I don't want continue on post paid, i need convert pre paid again.

Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- rs. Additional.

Previously my connection is prepaid so i need convert it from post paid to pre paid.

I don't want to go for new number i need this number with pre paid.

I am already complaint to customer care they didn't respond.

I need a reply asap.

Thank q.

Vodafone customer care has been playing last 7 months telling me my number cannot be converted to prepaid due to some technical problem. Now after a single email, the matter is resolved, i am back to prepaid.

The increasing competition & drop in call rates is burning the hands of all mobile operators which force them to take new tactics such as

A. No postpaid to prepaid conversion (Atleast the rent they will get)
B free caller tunes for one month (Without even asking caller tune was activated in reliance, it took me 2 calls to customercare to block the same.)

So for all those people who wish to migrate, here is the steps.

A. Call your vodafone customercare (No. 111)
B. Get the nodal officers email id and contact number
C. Send an email telling about your plan conversion (Keep trai's
Email in the cc)
D. Do some follow up mail.

    I applied for porting out my mobile number from vodafone on 25 feb 2018. The porting request number is vd193563.
    Vodafone called me on 26 feb to understand the reason for porting & when i stated that i need my number to be ported out because of personal reasons, they fraudulently changed my package to a very costly package without my consent and canceled my porting request in their system. I never got intimation of this cancellation.
    I approached the other service provider on 06 mar 2018 to know why it is taking this long for porting & they told me that vodafone has cancelled the porting request!
    I reinitiated the porting request on 06 mar 2018 and this time vodafone canceled it stating non-payment of outstanding dues. However i cleared all my dues and also paid an extra rs150 on 09 mar 2018 but vodafone is still refusing to port my number. I have once again pushed my porting request today 10 mar 2018.
    I had been with vodafone for past 13 years and this is how they treat their customers!!
    Vodafone needs to act and port my number to the service provider of my choice.

      I was using a vodafone postpaid number from a long time.in april 2017 i shifted to europe and then this number was rarely in use after may 2017 this number stopped working.. I contacted vodafone india about the issue. They asked me to pay unnecessary bills of 5000 to restart the connection by applying some unnecessary roaming charges. After one month this number stopped working again. When i enquired about it. They told me that it has a pending bill of 15000 even after the number was not in use. Now they are driving me to pay the bill amount otherwise they will take legal actions

        Very pathetic service, wrong communications by vodafone. My one n half day has been wasted by vodafone i moved from airtel few days before and at the time of verification one guy came and took my photo and adhar cards nad asked me about my salary and my post i hold in my company and annual income as i owe vodafone something and later i contacted vodafone and i was being asked to visit voda store did the same. Now i am being asked to for pre paid and later again i was briefed by neha that outbond people of voda mis communicate and asked me again. To visit store and assured me that my post paid connection will remain as it is and again they guided me wrong i again called voda and team lead atul mis beheaved and asked me we have given wrong communications and we can't help you neither we can assist you further. Is it my fault that after 8 years i moved to. A brand and they harrassed me

          Not allowing to cancel or port my postpaid number. Not providing the support as well.

          Requested multiple times to accept the porting request from vodafone end. They cancelled the request without informing the end user.

          Waiting so long and took a new number. Now requesting for cancelling the vodafone postpaid connection.

          They are not taking the request.

            Dear team, i have taken new post paid sim [protected] and not activated and next day i have informed same to connection with whom i have taken. Surprisingly today i have received my email number been activated and i have got shocked. Request you to please take a compliant how come vodafone team can activate my number with out my consent and verifying my address. This is ridiculous services from vodafone and they are trying to cheating me.

            Request you to please take serious action on vodafone on the same and thank you for your assistance.

              I have been to the vodafone care centre at bhoothnath on 6-march-2018 and also confirmed with vodafone customer care twice on 8-mar & 9-mar-2018 but both teams are unable to resolve the issue of why i am unable to send sms. It has been over 22 days now.
              All my documents and aadhar card linking has been done.

              I am very frustrated as i have to rely on other numbers to send sms.

              Please help to resume the sms sending facility on my mobile no.

                Hi, when i call your customer service to inquire the 84 days pack and then i got the information ki 84 days pack just 445 rs. And 90 days pack 509. And after i had recharged to 445 but my validity are only 56 days. Then i call again your customer service and telling my problem with senior. So i gave promise to your plan validity increase in 2, 3 { date : 8 march time 2 pm } hour's but still not received at 1.46 pm on 9 march.
                And my number is block form your customer service.

                  Hi,
                  Each month vodafone people are adding charges for "value added services" even though i have not opted for it. Last month only i have asked customer care person to stop all the value added service and provide the adjustment for wrong charges. This month they have added usage charges as well even though i am having roaming plan where i will not be charged for outgoing and incoming calls.
                  I have tried reaching to customer care as well over call and chat. After waiting for 40 min or so on call, customer care agent pick the call and said wait i am fetching the detail and which a fraction of 1 ms he said customer is not responding and disconnected the call. Vodafone person are just fooling the customer and playing with their money. When i contacted the customer care person over chat then she said she is not able to fetch my bill since i have ported my sim to karnataka circle to andhara pradesh circle.

                  They are not responding now and if i don't pay the bill they will start sending legal notice for wrong charges. Please help me solving this issue.

                    We got a call from an unknown number [protected] and he was asking some debit card details. Which seems some unusual ask of bank details. When werefused to share he was talking very rudely using abusive words to the woman who attended this call. We want to take action in these persons.

                      I am a senior citizen. I was having vodafone basic connection since december 2013 on 6/03/2018 i visited vodafone store aundh road, khadki, pune. I wanted get upgrade connection to red basic. As per advise of vodafone employ of store i cleared the bill rs 650/- up to 6/03/2018 i was given 4-g sim. It was told by vodafone rep. It will be activated in 24 hrs. I contacted customer service on 8/03/2018 at [protected] but failed to get any positive reply. I am not having any connectivity since last two days i am a aggrieved customer of vodafone the way i got poor service from the vodafone india is part of world's second-largest mobile phone company vodafone u.                         Vodafone is the worst. Twice in a month they stealing my money each time 5 rupees 2 days ago again stolen 5 rupee. I wrote them, they says i sent an isd message. As i have whatts app viber messenger skype. Why should i pay paid text stupid vodafone & deepali patil.. Vdafone stolen my money alwats when i call them they say i sent an isd message. My deduction history not showing. I asked them not showing. They keep stealing my money. I need my money back my number [protected]

                            I am senior citizen . I was having Basic plan of Vodafone since December 2013.I had been to Vodafone Store at Aundh Road, Khadki, Pune 411020 on 6th March 2018 . I cleared the outstanding bill of Rs 660/- up to 6th March 2018 . I received Post Paid SIM 4G Red Basic. It was informed, it will be activated within 24 hours.With regret I like to inform you nothing has happened till now.I have called up the customer care [protected] but I did not get any positive reply.                                   Today i have visited vodafone galler goregaon east 10.30 am mumbai. Token no: 215

                                  I have raised several complaints about internet not working fine, hence i wanted change my vodafone plan from postpaid to prepaid.

                                  I asked the vodafone executive (Girl on the third table) that will my remaining data will be carry forwarded she said no if i go for prepaid plan. But if you go for lower postpaid plan remaining data will be carry forwarded.

                                  And now at 2pm i checked my remaninig data which shows "pay as you use"

                                  Huge disappointment, i need my remaning (67gb) 4g data back.

                                  Will you accept if you goto bank and you change your account from saving to current or current to saving your balance money will be lost.
                                  Vodafone again lost faith yesterday when I visited Vodafone store goregaon east. I respect that the lady executive their accepted her mistake of offering wrong plan for continuation of data balance.

                                  Her senior Mr. Lalbahadur asked me to go for redplan again and ensured that I will get my 61Gb 4G data back.

                                  Wonder if you want to use your own remaining data which is lost due to vidafone store mistake Lalbahadur asked me to go for 399 plan.

                                  Sounds like using our own fully paid things service provider asking customer to invest more in them.

                                  Today at 12pm I cam to know that Mr. LALBAHADUR also confronted wrongly this time. As vodafone only provided 30Gb data which comes with. Red 399 plan.

                                  Lost faith in Vodafone, I need my money back you can not take away hard earned money like this.

                                    Hi,
                                    I took the vodafone red shield plan in december 2017, while walking on the road one lady pushed me due to which my phone dropped and my front screen and back side cracked of my samsung s8 as it is made of glass, i raised a claim with vodafone which was not easy at all.. I took 10 days to register my claim as their call centre phone lines (Red shield) never work. How ever i amanged to register my claim submitted alll my documents which they needed, waiting for the claim process their mails no one replies to, i ahve a copy of each mail sent to them and suddenly i recieve a sms saying that the claim has been repudiated saying that a detailed explaination has been mailed to me which i have till date not received.
                                    I manage to speak to the call centre and they inform me that as my device is working that claim is rejected.

                                    What rubbish i have a broken glass frony and back, i have no network on my phone after putting the sim is that called working and why when they r selling that damage is protected
                                    Pl they are fooling you, i have serious issue with this and i going to take a legal opinion for this as its not about the money i am just feeling completely cheated.

                                        Good morning sir, I live in Warangal Urban, Telangana state.I want to port my no. from vodafone.I sent port request on 3.1.2018, 14.2.18 and 3.3.2018 . All the 3 times they rejected my request stating that I have to pay the due amount. I have no outstanding due.In fact i paid excess Rs.573 /- to vodafone.This is the 3rd time the rejected my request. No one is giving correct answer in vodafone store and asking me to contact vodafone consumer cell.
                                        I am attaching the copies of my payment history and latest bill.
                                        Pls look into the matter & do favour.Thank you.
