vigilance.

      Second, why their bill never reach customer's email every month regularly? I have noticed that there were intermittent gaps of 2-3 months during year ends generally from october till january mostly and i had paid the bills based on the sms's received but the bill after these 2-3 months will have strange figures and its very hard to comprehend and correlate with the amount paid based on sms's.

      Third, i tried to convert my two post paid number to prepaid but they never converted them, i hardly or never used them for making phone call but only to receive messages. But still bills are coming every month with rentals plus tax around rs 130 even when i not even making a single call. As i'm out of india right now and wanted to convert both the numbers to prepaid, but they are not co-operating for conversion.

      I had sent several mail to appellate. [protected]@vodafone.com; nodal. [protected]@vodafone.com; corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com and service and vodafone payment assist mails for fraudulent bill clarification and prepaid conversion but they didn't paid any heed to reply or co-operating. That's why i had to take resort to consumer forum for help. Kindly assist, thanks in advance for your help.

        I have convert my vodafone sim from postpaid to prepaid, i paid more then my bill, my bill is 530 but i paid 630 but till i did not get my money transfer to my prepaid sim, as per my bill cycle my daily usage charge is 13 rupees but i did not get my remaining amount in my prepaid sim, i am suffering from zero balance and not able to make call to other please solve this problem as soon as possible thank you.

          I ask for prepaid but they activate postpaid by misguiding/cheating and force to use for 90 days,... Stuff of vodafone store (Burdwan, west bengal, 713101) activate postpaid sim instade of prepaid by misguiding or cheating.
          After that when i speak to other customers... I found that all r victim like me.
          Vodafone please reply... Is there any time bound condition to migrate from postpaid to prepaid?

            Dear sir/madam,

            I would like to inform you that vodafone had deducted 320 inr from ([protected]) my account balance. Before it was 315 inr in my account and now -5 inr.

            I was in philippines that time vodafone had deducted my balance in first week of april and now i'm in vietnam. I just got a message to stop vas services.

            Even though i didn't take any vas services so far and i ever never sent a message to activate vas services.

            I didn't get any vas services activation messages so far form vodafone then how did they deducted my balance. Which vas service have the amount of 320.

            I would like to inform you that this is single user cell and i'm using local telecom network for any kind of internet and call services in other countries.

            I want my balance i know coz i'm out of india so i can't call vodafone customer care that's why vodafone deducted my balance Â

            Vodafone also noticed that i'm out of india from last 4 months what's why they get the good chance to deduct my balance because they keep checking about customer which is having more balance and not unable to complaint vodafone.

            I request you to take a legal action against vodafone to return my balance.

              On my phone number such pack has been activated automatically which named as ' mobisutra pretty zone pack. ' which i have not activated it and 35 inr deducted from my balance for the same, dated on 8th april 2018 at 2.00 am... What kind of pack it is???😢 why you companies are doing such things without asking your customers??? Please do the needful for the same.. Looking for your valuable response...

                Charged rs 1260 for calling 51717 for 90 mins 10 sec which is really untrue. I have never called to this number not even single second. Also no use of calling a customer care. I have been using vodafone from the beginning,, infact my whole family are using vodafone. So show some courtesy here. I am expecting to resolve this issue asap.

                Please do look into the matter.

                    I got call from your executive (#[protected]) on Wednesday 4/4/18 and they offered me a plan. I asked them to send me an email for the approved plan(I havn’t get yet) Your executive came on Thursday for KYC and gave me SIM card. After so many calls, your executive picked up my phone on Saturday and I asked him to confirm, when this number gets ported to Vodafone. He said, he will confirm in 5 mins but I didn’t get call from him. 30 mins later, I again called him then he again said that he will confirm me in another 5 mins, but I didn’t get call. 1 hr later I tried another number [protected] but he didn’t listen to me. 30 min Later, I called on [protected] and he transferred the call to his manager and I had words with his manager. Neither this executive nor his manager knows what is the process and what is the status of my request. They didn’t know about my query after explaining them so many times. Infact they are very rude and talking rubbish things and told me that they are not going to activate my number. Very pathetic customer service where your executive and mangers doesn’t know how to speak with customers.

                      In January month bill i was charged Value added services which i never started i got a refund and i asked the Vodafone service provider to stop it permanently. but again in February and March month i was charged again for value added service of approx 3500/- rs. when i filled a complaint again regarding it they told me that your request is not acceptable. my Vodafone number is [protected].
                      why i pay this much of amount which is a purely mistake of Vodafone company.

                            I was using this vodafone number for my business only on whatsapp. I removed the sim as i was planning to buy new handset only for my business after purchasing when i inserted the card i was not getting network so i went to vodafone store. The vodafone team is telling me that i didnt use my card for 2 months they gave my number to someone else. I had also linked my aadhar no with it. My customers are complaining that someone else is answering the call. How can you give my number to someone else without my consent? What if my bank account, paytm and other important things are linked to it? Who will pay for the loss?

                              Hi, this side deepa yadav, i have used vodafone postpaid services, as my current plan is 399 which include free all local std calls with 20gb data per months and i have already install vodafone app into my cell phone to track mobile internet data but on 31th march i have around 6.5 gb data was left as per vodafone app data tracking system, without notify me they charge 499 rs as internet charges even i don't have consume the over limit data. My question is what is the wrong with my data plan @cheap service vodafone @fraudulently charge money form customer.

                                  "love tips" service has been activated on my vodafone no. Without my knowledge and now i cannot find a way of deactivating it. It is really annoying. My account has been debited and it will continue to be debited unless the so called love tips is deactivated. If i try to deactivate it by calling 198 or via sms it says no vas service active. Plese help me deactivate it as soon as possible.

                                    I recharged my vodafone no. On 6th april 2018 of rs 199. And the vodafone company deducted 168.33rs on the name of access fee. I am taken aback by a shock that why such high charge is marked.
                                    This vodafone company is going cheap day by day for money totally exploiting it's customer. It's better to use some other company rather than this useless vodafone and i also suggested my acquaintances not to use vodafone.
                                    #greedy vodafone.

                                      My number [protected] has been blocked last night citing that i have been using it for telemarketing which is a false accusation. I call my parents and friends only. I have visited multiple times in vodafone store asking them to show me which telemarketing message i have sent from my number but they couldn't show. They went on saying that they are helpless and i should contact trai directly on this. This is extremely bad as without any proof i am being accused of something that i have not done at all.

                                        Today morning i show a offer by dialing *121# that 84 days validity with Rs.396 which is also confirm by customer care sent a sms (screen shot attached). When i want to rechg. Via voda app showing error(screen shot attached), then i call 3 times customer care, they are tell me that offer validity expired.

                                        Is the offer change within a minute? If change, why not customer care exe. tell me that it may be change within few minutes insted of sent a offer confirmatin sms? Please look into the matter
