Its more than three weeks now i visited the main vodafone store, they made me pay extra 327 rupees over the bill amount, i was handed over pre paid sim three ago. Still my number is not converted to prepaid. Daily i call their cust care, they simply say by tomorrow we will activate your pre paid sim. And because of this i will end up paying next bill as well.

Any provider will not take more than 5 days to convert post paid to pre paid. But vodafone is taking more than three weeks still no resolution. When i asked cust care to escalate, they say you have to wait sir. My question is how many months i need to wait.

    Many times i tried to port my vodafone number [[protected]], but every time i get "message not sent " from your side . even i have talked with customer care, n they said there is no problem from their side .so now this humble request to you Please resolve this issue and send MNP code. .

      I had done the recharge of rs.25 via paytm on [protected] and got this message
      "rchrg of mrp rs 25 on 22/02/18 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 1.19, gst rs 3.81, accessfee rs 20, new bal rs 0.01. Transid onr[protected].."
      Access fee of rs. 20???
      Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible!
      Why was additional amount of rs.20 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee" and is it fair that i got just rs.1.19 as talktime for the recharge of rs.25 but the new balance still says 0.01..? Is this the quality of service vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same

        I got phone call from vodafone for plan upgrade and paying 3499 for 1999 red plan there would be no rent for 1 year. I didnt approve and asked for mail. I got a mail with the same details and payment qr code and received a call that my plan is upgraded. I checked the app and it showed that plan is changed to 1999.

        I caller customer care to chk and they said that i have red plan 1999 with 3 months deviation on rent.
        I called the exceutive who gave me the plan reg the same, he said sir pls chk in 1 hour time i will get this sorted.

        I called 198 after 1 hour and talked to the executive on 6th feb ard 1230 pm.. And he confirmed to me that i have 12 months free rental.

        After the confirmation i amde the payment.

        But as soon as i made the payment got a call from backend team mr sudhanshu saying that we are checking on your request for plan details and find out its a fraud and no such scheme exists and we are changing ur plan back to prev one and u file fir to take money refund.

        I called the excetive again reg this and sorted clarity and asked for money refund, he said pls wait for some time and i will get this sorted.

        After a while i again receive a msg that the plan is chnaged to 1999 and this exceutive tells ne to trust him as nothing is wrong.

        I called customer care again and asked how is my plan being changed without my consent and ut knowledge if this is a fraud.

        Now its been more than 15 days that i have been following on this and no revert from either vodafone care or back end team.

        The exceutive no is als going switched off.

        I want clarity and help on this asap

          I am krishna kishore pisipati using mobile no [protected] with vodafone postpaid

          i have received upc code VA343672 valid till[protected] and applied for MNP with airtel prepaid on[protected] paying to vodafone advance bill of Rs250/- as i used to get postpiad vodafone bill of around Rs230/-..

          i have received sms from vodafone stating that my porting request has been rejected due to outstanding amount of Rs47- due on[protected].

          immediately i have cleared outstanding amount of Rs47/- and also paid advance amount of Rs50/-on[protected], then called customer care of vodafone and requested for help and they said they were sorry and escalated my number and advised me to apply of MNP again.which i have done with the same upc code VA343672 with airtel.

          As i checked my current bill showing still Rs47/- due on[protected], i again paid Rs100/- to vodafone on[protected] and called customer care, they said they will again escalate my number and the dues will be cleared off and i see that my account is cleared.
          Again i have received SMS the very next day[protected] that my porting request has been rejected due to outstanding due of Rs47/-.

          This is complete harassment of vodafone on me for stopping me to convert to another network.
          when i called the customer care of vodafone they said they cant get the billing details why Rs47/- outstanding is showing even i cleared off every time, and it is the back end team responsibility.

          i have paid a sum of 250+47+50+100 total of 447/- as advance bill even before my bill is generated and all my previous bills are clear time to time.

          please solve the issue and help me to port my number to another network.

            I ported my mobile no [protected] fron reliance to vodafone on 16 nov 17 with postpaid sim. My earlier connection was prepaid and i asked for a prepaid connection because i paid 3200 to airtel for saving my number in 2007 when my children played online games. Vodafone dealer assured me that the bill will be not beyond 500 as 299 + gst will be charged for 21 gb and calling free. Now vodafone billed rs 1160 for 16 november to 16 december and 17 december to january rs 1269. I am unable pay such fraud bill. I request for a redressal and number has been closed since 10 january 18.

              My claim documents were accepted after re-sending the same documents and few arguments and spoon-feeding. Each and everytime they come with new additional document. After all these barriers finally my docs were accepted and they finally sent a repudiation today with a reason which is completely ir-relevant to my query and damage that was mentioned in my claimant form. Not sure who is the claim approver or manager and is there a way to escalate this??? I do not have an escalation number in the site provided.

              Happened in my office located in chennai
              The claim rejection reason was for not filing a police complaint & barring the sim card and incident happened outside indian territory. Dont know when chennai was nominated as a separate country. Funny people in the world still exists in this modern day, atleast happy for that!!
              Can someone please take a look at this claim and proceed with further escalation. I would like this claim to be processed. The bad part is i am a prominent customer of vodafone for past 6 years.

                  21 rupees were deducted from my mobile account for wwe zone pack without any confirmation message. I want my money back.!!! I m very disappointed.

                  Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible...!!!

                  How could you deduct the money without the consent of your costumer!!! This is not done... I want my money back as soon as possible...

                    My complaint related to post to prepaid migration
                    I was paid last bill b4 2 days of billing cycle as per vodafone policy and visited to vodafone store for migration but store manager gives me resion of timeing exicutive said after 6 pm migration process will be close. Again next day i visited for the same but she again give me resion of process change of migration she said send p2p msg and come with rerence id. This is my 2ed visit at store result blank hand.

                    On next day i was send p2p msg to care but didn't get any call or reference id msg.
                    After 48 hrs i again send same msg of p2p but again their is no reply.
                    After 1 weak again send p2p msg but vodafone didn't replyed.
                    After that i call to customer care 5 - 6 time but he didn't solve my problem.

                    Now my problem is that i have completed all the process and delay from vodafone so i'm not paid bill of dis month because it was not my mistake

                      I am a victim of the same problem. I recharged my phone with rs 509 and after couple of days my sms stops. After calling customer care i was informed that due to negative balance, i am not able to send any sms. I have spoken to somya and asha from the customer service department, and both tried to convince me with stupid logic. When they had no logic they would replace with the version "vodafone procedure". Vodafone is cheating people like anything.
                      When i asked for the reason, they said that a sms was sent from my number at 3 am. I asked for the number to whom i have sent the mms, they said as per customer security they cannot provide. So, they denied to provide me the number to whom i have sent mms from my phone... Height of stupidity.

                      I asked when i am recharging with 509, why should i be bothered about my main balance again? They have no logic, but to fill in "as per vodafone procedure"

                      I asked, when my main account balance was 0 - why did the network even permit sending the mms or any calls? There is no automatic system to bar the calls? - reply is they cannot restrict customer requirements.

                      I asked if i was notified with a message or a call, that my account balance is zero. She kept silent... Which means "no" and they are at fault.

                      For every thing this to ladies kept on telling either "negative main balance" and "vodafone procedure"

                      I do not understand, what kind of service is this. I will take this up legally and all vodafone is at fault. I have the recording of the conversation as well. Would be great if this forum highlights it or i lone have to take this up. Would be helpful if the other victims also joins me.

                      Dear sir /madam, I'm trying to get my old Vodafone prepaid number for some necessary need (personal purposes) so kindly give response me, that how I can get it back now
                      Sms fails even after recharge. Vodafone lady says it was negative balance problem and told me to add five rupees after which sms was ok. A week later problem is back. I will port.

                        Last three days am unable to send message to any body my number was blocked for sms. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. I will send messages to my friends and relatives about a religious greetings... Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block? Kindly resolve this issue. Am with vodafone more than 10 years. Am fed up with vodafone because of this issue.

                            I have got the vodafone postpaid connection and gave request for vodafone disconnection by customer care in november 2017. They asked me to pay the outstanding bill.

                            My billing date is 20th of every month. So, i paid the outstanding amount till november 2017. Customer care said by mentioning that they will disconnect in 48 hours. But still i am getting bill from vodafone every month. I tried to intimate through customer care but no response. They are sending mails and irritating me.                               Hello Team, I am not a telemarketer but i have just made a call to one of my client who refused to give my payment put my number on complaint and my number which was with me from last to more than 5 years, has been blocked all of a sudden.                                 I visited the Pune, Kalyaninagar store yesterday to convert my Postpaid to prepaid. However store manager told me to send a sms (p2p mobile number) to 199, which I did and got an sms reply saying executive would contact me soon. But i never got any call from any one!

                                Please stop cheating and resolve this soon as possible.

                                  I have been charged 1260 saying that i have dialed this number 51717, wherein i had never made this call. Also the information reveal that the call lasted for 90 minutes. I visited the vodafone store twice without much resolution ...There is no solution provided by Vodafone customer support. I am planning to termiante the connection

                                    Kindly deactivate my mpesa account, am not using the account for any transactions, this account was open by one of your mpesa agent, without my permission. I don't want to use any such service, just deactivate or i have to forcefully stop using vodafone.
                                    Please tell your team to close it as soon as possible, as it's no use for me and am not going to pay any charges on behalf of it.

                                      I have recharge 198, according to the recharge and you offer vodafone should have given me 1-1.4 gb net per day, unlimited call (Std & local) & 100 sms per day.

                                      When i am going to send sms to any one vodafone deducted 1.00 rupee from my main balance, then i have called your customer care and one of your employee from customer care help desk told me that today is the last day to end this offer time is 23:59. Then she told me to refund the money and take complain. I have forgotten to ask that now how will i send the sms because still i am in the offer. So i have called again to ask about that and susant samanta took the call and i have told him every thing and he replied that "sir your sms felicity has been stopd by 8:44. Becuase you have recharged at 8:44 a. M 28 days ago" then i asked him that vodafone calculate the time 8:44 or vodafone calculates the standerd time that is 00:00 hours to 23:59. He told me vodafone will go according to his rule not your rule.

                                      On the same reason one of employee told me that this 198 offer will be expired at 23:59 21st feb 2018 and on the same cause your another employee told me that this offer will be expired by 8:44 21st feb 2018. I ask you does vodafone calculate the time by 8:44 or 00:00 hour?

                                        I have faced balance deduction problem in prepaid number.
                                        When i have used in postpaid number. I have no issue but now i have migrated in prepaid then i have many problem from balance deduction from my mobile number.
                                        I have complaint many time vodafone customer care and email also.

                                        I want to my balance refund as early as possible.
