We got a call from an unknown number [protected] and he was asking some debit card details. Which seems some unusual ask of bank details. When werefused to share he was talking very rudely using abusive words to the woman who attended this call. We want to take action in these persons.

    I am a senior citizen. I was having vodafone basic connection since december 2013 on 6/03/2018 i visited vodafone store aundh road, khadki, pune. I wanted get upgrade connection to red basic. As per advise of vodafone employ of store i cleared the bill rs 650/- up to 6/03/2018 i was given 4-g sim. It was told by vodafone rep. It will be activated in 24 hrs. I contacted customer service on 8/03/2018 at [protected] but failed to get any positive reply. I am not having any connectivity since last two days i am a aggrieved customer of vodafone the way i got poor service from the vodafone india is part of world's second-largest mobile phone company vodafone u. K. Please note if things are not resolved, i would not have any other option shift other mobile operator. I am furnishing details soumendra narayan das mobile no.       Vodafone is the worst. Twice in a month they stealing my money each time 5 rupees 2 days ago again stolen 5 rupee. I wrote them, they says i sent an isd message. As i have whatts app viber messenger skype. Why should i pay paid text stupid vodafone & deepali patil.. Vdafone stolen my money alwats when i call them they say i sent an isd message. My deduction history not showing. I asked them not showing. They keep stealing my money. I need my money back my number [protected]

          I am senior citizen . I was having Basic plan of Vodafone since December 2013.I had been to Vodafone Store at Aundh Road, Khadki, Pune 411020 on 6th March 2018 . I cleared the outstanding bill of Rs 660/- up to 6th March 2018 . I received Post Paid SIM 4G Red Basic. It was informed, it will be activated within 24 hours.With regret I like to inform you nothing has happened till now.I have called up the customer care [protected] but I did not get any positive reply. I do not have any connectivity at present.As aggrieved customer I am deeply pained by indifference shown by Vodafone India, subsidiary o[censored]K-based Vodafone Group plc, the world's second-largest mobile phone company You are requested to take immediate action without further delay otherwise I would not have other option to switch to other operator.             I used my vodafone mobile app to recharge my prepaid number - [protected], on 8th march 2018 at 3:49 p. M.

            The transaction failed, but my money was deducted.

            I need my money back asap, or recharge my number - bonus card - 509 - unlimited calling+ roaming+ 1.4gb/day 4g for 90 days.

            I am a common man, living hand to mouth everyday. Please don't make me run around for something which is not even my fault. Please take swift action before i switch to airtel.

              Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- rs. Additional.

              Previously my connection is prepaid so i need convert it from post paid to pre paid.

              I don't want to go for new number i need this number with pre paid.

                Hi,

                Today i have visited vodafone galler goregaon east 10.30 am mumbai. Token no: 215

                I have raised several complaints about internet not working fine, hence i wanted change my vodafone plan from postpaid to prepaid.

                I asked the vodafone executive (Girl on the third table) that will my remaining data will be carry forwarded she said no if i go for prepaid plan. But if you go for lower postpaid plan remaining data will be carry forwarded.

                And now at 2pm i checked my remaninig data which shows "pay as you use"

                Huge disappointment, i need my remaning (67gb) 4g data back.

                Will you accept if you goto bank and you change your account from saving to current or current to saving your balance money will be lost.
                Vodafone again lost faith yesterday when I visited Vodafone store goregaon east. I respect that the lady executive their accepted her mistake of offering wrong plan for continuation of data balance.

                Her senior Mr. Lalbahadur asked me to go for redplan again and ensured that I will get my 61Gb 4G data back.

                Wonder if you want to use your own remaining data which is lost due to vidafone store mistake Lalbahadur asked me to go for 399 plan.

                Sounds like using our own fully paid things service provider asking customer to invest more in them.

                Today at 12pm I cam to know that Mr. LALBAHADUR also confronted wrongly this time. As vodafone only provided 30Gb data which comes with. Red 399 plan.

                Lost faith in Vodafone, I need my money back you can not take away hard earned money like this.

                  Hi,
                  I took the vodafone red shield plan in december 2017, while walking on the road one lady pushed me due to which my phone dropped and my front screen and back side cracked of my samsung s8 as it is made of glass, i raised a claim with vodafone which was not easy at all.. I took 10 days to register my claim as their call centre phone lines (Red shield) never work. How ever i amanged to register my claim submitted alll my documents which they needed, waiting for the claim process their mails no one replies to, i ahve a copy of each mail sent to them and suddenly i recieve a sms saying that the claim has been repudiated saying that a detailed explaination has been mailed to me which i have till date not received.
                  I manage to speak to the call centre and they inform me that as my device is working that claim is rejected.

                  What rubbish i have a broken glass frony and back, i have no network on my phone after putting the sim is that called working and why when they r selling that damage is protected
                  Pl they are fooling you, i have serious issue with this and i going to take a legal opinion for this as its not about the money i am just feeling completely cheated.

                      Good morning sir, I live in Warangal Urban, Telangana state.I want to port my no. from vodafone.I sent port request on 3.1.2018, 14.2.18 and 3.3.2018 . All the 3 times they rejected my request stating that I have to pay the due amount. I have no outstanding due.In fact i paid excess Rs.573 /- to vodafone.This is the 3rd time the rejected my request. No one is giving correct answer in vodafone store and asking me to contact vodafone consumer cell.
                      I am attaching the copies of my payment history and latest bill.

But they not resolved at that time after 2 week problem get resolved.. And customer crae number blocked... Till now i am not able to connect customer care..                           For the month of January and February they have deducted ₹220 and ₹90 for value added services. So Requesting you to please process back my amount. Which has been told to your customers care . Those people says we cannot reverse the money as it's has passed away 2 month's. So please refund my money back to my accounts

                            Today my postpaid number (+91 [protected]) got converted to prepaid. And after the conversion, i had recharge this prepaid number with rs. 199 but it was not get successful and i recieved below message from vodafone.

                            Your request to recharge 199 inr cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is onr[protected].

                            Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                              A request was approved through Vodafone online transaction to mobile No recharge [protected]of order No o[protected] ₹575payment ID LPMP[protected] and the money was deducted from my account but the recharge was successful as in the attachment. As iI called the Vodafone customer on next day, registered a complaint but no referred number was sent to me.Again I complain on 3 March of this month a reference number has been received by me and they assure me it would be solved within the limited time period customer care the told that the payment was declined on their behalf and was not successful. Again I called today 4 5 times but no satisfying results were observed.
                              So please look into the matter carefully.
                              I am also attaching the receipt please check and please do the needful.
                              Yesterday they told me to they will reimburse the amount and will call me at sharp 10 today but they didnt

                                Hi,

                                The problem has doubled now and i need urgent resolution of the same asap.

                                My old sim (Corporate number) which got deactivated today :[protected]
                                New sim which was given to me (4 weeks back as replacement) and was supposed to be activated :[protected]
                                Today the sim which got activated as per records from vodafone store (I checked this from one of the viman nagar vodafone shop) :[protected]

                                Now, i am stuck, cause, i am in pune and the 4 bungalows store which was handling the case can’t be visited by me, neither i have their contact number except for the representative shaquib who was handling this case and the docket. His cell phone (He does not pick up) – [protected].

                                Please see to it that my number is activated as soon as possible as it is causing me lot of inconvenience as i am without a active phone in pune.

                                I am not receiving any otp from various sites. when i use phone no. of other other networks i get otp within seconds but while putting my Vodafone no. i do not receive otp. It's happening with my other Vodafone sim also.

                                  I have vodafone postpaid connection - [protected]. I was on corporate plan, which i converted to personal, i had submitted documentation 4 weeks back in mumbai vodafone branch and had received another sim. I was told that within 48 hours the old sim will be deactivated and new one will start working, i was supposed to then call 59059 to activate the sim. After 4 weeks, i am now in pune and suddenly my old sim is deactivated, no network connection, i inserted new sim, still it's not working, can't call 59059.
                                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  The customer care ( Vodafone ) does not Kwon any information about their customers . The authority are not at all updated . The customer care executives contradict their own statement . The are not at all updated. Everyone say something else . They does not value their customers at all . The employee and their system is not at all updated n worth.
                                  We have migrated our vodafone number [protected] to prepaid. It yet to be migrated. Kindly provide status

                                    I had not dialed to any no. For which you had deducted charges of rs.45/= and rs.36/= in two different days within a month and it is called forgeary because my phone was locked both time but call was auto generated by you. First time you had deducted for jocks and second time is today for entertainment portal but i had never request you for any facility.
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Today recharged online amount 196 to avail unlimited calls local as well as STD.A Access fee of 166 charged on recharge of Rs 196. No Talktime available now. Plz resolve the issue or refund the entire amount asap.

                                        I was using vodafone sim because of some reason i cancelled my services. My number [protected] was closed at jan before 18 jan 2018. Then to i was charged for february month. I was using that sim services only for call purpose, then to i am charged for downloading game. First of all i was using unlimited data plan, and second net speed was slow than 2g it was impossible to download anything. Then to without any notification i was charged for that game. I am ready to pay my service charges for january and february but i am not paying for that game which i have never install. If necessary actions are not taken i will make sure that any vodafone postpaid sims will not be use by my family anymore.
                                        Kindly consider my request.
