As i am using vodafone services from past 6-7 years. I think its time for me to move on from vodafone.

I am having some problem with [protected] bill for nov, 18 to dec, 18 i was using plan @499/- per month from past 2 years. Next bill i have received in which they have charged rs.3936/- for usage. Angryconfused

Later i tried to get this bill adjusted many times via telephonic conversation with vodafone but none of customer care executive helped me out for the same and they barred my services even i am not able to receive the calls on that number ([protected]).

Now they are threatening me that i have to pay whole amount otherwise they will drop the the services for my another postpaid number of vodafone. This is like mental harassment for me. I need the solution because this is really pathetic.

I am no more satisfied with the services of vodafone. I want this bill to be adjusted and let me move to other service provider

      I want to address a complain of network in my area which I am facing from last two years. Not a single call I get full coverage and its a hard time understanding both side. Even there are many people who complains me that my phone was saying not reachable.

      I have raised this complain many times it has never been addressed in this two years.This clearly indicate that how much do you care your customer.

      I have been fed up chasing you people and wasted a lot of times to call you and address this concern.

      Probably this time it will be my last mail and henceforth I will escalate it my way and find a different channel to make you popular.

          My name is ishan bhatt..

          I am a customer of vodafone from 2011.
          Recently i am facing lot of problem..
          From december company is robbing me... I had an unlimited plan previously with limited data (So via my knowledge unlimited ment to be unlimited and data was not so they mentioned) i was charged 1600 rupees for sms which later i came to know unlimited have different definition for vodafone.. So i had a talk with some executive.. And he committed me a waver but that never happened. Another executive changed my plan and added a 3000sms (Rs 145 approx) over a call when i required to port out.. And committed me that i will not face this problem again. He suggested me to download vodafone application so that i can keep count of my sms what i did.. And paid all of the bill without waver (So foolish of me/ i thought it was my mistake although it wasn't)..
          .
          Now i kept the count of my sms i have 3 different plans on my number.
          1 - primary plan which have some sms.
          2 - sms pack 30 rs which had 300 sms (Activated before 18 dec 2017)
          3 - sms pack 145 rs approx which had 3000sms.. (Activated just after my bill date 18 dec 2017).
          .
          So i have minimum of[protected] sms..
          I did approx 2600 messages.. And i am again charged some 450 approx for my sms on 18 jan 2018 plus all the rental charges for sms pack... Why.
          .
          I am not able to understand
          .
          And i had a count of sms on my application which shows me how many sms i am left with... Which i kept count from the first day...
          .
          So why am i charged again...??
          .
          Or there is some hidden fraud charges what vodafone guys add after targeting their old customers...
          .
          Or the application is a trap??.
          .
          Or the commitments of their teli calling executives are just a joke....
          .
          I was committed a waver what i didnt got till now..
          .
          Executive promised me that i would not be charged for 145rs plan for 6 months (Which again is a false commitment / coz i am charged for it)
          .
          .
          My money doesn't grow on tree..
          .
          And last time i supposed it was my mistake so i paid every dime of their worthless bill.. But not this time.. I m not wrong this time.
          .
          I am charged for sms even i didnt used all sms i had.. I am charged even i have 3 plans of sms...
          .
          I dont know where this company is from and i don't even care.. But this is india. And there are many other networks which r way cheaper than vodafone.. And vodafone being expensive and specially robbing me.. Putting a hole in my pocket.
          .
          I will not pay the extra fraud unreasonable charges...
          .
          And if needed i will change my connection to some another reasonable connection provider.. And file a legal case against the company.. 1000 is not a big amount for me.. I paid 2000 bill in december which i shouldn't had.. Coz i think it was my mistake that i think unlimited is unlimited.. But this time i am not wrong and i am very angry coz vodafone people are robbing me again..

          Coz time is more valuable than money for me..

            I as postpaid user paid double when i was told to pay the monthly payment since no one told me how much exactly to pay.

            I was frustrated by quality of services and ported out from vodafone.

            I followed up for refund.. They make excuses to eat money.. Ones person said refund cheque came back.. Another said my account is closed cannot create cheque.. Another said it is reaching you in 7 days... Another said it will reach in 10 days...

            This all was in a span of 2 weeks.

            Ported out in august..
            I got cheque in january with wrong details and cheque bounced.

            I reached bussnesssupport since with advice their email was given when i reached out yo them they reply they are not correct contact i should visit local vodafone store..

            Its a non progressive org it seems instead of giving phone number or email they are sending client to stores for physical appearance... It seems its not an mnc but a shop.

            And they have harassed me to the hilt delayed payments i have reasons to believe tbey eat money.. Harass and do not refund but delay harass agonise and make money without following lawful ethics.

            Kindly help me with my refund asap.

              May kindle see the complain regarding unnecessary deduction of balance & misbehavior by call center representative. I am valuable customer of vodafone having cell phone no. [protected].in my vodafone account balance is rs. 58 before 3-5 days now i suddenly check my balance i was shocked that available balance is rs. 28, for the deduction i have contacting customer care representative at 198. My call is attended by mr. Harkesh having employee code/id is 515801. Mr. Harkesh told me that you have open any link in web browser for that rs. 30 had deducted for that. I told mr. Harkesh that in my plan everything is unlimited free for web browsing. But mr. Harkesh talk to me in rudely behavior and told me that the amount is cutting in right manner. He talk to me very bad manner and not listen me properly.

              For that i am requesting you to provide me docket number & confirming registration no of my complaint for above cited matter. And refund my balance as soon as possible.

                  My mobile number [protected] visited your franchise at ganganampet, beside asn college, tenali 522201, guntur district, andhra pradesh for adhar linking and duplicate sim card. Adhar linking is government guideline, to be done mandatory with free of cost, where as your said franchise is charging in an unauthorized way to the extent of rs.40/-, which i feel its your responsibility to implement adhar linking for your customers in letter and spirit withourt burdening them.                     When i going to use my mobile data in my iphone that shows only 4g signal but even cannot open 240p video in youtube... And vodafone is using new tech that they were stolen internet mega bits.. After finished in your data pack (Wrong information ex: when you used 273mb they will send text sms that shows you’ve used 50% of internet pack like wise) must be stolen in your money from in your main balance...
                    Even if you changes network from vodafone to any other network they will not send that unique numbers from 1900 port response... Cheater vodafone

                      I received subject upc code no. Against my no.[protected] from reliance communication service as they closed their business. I registered the above code to vodafone on 29/11/2017 with aadhaar no and finger print though the valid date of the no was 31/12/2017. Earlier they (Vodafone) told that the reliance service has not released your no. Reliance has closed/stopped their offices at kolkata in the middle of dec, 2017. After that vodafone giving time again and again stating that the matter forwarded for validation to concerned authrority. However, they sent a rep. For activation the number on vodafone post paid for three months and their will convert to pre-paid. I returned him with remarks why not pre-paid. Still the case is pending and they not activating the number. What should i do? Each and every proceedure as per trai has been completed by me. The said was registered in bank, lpg. What should i do?

                        Hello, my vodafone no.[protected] is temporary inactive from vodafone india, it was post paid, and i want to merge into prepaid, so do all process with legaly, and paid extra amount ₹200, so thet can do fast, but last 36 hrs my sim is temporary disable, now problem is all off business work get stop.                             I have been wrongly charged for data usage by vodafone and when i write to them (Including nodal) they refuse to respond or resolve. Why?

                            My no is[protected] and this had two other nos linked under the red family plan[protected] and[protected]

                            Any question that you ask of them; they always take the support of 'terms and conditions' and that they are 'sorry for the inconvenience'. How can they be sorry when they are unwilling to listen to the customer's point of view? It is just lip service.

                            I got a warning on jan 8 that my monthly data limit is over. So i quickly signed up for a 300 mb top up pack. I kept on tracking my usage on the vodafone app, and ensured that i had not exceeded the 300 mb limit till my billing cycle on jan 11.

                            I got a bill which showed that i have far exceeded the 300 limit by nearly 1 gb. The app never showed this. The app indicated i was within limits.

                            So something is wrong, right? Either the app does not give 'real time' updates or the billing system is goofed up.

                            Or lastly, there could be some 'hidden' terms and conditions. Vodafone may lean on this. But the point is that the customer will follow what is seen to him.

                            I have been a customer with the[protected] no with vodafone for 18 years. At least have some respect for royalty vodafone; have the courtesy of responding to my calls and emails requesting for a resolution. If vodafone had an answer they would have responded. This lack of response only indicates that they know there is a problem at their end and hoping that if they remain silent, i will forget about it.

                            Vodafone: please reverse wrongly charged data charges.

                              Ub - cyber crime in the name of vodafone customer care
                              Consequent up on an e-mail to vodafone customer care on 15/01/2018 subjected “net problem and recharge problem” a reply received from [protected] stating that it wwas from representative of vodafone customercare regarding the refund of my recharged money and net speed, ended with a trazic problem resulting a withdrawal off rs19, 400/- from my bank account through a cyber crime.
                              My e-mail sent to nodal. [protected]@vodafone. Care and vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone. Care
                              I urgue the inter-link of mob no-+91 [protected] with vodafone customercare, so that the said no. Was able to contact me as vodafone customercare representative and caused a loss of rs19, 400/- by cyber crime.
                              Hence vodafone customercare is liable and responsible for my loss. And cyber crime. And it is to repay the lost money because the crime is made in the name of vodafone customercare and arose from the sent mail..
                              Please the matter may be noted, considered and a reddressal step is prayed, expected, and awaited.

                                I have a vodaphone sim, i recharged my vodaphone sim with 198 rs which includes internet 28gb data 1gb per day for 28 days and full talktime, i can't call anyone whenever i call someone the auto responding voice says "you are barred because you have no service, even there are no dues left i even recharged my sim with 15 rs, please help as soon as possible!

                                    Call dropping arises in every call.customer care of vodafone didn't receive the call ro lodge a complain.the internet service also hampered due to network problem.They claimed that 1200 minutes already covered by me in case of calling, but not provide any proof, in offer 1200 min. Not highlighted in Rs.399 pack in offer section.
                                    Poor and worst service ever.

                                      My self is Shailesh Nigam. I have purchased one post paid SIM from Vodafone store at Kalol Dist Gandhinagar Gujart with no. [protected].
                                      The SIM was active after 2 days. I have submitted all required documents like Aadhar card, PAN card. Photo. Address proof. After one week Vodafone have stopped the service in this number. When I have contacted to the Vodafone store for same they told sim was inactive due to negative verification. When I ask why negative verification they told contact to customer care. When I contacted to customer service they told me contact to Vodafone store. I have submitted all required documents 3 times but my sim is not in active mode. This number is most important for me. Pl. Do the needful in my favour.
                                      I have tired from Vodafone team bcoz no one is suggesting what we do to start the service in same no.

                                      Sir I am heartily requesting u Pl do needful to start the service.

                                        I tried to recharge my number with ₹458 ( which includes unlimited local, STD and roaming calls + 1 GB/day + 100 SMS per day for 28 days ) offer through my vodafone app. money got deducted but no offer is shown. money is transferred INB vodafone VODAFONE payments with reference number LSBI[protected]IGACTBAGA7 . I contacted customer care but they gave me rude answers like you have not recharged e.t.c. So Consider this as fast as possible.
