Vodafone is charging me since 1/2/2018 for data which i did not use. I get repeated messages about deductions like this:
Session date: 01 or 02 or 03 or 04.02.2018
Consumed volume: 0.000 mb or 0.001 mb or more
Session cost: rs.0.04 current (Sometimes 0.08 or 0.16 when volume is shown more.)
Balance 226.28 inr for 1 hour (At 1.27 p. M. Today 4/2/2018.)
Unlimited data dial *444*4#
My balance was rs.229.95....

Each time i try calling any number i have to listen to a 20 sec mpesa ad or about some other service of vodafone... Pls help me get rid of it... My vodafone no. Is [protected]

I have sent a port sms near by 22 jan 2018, as convinced by vodafone operator telecoller for the 350 rs. Monthly rental plan and they taken my documents and provided their sim to me.

I am absolutely shocked, angry and irritated by your foolish tricks to charge me unnecessarily for those stupid services which i never bought.
I would like to assert that i am continuously being charged for 100's of vas (Value added services) which by the way i have never opted for.

Initially i had postpaid connection for which i did not face any network problem at all. But when i switched to prepaid connection for the same number, network problem started. I usually have to restart my cell phone 4, 5 times in a day to get the network. This is the worst experience i had from vodafone.
I hope you guys will take it at high priority, otherwise i have to port my number to other provider...

I have not seen any network to be as bad as this so called vodafone network.. They are here to betray their clients, pathetic 4g service.. I am very disappointed from vodafone company thay daily basis deduct money from my phone and i have lodge many complaints in their customers care number but they are not going to stop this.
Please resolve this issue on urgent basis otherwise i will take another option.

The cheap ad that vodafone plays before the caller tune starts totally ruined the purpose. They are charging money and doing their own marketing... Horrible. These companies have so cheap mindset of fooling their customers. I am paying for caller tune service. I dont want my callers...

I am in the plan of Rs 399 in this plan they are giving 10GB.after 10GB they were charging 50 paise per MB that details they are not givin in the plan they have charged 499 for just 1GB usage.

I had made the complete payment in the month of december as to whatever was pending and have sent emails and called up vodafone executives to cancel the services.

In spite of the fact, i have been getting monthly e-bills and am getting constant calls for paying them.

I requested to port my vodafone number to other network due to its low service standards. I port out the request, all the documents are processed, i payed the complete bill. They rejected my port request saying bill was not payed. Again i payed the bill twice assuming a smooth port out as i am fed up of receiving calls from to be ported network.
