Hello,

Me and my family are vodafone customers for decades. For the past couple of years, i have always used vodafone online recharge system to recharge the vodafone connections of our family. As of late, i find that the online system is corrupted in the sense that every time i attempt to recharge online, i am reaching the last step of the recharge, entering the otp code, and then the money is deducted from my account but i am not receiving the recharge on my mobile.

Today, i tried to recharge my mother's mobile number with the rs. 509 pack (Get unlimited* local, std & roaming calls within india with 1.4gb 4g/3g data per day, 100 sms per day for 90 days.) again, as i went through the entire steps, entered the otp of my debit card, received a message on my mobile that the sum has been deducted from my bank, but no recharge was done by vodafone.

I waited for a while believing that the message might come a bit late and also sent an sms of data bal to 144 from my mother's number that i was recharging. I received the message that no data pack is valid.

I also tried to use the internet on the mobile to check further in case the mobile messing is not working but could not connect.

So, in the end my money was decuted and i did not receive the service. Due to emergency needs, i had to recharge again and this time it all went through successfully.

I want to ask the vodafone customer service, why is the online system behaving in this way. Is it a trick to consume the customer's money without providing the serivce making it appear like a technical system failure?

Will i get my money back automatically?

I need an answer.

Sin card registration failed of vodafone
I have recharged Rs. 199 pack which includes unlimited calling and 1. 4 gb per day for 28 days..
And now the unlimited call is not working.. But data is working.. Please provide the solution. I never faced this problem before.. I hope Vodafone looks into the problem and take actions

    Hi,

    As per my last communication dated (17th of march 2018) via email and
    Call, i paid my all pending bill and requested to temporary close my no.
    Because i wanted my number to convert in prepaid,
    After this somebody call on my alternate number on 22nd march.
    He is from vodafone and his number is [protected]. He asked that did u lost
    Your phone number, i told him all the story that i am wanted to
    Convert my number in prepaid and vodafone store not available here and i
    Also don't want that my next bill will generate
    Unnecessarily, that's way i closed my number temporary. He said mam but we
    Got a request for lost number.
    *i don't know why did you people give him a wrong information. This is my
    First concern. *

    After this yesterday i went to vodafone store (Sec-51 noida) and got to
    Know that my number was not closed on 17th, you guys closed that on 19th so
    I need to pay 2 days extra charges plus 1 more day charge because it will
    Take 24 hr to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid. I am ready to pay
    For that one day charge but not for that 2 days (18th, 19th).
    When i trying to tell that its not my mistake its from customer care people
    And also show her email then she said ok so go and talk to customer care
    Number, because how would i know what they people said to you mam. I am
    Shocked and horrified by their behavior.

    *so tell me what's the use of your customer care and vodafone store.
    Because customer care people said that mam we closed your number but
    According to store lady, my number was not closed. Vodafone store lady need
    Profs. I showed emails also but they are not satisfied. She said that she
    Follow only vodafone computer system, in-facet she was showing me computer
    System again and again.*
    *customer care people are giving wrong information's to there customer.
    Seriously this is ridiculous.*

    I was using this vodafone number since 10years but now i am fad-up with

      Hi,

      I got a new phone in december 2017 and opted for the vodafone red shield device security which looked promising to protect my expensive phone.

      So while i activated this service, they did not ask anything while activating the red shield example - from where did i purchase the phone, if someone gifted me, if i bought a second hand phone, etc.
      Neither they gave me any tnc list for claims. They just told me that they can check my imei, its an iphone and its secured now. Thats it!!

      Now on march 15th, my phone got damaged and i made a claim with claim id [protected].
      I spoke to this third party service shortformats, which looks into vodafone customer's insurance and i told him the complete scenario, what happened exactly to my device, and also i told him that its a gift from my brother in law and purchased from dubai, but the first sim card was my vodafone sim card which is registered on the new device which anyone can check on their system.

      This guy said : no problem it will be covered and asked me for few documents and images of phone and box, etc. I shared everything on the given email address on 22nd march 2018.

      After 1 day, i get a message that my claim is rejected and no reason was provided. I called them today 26th march to ask the reason and they say that its bought from outside india so its not covered.

      My point is they are making their customers fool. No tnc is stated before the insurance is bought and no inspection is done but when it comes to pay for damage, these guys are backing off. Also the other guy aid there is no issue in purchasing from outside or if its a gift (They can provide the call record for that).

      I request you to please look into this matter and help me.

        This is very ridiculous that the vodafone service provider is taking extra money form the customers in the name of "other credits /charges.

        Even after paying regular bill vodafone is taking extra hidden charges from customers, and are doing fraud with the public

        Its been a while i switched to postpaid services and my entire group uses vodafone. After all this one fine day i find extra charges in the bill with no history as such in earlier bills..

        I have attached my recent bill for your reference in which it stands mentioned"other credits /charges" and amount is whopping 150 rs.

        If it is not rectified immediately i will switch into the other service provider. From the next month only. And i require my 150 rs back at any cost.

        Please take strict action on such type of scam by the vodafone company.

          Pathetic telecom company vodafone demanded postpaid bill payment to start the new prepaid mnp (Uninor) no.

          Vodafone asked to pay the bill of old vodafone postpaid connection against starting new mnp (Uninor), wheres the bill (Vodafone) was already paid one year back in advance as per bill cycle calculation at vodafone store, before porting it to airtel.

            I don't want to say hello for your services (Vodafone)

            Recently i called to vodafone customer care for deactivating unwanted msg & calls but reaction by executive is he doesn't know how to speak with customer rich vodafone company bad culture, instead of solving the issue he told me to port to some other network or cut the call, you are not only a customer of vodafone ect... And finally he only cut the call his name is mohamed
            Take immediate action else it will be the big issue,

              I'm using vodafone postpaid connection with cug gog plan, on mobile no. [protected]. I have been charged wrongly for vas services frequently while i have not used/applied for any vas services.. Last month i was charged for 50rs and now this month 99rs. This is very irritating because with having corporet sim you cannot start any vas on your own, you have to go with proper authority. Resolve this issue as soon as possible

                Its very sad to post a complaint regarding vodafone service. I have reacharged the some of rupesss 339 on 11 january 2018. Its expiry date upto 2018 april 15. The offer shows.in the case of outgoing call the amount deducted from main balance. Didnt get anymore benefits. This complaint cant register at customer care. Have some connection problem.                   Vodafone activated wwe zone subscription in my mobile phone without my consent or without any intimation and deducted money

                  Contacted customer care and deactivated the service.

                  Yet during the proceeding three days, they again reactivated the same subscription and deducted money.

                  Each day i deactivate subscription, only to find vodafone renewing it again the next day and deduct money from my account

                  Their customer care is not picking up calls.

                    I am having prepaid mobile no [protected]. Since two days vodafone deducting 20+ rs from my recharge amount. Yesterday i called their customer care number they i played game but i haven't played any game. They refunded my amount but not complete amount and because of their i had to call their customer care number they deducted 50 paisa. Now today same thing happened 20+ amount got deducted now for refund again i have to call them again they will not return complete amount also charge their charges to calling them. Please take action i will also be filing case in consumer court.

                        Respected sir/madam,
                        This complaint is regarding vodafone as it gives a very bad mobile network and super weak internet even though paying them as they bill us under the scheme.
                        I have complaint them several times but they haven't responded to the same and also their week internet network is so bad that it shows 4g but takes a long time to open a webpage.
                        This is totally a fraud way to earn money. Even on calls to customer care i have asked them about what speed is given in this scheme. They always respond that all is fine and check your handset. Delete cookies and history etc.
                        But seriously as per my knowledge the same didn't worked anytime. Request you to please do the needful.

                          I request you to kindly resume my services as i assure you that now no call will be done from my mobile at any of the dnd numbers in future course of action.

                          This number is really very important in many respects for me as it is being circulated to all of my friends and family.

                            Recently i had changed the name for my vodafone number and it had an existing plan subscribed to it. After changing name the sim was changed and the plan did not continue for the new sim although we were given assurance that the plan would continue. They are making a fool out o[censored]s and now either i want a refund or i want my plan to resume. I tried contacting customer care i visited d store but to no avail. My outgoing is totally shut.

                              I just ported my number [protected] from aircel to vodafone because of the aircel network outage across india, i get complete network but i get a message that i get is service temporarily withdrawn, what is the meaning of it? How can i resume the service? What could be the reason for the service withdrawal? Since the number is utmost important to me, how can i get a resumption of the services?

                                I want to deactivate my postpaid sim as i got new prepaid sim... And
                                Have cleared all the outstanding amount as i get a lot of charges at the end of the month and gets to know that i have activated the plans
                                Which i dont even know. So i got the new vodofone sim and want to deactivate the older one. Please make sure that it dets deactivate.

                                  My vodafone no. Was [protected] and i am not using this no. From december 2017 as the had charged extra amount with my bill and when i talked with his customer care executive about waveof they had denied and didn't give any positive response. Hence i discontinue to use this service but still they are sending monthly bill on my another no. With adding monthly amount and still this month they sent the bill of 200rs. They are trying to bother me. I told him that i will pay only genuine amount and discontinue ur service but they denied.

                                  I would request to u please resolve this issue asap.

                                    I have submitted documents & rs. 200 to vodafone representative mr ronak +91-[protected] located ahmedabad, gujrat for new post paid connection on[protected]. After that he has not attending the calls & giving fake commitments since a week. And still sim is not activated.

                                    Mobile no. Which he has given is [protected]

                                    Other 2-3 guys are facing the same problem from him.

                                      I have brought secondary contact number in red together plan from vodafone mini store. It was confirmed to me by vodafone mini store executive ms. Shilpi that it will be done under red together plan in next 5-7 days. Later, i have received confirmnation that since both numbers are registered in different circles, it is not possible to register it under red together plan.
                                      A complaint has been registered on 4th march 2018 with in this regard. This complaint was promised to get resolved by 07 march 2018 but solution is still awaited.

                                        Hello

                                        I am unable to activate caller tune in my vodafone number [protected]. When i am sending sms to 55655 or any other caller tune activation number i am getting below message from vodafone.

                                        "we are unable to process your request right now. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted."

                                        I called up customer care and spoke to many agents and there is no results and they barring my number in system. I have no proper support given from customer care and nearest vodafone store in koramangala as well.
                                        Whenever i am calling customer care they saying backend team will contact you and they disconnect the call.

                                        I am really fed up for a simple and single request to activate caller tune.
