This is regarding vodafone customer support.
My vodafone sim got disbaled due to non working condition as my handset was having prob and in between i was out of town.
On suggestion through customer care, i got another sim from vodafone mini store for the same no.[protected] and paid the amount for the sim along with id proof. The sim did not get active since a long time i bought another sim from that store and after following up for more than a month with the customer care on email no solution was made.
I have already visited vodafone store so many times. (Both vodafone mini store mehrauli as well as greenpark vodafone store)
Provided all the mandatory details still this is how it is being done to and 8 year old customer of one service provider.
My sim is still in disabled mode since 2nd jan, 2018

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had done a recharge of 199rupees on March 1 2018 through the Vodafone mobile app.I had done my payment through BHIM upi, but even after the money got debited from my account, recharge was not done for my number.I even didn't get the sms or mail regarding it.
Please look into my case and do the needful.
