On my number [protected] a service got activated on 17th january. I called your customer care and they said the balance will be refunded but all in vain then i called again n the same answer i got but no balance refunded. N i called them again today and now they said it can't be refunded. Why to guve false information and moreover if i haven't activated any service then why can't you just refund it the moment i registered the complaint. This is not a way to treat your customers. All i want is my money back anyhow.

    We have been a satisfied customer with vodafone india since long time. But we regret to inform you that nowadays we are having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception. We cannot make a clear phone call. This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for us.

    Here we are using 10 to 15 connections of vodafone.
    This is for yor information.

    As this is quite a busy place this problem is beyond tolerance as there are emergency of calls.

    In this situation, we request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible.

      I'm fed up of saying this vodafone is a perfect cheating concern who swallowed my money on a postpaid plan.
      I was brainwashed by vodafone client by phone call activating a new plan for rs. 1500 &odd said 15gb internet & all calls free. But in my work space is a retail store in my store i can't even use my internet. I made several complaints regarding this issue more than 10times but no use evening 2g isn't working. They said stories like we put external tower but no use i keep on paying monthly bill without fail more than 4months. All waste so i changed my network. I fought that i won't pay the bill amount which i couldn't use. Now they are sending legal mails. Can anyone help me out of this cheating companies.

        Vodafone care : false commitments & billing and where issues are not resolved.
        They committed of waiving of the dec 2017 bill as i was facing network issues since nov 2017 and had opted to port out on which they asked me to wait till entire dec 2017 billing cycle. On which i agreed and now they are charging 904 /- rs as dec 2017 bill. Firstly network issue till date is not resolved and they have charged dec 2017. Have been talking to them in regards to their commitments since 11th jan 2018, but they are just not listening. Instead they are telling me that nothing is mentioned in their records. I have also told them that i had call recording of the feedback call where bill waiver was been committed. Call was made on 23rd dec 2017 @ 02.16 pm from [protected].
        Have wrote an email on corporate. [protected]@vodafone.com & vodfonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com but till date have not got any resolution for my issue. They just call listen to entire story and end the call by saying we will get back the solution asap.

            Hi,
            I took vodafone number [protected] (Post paid) at bangalore, for which i gave a cancellation request around 8th november 2017. I have an acknowledgement email from vodafone about the same. After paying the full and final amount, my vodafone connection was cancelled and i even stopped receiving signals (No service) with this number.

            But i am still receiving payment reminders and now i am getting legal notices and court dates for the payment. I spoke with miss sheela couple of weeks back as well (Point of contact mentioned in one of the demand notice email) and she promised me that she will take care of it. I already sent the screen shot of the cancellation request acknowledgement email to vodafone, but it seems the only they are not even looking at my emails.

            I would really appreciate, if somebody could help me in resolving this issue.

            I recharged with 36 for message pack but I got the following message: Your request to recharge 36 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is MHH and the number please solve this asap
            Fraudulent activities are carried out my Vodafone companies in adding extra amount for VAS. Giving false promises about the plans. Vodafone is looting the people's money. Please be aware of the charges on the bill which will be mostly fraudulent charges. We people have to file a complaint on the companies which are looting money.

                With humble request i would like to inform you, that the telecom companies are robbing their customers, currently i am using the vodatfone network (Up west) mobile number is [protected].
                I have recharged my mobile number with ₹399 for 70 days, and i m not able to use even 10 to 50 mb out of 1gd for the day.
                Vodafone is providing me the worst service, whenever i call to customer care, they can't picked the call up.
                I am unable to understand to whom i should complaint,? How this issue will be resolved?

                      I have been charged for international roaming on my vodafone number.in the month of december 2017 as well i was charged without even activating the same and i was refunded the amount, however once again i have been charged.
                      As for vodafone under below circumstances we get charged.

                      {activation: please note that rs.99/- gets debited from your balance for activation of international roaming service if you initiate any of the below stated activities from your number.

                      1) attempt of outgoing call/ miss call

                      2) receive incoming call

                      3) send an outgoing sms

                      4) gprs usage

                      We wish to inform you that incoming calls will be chargeable in international roaming. Charges will be applicable as per country.}

                      As well i have been told in-order to avoid it in the future to send the below message.

                      After sending the above message and as well not using my vodafone number internationally, i have been charged rental. I have my own local international number and so i do not have a reason to use vodafone number.

                      This has been repeated and also now this is pending since 4 days and not received any response from vodafone.

                        I had been billed for a 5gb data plan
                        On my account. 650 rupees per month vodafone cannot provide any proof that i activated the plan on the 18th of october. I was not in india at the time - passport exit stamp from mumbai csi immigration proves this. The vodafone customer services have no service request or email to prove i activated the plan. It is clearly a mistake by their marketing team.

                        Yet customer services is refusing to refund the billed amount. I have made repeated requests to deactivate the plan in the time i was being billed but these were ignored. Being an nri i had to call customer services via the international number.

                        The plan was deactivated only just deactivated but vodafone mumbai is refusing to refund the amount.

                              Vodafone customer care number 91 [protected] is charging the callers heavily. I called this number from my mobile: [protected] on 23/01/2018 and was charged about 7 rupees for a couple of minutes or so. It is highly improper for Vodafone or any other service provider to make this kind of money from customer's grievances. Vodafone and many other service providers have replaced their toll free numbers with special numbers to heavily charge the complainants. Customer is also paying while listening to their advertisements during the waiting period on the mobile. Customer care numbers should be invariably toll free numbers.It will help towards better service from providers so as to reduce the complaints. In the present case, they are getting paid for every second they interact with the customer and during the waiting period on phone to attend customer complaints.

                                Hi,

                                I have been using my vodafone number for the past few years but since I was out of India for the past few months, I couldn't use it to make any call, although I was still using it for messages and my bank OTPs. Then from the past two days, when i switched it on for my work, I realised it was not working and when my brother called the customer care, they told him that my number has been allocated to someone else.

                                I am highly disappointed on this sheer negligence on Vodafone's part that they decide to allocate the number to a new customer without even informing the old customer. This has led to a lot of problems and being in another country I am inbound and all my work is stuck due to this negligence on vodofone's part.

                                I would like to Vodafone to help me with this issue at the earliest.

                                  My name is Sumit Guha and I am availing 2 vodafone number [protected] and [protected]. 1st January 2018 I recharged both of this number and amount is 557. As per this plan I expecting per day i can use std and local call free of cost. And also I can avail 1Gb data per day. But the situation is I am unable to use internet from both of those number. My mobile set is perfect because I also use jio sim. And they provide better service than vodafone with less price. Interesting i can use net from jio.

                                  The fact is all of your customer care executives have less knowledge about troubleshooting. The fact is I am unable to call customer care from both of those number. I try from different number and I called 10 to 15 times to your vodafonecare. Interestingly always I got different answer from your executive. But problem remain same.

                                  My request to you please activate internet connection to my mobile numbers and also extends day where I am unable to use internet. Otherwise please give my money back.

                                    I have phone number [protected] which comes under vodafone chennai circle and recently i moved to bangalore and using the same.
                                    On 12th jan 2018 without intimating anything vodafone deactivated my number and when i tried to call postpaid care with other number it is connecting only prepaid customer care and if i ask to connect postpaid, they say we don't have right to connect postpaid care. I visited vodafone store in bangalore and they are saying we don't have access to activate your number and keep saying you have to visit chennai to get activation of your number which is not possible at this point of time. I am stuck with this and i requested them to do some needful as my number is deactivated and all my bank transactions happens with the same number and the same number is distributed across the office and personal contact. Still they don't entertain my request and i contact them on daily basis. I am having loss because of this negligence from vodafone. Please assist me further and please do some needful.

                                      I have purchased vodafone postpaid connection in dec 2017 with paying the primeum. After 4 days i realized i m not able to receive the incoming call. I made a complaint in this regard but the facility has not been restored till date. I can receive call only from vodafone operator. People with other operators can not call me.

                                      Such a poor and disgusting services. This act has ruined my personal and professional life. Vodafone senior authority too failed to resolved the issue after one month of complaint.
