Sir,
With due respect I like to draw your attention to the fact that I have
been a bonafide customer of Vodafone Mobile Services since one and half year, having a post paid connection no. [protected]. Now, I want to change mypost paid connection to pre paid connection with the same mo. but the
said service provider(Vodafone mobile services) has been harrassing me
for last six months in this respect. I have requested the Vodafone
Store Manager, Nanurchak, Midnapore, Paschim Mediniour, West
BengalOin-721101, several times to do the needful but they have been
just harrassing repeatedly ignoring
my urgency of prayer even after taking the xerox copy of my Adhar Card & a
paspiort Photo copy. After meeting the local Vodafone Store Manager,
Mr. Argha Dey, several times, I contacted the customer executive
helpline (198) . They assured me that my prayer would be considered
immediately if I meet local Vodafone Store Manager for the last time .
I met him and told the fact again. He arranged me a new prepaid SIM
and told me to connect when the tower of the old SIM will disappear. I
waited for this signal but still the old tower is available on my
mobile set. They got me signed on an prepaid connection appl. form
after providing this new SIM. But my post paid connection is still
active which I don't want to continue any more.
Under this curcustances I like you to interefere with my problem and
solve this at the earliest.
Hope your goodself will do a favour and the proper justice.

Complaint marked as Resolved THE LOCAL VODAFONE STORE MANAGER, SRI ARGHA DEY AND OTHERS ATTACHED HERE HAVE BEEN MISGUIDING ME SINCE 5-6 MONTHS. I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL REQUISTE DOCUMENTS, PHOTOGRAP AND THEY GOT ME SIGNED ON AN NEW CONNECTION FORM. THEY HAVE ALSO GAVE ME ONE NEW SIM FOR PREPAID CONNECTION WHICH THEY DID NOT ACTIVATE TILL DATE. UNDER THIS SITUATION I THROWN OUT MY POST PAID SIM AND TAKEN ANOTHER CONNECTION OF ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
SO, I WANT YOU TO TAKE PROPER STEPS AGAINST THESE PERSON WHO ARE INTENTIOINALLY HARRASSING THE CUSTOMER.
I HAVE ALSO LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST MIDNAPORE VODAFONE STORE TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE IN THIS REGARD.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
