last month my bill was charged for a international roaming pack twice- i.e.[protected]+5000),
Overcharged amount is[protected] plus tax)
I called and asked why they charged twice. they said (Ms. Neha) that it was due to error and will reverse these charges.
So, i made the remaining payment same day.
Now they blocked my sim and when i made a ISD calls at customer care they said that sir you pack was deactivate after 40 mins of activation and than it was activated again, that too from Vodafone executive.
Now, I requested them that its not my fault, I made request only once, so please remove these charges, they just ignored and since yesterday they are just torturing me whenevr i request them for support.
I feel like crying that i have to spend lots of time on this thing.
Please just trace all my chats and calls and i request to severly indulge penalty on Vodafone so that before torturing clients they think twice.
Even I mentioned my DOB, so they said your DOB is not matching.
When they torture us, we sometime loose patience and say harsh words, because of which they themselves activate/ deactivate plans or change private information or anything to torture clients more.
Please help.
I have asked them twice to call back, but no one calls back.

I would request to send this mail to PM Modi so that he can understand that we don't find any support from India and it's becoming tough for us to trust that India takes care of their resident.
Please take strict action against all the people involved and tortured me.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 27 th feb I paid online 500
Again same bill was sent hence on 10 th mar I again paid 501 online
Pl give extra credit in next bill
