I have registered a complaint regarding the billing and tariff plan change issues in 30th january 2018, till now it is not fixed.
1st week of feb 2018, i received the message from customer care stating that the issue has been resolved, even received feedback call from customer support for the same without resolving the raised issue. I explained them clearly, about the issues and they said the existing plan withdrawn from market, that’s why they have changed my old plan with additional benefits of increased tariff from rs. 299 + tax to rs. 399 with same benefits which i received earlier with rs 299 + tax.
I asked customer care person to redirect my call to higher official. He told me like, they will give the call. But till now, i did not receive any call from customer support and even my issues still persist.
Please do the needful.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
