I have been a vodafone customer from @002, when you were still hutch, my number is [protected]/bangalore, karnataka. I made the huge mistake of getting my number [protected] transferred to rishikesh, uttarkhand. I subscribed to your redplan. Unfortunately, alot o[censored]nasked for value addd things are added, without my permission. It is impossible to contact these people.. They send text messages which has options but notan rejecting option. I got a bill for rs 2100... I have paid rs 1500, very unwillingly... As i do not use music, games, movies etc. I askd your local people to block them... But, apparently this cannot be done.
Can you help in this matter? Or let me transfer karnataka, where i will keep my phone in suspension for one year, when i will retrun to bangalore.
I find it very unfair that i am being made to pay these huge amounts of money. I never expected this from vodafone,

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 27 th feb I paid online 500
Again same bill was sent hence on 10 th mar I again paid 501 online
Pl give extra credit in next bill
