    I was a post paid customer till feb 17th 2018 and got converted to prepaid and i cleared all the dues before converting to prepaid, unfortunately amount got deducted twice from bank account and they acknolwedged we will refund you the amount to your bank account with in 30 buisness days and in the month of march 18th i got a message this has been credited to your vodafone prepaid account were i was very stuned and went to vodafone care they informed once again it will be credited to your bank account. I got a call from escalation team and they informed as per vodafone rules this wont be credited to your bank account and we will deduct the service charge of 100 rupees from you as per govt of india policy again the total amount from rupess 600 got deducted to 480 rupess which they are doing unfair business. Please take neccessary action.

      My vodafone number is charged very high bill amount (1035 Rs +250 Rs GST) saying dialed some special number for 115 minutes. Which we never dialed and no reason to call that number (56781, 1700 they call it as special number for gaming and astrology)

      When i tried to call customer care for at least 50 times call is connecting but after connecting it is going in mute im not able to talk to them.

      I visited store also but Store people are saying to contact customer care but if i dial CC it is not even Reaching. i dialed from different number but no luck.

      I want to know and ask HOW can a call continue for 2 hours without any INTERACTION/INPUT from customer almost for 2 hours.

      i spoke to nodel officers and thye are saying it is gaming and we can win mobile and car. who a call can go for 2 hours without any question and answer and WITHOUT ANY INPUT FROM CUSTOMER.

      THIS same CASE happened to me few months ago around 600 Rs for saying called some astrology.

      Vodafor is trying to cheat cusotmer and charging huge unnessery bill.

      when i tried to explaing nodel managers they are saying you only called and used it for 2 hours and u have to pay for it.

      WHY we need to call this number and contine for 2 hours. DONT we have any other work or entertiment other then this???

      vodafone is trying to cheat customer and putting huge amount as bill.

        I was told that i will be on 299 plan for unlimited calls local n std, 30 gb 4g data etc, by a sales agent, this was when i was with aitel, this was the offer given to me to move to vodafone, but m on 499 plan without any information, when m calling customer services they are not giving me a resolution, false promises provided again and again, they told they will rectify this issue withing 24 hrs from 10th march, but there is nothing, vodafone people put me on hold and hang up, and last time when i wanted to talk to a supervisor they kept on transferring my call to different agents telling me that its a supervisor speaking, i really wanna go back to a different provider, but until i complete 3 months i wont be able to go to any other service providers, anyway m hoping to get a resolution on this asap.

          Dear respected sir,

          Really i help less so that today coming to complain against one of leading telecome company "vodafone".

          I am old user of vodafone. So many years using there postpaid and prepaid connection. Today i am coming to against vodafone for my mobile no [protected].

          This connection completely using by me as i have a another postpaid connection so that this no not use few times. All the bank account and whats app gass all link with this no. For my business purpose offically introduced this no to all. Suddenly vodafone stop providing service. Same times i contact to vodafone appllate officer dated-23rd march 2018. Appllate officer name richa. She informed to me that "my no not working so vodafone stop service 21st march 2018 because 2 days back. She also informed that 90 days grace period there so suggest to me carry documents and visit neatest vodafone store and they will start my no again" she fully assured your mobile no decently activate there. For the proof of this call i attach her call recording.
          After visit vodafone store they charge me rs-10, 000/-. When i ask why i can pay charge and appellate officer assured me that just visit vodafone store only documents they refuse me. Same times i am asking its my exesting mobile no and too much important for me so request them to activate it. But they are not advise anything. I just waste my time and return back. Same day due to this vodafone miss guiding i lost important documents which is send through whats app. As this no not activate so i am not able to open whats app and loss business deal of rs-20, 000/-. Due to with out any information stop this connection i lost my digital savings account which is only login based on this no. As vodafone seen that as its my important no so customer will pay rs-10, 000/-. Because of my recovery the loss. Everyday i loss money due to this miss guidance the vodafone. They can't help me any more as they are want money from me. I am belongs from middle class family. So unnecessary not possible for me to happy the vodafone for given rs 10, 000/-. Maybe vodafone cheated with there customer but finally i hugh loss for vodafone. I want to action against vodafone and same times i want to claim from vodafone for my loss of money, loss of time, and unnecessary harassment by this company.

            I have done a recharge rs 45 via paytm for mobile no. [protected].
            In return i got this msg from vodafone: "rchrg of mrp rs 45 on 26/03/18 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 2.74, gst rs 6.86, access fee rs 35.40, new bal rs 0.01. Transid onr[protected]. Dial *111# for a/c info.."
            Now can anyone please explain to me that even after deducting the gst of rs.6.86, why was the additional amount of rs.35.40 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee".

            Plz return my money and explain me on what basis vodafone deducted this??
            Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible

              Respected sir i as a customer of vodafone. I have registered 2 complaints for the no coverage issue in home. But the company never solved the problem sir. If i turned the mode into 3g only, the signal bar showing empty. And if i turned the mode into 2g 3g lte mode, the data automatically connected in to 2g sir. Vodafone told me your location have excellent 3g 4g coverage. But i am cheated sir. I am unable to use the internet what's up imo facilities in home. I am really cheated. Very bad experience. I didn't get a phone call from the vodafone authorities till this moment. I am really cheated. I kindly request you sir if possible please help me

                Recharge of rs 25 was done today by me from which i received only 1.25 rs of recharge and 19.81 rs was deducted as access fee and 3.91 as gst... Is it fare to give just 1.25 rs of talktime by paying 25 rs.. Waiting for response as soon as possible or else i will have to think about changing the operator.

                  Claim number:[protected] .It has been a worst service so far. in December 2017 these guys called me and told they are coming to pick the phone almost everyday, but after one month of follow up, atlast they told me there is no pick up in my area.Then I opted for self repair.I repaired and sent them all bills except the original invoice and service bill.They asked for same and I also sent them that which was delivered to them on Feb 15th. I have been following up with them on that they just tell me to submit documents even though I have submitted .If I ask about the documents already set they do not reply. They have been toiling with me for last 2 months.I have no other option but to discontinue Vodafone to all the pain and waste of money they have caused in the name of free insurance.Planning to register my case with consumer forum.

                    Final balance rs0.0 & -13.
                    What is this access fee is charged for.
                    Kindly give the explaination for the same.
                    And looking back for the refund of the same.

                      I have been primarily using my phone only for incoming messages (Otps of bank). Since i'm on international travel i very well know incoming/outgoing call rates so always avoid making calls or messages. I have been using this service since 2 years now...

                      However, i'm currently billed very high rs.1500 (Because o[censored]sage charges - which i have never made). I have internet at my home and cellular data is always turned off on my phone so there is no question o[censored]sing any cellular data (Still i'm charged rs. 608 for the same). Next, i have us number which allows free calling/messaging to 60 countries so no question of me making any calls/messages (Still i'm billed usage of 10 outgoing messages)...

                      This is 3rd instance where-in vodafone postpaid where-in fake bill is generated for charges which was never made.

                      My Main Account balance is deducting daily. I am tired up with Vodafone and their customer support, they no manners how to attend a customer, they talk in "TU' and say "HEAD HAIN HUM VODAFONE KE".

                        Hello,

                        Me and my family are vodafone customers for decades. For the past couple of years, i have always used vodafone online recharge system to recharge the vodafone connections of our family. As of late, i find that the online system is corrupted in the sense that every time i attempt to recharge online, i am reaching the last step of the recharge, entering the otp code, and then the money is deducted from my account but i am not receiving the recharge on my mobile.

                        Today, i tried to recharge my mother's mobile number with the rs. 509 pack (Get unlimited* local, std & roaming calls within india with 1.4gb 4g/3g data per day, 100 sms per day for 90 days.) again, as i went through the entire steps, entered the otp of my debit card, received a message on my mobile that the sum has been deducted from my bank, but no recharge was done by vodafone.

                        I waited for a while believing that the message might come a bit late and also sent an sms of data bal to 144 from my mother's number that i was recharging. I received the message that no data pack is valid.

                        I also tried to use the internet on the mobile to check further in case the mobile messing is not working but could not connect.

                        So, in the end my money was decuted and i did not receive the service. Due to emergency needs, i had to recharge again and this time it all went through successfully.

                        I want to ask the vodafone customer service, why is the online system behaving in this way. Is it a trick to consume the customer's money without providing the serivce making it appear like a technical system failure?

                        Will i get my money back automatically?

                        I need an answer.

                        I have recharged Rs. 199 pack which includes unlimited calling and 1. 4 gb per day for 28 days..
                        And now the unlimited call is not working.. But data is working.. Please provide the solution. I never faced this problem before.. I hope Vodafone looks into the problem and take actions

                          As per my last communication dated (17th of march 2018) via email and
                          Call, i paid my all pending bill and requested to temporary close my no.
                          Because i wanted my number to convert in prepaid,
                          After this somebody call on my alternate number on 22nd march.

                          Your phone number, i told him all the story that i am wanted to
                          Convert my number in prepaid and vodafone store not available here and i
                          Also don't want that my next bill will generate
                          Unnecessarily, that's way i closed my number temporary. He said mam but we
                          Got a request for lost number.
                          *i don't know why did you people give him a wrong information. This is my
                          First concern. *

                          After this yesterday i went to vodafone store (Sec-51 noida) and got to
                          Know that my number was not closed on 17th, you guys closed that on 19th so
                          I need to pay 2 days extra charges plus 1 more day charge because it will
                          Take 24 hr to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid. I am ready to pay
                          For that one day charge but not for that 2 days (18th, 19th).
                          When i trying to tell that its not my mistake its from customer care people
                          And also show her email then she said ok so go and talk to customer care
                          Number, because how would i know what they people said to you mam. I am
                          Shocked and horrified by their behavior.

                          According to store lady, my number was not closed. Vodafone store lady need
                          Profs. I showed emails also but they are not satisfied. She said that she

                          Seriously this is ridiculous.*

                            Hi,

                            I got a new phone in december 2017 and opted for the vodafone red shield device security which looked promising to protect my expensive phone.

                            So while i activated this service, they did not ask anything while activating the red shield example - from where did i purchase the phone, if someone gifted me, if i bought a second hand phone, etc.
                            Neither they gave me any tnc list for claims. They just told me that they can check my imei, its an iphone and its secured now. Thats it!!

                            Now on march 15th, my phone got damaged and i made a claim with claim id [protected].
                            I spoke to this third party service shortformats, which looks into vodafone customer's insurance and i told him the complete scenario, what happened exactly to my device, and also i told him that its a gift from my brother in law and purchased from dubai, but the first sim card was my vodafone sim card which is registered on the new device which anyone can check on their system.

                            This guy said : no problem it will be covered and asked me for few documents and images of phone and box, etc. I shared everything on the given email address on 22nd march 2018.

                            After 1 day, i get a message that my claim is rejected and no reason was provided. I called them today 26th march to ask the reason and they say that its bought from outside india so its not covered.

                            My point is they are making their customers fool. No tnc is stated before the insurance is bought and no inspection is done but when it comes to pay for damage, these guys are backing off. Also the other guy aid there is no issue in purchasing from outside or if its a gift (They can provide the call record for that).

                            I request you to please look into this matter and help me.

                              This is very ridiculous that the vodafone service provider is taking extra money form the customers in the name of "other credits /charges.

                              Even after paying regular bill vodafone is taking extra hidden charges from customers, and are doing fraud with the public

                              Its been a while i switched to postpaid services and my entire group uses vodafone. After all this one fine day i find extra charges in the bill with no history as such in earlier bills..

                              I have attached my recent bill for your reference in which it stands mentioned"other credits /charges" and amount is whopping 150 rs.

                              If it is not rectified immediately i will switch into the other service provider. From the next month only. And i require my 150 rs back at any cost.

                              Please take strict action on such type of scam by the vodafone company.

                                Pathetic telecom company vodafone demanded postpaid bill payment to start the new prepaid mnp (Uninor) no.

                                Vodafone asked to pay the bill of old vodafone postpaid connection against starting new mnp (Uninor), wheres the bill (Vodafone) was already paid one year back in advance as per bill cycle calculation at vodafone store, before porting it to airtel.

                                  Recently i called to vodafone customer care for deactivating unwanted msg & calls but reaction by executive is he doesn't know how to speak with customer rich vodafone company bad culture, instead of solving the issue he told me to port to some other network or cut the call, you are not only a customer of vodafone ect... And finally he only cut the call his name is mohamed
                                  Take immediate action else it will be the big issue,

                                    I'm using vodafone postpaid connection with cug gog plan, on mobile no. [protected]. I have been charged wrongly for vas services frequently while i have not used/applied for any vas services.. Last month i was charged for 50rs and now this month 99rs. This is very irritating because with having corporet sim you cannot start any vas on your own, you have to go with proper authority. Resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                      Its very sad to post a complaint regarding vodafone service. I have reacharged the some of rupesss 339 on 11 january 2018. Its expiry date upto 2018 april 15. The offer shows.in the case of outgoing call the amount deducted from main balance. Didnt get anymore benefits. This complaint cant register at customer care. Have some connection problem. So kindly request you contact me or register my complaint as earliest as possible. My contact number is [protected]

                                        Vodafone activated wwe zone subscription in my mobile phone without my consent or without any intimation and deducted money

                                        Contacted customer care and deactivated the service.

                                        Yet during the proceeding three days, they again reactivated the same subscription and deducted money.

                                        Each day i deactivate subscription, only to find vodafone renewing it again the next day and deduct money from my account

                                        Their customer care is not picking up calls.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
