I have port my to vodafone. It was inactive for some couple of days and now they have stopped all services. Even after calling them few times they always said facing some issue please contact later. Now they have assumed my number to be stopped permanently. Visiting a vodafone store they say facing some issues. I want my same number back. Let me know what i have to do now.

Third class service. They just fooled saying i have not used the number past 3 months. I was not active but have used the following number. Not satisfied with the service.

No reply or anything from the company. Fed up of the services provided by Vodafone. Other companies are far better atleast they revert back to approach and solve our problem.
I have my sim card but...it was blocked can u unblocked it or do something for it by which i can get a new sim wth that no

    I have not registerd for ultravideos on vodafone but they have deducted the moneys for that and also the next month after discussing with vodafone customer care they have ensure that they will not cut the money for next month but they have deducted money for that. I have the proof of the call and the message from vodafone. I want to take serious actions agains these cheater company. My number is [protected].

    I also not apply for ultra video but they deduct... :-(

      Vodafone — mobile number portability

      Applied for postpaid mobile number portability on 06th march 2018 and we are on the 22nd day, still no response and number has not been ported yet. Customer care executives give commitments after commitments and cancel the call if i ask the final commitment date. The porting is on the basis of adhar and i do not know why is this issue when i have cleared the payment and also made an extra payment of rs 70 odd to carry smooth process. Extremely disappointed and would take this matter in social media if it does not get solved immediately.

        I have got a msg from quiker that vodafone ltd is offering a job. I cal in this no.[protected] bt the no. Was goin busy. After sometime i got a call from this no. She ask me to whatsapp my documents in this no.[protected].
        Next day she told me that i will have to face a telephonic interview inbetween 10 to 3. Then i got a cal from this no.[protected] (Hr shristi) she took my interview and told that i have been selected for the post store manager.
        After that she asked me for a registration fee of 1400 after i make the payment i got a offer letter. They ask me to send the money in bank named imran khan (Ifsc - cnrb0005913 / a. C no.[protected]
        Then aftr 6 days i got a cal from manisha ([protected])
        She ask me to pay 5800 for training appliences. After 3 days i paid the amount in this account named vishal (Ifsc - punb0105100/ a. C no.[protected])
        Afterthat they send me a training letter.
        After 2 days there all numbers are switched off.
        I have mailed them, msged them but no reply.
        Then i got a cal from this no.[protected] n again they are asking 7400 for training orels they cant send me for training. I have attached some photos please do check.

        Please help me. I want my money back.

        But the balance was deducted from my main account.
        When I checked my data balance, there was 20 mins left for the pack.
        But the money was deducted from my main balance.

        And the amount is 87 rupees.

        I want refund.

          Respected sir
          My name is ebin contact no.[protected] and [protected]. I have visted your vodafone store panampally nagar ernakulam for 10 times regarding changing my postpaid vodafone number [protected] to prepaid sim. They have given me a prepaid sim which will be getting activated by 48 hours, after 48 hours no changes took place so i again visited the same store at panambally nagar ernakulam, (After waiting in a que for 1 hour 30 minitue i got an appointment). After talking with the lady executive she told me everything is solved and she discarded the old sim which she gave me earlier and issued a new prepaid sim with sim no.[protected] and said this will be activated by 2 days, but now 1 week over still now the issue is not been cleared.
          Aftet this i contact vodafone cutomer care 198 and registerd a complaint. (Complaint no. 4/[protected] but again the issue is not been completed.
          And mail to vodafone care regarding this issues they contacted me and said the will be solved just visit the same store again and visited again on the same day itself the store manager told me that all the things that can be done by them has been done rest of the things should be done by the backhands. Yesterday evening again i visited the store then the manager there is no answer for her how to solve my issue.
          Kindly please help me to solve this problem. Take this as a kind request.

            I am facing huge problem with this net speed. My net speed has gone worst. It's speed has decreased to max 12kbps at day and 50 kbps at night. I'm having a net package of 199. My exam is near so please solve my problem within 2 days or else i will port my vodafone sim to any other sim which is providing a better service than yours. At first its speed was such that i could download any time but now i couldn't able to download.

              I had Vodafone old sim which one i am using more than one year. On 17/02/2018, I had visited Vodafone store located in Chandanagar, Hyderabad to request new micro-sim under same mobile number. (My new mobile accept only Micro sim). The vodafone store representative had provided me the new micro-sim and said within 30 minutes the old Sim will be deactivated and the new mico-sim will activate.

              The Old SIM was deactivated on the same day but the new Micro-sim is still not activated yet. I am visiting from last 3 days to the same Vodafone store, but still they are not able to help me to activate the micro-sim. I had sent the complaint letter to vodafone (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) but they are advicing only to switch on & off the device (i had done this for many times).

              I am helpless now as my number is link to everywhere including Aadhar card. i am also fed up as there is no any concern person in Vodafone who can genuinely handle the issue.
              Vodafone Complaint department is totally hopeless!!!.

              Now i am seriously thinking to port my number to AIRTEL...

                  I have registered for Vodafone Safe custody scheme by paying Rs.300 during Apr 2017 for 6 months.
                  further to renew the same, I have extended the safe custody scheme during Oct 2017 for another 6 months by paying another Rs .300.
                  I have also got the confirmation email from Vodafone saying my number has been put into safe custody scheme successfully as per the attached email.

                  Now when I ask Vodafone to activate my number during March 2018, they are saying my number has been deactivated during Nov 2017.

                  This is seriously a cheating by Vodafone.
                  I have been sending numerous emails on this issue to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com but no proper response has been given.

                  Even called the customer care numbers multiple times but nothing is useful and they just don't know what to do and simply saying I will escalate this to higher authorities for help but nothing done so far.

                    I have been using the following number since over 8 years now

                    I had always subscribed for paper bills (Non itemised) since the begining
                    Since august 2017, the bills have stopped being sent (Please note that i had never opted out or instructed them to go paperless) and inspite of several complaints almost every month and several sms being sent ('can go green') to 199 as instructed
                    The issue remains unresolved.
                    Initially i have made the payments under protest but now since the issue was not getting resolved i have had no option but to stop payment.
                    Once i did that i immediately started getting calls from their collection departments for payment
                    On informiing them they would send the paper bill and collect payment-promising each time that from the following month the issue would get resolved
                    On several occasions my outgoing calls have been barred
                    I have also been charged late payment fees and the complete rental charges inspite of the fact that i am not been able to make calls
                    For no fault of mine since the last 8-9 months, i have been made to unnecessarily pay late payment fees and rentals
                    Sir i request you to get me a waiver of late payment fee of 3 months (Ie. Rs 100 x3) and 1 months rental (Ie. Rs 499 x1) the bills that i have already cleared and most importantly start my paper bill without any further delay

                      I am keep on getting calls from Vodafone daily one for hello tune another one for Vodafone red plan.

                      After declining also these ppl keep on calling me.

                        I am vinod kumar and my cell no. [protected]. This is to inform you that i have cleared my bill in the month of january what was upto date total bill amount. And on the same day i kept the request of plan change at liberty, hyderabad. As u r executive has taken the request and he told me that it will be up dated after 24 hours. So i left. Actually my mother uses that number and she dosent know what is messages, whats up etc how to use. And now i am seeing the bill is comming every month it shows minimum 800 to 1000 rs.

                        So again i visited the same store in this month march met the same executive his name is mr. Digamber at liberty, hyderabad. When i checked with him now he is telling the plan has not been changed in jan he has already taken request stating that the plan will change in 24hrs and now he is telling the plan has not changed and again he kept the request when i remaided him now it shows that how good u r employees r working.

                        And now u people who is going to bear the difference amount from january to march 2018 and i want the call back and bill should be corrected and sent to my mail.

                        So now i am seeing how good u r employee is and he should understand when he is talking to a customer first respect and the way of talking see he is representing an organization or company. So i request u people to teach the employee or give training. And one more thing in working hours u r employees r taking tea or doing time pass. U should know when we r comming to u r officee we r keeping some works away and comming u dont understand that before the time they r leaving and asking us to wait.

                          I received a message that a caller tune has been activated on my number but i didn't want it so i sent a message to deactivate it. Surprisingly i received two messages first one stating the deactivation and a second one saying caller tunes will be activated within 15 minutes and rental of rs.39 for 30 days have been charged
                          This is no way to cheat a customer, i want my money back.
                          Even a few months ago i was cheated like this with a game subscription, this things can't go on again and again.

                            I recharged my vodafone number [protected] with rs199 via paytm app but the same recharge was done twice and money of both Recharge deducted from my Account
                            I reported issue to the paytm but the said that once the Recharge is successful is can not be reverted
                            My transaction id for 1st Recharge is ONR[protected]
                            And for 2nd recharge is ONR [protected]
                            I want my money back which decuted twice from paytm..

                              I have two vodafone numbers #[protected] & # [protected] on which i received message from vodafone that as per directive from trai dated 24/05/13 to disconnect the unregistered tms sending commerical/promotional sms & call.

                              Please note that i am an engineer in a respectable airline. Why on earth would i send out promotional calls. Do i have so much time to waste like this? Our govt cannot even make proper rules and regulations, as to how to protect a common man from such mischieves. Even i will one day complain against one of my neighbour that i received calls from his mobile. Wow india

                              Vodafone customer representatives say that get it converted to vodafone postpaid, and it will get activated. Seriously? It is one of the tactics of vodafone to get users to convert to postpaid.

                              Is there any way to get both numbers unblocked and find out who complained against my phone numbers

I have paid 120rs extra per month for more than 1 year. Please find below is my ticket no which I have already complained and ticket no is[protected]. They (customer service) have promised me that they will refund me 500rs but they have refund only 100rs. So I have change my network provider to Airtel. Now Vodafone is asking me to pay remaining amount. I am not able to understand I have already paid extra amount to Vodafone so why they are asking me to pay again. This is not a good practice as Vodafone has cheated on me for an year they have charged me extra and when I am asking my money back they have refused and asking remaining amount from me.
                                Requesting you to please help me hear to get back my extra paid amount ASAP.

                                  Trying to send sms at 1900 for mnp. But unable to send, called customer care and submit complain but not resolving. Making fool of people and wasting their time. Ridiculous. If vodafone people are seeing, my no is [protected], please start mnp service. Trai should take some action at the company, they are using cheap tactics foe their benefit. I will surely never use this service again

I already recharged 509 in my account and i recharged 199 rupees in my wife mobile number in my vodafone app.. But you again recharged my account. I entered mobile number of my wife manually after only it shows the plan.. Why you cheating the customer. Refund my amount or we complaint to consumer forum. Why cheating the village customer by cheating money..

                                    I want my 509 plan back and refund my money with penalty.. Really vodafone cheating poor customer..

                                      Dear sir, i am respected government officer. I visited vadafone store to migrate my vadafone network from postpaid to prepaid then they told me to massage on 199"p2p my no." then i get my registration id in next 48 hours. After 2 days (48 hours) i again visit the store but when i reach their they told me that they having some technical issues and not resolved that issue untill 2/4/2018.
                                      I think they give me fake information about that. Is there any technical issue which is not solved in 10+ days so unprofessional. So please resolve that problem if not i will take legal action.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have purchased two nos. of postpaid plan I.e., [protected] and [protected] after paying amount Rs. 500/- for each nos. At that time Mr. Taneshwar was your marketing officer. He has approached our office and requested us to purchase postpaid nos. after describing all the benefits.

                                        I have used these nos. for few months.In the m/o feb 2017 I have requested to close my one no. [protected] and returned my security money of Rs. 250/- which was taken during subscription of no, which was refundable. Even after several reminder your vodafone dhanbad outlet team has informed me that you request is under process and it will take atleast 2 to 3 months. In the meantime I have transferred from dhanbad. Even after expiry of 3 months nothing happened and no refund has taken place.

                                        I have therefore decided not to pay any amount in my existing no. [protected]. A bill amount of Rs. 407/- is raised against my no. [protected].

                                        I have thereafter requested to close my no. and adjust my o/s bills from the security money which was taken during subscription of the nos. But, no body has listen me. After several steps I got no.of Mr. Taneshwar who had approached us for subscription of the postpaid plans. I had made discussion with him he told he left the job however he assured me to know the fact of the situation. After few days he told me that the staff had did fraud with my no. and he has issued the no.. without showing the security money. He told me that he can't do any thing more.

                                        Thereafter I got a call from legal department lok adalat that a case is filled against me.

                                        I understand that no one can help me thereafter I have repaid all the dues on[protected] by retailer vide transaction ref. No. [protected] and the information was shared through email with vodafone legal person, Mr. deepak.

                                        Now, today I again received a call from the same department to deposit the same amount by today.

                                        I couldn't understand what it is happen?

                                        Where I need to complain.

                                        How the issue can resolve.
