Dear sir,
We are the regular customer of vodaphone from last 10 yrs. We stay at nepeansea road. Now the service of vodaphone is becoming poorer & poorer day by day. The phone while talking get disconnected very often. The reception problem is always there. Our mobiles are just purchased new one not even 3 months over.
Why such problem. First your services was condered to be the best. Now why jio airtel etc are moving much ahead???
Always coonnectivity problem not only at nepeansea road side. It is anywhere in mumbai. Even at cst are also.
I hope take this matter urgently 7 do the needful otherwise you will go on loosing tbhe customers day by day.

    I have a lot of concern regarding my phone no. From last 26/02/2018 i am trying to update my billing address and i visit 4 times vodafone store laxminagar but they are not able to provide better solution and they don't have manners how to talk customers. I already make a complaint against him through vodafone app but there is no solution.

    I already talk on 199 they told me to send a email of my address proof and i sent like 4-5 times but you all are not able to update my billing address.

    I am really hopeless with your services because i understand you not able to provide me better service.
    Your customer care executive don't have proper knowledge and i have lot of concerns

      Vodafone has been activating random plans on my number without my authorization. They clam that i have activated these via websites that they refuse to name. Completely hollow claim on their behalf when they cannot provide proof that i activated them or even give me the names of the websites from where they claim i activated these.

      I can only imagine how many people have been duped by them in a similar fashion. At least i immediately called them and sorted the activation issue, many may not pay attention to the activation messages and would be charged for services they didn't ask for.

      Even if there are websites out there which accept request for phone numbers to add services, shouldn't there be a verification otp sent to that phone number to confirm? Pathetic from vodafone, they seem to be running a big scam! No other way i can describe it!

        Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Your transaction ref no igadclsyb0 for rs.199.0 on 14-mar-18 09:57. Amount 199 deducted to my account and confirmation sms deduction receive my phone but not recharge to my phone no [protected] and no recharge sms to my phone receive and now i m unable to make call my phone due to low balance plz recharge it otherwise refund it

          From the last two months i can't send sms from my mobile number [protected]. I contact customer care of vodafone, they said i sent promotional messages so only they banned my sms and told to register with trai as a tele marketer. Actually i didn't send any promotional messages. I sent messages to my friends only.

          The respond of vodafone persons is very poor, i requested them 3 days to unblock my sms. But they telling to pay rs 5000 as telemarketer in trai. I am an employee of one company, then why i should pay for telemarketer?

            Hi,

            I'm a vodaphone user & my no is [protected].
            And, my location is delhi & ncr.

            I am unable to make outgoing calls but incoming is ok..

            I have faced same issues last week, 4-5 days back.

            I have recharged with ₹458 or something similar amount for 84 days call, internet & sms free.
            But, while calling getting voice message insufficient amount. Even i haven't completed / crossed weekly or per day call limit.

            Please return back that recharged amount i will change my network.
            Because, same issues facing again and again. And, i'm unable to connect / catch customer care @ 198. If connected, they didn't respond well. (Already informed via email and verbally on call).
            And, customer care executive giving wrong information about my number & used deta.

            Very poor service quality.

              I have initiated process of porting on 8th March 2018 (VA121618) but Vodafone has rejected on 12th March 2018 and the reason for rejection was surprised me "Customer wants to continue with Vodafone network".
              But i was never said that and they activated un necessary sms pack costing me around Rs 200.
              I requested customer care 199 and corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com to process port process as it was Vodafone person mistake not mine but they are saying to initiate porting process again.
              this is looking like cheap tricks by playing by Vodafone employees and creating negative impact to the Vodafone company.

              Again initiation of porting process creates additional cost and Manual efforts for me.

              I am really feeling bad for this kind of behavior from Vodafone company.

              Guys help me with any way to solve this issue.

                Hello,

                I visited vodafone store @chinchwad on monday 22nd january 24, 2018 for postpaid to prepaid conversion.
                After clearing dues for my both numbers
                1. [protected],
                2. [protected] of total 1036 rs. Till 25th of january, an executive told me to give 160 rs.in cash and didn’t give any receipt for it. He said that they need to do recharge on my numbers with this amount.
                Also, the charges were calculated till 25th and the executive had told that the additional amount of next three days would be deposited in the prepaid account.

                After two days also such recharge nor the additional amount is not done and i launched complaint twice but no use of it.

                Even after 2 months, they have not worked on my complaint and not responding to my complaints and emails.

                Please help.

                  Today received a call stating that they are calling from SBI and took my details and generated OTP to share. Once they got the OTP from me, they have transacted 4911 rupees twice and total of 8922 . The transaction made to VODAFONE BILL DESK at MPESA . I have the autorisation code for both the transaction as 011176 and 011998 . Please cancel the transaction or stop honoring the transaction and recover my money if already settled.

                    I have raised a concern sometimes back for unauthorized deduction of amount due to valueaddedservice for my vodafone account. Though i had vas disabled long back, i called customer care and vas had been disabled from the customer service end too (Though, i had done this before from my end twice) but i am still getting messages for adding vas saying “due to low balance, indiansafari pack couldn’t be activated …” and so on… previously i was getting this sort of messages and my balances were deducted totally around rs 40 in last couple of week. After such continous deductions, my total balance came to zero and i recharged for some emergency calls and again some other packs were started activated. And i am afraid of recharge now. As you already aware of - this is against trai policies to deduct customer balance without any authorization though be it through vodafone or through any external third parties, that too after vas disabled. Kindly help me stop getting these messages because once i recharge, these services will start deduct money. And also pls refund earlier unauthorized deductions.

                      this is w. R. T. The my claim intimation number [protected] under the vodafone dss plan (Red shield) for mobile number - [protected].

                      please note that i have gone for mobile handset protection claim as provided by m/s vodafone to its postpaid customers, through third party vendor, shortformats and servify.

                      please note that i have gone into this whole mess due to the vodafone. Because the vodafone has selected such a irresponsible vendors for its postpaid customers under this dss protection plan, they are good for nothing.

                      1. Please note that my claim was intimated first on 19/12/2017.
                      2. Today is the 84th day since my claim was initiated.
                      3. My phone was picked up from my house on 11/01/2018. It has been 29 days since my phone is with vodafone's third party service provider

                      4. The excess amount and original document was sent to them on 24/01/2018.

                      5. At every step they take minimum 10-12 days, whereas that require only 1-2 days.

                      6. I have been suffering from the worst customer care service from these guys from last 84days.

                      7. They never reply to mails, i have written 15mails in last 45 days, but hardly 2-3 are replied.

                      8. Every time i call their customer care executive, they have standard replies that it will take 7 to 10 days more to repair you phone.

                      9. And now 84 days after they are still not returning my mobile.

                      there is no one to listen in these organization. They have no professional or business ethics and they are harassing the customers.

                      you are requested to please take some quick action in this regards. Otherwise it will make a mockery of customer care services.in fact i should call this customer pain services.

                      I have written numerous e-mails to their appellate authorities and even to CEO of Vodafone Mr. Sunil Sood. Even after writing e-mails to CEO and getting a call back from his office about assurance to resolving the complaint at the earliest, no one is doing anything.

                        I bought a new postpaid connection in jan 2018 bearning no [protected] from jammu and kashmir vodafone store. I done my verification the sim activates and after 5 days from the day of activation the sim suspened by company due to physical verification and after that i spoke to customer care who told me to visit store for the reverification i reached store and i updated my address but till now its been almost 1 month no reverification been yet done niether the security refunded to me.

                          My arindam barua user of mobile number [protected], every month i am recharging with 458, 354 and many talktimes, however whenever i am office at saltlake sector - 5 able to use internet but whenever i visit my home location at home sodepur sreepally not even getting 2g speed.                             Hello,

                            I visited vodafone mini store in kamothe (Sec 36, navi mumbai, 410209) on 12th march, 2018 for postpaid to prepaid connection.

                            I visited shop at 6.30 p. M. And there were only 2 customers before me, but for my knowledge executive informed i am on waiting list and it will take 1.5 hrs as there are customers in queue. He asked me to revisit at 8 p. M. But i insisted him that i will wait as i could see only 2 customers. He asked me to wait as per my wish stating that server is too slow.

                            1) 1st customer postpaid to prepaid took hardly 10 mins

                            2) 2nd customer has two numbers to be done but he went out to withdraw cash for mobile bill payment

                            3) in the meanwhile i requested executive to start processing my request but he started making excuses. First he told me prior customer process will take one hour which is silly excuse. It seems he wasn't bothered at all. Later i requested him once again as knew this process doesn't take so much time.
                            After few mins he said he don't have enough balance to pay my mobile bill, in return i told him i will pay pending bill online. So he was ok with it. Again after few mins he told that he won't be able to processing request before 8 p. M. As the shop will be closed and also it will take time to generate bill.. This was sheer excuse.. He was not interested in my request at all.. Also he charged rs. 50 for new sim and was forcing customer to buy 600rs. And above package for 3 months which i denied him i initially. Finally i left the store as he was being rude and unproessional.

                            Can u pls clarifyon this and take strong action against this as i see vodafone mini stores in kamothe just want money in percentage..

                            Also note that 2 days back i have done postpaid to prepaid connection for another number from different mini store and it hardly took 15 mins.

                            I need immediatw action on this.

                            Provide me complaint number and action taken
                            From past 2 months vodafone is continuously deducting balance. Sms are automatically been send to my father's phone and the message consists of sim card change alert. Whenever I'm restarting my phone the message pop's up like rs.1 is deducted and remaining balance is this much. Why my balance is been reduced though the sms are not send by me?
                            Today few of my Balance got deducted automatically, when i check with Customer care they were not giving the correct information and keeping on hold for long long time...Almost 45 mins waited on hold.
                            The Vodafone website is designed 3rd class. the plans details are shown in small size so they cant see. they do not activated there complaint website this is always dull . slow browsing of website. need to update vodafone website as soon as possible.

                              This complaint it to highlight the network issues faced by us by using Vodafone services.

                              Although its considered the best among other network providers in Mumbai, over the past few months the network is decreasing to pathetic. Sometimes while traveling or in a basement kind of floors its understandable to face some network issues. But while walking on the road, or sitting in the house, moving from one room to another if the calls are getting dropped, then whats the use of this network?

                                Sub : malpractice of one more billing amount against deactivation

                                Ref : my vodafone postpaid no.[protected]

                                I have given deactivation request of above no. [protected] at velacherry, chennai branch, on 17th january 2018 and they have properly done the same.in this regard, the balance period amount has been paid in the month of february 2018, duly at your same velachery, chennai branch.

                                However, the same no. Has been reactivated voluntarily by your system / people without my knowledge, even deactivation request was duly considered on 17th january 2018, and the mistaken february 2018 bill was also collected from me, i. E., rs.351.00, in march 2018.

                                I strongly believe that this is a kind of malpractice and the wrongly collected money was not refunded to me yet.

                                Is this the way your company run business without any ethics? Is my rs.351.00 will raise your capital and pay salary to your employees??

                                Who will bell the cat to refund my rs.351.00? The loyalty and integrity on vodafone i had was totally destroyed. Moreover, there are 351 one rupee is involved in the amount and i am earning the amount by spending by sweat and blood.

                                Hope you will give respect and response to my value and accept the mistake as well as refund my money at the earliest.

                                Your competitor has duly refunded my rs.7.00 through a cheque, even the excess amount.

                                  I was using 199 genpact+250 internet plan on my mobile no.[protected] from 19 jan’18 to 12 feb’18 for 24 days and as per the plan i am entitled to get the discount @32% on my total bill amount for this period however the same has not been given to me.

                                  I am following since 20th feb'18 and raised the complaint#[protected] but no body is giving solution, please help.

                                  Request you to help in getting the discount on my bill as per plan.

                                    I have been charged rental for roaming even when i did not use any of their services when away from the country. Vodafone mentions that only i[censored]sed then rental is charged, but this has happened 3 times that i have been charged. So basically they are playing fraud with customers. I have written mails to them, but they now refuse to repay me back the amount as well now they do not reply to my emails, also the nodal officer does not do anything, neither does the appellate officer do anything. I have written several mails but only in vain. Probably they are just sitting there in the office and making money by cheating customers and now they cannot write back, so they do not respond. This is the kind of service from vodafone. I used their service for over 10 years and lot more and not this is how they are treating their customers by cheating them and not replying back. I have written to their nodal officer yael dsouza, as mentioned in the website, but never ever received any response from her.

                                    There is also a slight inconvenience on the same number of beans on my second number: Does the Vodafone Company make such jokes with its new customers ??? my other number is [protected].
                                    Whenever I go to Register with Vodafone option and enter my mobile number on enter Vodafone number, I am clicking on Submit and Generate OTP if no OTP is coming. I have done this process quite a while but no Can not find the answer too. Why like this ???

                                      I had requested for the port of mobile no. [protected] with the unique porting code 1d675233 to vodafone number.
                                      I would like to cancel the porting process to vodafone as it had been ported to postpaid plan and i want it to ported to prepaid.
                                      So please cancel the porting request.

                                        Its pathetic experience with lot of mental pressure with this vodafone service. Deadline to submit aadhar is 31st march and since my aadhar is not linked with mobile number and i am in my hometown in roaming, have tried to submit my aadhar form to retailer but they refused as this can be submitted only in original circle from where this was bought i. E. Pune where i am not going to visit for atleast 6 months.
                                        Now i am left with only option to port it to another local circle operator and have tried various things as suggested on different sites but not able to send message to 1900. It always fail, though am able to send message to other numbers.
                                        There should be strict enquiry and action taken on vodafone to block sending sms to 1900 which is causing mental disturbance. Pathetic.. No help from customer care as well. My number is linked at various places and do not want to loose that by any chance for this #..
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
