My outgoing messages are barred without any valid reason. I am not able to send any text messages. It has been more than 5 days that customer care has not resolved the issue. There is not any issue in network or phone. Since I am facing trouble as I am not able to send any of text message as it shows message sending fails. Customer care is taking too long to find problem.

    I have been taken a roaming outgoing free plan after discussion in Vodafone care and local care center on my no [protected].but Vodafone charged for roaming outgoing call. No one give any response while complaint on customer care and by mail to up West complaint id .
    Vodafone stop my outgoing call so I have pay for the month of Nov and again Vodafone raised new bill and there person following for bill while no one taking action on my complaint.
    Please look into letter and adjust my previous bill.

      I raised a complaint on Data & calls issue been faced in Urapakkam on Jan 31 st after an week issue been observed by myself. Still issue not resolved by your technical team
      Ticket number:[protected] I am unable to make and receive calls and use my 25 GB data due to this. I kept asking for an update with CUSTOMER CARE and technical person spoke to me on 1st Feb and asked to use the sim on different mobile and explained him its done and issue is faced only in Urapakkam not other places. Issue is been faced for 3 mobiles includes Nokia basic phone. Issue is like while connected to 4G no data and calls able to done, incoming calls get freezed and call takes 10-15 mins to get connect on 4g. Tried on 3g services it takes 10 mins calls to get connect. I was able to connect calls while on 2g network. They said their is an issue in local end and confirmed working on it. I can't use 2g for my work

      I work as Cyber forensic analyst I need high speed internet access mostly thats why choosed Vodafone.

      Really i got frustated of your service that i came across in vodafone store chromepet, Executive who handled me was Mr.Mohan who was answering lothagically and showing response in an attitude way not in an customer support person. I waited in store frm 11:45 and got called by 1PM which almost 2 hours of wait. I requested him to change my postpaid to prepaid he replied to me like go no and come back on 23rd of next month as billing date is on 20th it was like an order he was not ready to ask why are you changing. Later i explained my issue he raised his voice and asked show me the message you received it was like interrogating me. He kept saying no one else complaint about this and no issue been logged for this he was pointing to me as i am an Liar. He kept saying go and come back next month he can't help on this. He was pointing someone else and saying he too from urapakkam he is not reporting any issue. He kept saying no one else reported if so we might have got plenty of calls in Tambaram office. CUSTOMER CARE executive confirmed there is an network glitch happend in Urapakkam tower. He not even checked the ticket and kept pointing only you are facing the issue he might have thought i am pointing for waiver this issue if so i would have paid by bills today. I was planned to move to prepaid from postpaid. He didn't respect my designation and replied lothagic i could have raised my voice or physically exhausted at my situation bein polite other customers should not get panic of my activity.

      I am really frustrated and walked away immediately from the store and called CUSTOMER CARE and explained and requested to take an cancellation request of my three numbers and they were polite and transfered CALL TO senior person Mr.Sabari he logged an complaint[protected] he said action will be taken against the person in store.

      Why do i need to submit my proof again for prepaid connection, already number is being linked with aadhaar card he gave an great explanation which PM could give award for that.

      I want to know whether proper training been given to executive about politeness and handle the way. How can he be rude and irrespectful and laid over by words.

      So far everyone aware Airtel is looting data pack and no response to customers in that list Vodafone was good so far being straight and giving more offers and good response to customers but now i came to know its no longer.

      All i wanted is to move myself to prepaid from postpaid or cancel my service immediately. Sure no longer to visit the store and use vodafone and recommend to anyone.

      Ruined your service and name been maintained of ### in store. If he wants to stand up and raise voice and top of the customer have him and get ruined your name of such an pathetic person in store.

      If no action from your end i am ready to port to anyone other network or cancel the number.

        Hello, This is Nivrutti Agrawal and my number is [protected] and the same is on my father's name Mr. Arun Agrawal. I have exorbitantly charged Rs. 670 for value added services which I did not even apply for. I had called the customer care department on 5th February 2018 to register this issue and the Sr. Manager assured that he has registered the complaint against it and the amount will be deducted from my bill within 48 hours. thereafter, I called the customer care again on 7th February 2018 in the afternoon around 12pm and the customer care person had put me on hold (in the name of transferring my line to Manager) for almost 1 hour. This clearly shows the lethargic and negligent attitude towards the Customer. The Customer Care team is absolutely non-supportive especially the managers as they falsely promised to register the complaint against it and they have failed to do the same.
        Due to this, I have faced immense mental harassment and torture as the customer promised to address this issue and have not done it.

        I hereby request you to kindly reverse my amount and deduct the same from my current bill cycle as I have been WRONGLY charged due to the fooling and illegal activities of your THIRD PARTY TIE UP as they activated the value added services without my prior permission. I also request you take a strict action against the employees who attended my call during that duration and did not register my complaint due to which I faced the mental harassment.

        I hope Vodafone believes in satisfying the issues of the customer and would want to retain the customer or else it will force me to port my number to other telecom company due to the ignorant attitude of Vodafone.

          I am Sathish.v user of Vodafone network (+91 [protected]) i am using our network more than 15 months, I'm getting over bill every month and I stopped using the number last two months my outstanding amount is 1000rs, Last November 2017 I visited Your T.nagar North Usman Road Show Room To Pay My Bill And Change My Sim Into Prepaid, Your Team Will Told Me To Come After 25/11/2017 To Change Prepaid Request In Next Bill Cycle So I Came On 28/11/2017, But He Told Me Pay Full Rental To Close and Transfer into Prepaid.
          Why He Is Not Informing Me To Close Before 25/11/17?
          Why This Much Of Delay To Change Into Prepaid ?
          Is That My Willingness To Sustain Still In Vodafone Is WRONG?
          Help Me To Resolve My Issue.I Can Only Pay My One Month O[censored]sed Rental if it's not done I will port transfer my network to other service provider and still I am not satisfied with your service provided by your customer care executive.

            I had a postpaid vodafone number [protected]. I blocked this number 7 or 8 months back since my phone got stolen. I called vodafone customer executive and followed the policies and blocked this number. After 7-8 month now i am getting a demand notice for this number.

            Note, at this moment this number is used by another person then why shall i be responsible to pay some amount to clear this demand notice.

            Vodafone is playing with customers it seems.

              This is to inform you that i (Rejesh george) residing in kakkanad, ernakulam had taken an vodafone prepaid connection in august 2011 from ernakulam vodafone office. I used the connection till december 2017.in the month of december 15th, due to a short visit outside india, i stopped using this connection. I came back to ernakulam this month (February 2018). When i tried using my vodafone connection, i got message that the sim registration failed.

              On the same day, i contacted customer care and got info that due to non-usage of the connection for 3 months, it got discontinued. On their advice, i took all the necessary documents, and cash and visited the nearby vodafone office (Vodafone retail store adimaly, idukki) for renewing the registration with purchase of new sim card.

              They checked and confirm after 3 hours for that number ([protected]) disconnected and go to sale for local market thereafter (Evening) the store executive called my phone and told that number blocked in their muvattupuzha store for three days but if you want that number get connection only in post-paid therefore we remit rs 500/- for vodafone muvattupuzha store.

              I was always a loyal customer to vodafone - thought this is one of the best-prepaid brands in india. I using this connection past 7 to 8 years as prepaid i need retain my number as prepaid but vodafone executives told if you want that number go for post-paid why this kind of irresponsible and improper service has made me to think to opt for another brand.

              I am very disappointed with the service. I took leave from my busy work schedule and took all the pain in calling the customer care, visiting the branch personally – only for getting that old mobile number. Atlast, the service & the outcome from vodafone was not at all satisfactory.

              Please give me explanation why this kind of irresponsible service was rendered from vodafone.

              I need my own number ([protected]) back at any cost. Vodafone had assured me that this number will be activated. Hopes should not be broken. This is an important message, accord priority

When i spoke to my bank they are asking an email confirmation from the biller stating that the payment is not made successfully to vodafone number. This has been going for 15 days i have provided all the necessary information to vodafone company which was provided by my bank and they still say its invalid information

                  Dear all,

                  Greetings of the day!

                  This mail is in regard to my vodafone number +91-xxxxxxxxxxxx, which i am using almost more than 4 years. I believe, vodafone was for me a good service provider, until i faced problem for last 3 days.

                  So far, i lost balance 133 rs on 3rd feb 2017 for unknown reason, upon calling customer care i was told that deduction was done for value added service, which i never used, moreover i am a business man, i don't have time for these kind of thing to activate. It was so frustrating, as call was technically stopped, i realized only, when i couldn't make any call to 198. At the end because of poor service i opted for number portability, then i got a call from vodafone and i was assured that balance will be refunded in 24 hours. I waited more than 48 hours, just to mention i tried to contact on 198 from my friends' number and i was told to wait another 24 hours.

                  I was given the complaint reference no [protected] by shubham. Now i spoke to another customer care representative name ravi gautam, he mentioned that money was deducted for data. This sounds really ridiculous, as everyone has given different information.

                  I am really disappointed with this kind of service given my vodafone. This is really unexpected, how vodafone is deducting money just for no reason and upon complaining customer is getting so many reasons.

                  I will request you to look into this matter and refund my money at the earliest.
                  I hope, you will not disappoint a customer already using your service for 3-4 years. Hopefully, i wont need to go for other alternatives.

                    I recharged my vodafone number for rs 198 plan in which calls are unlimited and data 1 gb per day and 100 sms free for 28 days. I have recharged on 15 01 2018 the validity is ending on 12 02 2018 from tiruchirapalli region. From 4th onwards they deactivated data plan and 5th onwards deactivated calls/sms. I registered complaint through 198 (Voice) they replied problem will solved after 48 hours. Till 6.02 2018 problem not solved and customer care persons again extended time for 48 hours.

                    I have recharged my vodafone mobile number for rs 198 on 15.01.2018.in this plan everyday i can utilise 1 gb data and unlimited calls and 100 sms free for 28 days. Without any request company deactivated call, data and sms of my mobile on 4.02.2018. I have registered voice complaint to customer care they replied within 48 hours the problem will be solved. But still not solved again they extending the problem for further 48 hours.

                      I paid full billed amount and extra amount for 10 days in advance and requested for port on the same day. They still not ported my number and delayed for 7 days and after that when i mailed to their corporate i'd they called on02 feb and requested me to submit the port request again. Again they rejected with the reason that my payment for 10 days is not sufficient and asking me to pay extra one month bill. I request you to resolve my problem as they delayed the issues at their end and suffering the customer who paid an amount 10 days in advance.

                        How come mobile company add charges in the bill without customer confirmation. By just clicking on the ads. Childrens unknowingly click on the ads and get subscribed and charges are deducted. I[censored]ser needs to subscribe to games then they can directly go the game site and subscribe and pay the amount. Who is authorizing the mobile service providers to automatically add charges to the bill. Every banking and financial transactions are otp based, then why such subscription are not otp based.

                        Vodafone give me a plan in which they provide unlimited calls but now they can charged me.I am not in roaming area.They frude me with plan.And the customer care don't respond any call.Different subscription pack are automatically activated and balance are deducted with out information.

                          I travelled abroad for a week. Since i was new to vodafone they asked me to pay a deposit of 10000 rupees for activating international roaming mentioning that it will be deposited back to my account with 7 working days once am back to india and giving them a call. After coming back raised a request - request number :[protected]. The customer care representative promised that it will be refunded in 7 working days. After a week when i call back, they say it will take 30 to 45 days. The number of days is to ensure that they collect money and put it in some kind of investment?. And collect the profit and give us back. I think they need to be audited for the same. The transaction data can be used to do some analytics to see if they are doing something like this.

                            Hi team,

                            By way of introduction, i am nikenth from cochin. I have been using vodafone corporate connection. I was told that the monthly charges will be 249+tax/month and i have been charged 349+tax every month. Every time i had to call their customer support to raise complaints and ended up with no response. Today morning i have called them to get the complaint numbers and unfortunately they only gave me with last one[protected].

                            I had call with nodal office and they have helped me to adjust the bills for the month of january but again i got the 349+tax bill for this month. I have tried to reach out to kerala nodal and appellate ([protected] and [protected]) and both the numbers doesn't seems to work.

                            I did contact the local store and the response from them is very disappointing. I was mislead by their fake promises and opted for this worst service.

                              Hello i am o. A. Thomaskutty i am using vodafone since 2006, i am under maharashtra and goa circle. I am facing problem since november 2017 when i switched to vodafone 4g supernet from 1.5g. Earlier i felt it can be some worms or trojans in my android system but afterwards i came to know it happens from vodafone's network itself. They are eating up my balance by different vas services for me without my consent, even i don't come to know when this happens. Earlier when i called them that refunded me two times but afterwards they are giving false promises and has never refunded my money. On 31st january 2018 they deducted my 18rs. Everytime if any recharge i do they deduct my maximum amount leaving 1 or 2 rs or even o re balance. Now when i call the toll free customer care, they aren't connecting me to any executive.                               Hello I am O.A.Thomaskutty I am using vodafone since 2006, I am under Maharashtra and Goa circle. I am facing problem since November 2017 when I switched to Vodafone 4G supernet from 1.5G. I switch off my data even while I sleep, I only switch on my data for 15-20 minutes. Once at night 2:30 am there was a deduction when I was sleeping and my data wasn't on. Earlier when I called them they had refunded me two times but afterwards they started to assure false promises and has never refunded my money. On 31st January 2018 they deducted my 18 Rs. Every time after any talktime recharge I do they deduct my maximum amount leaving only 1 or 2 Rs or even O Re balance. now when I call the toll free customer care, they aren't connecting me to any executive.                                 We are having a corporate connection of 14 nos. without intimating us all the outgoing of nos.have been barred and all the bill are already submitted .this is the worst thing i have ever experienced with any telecom services.

                                  I am very frustrated from your service. I am trying to reach you from last two days but unable to do that. From last two days, i can't make calls after spending rs.458 for 84 days. I had a word with your customer care representatives but they are making me fool. They all are accepting the mistake but no one ready to help me even they are disconnecting the call.

                                  I don't want to be your customer, please return my money back.

                                  Kindly response otherwise i will take really strict action against you.

Im facing this proble from last 4 days. this is very frustrating after 200 paymnet . I am trying to reach you from last two days but unable to do that. From last two days, I can't make calls after spending Rs.200 for 28 days. I had a word with your customer care representatives but they are making me fool. They all are accepting the mistake but no one ready to help me even they are disconnecting the call. Vodafone is very bad please return my money .very bad service

                                    Hi,

                                    I have ported my mobile# [protected] from idea to Vodafone last November 2017. On January 10th 2018 it had been deactivated without any prior information due to non payment of settlement of the bill of idea. Then I paid all the dues to old network (idea) on 13th January and sent all the details documents to the current service provider (Vodafone) through email. However on 27th January again my mobile number had been deactivated for the same reason which happened on January 10. I used to call the Kerala customer care twice a day for a resolution. They always had given assurance to solve this ASAP through the phone, but did nothing. Then I started calling my relationship manager plenty of times. He offered me a new sim card before 5 days and that yet to be delivered to me. Please let me know do I need to keep my relation with Vodafone or not?. The mobile number which I mentioned above is an old number. I cannot surrender/loose those number at any cost. Please make any sensible services which you people always advertise "happy to help"???????/

                                      I have recharged for 509 offer with unlimited call and net and 100 sms.Today i don't know how 100 sms limit has been completed after few messages my balance was being deducted for each message so i charged a sms offer for Rs.5 still my balance is being deducted for each message, this is cheating.Now my balance is 0.When i contacted your customer care they are shouting at me i am very much disappointed with vodafone

                                        My vodafone number is [protected]...Recharge saturday night 3 feb 2018 rs 94. And rs 22... that night balnce 43 Rupees deducted...i dont know why deducted my balance .customer care told me that download some apps...i am using mobile last 8 years ago...and today 5 feb 2018 rupees 20 deducted of my account vodafone...plz take legal action and i want refund my money back.
