my name is hemant salvi, my contact no is [protected].

Friday at 2nd March i have misplaced Vodafone sim card (prepaid) so i was visited vodafone store at my near location i.e girgaon on saturday. i meet one of the employee of Vodafone in store who's name was Bhavna/shrutika i have explain whats the issue with my sim card(prepaid) that i have misplaced my sim card and i need new one. so she forcefully converted my prepaid sim card to postpaid sim telling me that "there is only one way you have to convert your sim to postpaid then we will give you sim card with same mobile no if you want same no with prepaid then you have cancel the same mobile no and you have use different mobile no other then [protected] if you want prepaid sim" and this is the false commitment given by vodafone employee.

write now i have call to vodafone customer care no the lady told me that you can change your sim card without changing your plan. i have told that postpaid sim that given by Bhavna/shrutika is not working in my iPhone so she told me that you have to buy a new phone and use the same sim card till one month billing cycle and cost is near about 300 rs. without using sim card for one month how can i pay 300 rs. she also tell me that if you have to convert postpaid to prepaid then you have to pay one month bill then you have eligible to convert the plan but my issue is postpaid card is not working in my iPhone so without using the postpaid sim card how i pay 300 rs.

please sir tell vodafone to convert my sim to prepaid again or give me another 4G phone to use postpaid sim card.

    My name is sarabjeet and i have a simcard of vodafone. Everyday i took a call from vodafone coustomer center and everyday they ask about a person which i never know. And they disturb me every time and mentally tourture me everyday please do something about it. Or will take a strict action against vodafone. Please help me to shot out my problem as soon as possible.

      Vodafone cheating : how can they take my money without giving any benefit : unethical company practices

      I fed online rs32/ for my mobile number [protected] to get bonus card benefit of 30 paise per call. This morning i found that neither did i get the bonus card benefit nor was the amount added to my balance.

      I called their tool free [protected]. They told me that the bonus card benefit is not available for my phone. They also told me that the amount will not be added to my balance. Effectively they have eaten up my money. How can they do that? They suggested that i may try and apply for refund. But why should i beg them to refund me. They should have automatically added that amount to my balance. This is illegal act; i want a refund and an explanation from the company.

      Vodafone out with a begging bowl to make a living?

      The plan has been activated with my consent.
      Pl refund amount immediately.
      Showing I have call 29 minutes and charged Rs. 406. Its a fraud.

        Dear vodafone team,
        Since jan2018 i have charged unnecessary on vas. Though all my services and add on have been stopped in feb after complaining to customer care already. The unbilled amount in my bill keeps increasing day by day shown vas charges. For feb month i have to call customer care 3 times to refund the vas of feb 2018. Similarly for jan 2018 vas charges i have to call them multiple time.
        This is serious issue. I am facing very much inconvenience/wasting my time for the refund o[censored]nnecessary vas charges
        This is not expected from a reputed company like vodafone. Please correct this system flaw and provide me refund of current vas charges. Postpaid customers are just being cheated and charged too heavily without using the services.

        Please help to me to resolve this.

          February 19 i recharged in vodafone for 448 pack which gives 1.4 gb per day
          But till now march 5 am not getting internet connection at all. The very bad part about vodafone is they are not attending my call for custmare care when i try from my vodafone number this makes me so disappointing and made fell very bad about vodafone, 448 is not a less amount to leave like that,
          I need my money back

            I had applied for the change of sim ownership under my name which was originally being used by my husband. We both had visited the office with our aadhar cards and letter for request of change in december 2017. They said everything has been done and ownership has been changed. However, i later on enquired from another outlet that the sim ownership hasn't been changed. It is an utter harassment for a senior citizen like me visiting the office everytime while vodafone fails to do it's job.

              I have moved out of india in oct for 2-3 years & i wanted to retain my mobile numbers with vodafone. I opted for the safeguard option where the number is reserved for 1 year on one time payment. Even after clearing all the dues as per vodafone confirmation, invoices were generated for the later period (After the date of safeguard) & amount recovered through direct debit on 1 of the numbers & constant followup for the amount due on another number.
              I highlighted the issue to the vodafone customer care explaining in complete details the issue of excess charge & recovery. Everytime a different customer person replied to my repeating the same thing without understanding the issue. When i tried asking for a number of a superior to call & explain the issue there was no response. I even tried to escalate the complaint with vodafone but i got the same reply.
              I have atleast 15-20 mails where i have desperately tried to explain the issue & i have received the standard reply which does not solve my problem.

              Its actually a pathetic service & i regret my decision to retain the vodafone service. I will retain the number & change the service on the 1st opportunity i get when i am back in india.

                Hello good evening,

                I am sonu singh, a prepaid customer of vodafone. My account has been charged for the services which i have not availed. (Mms service)

                I just spoke to your one of your employee on 198 helpline. He spoke to me very rudely and didn't solve my problem. When i asked him to connect me to his manager/senior. He put my call on hold and just cut the call.

                His name is shanawaz. You must teach your employees how to speak to customers and solve their problem.

                If my problem is not solved then i am going to take legal action against you.

                Looking for a prompt resolution to above mentioned problem.

                  I am really disappointed with the service from so called a reputed firm vodafone itseems as i have been charged unecessarily from them and do not know with what confidence they have sent a legal notice from an advocate to meet the payment of 4500 its so damn horrible that even in spite of walking in to the vodafone store in indiranagr to make the payment and report about sim loss to get it blocked and was informed by the executive that the number has been blocked and would not be billed further but i have received a legal notice from the lawyer and i am not ready to pay a single penny to vodafone so please do get this resolved.                     I have been charged by the telecom service provider for the incoming calls from abroad. They put it as outgoing calls. On 20 february 2018 they sent me a message that the credit limit has been crossed, and within seconds the phone services were stopped. On inquiring, they said that I have called special numbers and hence the limit assigned is over. Their customer care executive asked me to pay rs 2100 to get it activated. He also suggested if i pay rs 800 just now, I shall get back phone services. Without knowing which action to take, I paid them rs 800 the same day. It was activated but again they kept sending me the message about remaining payment. The monthly bill was already cleared on 13 February. I sent them a complaint the same day. After 2 days, they contacted me and got confirmed that I have not made any call abroad, but i informed them about the calls I have received on 19 & 20 february. On 25 Feb. Their customer care executive said that incoming calls are charged. Like this, I, myself, a senior citizen am being tortured and harassed unnecessarily. On 2nd March, their customer care executive wanted to bargain with me @ 30% i.e. they will reduce 30% of the amount and I should withdraw my complaint. Without my consent, they issued me a fresh bill on SMS with 30 % discount. I want the status quo - same credit limit, Rs 800 paid to be adjusted in the monthly bill towards the monthly tariff of Rs 588. Please treat it urgent since the last date of bill payment is 18.3.2018. Thanks

                      To whom it may concern,

                      This is to bring your kind attention that i am using vodafone since last few years but was never misguided.

                      I was about to port to airtel as i was getting better offer from them. So i received a call from the vodafone department asking the reason for porting. I explained the reason and i was told that i will be getting 399 red basic plan with a discount of 15% that comes to 339 and with taxes 401 and my plan will consist o[censored]nlimited local and std calls and the in roaming also. Also i will receive 30 gb internet with a roll over and as there was no sms benefits i was not sure whether to take the same plan but i was ensured that they will give 500 sms so i asked them to activate the same.

                      But after 2 days i noticed that i never received 500 sms and 30 gb internet instead of 20 gb.

                      When i contacted customer care i was told to give 72 hours and i will receive the same but the same never happened. Today when i contacted customer care, i was told that the plan was not approved.

                      So if you cannot offer something then why vodafone makes false promises.

                      Please look into the matter and resolve at the earliest and till the matter is not resolved i am not paying my bill.

                        I am vodafone postpaid user from past 3 months. I have regular issues regarding call drops & data issues. I had told in december 17 that some upgradation work is going on till 31st dec 17 so there would be issues till then but after many complaints also till mar-18 a single problem is not solved & every time after waiting several minutes & several calls when i was able to talk to customer care representative he was always try to fool me or misguide me by talking anything. I am paying almost 350 a month till i am not getting proper calling & data service as i am able to use only 3-4 gb data only against available 21 gb 4g data. Though it's 4g i am not getting even 2g service & now they want me roam around city for every thing to visit their store and not registering my complaints anymore. Plz help me through this issue.

                            My name is trupti salunke. My number is [protected]. I have been using your network since very long time. But i never experienced this bad service of yours. I checked my internet balance it was 978 mb at 16.20 today. I wanted to watch a movie so i started searching and suddenly i received a text from you guys that i have used 50% of my data. So i was shocked and checked my balance it was not even 50% in my account it was just 238 mb remaining. So i started calling your customer service. First agent who spoke with me he was not able to give me any kind of explanation about it. So i asked him to transfer my call to his senior. He put me on hold and disconnect the call. I called up again then the second agent did the same thing. And i had to call again. I spoke with ruturaj. He told my usage for 157 mb. Which i accept. I asked him about the remaining usage he just said that i have used around 500 mb. I told him i haven’t use my internet since morning i woke up by 4.20 and just wanted to watch movie so i connected my ipad with my phone. And i was searching for a movie and within a 5 minuets i received a text about 50%. I asked him to transfer my call to his senior. I spoke with akshay. Even he was unable to give the information and kept on saying i have used up all my data and i have no balance left. I was shocked again because when last time i checked there was 235 mb left and i was calling your customer service. Since then i haven’t used internet and akshay told me the i have no internet balance. When i asked him about it he disconnected my call. I have a very bad experience with vodafone. And i want something to be done on this.

                              Sir i postpaid customer when visit voda store tolled to pay the 496 amount instead the bill the amount of 234 which i already paid. If i not do so the postpaid will not convert to prepaid and the excess amount will be given to me by cheque so i made the payment for mobile no [protected] but now when i tried to reach customer care no response is initiated instead i was told to call [protected] for postpaid help and when i called the no they told to redial from another no and when i do so they told to call from postpaid no and after that they disconnect hoping you understand and help me in this regard

                                At 12 : 52 p. M. This morning (03/03/2018), i received a message that balance of rs. 35 has been deducted for mdlite.

                                I have activated dnd on my number and even flash message is deactivated. Pop up is blocked and i have screen lock and i am careful every time i use my mobile.

                                I checked for flash message at 01: 57 p. M. (03/03/2018). It reported flash message is deactivated on my number.

                                I immediately checked for and messaged - 155223 to stop all actual or virtual vas on my number (01:56 p. M. 03/03/2018).

                                It reported - no vas is active on my number.

                                I have screen lock, and i have been extremely careful not to click on anything inadvertently. I know for certain that i have not clicked on anything for sure.

                                I am attaching the screenshots as proof of the above said chain of events.

                                I am really annoyed at this unethical practice of vodafone. I have faced the same problem earlier too (This is the sixth time i am facing the same problem). I perceive this has become a habit of vodafone nowadays. I didn't expect this kind of behavior from a reputed company like vodafone.

                                And now it seems you people have put some system in place so that i cannot directly lodge my complaint to your customer care executive.

                                Please don't try to befool me by giving bogus logic and lies.

                                I want my balance be refunded to my account / number as soon as possible. Please treat this as an urgent matter.

                                  Hi, i have started receiving text messages stating that i need to upgrade my sim to 4g or else the current sim card will not work/expire. Please note that i use a 3g phone and if this upgradation is done forcefully then the 4g simcard won't work in my 3g phone. Has this been done mandatory or its just a way to irritate and disturb the loyal customers of vodafone. Please advise where else should i complaint about this issue.                                     We have been paying vodafone bills quite before due date in spite of they not providing proper services and network. We have written to their ceo mr. Sunil sood, their md mr. Balesh sharma and all other senior officials wherein they have acknowledged their inability to provide the network (In writing) but stopped our outgoing facitlity on non payment of single bill. We have suffered huge damages due to their autocratic and monopolistic behavior. They are not even ready to port our number [protected] to another service provider. They are not replying continuously on why should we pay the bill when their staff has acknowledged and confirmed in writing on their inability to provide the services.

                                      Rs 21 was deducted from my account (Balance) for wwe zone pack without any confirmations. I want my money (Balance) refunded back on my account (Balance) it is because money is more important to me. And also want to deactivate that pack. Refund the money (Balance) to my account fast as much as possible. So i'am requesting to refund my money (Balance) to my account (Number) and also to deactivate this pack which got activated without any confirmations

                                        I was with airtel and vodafone guys called me with a plan as below :

                                        499/- plan with 100/- discount, unlimited local national calls, 100 sms every day, 40 gb data every month and the remaining gb data can be carry forward to the next month.

                                        Jan month bill was fine but bill of feb they are charging me 849/08.

                                        I called customer service they are not ready to fix the issue, i requested customer care executive to transfer the call to manager they are not ready to transfer the call, apparently managers don't have time to fix customers issue

                                        I'm on 499 plan with 100rs/- discount, unlimited local nataional calls, 40 gb data every month and the remaining data can be carry forwarded. Then why is my bill 849, customer care executive are not ready to transfer the call to the manager, apparently ma managers don't have time to fix customers issue, horrible service. Please arrange a call back on my number from senior management. Vodafone reputation is on stake.
