I am very disappointed by the type of services vodafone has started providing. Vodafone can never be lower than this in cheap tactics. I had visited a vodafone store (Alfa commercial belt, greater noida-201310) for transfer of postpaid to prepaid. I have waited foyr 3 hours in the queue and cleared all my remaining bills after which i got a prepaid sim with a assurance of transfer in few hours or days.
When i returned home i got a sms stating that my postpaid plan is changed to some other postpaid plan. What the hell vodafone. Is the the way you deal with your customers and to make money by forcing them to stay in postpaid

    I aqsa saliq mob no [protected] have changed the state from up to telangana.. Since some couple of days daily new vas services ate activated and no customer support n no refund provided.. I m fed up plz activate dnd and cancel all vas... I cannot contact customer care bcz lot pf money deduction and i have free call which donot work on it... So plz help me out.. Im here for some work not to daily sit and talk to customer care..

      Yesterday i was using 3g data. I logged into my vodafone app. I was shocked to see my balance reduced from 88 to 28rs. When i looked into my last 3 deductions. There was some statements for which ₹49 and ₹10 was deduced. I was recommended to port my sim to vodafone by a phonecall from vodafone. I have never seen it with other companies. Really annoying..!

        Hi sir, this is to inform you that my name is puneet miglani existing consumer with vodafone using number ([protected], [protected]) like to close to the connections on both the number trying get it converted in to prepaid plan as i m not able to afford, more than 3 times i have visited to the store, they not like to entertain because i m canceling the plan, i m talking about the vodafone centre which in chachi building krishna nagar, i live in vishwas nagar, one day i waited in the store for two hours for my number when my number came she sd system not working, i m fed up with those people, one day i seen one of the employee beating the consumer he raised his voice as he got higher bill that was so unprofessional, i got scared with that instance, tried to call police they did not let me call police for that issue, i mean how can they beat or even shout at consumer,

          First a sms comes saying 21 rs has been deducted cause of the activation of some "wwe zone pack" and then when i text stop on the given no. They don't reply to it. No deactivation!!! And then you deducted 90rs. For a freaking monthly thing i didn't even ask for.
          I want my money back. My whole family has been using vodafone since like forever. This is so disappointing!

            Dear sir/ma'am,

            My vodafone number [protected] is deactivated from more then 2 weeks, i visit to vodafone store regard this concern they asked "due to multiple connection my number is closed, if you want that number back so pay rs.3100 and purchase that number in other person name".
            It is my important number, if i have multiple connection so i'll port my other number to any other person name and reactivate my number: [protected].

            Why should we need to pay rs.3100???

            Please activate my number as soon as possible

              I recently ported my number from airtel to Vodafone. Airtel was offering me rs.299 plan in which they were giving me unlimited incoming and outgoing Call both local and std and they were also offering me roaming incoming outgoing free as well. Other than that they were offering me 21gb of data and 100sms per day.
              Then Vodafone guy called me up and offered me same plan including 30gb data per month in 249rs. And applied for porting and when finally porting was done they activated my 399 rs plan in which I am getting 20gb data unlimited local std call and roaming incoming free only.
              And when I called Vodafone customer care for the same they behaved like they can’t help me in any way and you can leave our network when ever you want because they know for 90 days I am stuck with them. They are here to fool the customers nothing else. They only knows how to fool the customers and doing fraud with them.

                Recently from vodafone care of santoshpur kolkata i port my sim. And they took 198 rupees for porting and said after porting they will recharge 198 pack with unlimited services. But they didn't. After two days of porting i went to that care and asked for recharge and they took my number and promised me to recharge it within few hour. After 2 hr they recharge my number with 177 which have no significant offers compared to 198.
                And also they have very rude behaviour with customers. They behave like we want the service from them without any money.
                What can i do right now.

                  I ported in vodafone in on 22nd jan 2018 from the day one till now i not able to enjoy the good network as promised while taking connection. No incoming call is coming every time i have to refresh mobile or restart it.
                  Moble phone is front of me and i am tried my number from another user still not available or not rechable msg is shown on ivr.
                  I am frustated with this service and i want to get back on my previous user.

                  Even i complaint at vodafone care also tell them to transfer my call at their seniors but no call they transfer and call get disconnected
                  Pls help me in this regard bcause no vodafone care is ready to help me and for this worse service they charging me full amount

                  I had ported in Vodafone network on 23rd jan, 2018 from that day till today I am facing network related issue like call drops, call failed sevral times at borivali west area, for that I follow up with their team obeyed their suggestions and instructions still problem is not resolved.
                  Even call made in customer care get failed and have to explain again and again the same problem. I am get harashment from the company by this behaviour.
                  however they are charging me for this is 399 + GST per month and against that giving such a poor service and harasment

                  it is my kind request pls look into the matter seriously and give me justise.

                    I have s similar complaint to file against vodafone for their unclear and decrepit international roaming services. I took the international roaming scheme facilitating me to use free incoming calls, outgoing calls/sms at rs.1/minute and mobile data at rs.1/mb. This sounded like a good deal and there's a fine print that has the audacity to read as 'protection from bill shocks'. Since there were no outgoing calls and sms, only data was used for the google maps, we were assuming our bills to amount to 7000rs with taxes and all the other extras that telecommunications like adding. But we were not expecting a bill amounting to rs.16, 297 after having used it so judiciously. We definitely have not spent over a 1000rs a day and when we called the customer care to share a detailed bill they were extremely unhelpful and so rude. Instead of heightening clarity they resorted to raising their voice and demanding we pay. We will pay if it has been well accounted for and vodafone really needs to have better spoken people and a better system to account for their schemes. If i had to pay 16, 297 i really wouldn't need vodafones brilliant international roaming scheme.

                      Based on vodafone ad& poster, i was trying to convert the number to vodafone service, but before converting i am facing so much trouble & incontinence service from vodafone people.
                      1. Raised request for number porting, then receiving call from vodafone cc everyday and getting same message our executive will come to your address for collecting documents but even after 15 days no one visited. But calls are coming
                      2. One of the gentleman was saying yes will send executive; once i asked him to send network device to see the actual range at my location he said we know its full of range in your area but we don't send such device for shwong network. How can we believe on you dude?? Before converting you are not assuring the service then how it would be after converting.
                      3. Vodafone cc-mumbai, said, we will give this feedback to team but right now will forward call to other department; once its transferred to other dept for furher detailing; gentle woman was saying its postpaide department and you can port to postpaid only.. Wtf
                      Even she told me such a plan is not available in vodafone, i have to choose what she will tell me... Zzzz

                      I won't recommend anyonce for such a nonsense service. Before any service facing these many diversion and # service then what shall we expect.
                      Very bad service vodafone.

                      Don't disturb people for such a service. If you don't have facility then don't give such a advertisements. Fake advertisements.

                      I'm using vfone for past four years..Recently I met with an issue ...My mom using aircel network ...From two months before I could not connect her...I'm receiving (The person you are speaking busy right now) ..even my mom's mobile is in my hand...what is the solution for this ?..otherwise I have to move to another network company.

                        I have not been able to make a single call since the last week. Apparently my outgoing calls are off however internet and incoming calls works fine as before. Every time i try to call, i hear a voice recording saying "you have been barred because you have no service". I haven't violated any rules regarding telecom usage or calling according to my knowledge. Moreover, vodafone hasn't sent any kind of notice or sms regarding the barring. Kindly look further in the issue. Thank you very much.

                        Am received wrong vodafone bill for the month Nov'17 and also I have escalated to voda customer care, but still not get any revert from vedafone company.

                          I am a premium customer for vodafone india and have been using the number from bpl mobile days. My mobile no. Is [protected], [protected]
                          Bpl mobile got merged to hutch and now its named as vodafone.

                          My issue is i had a deposit of amount rs 8000 in total for all my family numbers (8000 rs balance can be seen on [protected] mobile no.) i. E. Total of 5 vodafone numbers from year[protected]. Even after continuously requesting the company service center, toll free no. And nodal officer for refund they didn't provide me my deposit saying i have to either switch to prepaid account or port out from vodafone or close the connection completely for all numbers. My point was that the company doesn't need so much amount of money for deposit purpose and they should refund me all when i am using it for more than 18 years now.
                          But i followed their instructions and around 1 year ago i switched all my mobile numbers to prepaid account. But its been almost more than a year now and still they are not providing me my deposit amount i paid to them.
                          I request to please refund my deposit amount and also the interest for it as the company used the money for almost 18+ years

                            Hi,

                            I am user of Vodafone for Postpaid and Prepaid plan and i fed up with Vodafone services as always cheating with the customers, i got recharge for 399 Plan for 3 month (Local+STD unlimited calls + 100 SMS daily) but every day i can send only 10 to 12 SMS free daily and rest failed to delivery and also deducting form my Main Balance for 1 RS on each SMS.

                            Also using another postpaid plan 499/- Red Plan and receiving Bill amount more then 100% on higher side...Unable to understand what is the ### with Vodafone Services as always getting poor services in industry.

                            Pl contact with me on given number on very urgent basis.

                              Vodafone is charging us heftily for value added services which is not requested.

                              Monthly bill plan is of rs 500 and we receive the bill over rs2500, the difference being value added services..

                              On request of blacklisting, they do not proceed and this service get activated and renewed without our concent.

                              Vodafone says it is third party activation and in that case why it is charged by vodafone.

                              Kindly help us against this looting business of vodafone.

                                  Vodafone — customer not informed prior to deducting the balance for a service
                                  I recieved a msg from vodafine-vx-vfcare today which read that vodafone games service is activated on your number, without any prior information and without me applying for any service. They deducted 21 rs from my account. Please note that they have been continuously deducting balance from my account since i purchased their sim card around one month ago. Till now they have deducted more than 100 rs illegally without any prior information. I called customer care on the day of previous deductions of rs10 and they refunded the amount but now i am not able to talk to customer care on 198. It always redirects to previous menu. I have already activated dnd since 15 days but balance is being deducted continuously without any information. It no where mentioned that a rental of rs21 will be deducted for the same. As per the trai guidelines the customer needs to be informed about any charges prior to the service activation.
                                  Which in my case was not done. My point is that i should have been informed before activation that rs 21 will be deducted from my account.

                                  Request a refund of balance and customer care agent calling service and no further service activation or deductions.

                                    I am not able to make outgoing calls or messages from my vodafone number while i am able to receive incoming calls. I have enough balance as well as signal. Customer care is not responding properly.
                                    The reason which i got is that number will be automatically deactivated after few days do to the activation circle issue.

                                    Facing this issue for past 14 days.
                                    I need to recreate this number as i am using this number for more than 4 years.

                                      One of the vodafone representatives called and introduced me a new plan with higher base price but with great deal, i accepted.

                                      For two months, my bill was fine, after that they started charging double to amount. I kept complaining, but nothing resolved my issue. I thought not to pay the bill till it gets resolved but then they disconnected my number that too when i was travelling. So ofcourse left with no other choice, i had to pay the bill to get my services restored. So after coming back, i thought to port my number to some other network since they were not addressing my problem from quite long time and every month i just end up paying double the bill amount.
                                      That time they called and said we are sorry we will give you waive off of some amount and offer you this new plan, whith lesser base price and extra benefits.
                                      I accepted.
                                      The waiver never happened. And plus again for 2 months, bill was fine, after that double the amount, again they didn't listen. To my complains, again i paid double amounted bill so that my no doesn't get barred, again they never listened till i forwarded request to port my number.
                                      This time the representative with who i was talking give yet another annoying statement that this plan doesn't exist
                                      Which you are claiming. On being told, one of your representatives called me and gave me this plan by saying this offer is only customised for you, this person said it's not possible!!!
                                      I requested kindly check your system for comments, if you can't find any details about fb conversation, there must be a name stamp on your system. With who i talked last, ask that person.
                                      And ti get proof what plan i was offered. You have all the recordings of the conversation, please listen to it and then take any further action. I'm not gonna pay my bill till that time.
                                      He said i will do
                                      If you had been commited what you are saying we willl definitely take action
                                      But you have to pay your bill
                                      Because i can't help you on. That
                                      And from next month till lifetime, i'm offering you this new plan
                                      You will not face any problem in future.

                                      I feel stupid of myself i again believed in them and accepted his words. I asked him to give this in written but he denied.

                                      And the whole drama repeated again!!

                                      I went to vodaphone store this time instead of calling.
                                      So that i can complain, clear my dues and get my number blocked.

                                      He again said this okan doesn't exist
                                      I would register your complain, i would waive off your amount in subsequent bills and you switch to this plan
                                      You will get msg also
                                      It would be now documented.

                                      Waive off happened only on the current bill and never happened again.
                                      I'm again getting extra bill amount

                                      I want to file case against them for forgery/420, kindly help me.

                                        My marriage is under trouble due to this incident. Actually today in between 8 to 10 pm she got a call from this ‭+[protected]‬ vodafone number which location is showing in delhi in truecaller that,,
                                        Nd call she told my fiancé about me that don’t marry to him, he has done fraud with me but i have done nothing with any body
                                        And she got doctored whatsapp message from this number..
                                        And after that i am trying continuously on this number but number is off mode permanently..
                                        This number belongs to vodafone family so please please help me
                                        I am in big troubled
