My claim documents were accepted after re-sending the same documents and few arguments and spoon-feeding. Each and everytime they come with new additional document. After all these barriers finally my docs were accepted and they finally sent a repudiation today with a reason which is completely ir-relevant to my query and damage that was mentioned in my claimant form. Not sure who is the claim approver or manager and is there a way to escalate this??? I do not have an escalation number in the site provided.

My claim is for screen damage/ cracks on my mobile
Happened in my office located in chennai
The claim rejection reason was for not filing a police complaint & barring the sim card and incident happened outside indian territory. Dont know when chennai was nominated as a separate country. Funny people in the world still exists in this modern day, atleast happy for that!!
Can someone please take a look at this claim and proceed with further escalation. I would like this claim to be processed. The bad part is i am a prominent customer of vodafone for past 6 years.

      21 rupees were deducted from my mobile account for wwe zone pack without any confirmation message. I want my money back.!!! I m very disappointed.

      Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible...!!!

      How could you deduct the money without the consent of your costumer!!! This is not done... I want my money back as soon as possible...

        My complaint related to post to prepaid migration
        I was paid last bill b4 2 days of billing cycle as per vodafone policy and visited to vodafone store for migration but store manager gives me resion of timeing exicutive said after 6 pm migration process will be close. Again next day i visited for the same but she again give me resion of process change of migration she said send p2p msg and come with rerence id. This is my 2ed visit at store result blank hand.

        On next day i was send p2p msg to care but didn't get any call or reference id msg.
        After 48 hrs i again send same msg of p2p but again their is no reply.
        After 1 weak again send p2p msg but vodafone didn't replyed.
        After that i call to customer care 5 - 6 time but he didn't solve my problem.

        Now my problem is that i have completed all the process and delay from vodafone so i'm not paid bill of dis month because it was not my mistake

          Hey all,

          I am a victim of the same problem. I recharged my phone with rs 509 and after couple of days my sms stops. After calling customer care i was informed that due to negative balance, i am not able to send any sms. I have spoken to somya and asha from the customer service department, and both tried to convince me with stupid logic. When they had no logic they would replace with the version "vodafone procedure". Vodafone is cheating people like anything.
          When i asked for the reason, they said that a sms was sent from my number at 3 am. I asked for the number to whom i have sent the mms, they said as per customer security they cannot provide. So, they denied to provide me the number to whom i have sent mms from my phone... Height of stupidity.

          I asked when i am recharging with 509, why should i be bothered about my main balance again? They have no logic, but to fill in "as per vodafone procedure"

          I asked, when my main account balance was 0 - why did the network even permit sending the mms or any calls? There is no automatic system to bar the calls? - reply is they cannot restrict customer requirements.

          I asked if i was notified with a message or a call, that my account balance is zero. She kept silent... Which means "no" and they are at fault.

          For every thing this to ladies kept on telling either "negative main balance" and "vodafone procedure"

          I do not understand, what kind of service is this. I will take this up legally and all vodafone is at fault. I have the recording of the conversation as well. Would be great if this forum highlights it or i lone have to take this up. Would be helpful if the other victims also joins me.

          Dear sir /madam, I'm trying to get my old Vodafone prepaid number for some necessary need (personal purposes) so kindly give response me, that how I can get it back now
          Sms fails even after recharge. Vodafone lady says it was negative balance problem and told me to add five rupees after which sms was ok. A week later problem is back. I will port.

            Last three days am unable to send message to any body my number was blocked for sms. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. I will send messages to my friends and relatives about a religious greetings... Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block? Kindly resolve this issue. Am with vodafone more than 10 years. Am fed up with vodafone because of this issue.

              I am facing the services issues on vodafone since 5-6 month every time i complained but did not get any solution regarding network problem and unnecessary charges of vas, every time before bill pay i called customer care to settle my amount for vas they promise every time that this time problem not occurs in future but they failed their promise and every time i face the problem now my vas for month january is 750 rs approx how can i pay this husge amount without using unnecessary services.

                I have got the vodafone postpaid connection and gave request for vodafone disconnection by customer care in november 2017. They asked me to pay the outstanding bill.

                My billing date is 20th of every month. So, i paid the outstanding amount till november 2017. Customer care said by mentioning that they will disconnect in 48 hours. But still i am getting bill from vodafone every month. I tried to intimate through customer care but no response. They are sending mails and irritating me. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Please mail me to sarobaskar. [protected]@gmail.com

                  Hello Team, I am not a telemarketer but i have just made a call to one of my client who refused to give my payment put my number on complaint and my number which was with me from last to more than 5 years, has been blocked all of a sudden.                     I visited the Pune, Kalyaninagar store yesterday to convert my Postpaid to prepaid. However store manager told me to send a sms (p2p mobile number) to 199, which I did and got an sms reply saying executive would contact me soon. But i never got any call from any one!

                    Please stop cheating and resolve this soon as possible.

                      I have been charged 1260 saying that i have dialed this number 51717, wherein i had never made this call. Also the information reveal that the call lasted for 90 minutes. I visited the vodafone store twice without much resolution ...There is no solution provided by Vodafone customer support. I am planning to termiante the connection

                        Kindly deactivate my mpesa account, am not using the account for any transactions, this account was open by one of your mpesa agent, without my permission. I don't want to use any such service, just deactivate or i have to forcefully stop using vodafone.
                        Please tell your team to close it as soon as possible, as it's no use for me and am not going to pay any charges on behalf of it.

                          I have recharge 198, according to the recharge and you offer vodafone should have given me 1-1.4 gb net per day, unlimited call (Std & local) & 100 sms per day.

                          When i am going to send sms to any one vodafone deducted 1.00 rupee from my main balance, then i have called your customer care and one of your employee from customer care help desk told me that today is the last day to end this offer time is 23:59. Then she told me to refund the money and take complain. I have forgotten to ask that now how will i send the sms because still i am in the offer. So i have called again to ask about that and susant samanta took the call and i have told him every thing and he replied that "sir your sms felicity has been stopd by 8:44. Becuase you have recharged at 8:44 a. M 28 days ago" then i asked him that vodafone calculate the time 8:44 or vodafone calculates the standerd time that is 00:00 hours to 23:59. He told me vodafone will go according to his rule not your rule.

                          On the same reason one of employee told me that this 198 offer will be expired at 23:59 21st feb 2018 and on the same cause your another employee told me that this offer will be expired by 8:44 21st feb 2018. I ask you does vodafone calculate the time by 8:44 or 00:00 hour?

                            I have faced balance deduction problem in prepaid number.
                            When i have used in postpaid number. I have no issue but now i have migrated in prepaid then i have many problem from balance deduction from my mobile number.

                              I am using vodafone for few months and the network signal drops inside my house. It becomes no service inside the house. I am from chennai, india. I am 4g user and i cannot able to access any of the vodafone services inside the house. It require us to go out and make the calls or connect to mobile network. Please plant a 4g tower near us if possible & rectify the problem asap.

                              The following message appear every week:

                              "Your subscription for Funbox pack has been renewed and RS 49 has been charged. The service will get renewed on[protected]. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223 (toll free), click hyperurl.co/vs, Dial1234 (toll free) for more songs.
                              Security deposits are refunded with deduction of GST.
                              However, I have deposited 500/- INR as a security deposit which was refunded after deduction of GST.
                              Please permanent disconnect postpaid sim [protected]
                              My father not activate any VAS in [protected] mobile number but when he recharge above 50 RS up automatically hello tune activated and we are serially sock when heard hello tune.this happening two times and balance 30-30=60 rs debited.i want refund balance please do the needful...

                                Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to other telecom service.. Then i have started
                                To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                                But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                                By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -
                                I register 2-3 complaints but there was no solution and they block my number also not able to connect to customer care. I want to leave vodafone nd change my number in other telecom provider.

                                  I am complaining about my current operator vodafone postpaid number [protected], in every month various vas charges applied by vodafone, when i complaint their customer care they satisfied that again it's not made on your number & we will remove all charges, but nothing is change they waived some charges but not provide my actual usage or billing amount, past three months i suffer this disease from vodafone, sir please action against this issue because it's a very serious matter due if anyone not having operator mobile application they can't see their charges & blindly pay to companies.

                                    I lost my mobile so took a new sim for[protected] from goregaon east station vodafone store on 19th feb. The sim did not get activated within 2-24 hrs. Again today i had to visit the same store. Same person gave a new sim and admitted that the previous sim activation got rejected from vodafone due to technical reason. The 2nd sim is also not activated now for more than 2hrs, while tat communicated was within 2 hrs today again. Fed up of this false commitments. Need this 2nd sim activated asap. I cannot keep missing my office time and visit vodafone for their mistakes, to get my things done. B

                                        I received call from customer care thrice and they confirmed they will waive off roaming charges plus late fee charges as same was not communicated to me at the time of plan change, i have call recording for same.. But again they said they are not doing it... It is there choice to bill as much charges as they can and then have fake commitments to resolve and then again behave arrogantly...

                                        Please resolve on earliest.. Its too much pain with vodafone team...

                                        Such a poor company, Airtel is much better... I will never prefer this to anyone... Incorrect charges and customer care rep keep harassing me... My charges should not be more then 700+service tax but they charged 2400 ...

                                        I have call recording in which they accepted and that they have mis-communicated regarding plan and that's why they are waiving off the charges, But again I can not see any amendment in the bill... Its such a pain with Vodafone... I will post the recording also everywhere ... If not reverted the charges I will file case too... its not about money its about right or wrong...
