This is the second time i am writing this complaint.
I recharged my vodafone with 398 and got 1 gb per day offer. Whenever i type any address in browser it goes to an ip and says "data usage alert", mind you i have 1 gb data left because i haven't used a single kb yet.
Attached is a snap for review.
I contacted the customer care twice all they say is change apn but that doesn't work i have tried.
I put in idea it works splendidly.
I cant browse internet, neither does whatsapp work.
I am unable to do anything because of this problem.
This is been going on from last 6 months. Before it was something and now its this.
I guess vodafone just keeps finding ways to loot people.

    I recharge my vodafone prepaid number [protected] with amount 199 rupees on date-24/03/2018 through my state bank internet banking.
    Rupees deduct from my sbi account but recharge not done.
    The reference id is-lsbi[protected]
    Recharge status file attached with complaint.
    Amount paid nut status is failed.
    So please sir credit my sbi account with same amount.

        Store representative misbehavior and manager defended that and misbehaved too.

        This incident happened today on sec 21 vodafone store faridabad haryana.

        The lady
        Was not on her seat and when i asked her for help and to come on her seat she misbehaved with me and ordered me in a very rude way and then i simply without arguing her asked the other lady to tell me the process to file a complaint against this.

        The incident happened today and the manager asked me to go to the police even when i was polite and asked me to dial 100 also.

        He said everybody does that on his store.

          Dear sir,

          Last 1 month i tried porting 3 times (2 times airtel) (1 time idea), i paid last month rupees 900 addionally paid to vodafone, my last 4 months bill r.249, but they charged 349 and bill showing minus balance, my bill generate date 17th march, 2018 bill amount rs.349. That day i port to idea, within 2 days the bill showing 34 rupees balance, why this was showing cheating bill, they kept rs.550 additional balance, how it is possible.

            I did recharge with rs. 2875 on 17th march 2018 international roaming free for seven days. Now problem is that after this recharge still i am not use my benefits and my package is still not activate in my number because i cannot make any calls and also not able to use internet also. For this i make complain also but i do not get any solutions. I called so many times on customer care number on +[protected] but they said this is postpaid department so we cannot help. Now i want money back or activate my package for next seven days or give me any other solution. If from your side anyone wants talk with me so please note they will call me at whats app call only because i am still outside of india and normal call not possible to receive because my amount will deduct from my account.

              I am complaining for automatic activation of various subscription without my permition / consent. Minimum 3 times per day i have to call on 198 & your other numbers for this problem but once i am getting refund, after 1/2 hour one other sms of activation of some stupid su scription comes with stealing my amount. I never saw this type of classless service provider like your company. I am paralyzed person & thinking of to discontinue your services & through away your sim card. Still my stolen balance is pending with your company. Activating any service without consent of customer is unlawfully as per my knowledge. Pls. Ask for charity instead of looting &, misguiding g your customers. Pls. Suggest me what should i do?

                Dear sir,

                It is very alarming that my number which was with me for quite a number of years has been allocated to someone else, after i did not use it for some months.

                My security and privacy is at stake, my bank details are at stake, my whatsapp is at stake etc.

                In case of any loss due to this i would claim it from vodafone. Since i was not intimated about this at all. And also why on earth will i give away my number which i had for so long.

                Police complaint, pil and court notice will reach you soon.

                In short i want my number back. Asap.

                I reiterate any loss of identity, financial loss, any inconvenience due to security hassle to my relatives and / or any other consequential damages will be the entire liabilty of vodafone.

                  vodafone sim not yet activated after porting

                  I bought Vodafone sim on march 14, 2018.I ported my no.from aircel to Vodafone.I provided my adhaar details for authentication and received mail as adhaar verification successful.They promised to activate the sim within a week but its not yet activated.kindly do the steps to activate the sim as its my primary no.linked with many important features.how long should I wait? Its really frustrating....

                  I have port my to vodafone. It was inactive for some couple of days and now they have stopped all services. Even after calling them few times they always said facing some issue please contact later. Now they have assumed my number to be stopped permanently. Visiting a vodafone store they say facing some issues. I want my same number back. Let me know what i have to do now.

                  No reply or anything from the company. Fed up of the services provided by Vodafone. Other companies are far better atleast they revert back to approach and solve our problem.

                    I have not registerd for ultravideos on vodafone but they have deducted the moneys for that and also the next month after discussing with vodafone customer care they have ensure that they will not cut the money for next month but they have deducted money for that. I have the proof of the call and the message from vodafone. I want to take serious actions agains these cheater company. My number is [protected].

                      Vodafone — mobile number portability

                      Applied for postpaid mobile number portability on 06th march 2018 and we are on the 22nd day, still no response and number has not been ported yet. Customer care executives give commitments after commitments and cancel the call if i ask the final commitment date. The porting is on the basis of adhar and i do not know why is this issue when i have cleared the payment and also made an extra payment of rs 70 odd to carry smooth process. Extremely disappointed and would take this matter in social media if it does not get solved immediately.

                        I have got a msg from quiker that vodafone ltd is offering a job. I cal in this no.[protected] bt the no. Was goin busy. After sometime i got a call from this no. She ask me to whatsapp my documents in this no.[protected].
                        Next day she told me that i will have to face a telephonic interview inbetween 10 to 3. Then i got a cal from this no.[protected] (Hr shristi) she took my interview and told that i have been selected for the post store manager.
                        After that she asked me for a registration fee of 1400 after i make the payment i got a offer letter. They ask me to send the money in bank named imran khan (Ifsc - cnrb0005913 / a. C no.[protected]
                        Then aftr 6 days i got a cal from manisha ([protected])
                        She ask me to pay 5800 for training appliences. After 3 days i paid the amount in this account named vishal (Ifsc - punb0105100/ a. C no.[protected])
                        Afterthat they send me a training letter.
                        After 2 days there all numbers are switched off.
                        I have mailed them, msged them but no reply.
                        Then i got a cal from this no.[protected] n again they are asking 7400 for training orels they cant send me for training. I have attached some photos please do check.

                        Please help me. I want my money back.

                        When I checked my data balance, there was 20 mins left for the pack.
                        But the money was deducted from my main balance.

                        And the amount is 87 rupees.

                          My name is ebin contact no.[protected] and [protected]. I have visted your vodafone store panampally nagar ernakulam for 10 times regarding changing my postpaid vodafone number [protected] to prepaid sim. They have given me a prepaid sim which will be getting activated by 48 hours, after 48 hours no changes took place so i again visited the same store at panambally nagar ernakulam, (After waiting in a que for 1 hour 30 minitue i got an appointment). After talking with the lady executive she told me everything is solved and she discarded the old sim which she gave me earlier and issued a new prepaid sim with sim no.[protected] and said this will be activated by 2 days, but now 1 week over still now the issue is not been cleared.
                          Aftet this i contact vodafone cutomer care 198 and registerd a complaint. (Complaint no. 4/[protected] but again the issue is not been completed.
                          And mail to vodafone care regarding this issues they contacted me and said the will be solved just visit the same store again and visited again on the same day itself the store manager told me that all the things that can be done by them has been done rest of the things should be done by the backhands. Yesterday evening again i visited the store then the manager there is no answer for her how to solve my issue.
                          Kindly please help me to solve this problem. Take this as a kind request.

                            I am facing huge problem with this net speed. My net speed has gone worst. It's speed has decreased to max 12kbps at day and 50 kbps at night. I'm having a net package of 199. My exam is near so please solve my problem within 2 days or else i will port my vodafone sim to any other sim which is providing a better service than yours. At first its speed was such that i could download any time but now i couldn't able to download.

                              I had Vodafone old sim which one i am using more than one year. On 17/02/2018, I had visited Vodafone store located in Chandanagar, Hyderabad to request new micro-sim under same mobile number. (My new mobile accept only Micro sim). The vodafone store representative had provided me the new micro-sim and said within 30 minutes the old Sim will be deactivated and the new mico-sim will activate.

                              The Old SIM was deactivated on the same day but the new Micro-sim is still not activated yet. I am visiting from last 3 days to the same Vodafone store, but still they are not able to help me to activate the micro-sim. I had sent the complaint letter to vodafone (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) but they are advicing only to switch on & off the device (i had done this for many times).

                              I am helpless now as my number is link to everywhere including Aadhar card. i am also fed up as there is no any concern person in Vodafone who can genuinely handle the issue.
                              Vodafone Complaint department is totally hopeless!!!.

                              Now i am seriously thinking to port my number to AIRTEL...

                                  I have registered for Vodafone Safe custody scheme by paying Rs.300 during Apr 2017 for 6 months.
                                  further to renew the same, I have extended the safe custody scheme during Oct 2017 for another 6 months by paying another Rs .300.
                                  I have also got the confirmation email from Vodafone saying my number has been put into safe custody scheme successfully as per the attached email.

                                  Now when I ask Vodafone to activate my number during March 2018, they are saying my number has been deactivated during Nov 2017.

                                  This is seriously a cheating by Vodafone.
                                  I have been sending numerous emails on this issue to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com but no proper response has been given.

                                  Even called the customer care numbers multiple times but nothing is useful and they just don't know what to do and simply saying I will escalate this to higher authorities for help but nothing done so far.

                                    I have been using the following number since over 8 years now

                                    I had always subscribed for paper bills (Non itemised) since the begining
                                    Since august 2017, the bills have stopped being sent (Please note that i had never opted out or instructed them to go paperless) and inspite of several complaints almost every month and several sms being sent ('can go green') to 199 as instructed
                                    The issue remains unresolved.
                                    Initially i have made the payments under protest but now since the issue was not getting resolved i have had no option but to stop payment.
                                    Once i did that i immediately started getting calls from their collection departments for payment
                                    On informiing them they would send the paper bill and collect payment-promising each time that from the following month the issue would get resolved
                                    On several occasions my outgoing calls have been barred
                                    I have also been charged late payment fees and the complete rental charges inspite of the fact that i am not been able to make calls
                                    For no fault of mine since the last 8-9 months, i have been made to unnecessarily pay late payment fees and rentals
                                    Sir i request you to get me a waiver of late payment fee of 3 months (Ie. Rs 100 x3) and 1 months rental (Ie. Rs 499 x1) the bills that i have already cleared and most importantly start my paper bill without any further delay

                                      I am keep on getting calls from Vodafone daily one for hello tune another one for Vodafone red plan.

                                      After declining also these ppl keep on calling me.
