More than 2 month my vodafone number [protected] was blocked for outgoing sms. Today at last the vodafone customer care said that i need to register with trai. Actually, i am working in chennai and not doing any kind of business or marketing. I sents messages to my friends and relatives only without my knowledge they blocked. Kindly help to unblock.

    Rs 35 and rs 2 had been deducted unauthorized from my vodafone balance within last 3 or 4 days. I havent neither subscribed nor opted for this service but suddenly i see the reduction in my balance amount. Also i was getting other messages like "ayurveda pack couldnot be activated and holding your request if you recharge within 7 days". Similarly for "gamezina pack, entertaintment pack" and so on, which i have not opted/requested for. And i found such unauthorized money deduction is happening across vodafone users.
    Requesting you to kindly look into this and help me to let the amount refunded back-thank you

    I ran into nearly out-of-balance after the above unauthorized charging, and i recharge my vodafone account for some urgent calls and again some other packs are also activated automatically and i was charged again. This is so shameful, dishonest, immoral and wicked way of stealing money from its customers. i am tracking my recharging and deductions for last 3 days and found all these. I am now worried/thinking how much money had been deducted like this before- from my account(or from just any other vodafone users account from vodafone itself)
    [I remember similar deduction of Rs 99 had been deducted from vodafone in this same manner and i was told from them this happened because of some technical issue from their end. These things cannot be just a technical issue but rather a fraudulent move]

      Vas service activeted without permission, now when i am requesting to stop this service, no one is listening properly. Customer care reply they will stop the service. I have requested many time but till the time service is activated. I think it is the way of mobile operator companies to active vas services if you asked why they have activated this kind of service they have good excuse that these services are activated with consent of customer. I in myself as customer asking and requesting please don't active such services and please deactivate the service, they say they will deactivate but till the time no action.
      It's like a crime done by company.
      I will sue the company in court.
      I am really depressed company is making fool of poor illiterate persons and not listing a single word.
      I think it's the way of companies to earn revenue.

        I bought a postpaid connection 6 year back and paid a security deposit. And vodafone assured me that your security amount will be returned to you after 6 months but its 6 years and didn't received any security amount yet. Vodafone india is doing this from years to all there postpaid customers. I will also send a rti request to trai regarding this. So i ask all vodafone customers to stay clear from this cheaters.

          I am feeling very ashamed and angry being a highly unsatisfied customer of vodafone, sinch starting none of the committment given to me was even prompt and exists in their plan
          During my meeting with vodafone excecutive while porting my earlier subsciber reliance to vodafone, it was informed to me that for 1st 6th mth 30 gb data will be not charged for usage, in 399 monthly plan.
          It is more painful to even describe that without informing to me in the 3 month only my services the services referred to me changed and vodafone started to charge me on data usage above 2 gb and levied inr 499 data usage charge, i tried to contact their customer care executive but that was more frustrating and useless when they kept me hold fr so long and no solution has been provided, finally i decided to winding up my services and applied for port my number [protected], immediately i received the call from retention team stating that yr data usage charges of inr 499 will be reverse soon and you please drop us a mail for continuation of services since yr concerned has been ressolved now
          Trusting on them i dropped mail for continuation of my services, but i have not received any confirmation message or mail regarding reversal of charges then i called customer care again this time it was more surprising after keeping me hold for 20 minutes one lady from retention team finally attended me and told me that the committment for reversal of charges are not relevant and we will not reverse any charges, even i[censored] want to change your subscriber u first clear entire bill and thereafter only u will proceed further fr discontinuation of yr services, not even listened to point raised by me, if the charges reversal not possible then why i have been told to drop a mail for continuation? And why i have been told that yr charges will get reversed? And during my 3 month of services only i faced such issue where nobody can rely upon and trustworthy customer care their retention team even their sales executive is worst in the industry.
          If excess data charges levied in my bill will not get reversed after confirming to me and such false malpractice will not stop furher by vodafone i will not stop now to escalate this matter to one after other till the time it didn't get resloved and rectify these wrong practices where customer started to feel harassed by servies within 3 month.

              I have been asking for cancellation of caller tune for last 2 years. I have been calling customer care and also sending emails. On receipt of my request for cancellation of caller tune, it is cancelled but immediately there after it is installed without my consent. When i call customer care again they say that i have reinstated caller tune. But it is not true. Please cancel caller tune permanently without reinstating caller tune again. Pl. Refund all the caller tune charges

                  Dear sir,
                  Iam not satisfy with your internet network
                  Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                  To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                  But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                  By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                  1. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                  2. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                  Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...
                  Plz help me... My mobile number is [protected]

                    I used to be an Aircel user. 3 days back i changed to Vodafone and got a new sim card - because of the connectivity issues i was facing with the Aircel network. I got the special bonus FRC of Rs.373 for which i was told that i would be getting unlimited talktime and 2G data for 84 days. However, following the FRC i got a message stating that the 2G data pack is active and valid for only 70 days! Moreover, I am still unable to use mobile data with Vodafone. The mobile data simply doesn't connect! Also when i installed the Vodafone app to seek a solution to the mobile data problem -it mentions that my last recharge was for Rs373 but says that my balance is 0.10 and that i had 0 of 0 data left inspite of the fact that the FRC was for unlimited talktime and 2G data for 84 days. I was not even able to connect to the internet using the mobile data yet and it has only been 3 days since i got the sim and the Rs 373 FRC. What is the meaning of this??? I am seeking a solution to my problem and request the concerned authorities to kindly do the needful.

                          Vodafone has charged me 1500, stating that i have called on 51717. Vodafone is making fool to its customer by charging this much amount to the customer, this is a complete fraud which vodafone is doing in order to make more money. Customers should be aware that mobile service providers are trying to fool us, i want this issue to be resolved & send me the correct bill which contain my rentals, i am not going to pay for the bill which is been additionaly added in my bill.

Also there are no call details in my number and the time given is when I am always driving. So the information is incorrect and it appears to be wrong intentions of someone at your office end. You are requested to enquire and do the needful.

                              I have raised mobile number portability request 3 time over a period of time.
                              Recently within 7 day duration i have tried to 2 time for mnp.
                              I have raised the request on 22nd february 2018.
                              On false pretext they keep on denying me to leave vodafone network.
                              It's kind of forcing me to stay on vodafone network.
                              I am looking for legal action for such unfair trade practice.
                              Please suggest me how to take forward from here.

                                I had recharged my prepaid Vodafone no [protected] for 95 Rs.
                                I got a message saying -
                                Rchrg of MRP Rs 95 on 27/02/18 successful.Tlktime rcvd Rs 0.82, GST Rs 14.49, AccessFee Rs 79.69, New Bal Rs 0.TransID ONR[protected]..

                                Now I am left with 0 balance. What nonsense is this, and what is this access fee that is being charged. Please return my money. Whats the point of recharging my phone .

                                  I have already complained about the problem to vodafone store - kankurgachi on 23rd december 2017. They have deactivated the vas services from my vodafone number on 23rd december 2017 itself. After deactivating the vas services, it was charged again to my next post-paid bill. I have complained the same to vodafone store - kankurgachi again but they did not able to solve my problem. Then i have sent a complain email to vodafonebillonmail. [protected]@ebill. Vodafone.com on 29th january 2018. On the same day i got a reply mail from corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com stating that my vas charges was waive and i don’t need to pay this amount. But after all these communications the unwanted vas charges are again charged to my current month’s post-paid bill.

                                    I (Mobile number: [protected]) had requested for a port-out from vodafone. Next day (I. E.,[protected] i got a call from vodafone backend team they had offered me to recharge with rc249 you will get unlimited calls and 2g data for 56 days. They said that you will get conformation message within 24 hours. I waited for 24 hours but the message had not came. I just contacted customer care through 198 toll free number on next day. They said that you have to wait for another 24 hours for the message to arrive. I again waited for another 24 hours but message didnot came. I again contacted customer support (On[protected] around 8pm) they escalated call to the superior then the superior has told me that you can recharge with rc249 as the offer is available on your number. I tried to recharge that time but it was failed due to some connectivity issues. Again today morning[protected] i contacted once again to conform about the offer. The executive had clearly informed me about the offer and sujjested me to do that rc249. As said by the executive i recharged with rc249. But, the offer is not activated, now they are saying that data pack is activated on your number the offer is not available on your number like that. My question is if the offer is not available on my number how can those 2 executivies will say that you have the offer you can recharge like that. For whom should i have to complain regarding this issue? Everytime customer is only the sufferer. Vodafone people cheats the people.

                                    I got a message [protected]@99, Get unlimited Local, STD & National Roaming calls, for 28 days. Dial *121# and recharge now with Rs.99. When i tried by dialling *121# and input 1 i get a reply pack does not xists. try again later.

                                    Please change for the Postpaid number to Prepaid number.
                                    Reason:
                                    High rate of the monthly charges. so I request to clear the problem.

And this is happening 4th time in last 30 days since i kindly requesting why this thing is happening again and again and also i am suggesting people those who are using this mcent application don't use this app it's waste of time and waste of internet and money too...
