I am in the plan of Rs 399 in this plan they are giving 10GB.after 10GB they were charging 50 paise per MB that details they are not givin in the plan they have charged 499 for just 1GB usage.
kindly see the below message from vodafone about the plan information.

You are now active on RED Basic Plan which GUARANTEES you Unlimited calls to any Local or STD number anywhere in India. You get 10GB data & you can carry forward your unused data upto a total of 200GB. This plan guarantees some of the BEST Value Adds like Free subscription to Vodafone PLAY (Click http://bit.ly/2hZktn7 ).All this at Rs399/month

    Please note, i was using vodafone data services with the number [protected].

    I had made the complete payment in the month of december as to whatever was pending and have sent emails and called up vodafone executives to cancel the services.

    In spite of the fact, i have been getting monthly e-bills and am getting constant calls for paying them.

    This is a heightened case of irresponsibility and callousness.

    Please look into the issue.

      Hi team,
      I requested to port my vodafone number to other network due to its low service standards. I port out the request, all the documents are processed, i payed the complete bill. They rejected my port request saying bill was not payed. Again i payed the bill twice assuming a smooth port out as i am fed up of receiving calls from to be ported network. Today they called, after new billing cycle started saying me that to send message again for port out request. I have to pay bill at two places. I am really fed up receiving this kind of service being loyal customer for 7 years

        I am not able to do conference call through my vodafone number and also i am not able to contact customer care for any issue whichever i am facing. I am struggling a lot after trusting on vodafone.

        This kind of service was never expected from vodafone and i am regretting now after porting my number.

          Hi i am using a vodafone number since 5-6 years problem which i am facing now i never face such this month bill which i have received is too much when i called up to customer care they are saying that you have downloaded some stuff from google play store but i have not downloaded anything at all they have charged me for this 2084 rupees there's still claiming that you have download it from google play store and charges are made correct but this is very true that i have not been notified while charging and i never download anything from google play store for that much of amount i have requested to them several times that i have not downloaded they are not understanding saying that it's correctly charged on your account i would kindly request you to solve my issue with the waiver i can't make that much payment thank you so much.

            My mobile no [protected] and today i have not logged in in any website. I have been continuing package for use of net as well as voice call. Unfortunately today while calling at 2.50 p. M i got a notice with the remark that no balance available in your mobile and while checking i got a message the use of 10.24 mb data pack and the same immediately posed to increase my mental agony.
            Such type of acts surely turnish the image of the co. Towards earning bad name in the industry. Hope to make discreet inquiry for such acts.

              I recharged my balance for 25 rupees and in which i jst received rs 1.2 n the access fee was rs20!
              Why is the access fees so high?!!!
              And this is not for the first time!!!
              What kind of service is this?i think i should port my sim card to other service providers atleast they dont change this high access fees for nothing and also they care about their users!!

                  With due respect I like to draw your attention to the fact that I have
                  been a bonafide customer of Vodafone Mobile Services since one and half year, having a post paid connection no. [protected]. Now, I want to change mypost paid connection to pre paid connection with the same mo. but the
                  said service provider(Vodafone mobile services) has been harrassing me
                  for last six months in this respect. I have requested the Vodafone
                  Store Manager, Nanurchak, Midnapore, Paschim Mediniour, West
                  BengalOin-721101, several times to do the needful but they have been
                  just harrassing repeatedly ignoring
                  my urgency of prayer even after taking the xerox copy of my Adhar Card & a
                  paspiort Photo copy. After meeting the local Vodafone Store Manager,
                  Mr. Argha Dey, several times, I contacted the customer executive
                  helpline (198) . They assured me that my prayer would be considered
                  immediately if I meet local Vodafone Store Manager for the last time .
                  I met him and told the fact again. He arranged me a new prepaid SIM
                  and told me to connect when the tower of the old SIM will disappear. I
                  waited for this signal but still the old tower is available on my
                  mobile set. They got me signed on an prepaid connection appl. form
                  after providing this new SIM. But my post paid connection is still
                  active which I don't want to continue any more.
                  Under this curcustances I like you to interefere with my problem and
                  solve this at the earliest.
                  Hope your goodself will do a favour and the proper justice.

                  THE LOCAL VODAFONE STORE MANAGER, SRI ARGHA DEY AND OTHERS ATTACHED HERE HAVE BEEN MISGUIDING ME SINCE 5-6 MONTHS. I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL REQUISTE DOCUMENTS, PHOTOGRAP AND THEY GOT ME SIGNED ON AN NEW CONNECTION FORM. THEY HAVE ALSO GAVE ME ONE NEW SIM FOR PREPAID CONNECTION WHICH THEY DID NOT ACTIVATE TILL DATE. UNDER THIS SITUATION I THROWN OUT MY POST PAID SIM AND TAKEN ANOTHER CONNECTION OF ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. SO, I WANT YOU TO TAKE PROPER STEPS AGAINST THESE PERSON WHO ARE INTENTIOINALLY HARRASSING THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE ALSO LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST MIDNAPORE VODAFONE STORE TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE IN THIS REGARD.

                      This is to infrom you that i am vodaphone consumer for more then 5 year. Today i call CUSTOMER CARE regarding some query. Csr Nibetha infrom me regarding same but i was not satisfied, so i ask transfer the CALL TO TL.She refuse it stating i will not transfer i ask her multiple time she was rigid when i ask the reason she failed to give proper reason. I told her that i will complaint she said do i don;t care. I revert her hardly.What kind of ###ic Customer service executive you have what;s wrong transfering the call.while i asking her she disconnected the call.How a customer executive of number 1 company in telecom sector in world do this kind cheap this.It is simply intolerable.

                      I call again to CUSTOMER CARE they put my CALL ON hold.I ddi'nt remember her name.I tried to reach CUSTOMER CARE number but it was not connecting make sure my number get connected.
                      Nibetha most irritating and Selfish pathetic.

                      Best part is that no one of your official taking care of it .I e-mail this issue to every concern team no one taking care of.They are only care about there salary.

                      Then Vodaphone Essclation team call me on 1st of Feb her name is Vodaphone your esclation team is playing cricket or what. Every 10 mints advisor are changing.

                      First it was Sowmya she called me on 1st of Feb explain her in detail she assured me it will resolved but on 2nd of Feb she e-mail me i think YOUR QUERy is been resolved in future call for further assistance.Intresting part is that esclation team make complaint CALL TO query call.She assume that "so called"Query is been resolved.Yesterday i call 4-5 time she did't receive the call.This type of attitude will not work.

                      Divya e-mail me i will take care of account till know she taking care of my account.
                      Waseem e-mail i will take care of your account.he is also doing the same.

                      Vodaphone when it come to sale you want to do it asap, when it come to complaint and service it will take several days.It shout to First Call Resolution.

                      You don't remember you own policy this shows if Company is like this product will be like ### Csr Nibetha who deal the customer in Unprofessional Manner.

                      Now Sowmya and Divya is doing the same. you make Complaint CALL TO Query call why trying to be so smart.

                      Vodaphone not have capable person to solve this issue.Esclation Team is sitting on chair Hatching Eggs or what.

                        I need to return my ballancs amount. Because. Iam deactivated my VAS service on my number which name is mobisutra fusion pack.I deactivated this pack on 1/01/2018.
                        So I requested you to returne my balance amount of Rs35.
                        returne my balance in one day.
                        Don't forgot this problems and shortly returned my balance.

                          Hi,
                          Recharged Vodafone through Vodafone.in for Rs.458 pack on Jan15, 2018. Mobile issue number: [protected].
                          When I recharged, after payment, there was Server error from Vodafone.in.

                          Recharged 3 times, as first two times there was No Successful order completion message received.
                          But money got deducted 3 times.
                          I would like the refund for 2 times (Rs. 458 + Rs. 458).

                          Issue in detail:

                          Recharge on 1st try - No Successful order completion message received; No RC message received in my mobile.

                          RC on 2nd try - No Successful order completion message received; No RC message received in my mobile.

                          Immediately I called Customer care and confirmed that no RC was done both the times, and he assured money will be refunded back to Bank Account within 3-5 working days.

                          Proceeded RC on the 3rd time, only after getting confirmation.

                          RC on 3rd time - RC was successful; Successful Order confirmation received, RC message received on mobile.

                          But the amount deducted for first two times are not received.
                          When I contact customer care yesterday, they didn't respond well, and are rude with the customer.

                          I am really frustrated with such a attitude from Vodafone CustomerCare, and would like to take this complaint to next level.

                          Hope this place could solve my issue.

                            Sir i have requested for port from airtel to vodafone. I have given all the documents and sim details to the vodafone executive on 24 jan. I have paid all the dues to airtel and even a advanced payment to airtel but my number has not ported yet.

                            My bill cycle will start again on feb who will be responsible if this request end and what is the use of port if i have to stay with airtel and noboday response for the request.

                                For a few days i am facing trouble regarding internet speed. I have had made a recharge of rs.198 pack (1gb/day, unlimited calling and 100sms/day). But i am now facing a poor internet speed both in browsing and downloading. I'm from rabindra nagar, midnapore town, paschim medinipur, west bengal. Really its annoying to face such problems. So, please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                  I had made a security deposit on august 2017, to activate international roaming of rs 3000/-

                                  Post reaching bangalore on 15th of september the requst for refund was raised, the refund was supposed to get reversed by 45 working days which would be 2nd of january, i did a follow-up on the refiund from jan 2nd, i dont get proper response on the same. And post after doing multiple follow-ups' the deposit is still not refunded.

                                  I need to issue a leagal notice for vodafone on this. Please suggest.

                                    This is regarding Vodafone mobile network speed. Vodafone stated 448 plan to give 3g/4g speed internet. But when started using service speed is too low not even 2g speed. I need atleast 3g speed otherwise i want money back.

                                      This is to infrom you that i am vodaphone consumer for more then 5 year. Today i call customer care regarding some query. Csr Nibetha infrom me regarding same but i was not satisfied, so i ask transfer the call to TL.She rufuse it stating i will not transfer i ask her multiple time she was rigid when i ask the reason she failed to give proper reason. I told her that i will complaint she said do i don;t care. I revert her hardly.What kind of idiotic Csr you have what;s wrong transfering the call.

                                      Look into this natter on serious note.

                                      Nibethis the most irritating and selfis pathetic Csr which i have ever seen.
                                      Vodaphone when it come to sale you want to do it asap, when it come to complaint and service it will take several days.It shout to First Call Resolution.You don't remember you own policy this shows if Company is like this product will be like ### Csr Nibetha who deal the customer in Unprofessional Manner.

                                      When it come to rating it is not even Zero it is Minus.

                                        Hi Team

                                        This is to inform you that My Mobile No [protected] is ported from Vodafone to JIO. It is the general rule that change of operator is possible only after clearance of overdue amount . I have paid all my outstanding amount and my number is already ported to Jio Number.
                                        After 3 months Vodafone customer care is asking and intimating me to pay the overdue amount of RS 442 which is unacceptable.

                                        Kindly do the needful and response on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.Don't hesitate to contact me at [protected].
