Hello, this is maniraj

I am using vodafone for few months and the network signal drops inside my house. It becomes no service inside the house. I am from chennai, india. I am 4g user and i cannot able to access any of the vodafone services inside the house. It require us to go out and make the calls or connect to mobile network. Please plant a 4g tower near us if possible & rectify the problem asap.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The following message appear every week:

"Your subscription for Funbox pack has been renewed and RS 49 has been charged. The service will get renewed on[protected]. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223 (toll free), click hyperurl.co/vs, Dial1234 (toll free) for more songs.
Security deposits are refunded with deduction of GST.
However, I have deposited 500/- INR as a security deposit which was refunded after deduction of GST.
Please permanent disconnect postpaid sim [protected]
My father not activate any VAS in [protected] mobile number but when he recharge above 50 RS up automatically hello tune activated and we are serially sock when heard hello tune.this happening two times and balance 30-30=60 rs debited.i want refund balance please do the needful...

    Iam not satisfy with your internet network
    Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to other telecom service.. Then i have started
    To send sms to 1900 for porting...
    But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
    By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -
    I register 2-3 complaints but there was no solution and they block my number also not able to connect to customer care. I want to leave vodafone nd change my number in other telecom provider.
    Pls resolve my problem

      Dear sir,
      I am complaining about my current operator vodafone postpaid number [protected], in every month various vas charges applied by vodafone, when i complaint their customer care they satisfied that again it's not made on your number & we will remove all charges, but nothing is change they waived some charges but not provide my actual usage or billing amount, past three months i suffer this disease from vodafone, sir please action against this issue because it's a very serious matter due if anyone not having operator mobile application they can't see their charges & blindly pay to companies.

        I lost my mobile so took a new sim for[protected] from goregaon east station vodafone store on 19th feb. The sim did not get activated within 2-24 hrs. Again today i had to visit the same store. Same person gave a new sim and admitted that the previous sim activation got rejected from vodafone due to technical reason. The 2nd sim is also not activated now for more than 2hrs, while tat communicated was within 2 hrs today again. Fed up of this false commitments. Need this 2nd sim activated asap. I cannot keep missing my office time and visit vodafone for their mistakes, to get my things done. B

            I received call from customer care thrice and they confirmed they will waive off roaming charges plus late fee charges as same was not communicated to me at the time of plan change, i have call recording for same.. But again they said they are not doing it... It is there choice to bill as much charges as they can and then have fake commitments to resolve and then again behave arrogantly...

            Please resolve on earliest.. Its too much pain with vodafone team...

            Such a poor company, Airtel is much better... I will never prefer this to anyone... Incorrect charges and customer care rep keep harassing me... My charges should not be more then 700+service tax but they charged 2400 ...

            I have call recording in which they accepted and that they have mis-communicated regarding plan and that's why they are waiving off the charges, But again I can not see any amendment in the bill... Its such a pain with Vodafone... I will post the recording also everywhere ... If not reverted the charges I will file case too... its not about money its about right or wrong...

              I have paid my postpaid bill in vodafone mini store, aruppukottai 626101 tamilnadu. I padi my postpaid bill on[protected].. Till now they didnt pay my bill.. This is not the first time.. Every time they are doing this.. They are not giving proper response to me. I have 7 postpaid connection. And we have 18 connection of my relations.. I[censored] not rectified this problem. I have no other option to change my network..

              Vodafone overcharge the calls sometimes and when I contact customer care, i received a very poor service .Rude and not ready to pass detail information
              You’re barred because you have no service is what I get when I call. What do I do? I tried recharging but still I get the same message
              I removed and put the sim again yet I get the same message
              When I recharged, the recharge amount did not get credited in my talk time
              I did a recharge of Rs. 85 of full talktime but got only Rs. 0.23, there was an access fee of Rs.71.

              Instead of giving me the refund of the access amount vodafone is forcing me to take the amount as talk time balance. This is my money and vodafone cannot force me to take their talk time.

                Since last few months a "call waiting" message is heard while calling to a person even if his call is not going on with someone else. Call waiting message is heard even if a ring is ringing of some one else which should not happen as it creates confusion of non responding the call. Instead a engage tone should be heard if opposite person is not busy in some other call.
                This problem is with all the service providers of mobile.
                Please look into the matter seriously

                  This is reference to mobile number [protected]. Earlier my mobile is in airtel. This is reference to mobile number [protected] regarding unauthorised port from airtel to vodafone. Vodafone marketing lady, her mobile no [protected], called me and offered me a mobile plan in 299 rs (Unlimited internet & calls, roaming incoming & outgoing free, sms free). She send a person for explaining plan & give plan details. He played a trick and said to me to send a sms port on 1900 and said nothing will happen by doing. It is initial request and not for porting. Without your confirmation, porting will not take place.
                  After one week, my airtel sim stopped suddenly. Then i received sms from vodafone that your mobile has been ported from airtel to vodafone.
                  Vodafone offered in 299 rs but today i am seeing in vodafone apps in 499 rs.
                  Now porting should be cancelled because that is done by trick & cheating or vodafone must provide services in rental 299 rs as vodafone executive committed. Request you to look into this matter.

                  In spite of these things, i have given all documents for address proof and id to vodafone store koparkhairane navi mumbai 400709 and i have visited four times vodafone store on 16 & 17 feb 2018 but again vodafone has stopped my mobile services on 19 feb 2018. I am fade up with vodafone sevices.

                  Request to you to look into this matter.

                  There is fluctuation of network and speed of internet is very slow in 4G
                  Mobile network has been getting continued fluctuations. Poor form network stabilization in recent times. Complaint has not taken from VF side. Poor response from customer care people.

                    In a theft on 27th dec, i lost my samsung s8 mobile. Since i had a vodafone red shield cover for my mobile, i thought i would get atleast some compensation for my insured mobile.
                    Even though i duly submitted all listed documentation to support by claim (As prescribed by red shield), my claim was rejected without any adequate proof. I have been constantly seeking a reply or a list of missing documentation/info but it seems red shield team has unilaterally decided to reject my claim.

                    I am a very sr. Level exec working in a mnc & know what it means to disappoint your customer.in this case, i felt betrayed by vodafone red shield in-spite of making me run for almost a month to collect supporting documentation for my claim.

                    I have all original proofs despite my claim is rejected. Very disappointed & i don't know how should i escalate further to ensure others learn from this fraudulent behavior from vodafone red shield team.

                      I had recharged my above mob no today with rs 95 and i could not get the service activated. I visited your mini store in hyderabad and also called calll center help
                      . I gave a missed call twice to[protected] as per the message i received and so far no one called me to address the issue.

                      As of now i am not deriving benefit of recharge of rs 95 for 3 g service

                      Will some one respond now or i have to curse myself for having been a customer of vodafone

                        I had a plan of 299inr, in november, i bymistakely activated 499 inr vodafone postpaid plan but then i deactivated and again started the previous plaan.in jan 2018, i got bill of amount 145 inr which is right and i paid the same. But now, again vodafone generated bill of 622 inr. I didnt use a single byte of data still i paid 625 inr and now again generated bill for feb 2018 is 728 inr. Why i am getting this plan which is deactivated a month before? I need my refund amount 625 inr because i didnt use it. Else i need to switch to another network service provider

                          I have recharged for rs.350. 350 on 16.02.18 for my prepaid number [protected]. Rs. 159.35 has been deducted as international monthly roaming rental and sms charges. But later instead of rs. 190.65 my balance shows rs. 26.26. Even after sending several mails with screenshots no response from customer care which is not fair to do so. Vodafone app too not showing last 5 deductions.

                              Ambattur store has 8 service desks but is manned by 3 customer servive executives. Each executive takes 20-25 minutes to service a custome. Von any given time at least 15 customers wait to meet one of them. Each customer spends 1.30 min-2.00 hours to get to meet the. This is due to some customers could not spend more time and leave the store without meeting and getting to complete their task. What is vodafone store trying to achieve with their poor quality service? The staff are available but not in their desks. I no longer want to be part of this poor service. We don't have this kind of time to spend. Vr. Alagappan, [protected].

                                  Respected sir / madam, my prepaid vodafone no. Is [protected], registered on my name (Pratik khillari) problem i am facing is i don't receive any calls or i cant even call. Message i hear when i call some one is "you are barred because you have no service" steps i took to solve this problem: 1] contacted on customer care : they replied me to recharge my account. I did it as he told me. Recharged with 250/- still same no service 2] again i contacted on customer care : this time they told me, might be your sim is damaged. 3]i have visited to vodafone store, raghuleela, kandivali west. They check in system and told me its all fine. After checking my phone they replaced me new with sim.in result i am facing same problem. Request you to solve my problem from your side. I have no time to visit your vodafone store frequently. Thanks in advance.

                                    I have raised multiple complaints in january 2018 and february 2018 regarding non-availability of network and 4g network in my house. This is problem is only in particular location. I get a call from vodafone and that some engineer will contact. I haven’t received any solution to this. I am planning to file complaint in consumer court and ask for suitable compensation

                                      Dear vodafone,

                                      I am facing poor network problem in uttam nagar for the last 2 years and i have postpaid plan. For uttam nagar i can understand bcoz their signal is not showing (1 or 2) but what is going even if signal is good (That means 5) in sarita vihar but 4g internet not working even signal is showing full. I checked my phone and found no problem.
                                      I did used another operator there network is working fine i. E. There is no problem with the phone. I am not able to open single page of google. If it open it takes about 40 to 50 second for a google search home page.

                                      My query is it is 4g there signal is very weak. Please check as money matters in postpaid.

                                        I am customer of vodafone. I use the 1 gb per day plan provided by vodafone, but the internet speed is very much slower...even i can not browse properly. Even youtube videos buffer. I have contacted in vodafone customer care.. they just tell me to restart mobile or reset network settings. Problem is still remaining. Its like my money is wasting...
