I have approached vodafone store almost about 5 times with the request to convert my postpaid to prepaid.in all the cases they ask for the documents and finally says sir this is ministore, you have to approach main store. If they can don't have authority, why they make a sit and ask for the details and waste my time. Can't they tell me directly to visit the main store.

After speaking to customer care executive they have promised me that my request will be approved and to visit the main store

Today[protected] i have visited the main store and the requested has been made. They have validated everything by taking my aadhar number and verifying it digitally and i have paid the 2 months due amount too. Finally i have received a message that my request has rejected and now i spoke to the customer care executive she says sir you have not submitted your documents. They have verified digitally and if they asked at that moment i would have submitted hard copies too. Point to be noted, the xerox machine is also available in their store. If they knows that it is mandatory. Why they have not collected at that moment and they have not asked me too.

I sincerely request to look into the case. There are many other customers like me who are requesting for the conversion but there is no response.

A serious action is required asap.

    I am rajaneesh (Manager hr), u and r engineering p. Ltd., 39/3, thamarai nagar, sihs colony, coimbatore - 641014. We are using 12 cug lines with you. Your billing made confused by last 2 months. We have asked many times for a combined billing for all numbers. Still we have paid the total amount of 6286 for last bill period, the outgoing of[protected] number is barred.

    We have complained this on 02.02.2018 to

    Vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com

    But no feed back, no problem solution.

    It is also effecting our regular business.

    Kindly try to solve the problem by giving a contact number, otherwise let us to port to some other better network.

      1 month back i shifted to my new apartment sobha dream acres in balagere rd, bangalore. I am facing network issue for my vodafone sim others network is fine. Already i have spoken to customer care they said they are looking to setup network in this area but so far no improvement. If this is the case i have to switch to other operator. Its a big township and i think they should look into this.

        I haven't ever subscribed to any "wwe zone pack" on my vodafone mobile number. But i still keep getting charged for it, and keep receiving an sms about deductions. When i try to send a stop sms, it says "couldn't send". [i am able to send sms messages to other numbers.] this is very frustrating and feels like i am being cheated. This seems like a dirty trick to steal money. I would like to get a refund of all the subscription money that was deducted without any kind of authorization.

          I did a rs. 25 vodafone prepaid recharge on 30/1/2018.

          I was charged rs. 21.18 as access fee and gst of rs. 3.81.

          I received only rs. 0.01 talk time on the rs. 25 recharge.

            Vodafone is charging me since 1/2/2018 for data which i did not use. I get repeated messages about deductions like this:
            Session date: 01 or 02 or 03 or 04.02.2018
            Consumed volume: 0.000 mb or 0.001 mb or more
            Session cost: rs.0.04 current (Sometimes 0.08 or 0.16 when volume is shown more.)
            Balance 226.28 inr for 1 hour (At 1.27 p. M. Today 4/2/2018.)
            Unlimited data dial *444*4#
            My balance was rs.229.95. I want deductions to stop and reimbursement of wrong deductions.
            Please stop deductions for data which i do not use and reimburse wrong deductions.
            Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Deductions continue. Now the balance has come down to Rs.225.32.

                Am using Vodafone sim ...I am sending msg to my family and friends..in 2nd February onwards my sms service as been stop.i called customer care..they send your service as been blocked in trai.there is no warning msg send by Vodafone customer service.so now my sms service as been blocked so i could not use my sms service so kindly rectify this issue.thanking you

                  I am a retired soldier. I have served the country for 15 years. Due to service requirements i had to reside in various parts of the country and hence had to take mobile connections of the local circles.
                  Under such circumstances i had taken a vodafone prepaid connection under maharashtra circle bearing the no. [protected] and have been using the same for nearly 2 years now. But now as i have retired and settled down in kerala i would like to retain my number as it already with my relatives and friends and is also linked to my social networking accounts.
                  I decided to port the number to kerala circle so i visited my nearest vodafone office and they tried to generate the upc (Unique porting code) but were unable to send the porting message. Under their instructions i called 199 and raised the issue. I got the assurance that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. When it didn't happen i again called up 199 after repeated requests they accepted my request and sent me message that the local vodafone circle representative will get in touch with me.
                  The call came but they tried to blackmail me into changing my number into a post-paid connection. When i refused they disabled my services to 199 and 198 so i wouldn't be able to raise a complaint. The number is a good one so they must be thinking to sell the number to some new postpaid customer.
                  Seeing no other way i somehow managed to get the maharashtra vodafone customer care number and using another number i called and tried to resolve the issue. But after hearing my problem they tried to harass me by keeping my call on hold for long durations without informing me.
                  They tried to blackmail me that i have to change it to postpaid for minimum 3 months and also for a rental of nearly rs. 450/- when i could get better options in prepaid for less than half the amount. I wanted to talk to their senior but they didn't allow that also.
                  If such corporates starts resorting to such low standards to fulfill their greed & illegitimate gains then it must not be allowed and justice must be done to me.

                    Your service is very poor and not satisified with your services. My phone is misplaced on 29th jan so i called in voda customer care no, on next day delivery boy tejpal [protected] deliverd sim to me in my office as per delivery boy sim is activated after 2 hours, but sim not activated till date. Then he give me his manager number mangaer directly say to me this is not my headache and he approach to me in voda main store. But i visit in voda mini store as per sim not activated because some document not submit. Kindly activate my sim otherwise sent me delvery boy in my office and pick up that sim and provide me new sim which is activated. You coordinate with me [protected]

                        Hi team,

                        I have sent a port sms near by 22 jan 2018, as convinced by vodafone operator telecoller for the 350 rs. Monthly rental plan and they taken my documents and provided their sim to me.
                        Then my airtel operator offered me better pan and i decided to stay with airtel network. But the vodafone operator are porting my mobile no. As they have my documents and porting request no - am131579, they are sending porting request to airtel again and again though i have told the vodafone operator not port my mobile no.

                        Request your kind attention on this type of issue and help me to stay with my airtel network.

                            My name is sanjeev kumar & my mobile no is [protected]. I want to give complain against vodafone retention team & their customer care team. I generated a porting code vd211318 on 22 jan 2018 to port out from vodafone. I received a call from vodafone team asking not to port out & in lieu of that they will provide me 10 gb free data for 6 month. He also promised that in between if any better plan will be launched they will tell it to me. After 1-2 days i received a call from a guy from vodafone telling me that it was a wrong commitment & he would provide me plan of rs 249 in which they will provide me unlimited free calls & 11 gb 4g data per month. After 2-3 days when it was not given to me i made a complain on their telephonic customer care, they again told me that it was a wrong commitment & they can not provide me this plan also. & asked me to wait for atleast 48 hours to give some resolution. Even i came to know during call that any guy from customer care has mentioned to disconnect my contact no. Really it is a big cheating & fraud done by vodafone team. & i will suggest people to avoid vodafone. I have recording also of my all conversation with them. & it tells that how much fraud can be done by this mobile company. Really shameful...

                              I am absolutely shocked, angry and irritated by your foolish tricks to charge me unnecessarily for those stupid services which i never bought.
                              I would like to assert that i am continuously being charged for 100's of vas (Value added services) which by the way i have never opted for.
                              The prompt comes up on my screen, weather to select a service or not, in spite of me pressing "cancel" the idiotic service still gets activated and i'm being subscribed for some unwanted game, tv or god knows what.
                              It doesn't end here, when i try to cancel it all it says is there is some problem at this moment, please try again later and doesn't get cancelled, but gets renewed automatically.
                              I warn you to stop these forceful antics or else i will do the following:
                              1.) stop paying my bills from immediate effect as i'm being charged for services which i have explicitly explained no interest for.
                              2.) definitely change my service provider.
                              3.) spread social awareness and make sure your company's reality is exposed.
                              4.) if needed, take you to court and make sure justice is served.

                              I have attached my screenshots below to prove what i'm saying is not false.

                                Initially i had postpaid connection for which i did not face any network problem at all. But when i switched to prepaid connection for the same number, network problem started. I usually have to restart my cell phone 4, 5 times in a day to get the network. This is the worst experience i had from vodafone.
                                I hope you guys will take it at high priority, otherwise i have to port my number to other provider

                                  I have not seen any network to be as bad as this so called vodafone network.. They are here to betray their clients, pathetic 4g service.. My advice to them is to shut their 4g bcuz in the name of 4g you buggers not evn give 2g service. It gives mental stress this horribe vodafone network.. I have tried reaching your customer care ppl as well with regards to the network issues but as usual they are also clueless.. So request you to please help me get rid out of this.. Odrs i'll have to change my network and shift to another network which are not robbers like you.. Zero percent service and 💯 percent bill is the policy i think at your so called vodafone

                                    Please resolve this issue on urgent basis otherwise i will take another option.

                                      The cheap ad that vodafone plays before the caller tune starts totally ruined the purpose. They are charging money and doing their own marketing... Horrible. These companies have so cheap mindset of fooling their customers. I am paying for caller tune service. I dont want my callers to hear vodafone marketing ads instead of the songs.

                                        I am a vodafone postpaid customer.
                                        I have already enabled the dnd service. I want to complaint about lot of calls from number like[protected] and messages regarding real state from senders md-calknw, md-hmutsv, md-nkujlh, md-hmbook, md-hhomes, vk-adyaco, am-einfra, md-flthom, hp-godprp, vm-cpsbam, md-devlpm etc.

                                        I want to know what is the benefit of dnd service??
