Hi today again i received a message from vz-611112 asking me to upgrade to 4g sim or else my current sim will expire on 22nd march 2018. I am using a 3g phone why would i upgrade to 4g sim... These people does not have any sense and keeps on disturbing their loyal customers. Is their any way so that these vodafone people would be penalised and punished so that they would not do it again? Please let let me know any higher authority where i can put a complaint against vodafone for mental harassment? Thanks and remain blessed,

    Hi vodafone customer care,
    I have converted my airtel number ([protected]) to vodafone for using that iroam international roaming plan. And i bought vodafone sim card from india after mnp. But that sim is not working here in uae. While i am dialing any number, the automated voice is telling that "your number is temporarily out of service, due to non payement or your missing personal information"
    I want to activate this sim immediately.
    Please do the needful.

      Dear sir/madam, i'd recharge my contact numbers [protected] and [protected] for rs. 199 each on 8/3/2018 and 9/3/2018 respectively. The company itself admits that i had to get the benefits of 3g/4g data as you can see in my attachments i've got text message too. But i've recieved 2g data on my [protected] and 4g data for another contact for the same recharge. I've attached the necessary screenshots regarding this issue please resolve it as soon as possible.         It's disgusting to see vodafone sending you sunny leonne beach picture and "sizzling" picture links right in my sms via its messaging portal.

        Isn't there any advertising control?!
        It's real shame to see these things coming from such a reputed network facilitator.

          From last 2 -3 months i have been facing the network issue and there are call drops and call failure for which i had raised a complaint with vodafone (Complaint number:[protected]. Vodafone is not able to resolve the problem.
          On requesting for the compensation the just waived rs.295 where as my billing plan itself is of rs.399 and considering the problem from past 2-3 months i should be getting the total of rs. 1197 + taxes.
          Also they further don't have any resolution for this.

          Request you to kindly look into this.

            I had repeatedly complained to vodafone regarding poor network inside my premises and first time when i made a complaint they tried reaching in my number and closed the case making statement as i'm not reachable,
            That is the problem i'm complaining about, there is no network inside my premises which is very open and in groundfloor without any hindrance, vodafone support team is not bothered in sorting our my issue. The attitude of vodafone is much worse. Also i had ported my recently shut aircel numbers to vodafone believing better service but they are worse than aircel. We have four vodafone connection at home with following number [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected]. Vodafone is taking too much of time for responding to service complaint. Totally a bad attitude team with poor network.

              Vodafone is charging some amount of dialing this number 51717 in the morning time to some astrologer. But after couple of further investigation i realised this was fraud. First of all why on earth someone will call any number except this 51717 which charges close to 16 rs/min. Even if someone call, how come one can talk for one and half hour without interruption. Needless to say i am more than sure that no such call ever initiated. There is something more than mere existence of such number. This is pathetic experience leave aside any other service gliche which is acceptable. Hope someone with should be able to raise the flag at some time. I hope things get sorted for me to continue my service.

                Vodafone bill - 14 feb 2018 -13 march 2018

                Description -
                I have 399 plan but this item i received bill 1083, when i check bill there is usage charges is 617 but when i call to customer call they didn't reply why this amount added add telling you have to pay full bill.

                Re-generate bill what i uses.

                  I have a vodafone mobile connection. Presently i am charging 199 pack with many boastful services. But even within the permitted days, at times a women voice starts to beg chotta credit. This happens in the morning hours and preventing the boastful service. If 10 rupees is important these beggars should charge while recharge instead of offering dead service and begging. Will vodafone stop this mendicant behavior? Waiting for a good service provider.

                  As I have applied for porting on 21st Feb, 2018, and it takes 15 days but I have not received any confirmation message regarding my application. Customer support has told that they are not getting any information regarding this.

                    Dear sir/madam hello!! My vodafone bills were higher than normal, when i recievd a call from the billing guys who were asking me to pay the bills, i requested them to reduce the bill amount and they promised that i need to pay only 400 rs and not 650rs. But when i went to the vodafone office to close my number is [protected] they say they do not have any information regarding the discount given by teleservices, i requested even u can give me a discount if teleservice guys can do but they did not listen. Then i requested them to stop my number which they said they have done on 30 march. It was lbs road road, mulund west vodafone office, he was very rude too. When i asked him to give me in writing that they do not have anything to do with the teleservice guys he simply refused to give me anything in writing or even giving a signature on the slip on which he wrote the service request number. Later on when i contacted their online service i was amazed to know that gaurav had not stopped my number he just put a request of refund instead. Anyway finally the lady ms kishori talking to me online stopped my number on 31st, but she asked me to pay entire amount 650 with the service request number. Please help

                      A sum of rs 99.00 has been unauthorisedly deducted from my balance towards service activation charge for ultravideos pack on my mobile though i have never requested for this service.

                      May i, therefore request you to please arrange to (1) enquire into the matter,
                      (2) stop this service forthwith and also
                      (3) arrange for refund rs.99.00 so deducted from my balance, unauthorisedly.

                          I am using vodafone postpaid and i was very frequently getting vas saying some internet service has been activated.

                          It was a basic handset then from where the internet content download will take place, when i raised this they reversed the charges.

                          And this month one more big bomb, i have been charged 1260 saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 90 mins, first of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number by mistake also no one can dial 51717 top of that talking for 90 mins is not at all possible. Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue...

                            I did a major mistake of porting my vodafone from karnataka circle to bihar circle.

                            1. I am with vodafone since last 11 years and after porting my number all my services has been stoppped, for ir am been asked rs 10000 as deposit (I am using ir since last 8 years). For all request i have to call vodafone care and i get a vogue response from that "we cant do anything, drop email". And i never receive response to any of the email.
                            Even the nodal officer has put a clause that "without docket no. They will not respond".
                            Big question: sir, how do i get a docket no. If your incompetent customer service dont bother to respond to emails?!
                            I requested vodafone 3 time (2 times on call and a email) to stop porting but with no response.
                            2. Vodafone store (Hariom tower - ranchi) customer service mislead me to port my number by assuring uninterrupted services. Now i understand that she was not aware about anything, she was just trying to bump up her sales figures.

                            End result: now i dont have any number to conatct my family when i am traveling.

                            Advice: please run away from vodafone asap.

                              We are the regular customer of vodaphone from last 3 yrs. We stay at purba burdwan dist. Now the service of vodaphone is becoming poorer & poorer day by day. The phone while talking get disconnected very often, data connection not available. The reception problem is always there. Our mobiles are just purchased new one not even 3 months. Already so many time i'm complaining in customer care but still now not solve... Every vodafone users face this problem.
                              Why such problem???

                                My No. is +91 [protected]
                                last month my bill was charged for a international roaming pack twice- i.e.[protected]+5000),
                                Overcharged amount is[protected] plus tax)
                                I called and asked why they charged twice. they said (Ms. Neha) that it was due to error and will reverse these charges.
                                So, i made the remaining payment same day.

                                Now they blocked my sim and when i made a ISD calls at customer care they said that sir you pack was deactivate after 40 mins of activation and than it was activated again, that too from Vodafone executive.

                                Now, I requested them that its not my fault, I made request only once, so please remove these charges, they just ignored and since yesterday they are just torturing me whenevr i request them for support.
                                I feel like crying that i have to spend lots of time on this thing.
                                Please just trace all my chats and calls and i request to severly indulge penalty on Vodafone so that before torturing clients they think twice.

                                Even I mentioned my DOB, so they said your DOB is not matching.

                                When they torture us, we sometime loose patience and say harsh words, because of which they themselves activate/ deactivate plans or change private information or anything to torture clients more.

                                Please help.
                                I have asked them twice to call back, but no one calls back.

                                I would request to send this mail to PM Modi so that he can understand that we don't find any support from India and it's becoming tough for us to trust that India takes care of their resident.

                                Please take strict action against all the people involved and tortured me.

                                  14/03/2018 evening 7.30 i recharge the 1 gb data pack 47 rupees @1 day.But they are activating sms pack.After i check and call to customer care complaints they are told you recharge wrongly 47 rs.That pack is 46 rs you recharge again 46 rs .But i try to convey you are display the package in your website.I am totally upset.They are cheating totaly i loss 150 rs..So care full in rechare..                                     I am a vodafone subscriber for last 25 years. My office is at loma it park (Q parc), ghansoli, thane-belapur road, navi mumbai. The vodafone network in my office building is very poor, hence communicating on vodafone number is very very difficult for me and my 100+ colleagues. I was in contact (Telephonically & vide mails) with vodafone network concerned person mr. Khurshid ([protected]) and mr. Bipin pande ([protected]) since jan 18. As per the survey done, vodafone were to install necessary system on building terrace & booster antennas in bldg. The work was to finish by end feb 18, which is not even started yet. I have been trying to call khurshit & bipin, but they do not take my calls.
                                    The reliance corporate park (Rcp) is adjacent to our park. The "reliance jio" office is located in rcp. All people of my office are thinking of joining jio if vodafone network is not improved.

                                      I received a call from a person (Fraud call). He claimed to be calling from sbi head office at mumbai. He asked for all the details of my credit card xx5518 and for the same, an amount of rs 10000 were deducted through vodafone billdesk on 14/03/2018 at 11:18 am from my account. The transaction mentions to be happened at mpesa. The call came from the phone number [protected].
                                      In regard of the above, please do the needful to stop the transaction and do not remit the amount to the person.

                                        After i send message "stop" to 1925 which should restrict my mobile data after my threshold limit, they permanently stopped my internet service. It's been 1 week and i am still following up, no solution. I am losing my money for sure with vodafone.
                                        Looks like they are not following trai regulations of 1925 service.
