I recharged an amount of rs.- 159/- (Vodafone) from a retailer on 29/03/2018 morning. It was shown in my offer. The offer was unlimited call + 1gb/day net for 28 days. But when i recharged the offer amount then no unlimited call or 1gb/day net for 28 days was given to me. But a balance of rs.- 131.75/- was credited in my mobile number account. Then i called vodafone care for the problem, but they ignored the topic & told me that no offer was of rs.- 159/- for my number. So today i recharged another amount. So i want to refund back my previous rs.- 159/-.

    I have vodafone account since 20 years. Atleast six times so far amount was deducted for some programmes not accepted by me. As there was sufficient balance in my account with net facility, i stopped later by having zero balance in my net connection. The problem was solved. Recently i took a 459 pack with net and free talk but it had about 100 rupees balance. Yesterday at 6.29 pm i was told that rs 75 was deducted for tv all channel pack. As soon as i saw the message, i immediately asked for deactivation as i never asked for it. At 9.42 pm yesterday i was told that this was deactivated. But till now the amount is not re credited to my account. I tried to talk to n0 9 cutomer care exec at least 10 times but nos 198 and 199 stop after getting up to no 9 executive.
    Needful must be done immediately and such un authorised deductions should never be done without clear written or yes agreement for any suggetions made by the company by sms or otherwise.

      This is Ravi Sharma holding Vodafone Prepaid customer from last 7 years (My no. [protected]) and my connection has been suspended from 27/03/18.
      On Speaking with customer care they informed that a Vodafone no.[protected]have some payment due for 350/- therefore the company suspended both the nos.
      I checked with my friend who holding Vodafone no. [protected] from last 3 years, about the same where she informed me that she has done the payment on 21st of march only. and her no. is still activated... so why my no. suspended.
      This is unexpected from such company like vodafone. I am going to port my no. to others operator soon.
      from last 3 days i am not able to make any back online transaction as OTP are not received.
      Ill take this issue to consumer coat ...

        Vodafone keeps saying that they will upgrade 4g network towers in girgaon, mumbai area however it's been six months now and no change. Vodafone service sucks in mumbai city. Your sim technology is outdated as my samsung s7edge phone cannot detect my phone number automatically whereas jio number is auto detected. Vodafone needs to upgrade their technology, hire people from japan, korea or china.

They told it will be resolved within 4 hours. But they dosen't did it. So i have many problems with this. This is my replacement no. Which is done in november 2017. So please try to help me fast to solve my problem.

            I give request for disconnect my vodafone mobile no in january 2017 and my request success fully processed and fully due paid and i received a refund cheque. Also a vodafone representative takes conformation for closed my vodafone mobile no. And i give my conformation for closed my account after fully settled.

            But after two month latter i received a invoice. So, for safer side i contact vodafone help deck regarding bill and they accept there mistake correct it.

            After one or two month latter i received a invoice again. Now i again contact vodafone resolve it.

            After that one more time same thing happened.

            At last in january 2018 a parson (Vodafone representative) visit my home and demanding outstanding bill.

            This same full for me.in a wall none brand take this type of mistake.

              We are using vodafone since last 2 years and paying bill on regular basis. I am corporate plan user and using two numbers [protected] and [protected] from genpact and using plan of rs.199 but from last two months my plan has changed to rs. 499 red plan without any notification to me. I have called customer care many times but do not find any resolution. I am not going to pay bill this time and will port this number of do not find any response from your side.

                I bought a recharge coupon of 30 rupees and when i enter the 16 digit code it said that "your card's face value is greater than session limit". And that is a waste of money. Please do something about this. I tried it 4-5 more times but still the same problem continues. I am recharging my old vodafone no. Since 5 years but this new no. Recharge seems to be unsatisfied. Please resolve this issue.

                  I have recharged with rc 458 and remitted the amount rs. 458 on 03.03.2018. Today a message received stating that no balance is in my data account even though i haven't used much. I tried for customer care phone number 199 at two times and contacted representative, he didn't tell anything except "you will receive message'" and cut the phone. I tried once again but in vein. Resolve the problem, i have recharged for the use of 84 days.

                    I have done a recharge (amount Rs.153/-) on my Vodafone No. [protected]. but not get the facility o[censored]nlimited calls with 1gb data for 28 days. but where as the retailer says and shows through his Vodafone connect app the offer for my no ([protected]). i got some main balance in my main account but not get the facility. what should i do? i do call at 198 and the retailer at 129, but no representative wish to take a complain. so i go to vodafone store. there is also i cant get any good response. i send the screenshot of my vodafone offer which taken by the retailer taken at vodafone connect app.so please do the needfull.

                      Outgoing sms has been barred on my number since 22.03.18. When enquired i was told it was because i have sent bulk sms and that has been treated as for commercial purpose which is not true and i haven’t sent any bulk sms maximum 10 sms per day. Tried complaining several times over the past one week but even the vodafone customer service is unable to find a solution. I am finding it very difficult without this basic facility. Kindly help.                       I am not able to register my phone and no customer support is provided by vodafone at all. Even after clearing the diagnostic tests, Red shield app is asking to contact customer support and showing that my phone didn't clear the diagnostic test.

                        I have taken a 459 pack one week ago on my vodafone no [protected].net doesnot connect and every two minutes a message comes (Managed roaming sub1 network with limited service found. Do you want to initiate a network search?) after selecting vodafone 2g the link goes again with no net connection. Even the signal goes and i cant even make a phone call. I use micromax hs 2 cost 10000 first slot for you.
                        I have contacted 198 customercare, 199 helpline and browsing problem no [protected] every hour many times with no result.
                        Vodafone sim cards are not available here at jaggayyapeta 521175 krishna dt ap and even vodafone agent's shop is closed. As i was at guntur with my son for past 8 months i did not know this and took the pack online. I have been using this no [protected] for 25 years now.

                            I have recharged my vodafone no. [protected] through phonepe app. The phonepe app is showing recharge of rs. 275 with benefits of full talktime. But when i have recharged, i got 1 gb data per day but no talktime. I don't need this data as i use either my broadband or jio. Please cancel this recharge and refund my amount or convert it into talktime. Else i will port this no. To jio. Their services are much better than you.

                              I called around 4-5 times in vodafone in which the customer care executive always tells me to do certain settings, turn on the aeroplane mode and then turn it of. After that they say it will work properly. But the internet speed is of 2g and i have paid for 4 g. Currently when ever i call it never connects to the customer care executive. I also have a conversation recorded between me and some executive in which he guarantees that after i turn on the aeroplane mode and turn it of it will work perfectly.

                                I stay in a renowned multistory building in kolkata (Hiland park), since 2005, and i have never faced connectivity issues in my residence till beginning of 2016. It started with dropping on line/calls and now i am unable to speak in my two bedrooms. I have to stand in my verandah to talk. I had complained several times, earlier in 2018 & 2017, but their technical persons have not given any solution? I have been using voda since 1996.
                                Shall move over to a new network now? Request your urgent intervention.

                                  I accidentally dropped my phone, then i filed a claim for their red shield insurance on same day for which i was paying from past 6 months. first they didn’t bother to make any contact with me. they finally called on 4 th day after many complaints. During conversation with their agent they asked my name, i told my nickname, they didn’t inform they are putting the name in the claim form then they rejected my claim. saying thclaimant is different person so we are rejecting your claim.

                                    With reference to the message recived on 21st in my no [protected] i have done recharge of amount 158, but not yet i didnt get its benefits, so i called customer care and they told am not eligible for this offer, thus i lost my money, but in that message they did nt mention as it as a special offer, so to register my complanit i called vodafone customer care several times but they are disconnecting my call..even they have committed call back within 24 hours but not yet i recieved a call from their side, whatever it is am a genuine customer, but vodafone customer executives especially Selvi she hurted me too much, am using vodafone sim (different nos) from 2001 onwards, but its my decision to port my nos to any other network only bcoz of vodafone executives behaviour.as a customer am going to register my complaint in TRAI or consumer court.

                                      I Have seen bill on my mail for my mobile number [protected] when i seen i found that company has charged me for VAS which i have never activated so i called customer care for details so they have checked but not given me proper answer for vas activation so i asked for weiver charges so customer care told me we are able to weiver charges for only 1 vas not for but I can't understand why i am paying for this if i doesn't activated anything so i told him customer care executive not to weiver charges for 1 service if you want to weiver charges than do for 2 so he refused and told me that you are valuable customer so we can weiver charges for 1!!! When i doesn't activated 1 service than why i am asked by executive like this!!!

                                        My Vodafone number is [protected]. My data services and outgoing voice services has been barred on March 26th onwards
                                        I cant make a call to customer care number and I had found it impossible to raise complain about data services from my number. I had to look for other alternatives to raise complaint

                                        Even after raising a complaint and provided all the details of payment( e-transaction date and transaction id) they didn't resumed any of the services stated above.

                                        All because of delaying my postpaid bill payment by 1 day( 19th March is the due date) and I paid on Vodafone app on next day(20th March 1989) Trans ID: [protected].

                                        From last 2 days, i was unable to make any calls as data services and outgoing voice services has been blocked, its been 8 days and they didn't resume any services as of now( 28th Nov).

                                        The solution that I seek from Vodafone is:

                                        1) That my number be unblocked from 198 and 111 and I too get immediate access to a customer care executive on par with its other customers. Its action without intimating me is discriminatory.
                                        2) An explanation as to the rule/policy under which this blocking of my number was done for delaying my bill for just 1 day.

                                        No resolution provided till now, from Vodafone on the on going bill issue( updation of paid amount in Vodafone App)
                                        I have to pay an upfront of 600 Rs to unblock the Voice and Data services.
                                        Waited for more 20 days, still the previous paid amount on 20th were not updated.

                                        And now they have sent a 1302 rupees of bill on 2nd April,

                                        Even after paying 596.03( via VOdafone App) on 20th and 600 (upfront amount to get my services)on 1 of April.
