Since week I am not getting network and internet at J P Nagar 6th phase, Jayanagar 8th block, Electronic city, Marathahalli. First when contacted vodafone customer care, they said it will be resolve before 12th Feb'18, now they are telling it will take 3 months to rectify complaint at J P Nagar 6th phase, Bangalore. Isn't it not the company responsibility to provide service?

    I ported my mobile no:[protected] by sending request to 1900 and received upc no:bv372462 on 24.01.2018 and was valid till 08.02.2018.
    I received another sms on 06.02.2018 from vodafone stating that my porting request has been approved. On 07.02.2018 my sim got deactivated. I obtained a vodafone sim on 08.02.18 from vodafone mini store, ganesh chawk, samastipur.
    Since then i am in wait for the voda sim to be functional.
    I send a mail to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com and got a reply to contact the mini store wherefrom i had taken the sim. I complied and the vodafone executive took up some useless try but finally replaced the sim on 09.02.2018.
    However nothing has happened so far.
    I also forwarder the mail with subsequent update to vodafone appellate authority and waiting for their reply.
    I have suffered many financial losses due to the dead number.

    Phone no [protected] call me day-night repeatedly and asking place of mobile location. call me even at mid night with rough language and ask to know the name, address of this location. The above ph no [protected] call me last 2days repeatedly if i cut then he call again and again.
    I got a replacement sim and was informed it will be active in 2 hours. Its been about 8 hrs. It is still not active. Please assist.
    I am retailer of vodafone I am not receiving any service from your salesman and distributor since 2 months please take a speedy action as my customers are returning back my shop name is Jhuma Stores 79, Mahendra Bhattacharya Road Dalalpukur Howrah -711104

      Worst device... Firstly with the fake plans they attract people n aaj u for a post paid connection.. Once u get the connection they start looting you... Every tym every month they put some extra charges without ur consent. N when u want the change u need to keep on calling n mailing to which they hardly answer n hence ur problem remains the same... U keep complaining but you get no solution.. I had got one connection n after sometime i was not able to call use my services n when i complain firstly they went unanswered n when they responded the answers were all fake my problem continued the same i continued for 2 months like this. Being frustrated with the service threw away the sim card but still these ppl are sending me reminders for payment calling n harrasing by their call n also now sending legal fake notices... I do not understand i[censored]r service is not working why the hell should i pay... U should pay me back for the times i had paid for ur services even when it did not work... So please stop harassing ur customer like this... Understand there is a limit.. If we could pay it earlier we can pay it now too butone will not pay if they do not receive what is promised.
      Stop harassing ppl by calling or sending them mail.

      Vodafone does not respond to me with customer care or I do not have to do my call, I will be annoyed for 10 days.
      Messages can't be send. Nothing solved even after visiting the store. It was said that it will work after 2 hours but no change.
      My mobile number [protected] my balance have been due from any miss mistake plz return my balance Rs. 100
      I have huge network problem during call..
      My data is continuous on when i m on call.
      I m from morbi city and i face this problem last 3 months..
      Plz fix as soon as possible...
      Otherwise i have only option for port..
      Vodafone does not respond to me with customer care or I do not have to do my call, I will be annoyed for 10 days.

        This is for your information that i have connected with vodafone sevice since last 10 years. But last three month they have introduced new plan red 499 that provide 20 gb 4 g internet pack per month. After that problem starts. Internet & call connection look like i am using 1 g connection even at night there was no internet connection available. Call drop i repeatedly complain to various branches (Kalikapur. Sadarpur). But no action can taken. So please do the needful... Otherwise i change your network

          This number is suddenly deactivated while iam talking in phone call. How to deactivate my number without any proper information. If iam not use within 3 months it will block automatically but iam using from 3 months beacuse this number ported from airtel. Even iam clear bill from donor network. Please solve my issue.

            I have requested for a new connection from vodafone
            As discussed with the executive i have asked for a low plan as i'm using an alternate no. So my requirement is less
            I have requested for 149 monthly rental plan but forcefully i have been issued a higher plan of 399 i dont required that
            Also i have raised a complaint regarding it to customer care.. But they are saying they cant help me in this case

              Vadafone team
              I on my vodafone no ([protected]). I have received sms's saying that "re 1 store pack now active" and charges are being deducted.

              As this service has not been requested by me, i would appreciate if someone in vodafone reviews my account, cancel all premium services or service packs and refund me the overcharged amount onto my mobile other wise i will put this complain to the consumer court.

              Kindly confirm once this is actioned.

              I am very much annoyed with this message plzz solve this problem. Plzzz call or give any updates about this complain. And the vodafone customer (198) is also not reciving the call.
              Please give m any other customers service number for my area (bokaro steel city).

                Hi recently in the month of December I ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone. Expecting a good service and network in Bangalore.
                Out of several disturbance I raised a complaint over network issue. Cx told that some technical people will sort this issue that technical engg. Clearly said this problem can't be solved. We are sorry. When i asked for refund for the money invested by me, they simply hung the call. And they don't even care about providing some back up for the situation.
                Very foolish immature cx customer care people. They don't even know what to talk and what problems a customer is facing. Sometimes they say it's my handset problem, where I'm using latest version mobile where other networks work very good that Vodafone

                Let's say problem is with particular location, but why I faced fxxx problem while I traveled all over Bangalore and Hyderabad for last 3weeks. I missed several calls several business calls, lost plenty of opportunities.

                Im looking for a value for money.
                I need my money back or proper response.
                .I shall go to consumer court. I[censored] don't report asap

                    Am vodafone customer and using [protected].
                    This is fourth time vodafone has deducted my balance without ant reason by saying that i have downloaded some kind of game.
                    Last time they revert my balance. Today when i tried to complain im customer care. The customer care executive misbehaved with me n said this is your fault and we will not revert any such balance.
                    This is my humble request to the authority take an appropriate action against this and also against the customer care executive misheaved with me.

                      This is to inform you that my vodafone prepaid number [protected] i would like to update my sim card from 3g to 4g kindly arrange courier 4g sim card to my home address

                      I had request so many times to customer care and customer care are not able to help me even. They suggest me to visit any vodafone store.
                      Their not satisfied with vodafone & harassment by appellate and nodal offices havn't responded back on my compliant...
                      I am trying to reach you from last severn month but unable to do that till now.
                      I am very frustrated from your service. This is cheating by vodafone. Vodafone is playing with customers it seems...

                        I am using vodafone netwok for long time but there is no signal in my location i have complained many times but there is no steps taken to resolve my issue, customer support sending the same response saying currently there is no plan to give signal in my location due to less users.

                        Few weeks before one engineer visited in my location and nothing happened and customer services always trying to ignore me, without any information they stopped the signals in my location pls take necessary action

                          I am using a prepaid vodafone connection. 30 rs was deducted from my balance to activate caller tune that too when i had never requested it. Even after complaining to the customer care my money has not been credited back. Please take this into consideration and credit the money back to the balance.
                          This is the third time i am using the vodafone connection, and still having the same issues. Always some or the other value added services are activated without permission and deduct amount from the balance.
                          Why do we add the balance, to use for calling right. But if balance is deducted for such unnecessary services then whats the use.

                            Hello my name is arun as i'm getting missed calls from a vodaphone user [protected] abusing me continuously by messaging also message filled aid vulgar words gassing me completely.. I'm not sure how to file complain against it my friend suggest it to file complain in consumer forum so i did it as make call to same no. Many time but its always switched off as i'm not sure about no. So i'm waiting for another missed call as soon as i get the exact no i will post in same i will provide full details soon as possible

                              Hi,

                              I have stopped using my vodafone postpaid card on 1st sep 2017. Have cleared my last bill on 31st oct 2017, post which the operator assured that the connection will be disconnected. Now i got an email threatening me that a legal action will be taken, if i don't clear my payment of 593/-. I am surprised at this, since i thought the connection was deactivated 3 months back.

                              Please advice.

                                I had visited a vodafone mini store in my locality to convert my post paid connection to pre paid. They told me to come back after paying my latest bill. As soon as the bill for january 2018 was generated on 7.2.18, i paid the bill and visited the store again. I was told to send as sms - p2p to 199.in reply i received an sms that i will be contacted within 48 hrs regarding the migration. As there was no call from vodafone i sent the sms twice again on 9.2.18. Till date there is no response.

                                    I would like to deactivate/ cancel this number +91 [protected], as at the time of purchase i was provided with wrong information about the plan.
                                    When i ask the csr to cancel deactivate this number, and that i would be willing to pay the bill of this month as i have been using it, he says that i simply must use this number for 90 days.
                                    I apologise but i simply refuse to pay for a service i dont want to use, and if vodafone has this policy, its extreamly shadey and underhanded of them to not inform the customer regarding the same when they are purchasing the plan.
                                    So do cancel deactivate this number +91 [protected].

I have face the problem on dated 6th of february and from evening 6 to 7, a complete network fall (No stability of network) for every fraction of second network connecting and disconnecting due to this i have lost 1 l rupees, actually i have price negotiation but due to this vodafone network i lost it..
                                      I gone through customer care more than 1 hour and for connecting that people it's take a minimum 30 min's, because of your network i lost my money and 1 hour valuable time.
                                      Every day exact at 12 am the network will gone that to for minimum 10 mins.

                                        I have already launched my complaint couple of times against vodafone just charging me the bills but not providing the facilities at all i am terribly pissed on this noone is interested to solve it plus i am adding the screnshot if what speed i receive for my 4g data and now they have put a dialler tone saying pay the bills what bill should i pay when i dont get the services only i am just tired of this as i am complaining it since long time and they are just not solving the problems just not i pay for 4g speed and what speed i receive is 0.23mbs and all i never get a speed anywhere all over just please solve this problem or else much high time now i take some actions
