    Dear sir/ma'am
    This is for your information that i used 3 postpaid vodafone
    Numbers earlier,
    As per my convenience i ported out my no - [protected] in jio and use
    Rest 2 numbers in vodafone, but due to unnecessity of two connections
    I requested vodafone to stop services of [protected] and service has
    Been closed as well, but some amount was due so i paid that amount
    Post two months of deactivation including late fee, and remained 1
    Connection [protected] still i use and pay its bill as well, but my
    Complain is that why i am still receiving bill of deactivated number
    [protected] while it has been stopped and not in service, i raised
    Several issues against it however i get monthly bill with late fee of
    This connection, and all vodafone representative did me mentally
    Disturb for this, be honest this is totally unethical to impose bill
    Of deactivated number post two months of deactivation saying that
    Service of that number has been activated and you have to pay, this
    Behaviour of vodafone may lead to lost its customers ahead, i also
    Want to port my remained number [protected] in another telecom service,
    Sometimes i want to lodge a complain in consumer court as well against
    Mentally torture by vodafone and its persons with adequate evidences,
    This is my last request to resolve the issue and stop sending bill of
    Deactivated number [protected], and i m not going to pay its
    Outstanding amount which was totally unethical as you can understand.
    I am looking forward for your positive response.

      I lost my prepaid vodafone sim card 3 weeks back. I blocked the sim card as a responsible customer.
      The day i came back from my vacation i go to a vodafone gallery and ask for my new sim.
      After waiting for a long queue the customer care executive tells me that i can no longer use my prepaid sim as prepaid because no recharge has been there since 3 months.
      1. Being a customer can i not make decision when to recharge my phone and when not?
      2. If not recharging my phone was an issue why was i not warned about the same. Why did i not get any message regarding that and suddenly when i lose my sim they realise i should have recharged?
      3. My sim was lost! Why would i recharge my sim if its lost? How foolish can one be to ask me to recharge a sim which is blocked
      4. Calling vodafone care: i am informed there in clearly no need to move to post paid as i have always been prepaid customer and can directly ask for a prepaid sim working as usual!
      5. Vodafone gallery firmly refuses to give me my prepaid sim card even after explaining everything to them. They threaten me that my sim will be permanently deactivated if not moved to post paid!
      Noone gives them the rights to fool their customer or enforce unnecessary rules on us.

        Hello my vodafone number was deactivated few time ago and due to my busy schedule i wasn't able to go to vodafone store to activate it again. Now the numbet allotted to somone else without informing me even once. I've got many important work registered on that vodafone number.
        Pls help on this issue as i've need this number urgently. Recently i've had called my old vodafone number and some one else has picked it up..

          We do portability airtel from vodafone 2 months ago. As per plan 299
          But now we recive bill as per 349. We complain coutinues on [protected], who change my plane. Now she is not recive my call and don't reply for problem. I already pay bill as per 299. Now my out going call is stop. I am so tired from vodafone care. Pls help me other wise we will portability after 1.5 mounth in other company.

            I did a balance recharge of rs 44 on my number, but still my account balance is same as it was before recharging my number. But a rate cutter service (30p/min) has been activated, instead of getting balance. I do not want rate cutter service activated on my number. Can i get a refund or balance in my account? Please resolve this in whichever possible way.

              ​i am customer of vodaphone using service from when loop mobile customer were merge with vodaphone. I was facing problem from automatic activation of vas services which was happening in november and december due to which my bill was raised 2500 so i raised complain and also deactivated multiple times vas services. And complained to customer care they told me it will be solved and charges applied will be cleared. But again i got a bill of 4657 rs and when i asked them they are saying internet usage charge. And when i asked for detail they told me some website names. And when i checked bill details the website mentioned is not used at all by any mean of sources these are the service which was stated automatically when vas services was activated. I told them that i am using free wifi at home and in office and also using reliance jio so there is no requirement to have such usage. They registered my complain but after some day i got a call from vodaphone and they told me that i have to pay the related bill.
              I am very disappointed with the things happening.

                This complaint is against vodafone india who is harassing us every time with a sim number payment issue.
                My delhi vodafone number was lost in june in chandigarh and due to gst issue chandigarh vodafone store didn't issue sim and asked me to get the sim reissued from delhi. Meanwhile they didn't even block the sim and bill was generating on it.in august i reached delhi and got the sim reissued on 10th august 2017 after making the payment till august for the period where i didnt even use it. Vodafone customer care in delhi sector 18 apologized for this and reissued the sim and confirm that it will be reactivated within 24 hours. That new sim did not get reactivated and i followed up and complaint multiple times with customer care for 2 weeks and they said they have technical issue in reactivating this sim as the old sim is not yet blocked or still activated. I asked them how this sim was issued to me. After 3 weeks of struggle i asked customer care to close this sim as i was struggling from last two months. They confirmed wih me asked me reasons for closing this sim i told the complete history and they confirmed to close the sim. Now from decemeber month again i am getting the calls from vodafone legal department the my 4 months of bill is not paid and i need to make the payment. After telling he whole history they are not agreeing to it and calling my and me again again and threatening us to take to legal court. They are also giving me offer to settle it out of court settlement with 20% payment. I checked with vodafone customer care on this issue again they said they only temporarily suspended this number and it got reactivated it and this is a mistake from backend team side when i didnt request or asked for reactivation and was given confirmation of closing the number due to so many problems faced then how could they reactivated it without even informing to me. This is the latest conversation with complaint number[protected] with vodafone. Me and my wife are getting multiple calls n threats for this in our office hours.

                This complaint is against vodafone india who is harassing us every time with a sim number [protected] payment issue.
                My delhi vodafone number was lost in june in chandigarh. I went to chandigarh sector 15 vodafone store and they didn't issue sim as they did not have other state sim available to them due to gst issue which they informed me. They asked me to get the sim reissued from delhi. Meanwhile they didn't even block the sim neither they guided me on sim blocking process and bill was generating on it.in july i reached delhi and went sector 18 noida vodafone store and asked for reissue of the sim.
                They informed me that sim can not be reissued until i make the payment till july as the bill was generating on it. I asked the reason for bill generation which they told as it was not blocked. After this i made the payment till july and got the sim reissued. They also confirmed that it will be reactivated within 48 hours.
                That reissued sim did not get reactivated in 48 hours and i followed up and complaint multiple times with customer care for 2 weeks and they said they have technical issue in reactivating this sim as the old sim is not yet blocked or still activated. I asked them how this sim was reissued to me if the old sim is still working. They had no answer for this. They said that they are trying to get this new sim activated and dragged me 1 more with week follow ups and complaints. I talked to their multiple seniors but no one could do anything and were in trying mode only.
                After so many days of struggle i asked customer care to close this sim on 10th august 2017 as i was struggling from last two months. They confirmed with me asked me reasons for closing this sim i told the complete history and they confirmed to close the sim.

                  90 rs deducted from my account for wwe zone on my vodafone number without any confirmation.
                  I want back my 90 rs. I am even having issues with the network i had went to vodafone store for several time but then to the issue is not solved. Due to the network problem i have lost my several deals. I request you to get the problem solved either i will get my number ported to other service provider.

                    I had recharged my number with the offer of 70 days unlimited calls 1GB per day at 5.20 PM on 1/21/2018. After recharge i received an SMS that the plan is active for the same offer immediately which is 5.21 PM. As soon i saw the message i made call to my friend. Around Rs.15 deducted from main balance.
                    Called up customer care he said plan is active after 5 minutes only. But I received the sms telling plan is active within a minute(Attached the screenshot with time). Very unsatisfied answer. His name is Dinesh. He told he will transfer the call to senior officer. But looks like he just put the call on hold. I waited for some time no response.

                      Very bad network i see in my life i recharged 495 data plan for 70 days daily 1gb offer but past 2 weeks i only get 50kbs in my 3g vodafone but i browse in overnight 12.00am i'll get 1mbps why? I get not speed in day time i will planned to upload a youtube video about your fraud data thefting if you not solve me this problem to me only 6hours i'll give solve fast!!!

                        My vodafone number [protected] was automatically activated for vas services.

                        Vas service named "mobisutra fusion pack" was automatically activated to my vodafone number.

                        Rs 35 was deducted from my balance.

                        I dont want any kind of vas services to be activated on its own.

                        I need the deducted amount to be returned back to my balance.

                              I have recharge my mobile no. (Private) via online on talktime but vodafone system forcely recharge my netpack, which is my not requirement. I noticed to the consumer care and requested to trf to my main account and call centre executive assure but after 2 days all officer stated they cant trf. My recharge amount from netpack to talktime account. This is totally illegal behavior. Vodafone cannot force to recharge netpack. If their netpack business fall down then they illegally/forcely all talktime recharge to netpack. Also the consumer care officer are very rude they do not issue any docket no. For raising any complain. On sending of email they replied they are not allotted/trf. My money to appropriate account as per my request. I urge all people to raise sound for their illegal behaviour.

                                I am unable to send port message to 1900 from my vodafone mumbai prepaid number, while i am able to send message to any other number!!!
                                After fillowing all instructions from vidafone executive i am still unable to port. My service request is also not resolved yet. Kindly do not harrass customers like this by intentionally blocking port messages request.
                                If this will not resilve by today or max by tomorrow i will go to higher authorities for help.
                                I have other vodafone postpaid and i will stop uaing that as well if this issue doesnt resolve asap

                                  Hi team,

                                  I will be filing a fraudulent case against your company.

                                  My mom who's not educated had personally visited shop no. 03 and 04, cts no. 45, vinod niwas, near syndicate bank, station road, vasai west, thane district, vasai, maharashtra 401202, india to change the prepaid card ownership from my name to her name (I. E. Philomena d'souza) instead of doing this your staff moved her to billing without her notice plus you took rs. 300 informing that it's an advance deposit. Now when she got to know about the fraud instead of helping her your staff is telling her that they will deduct the billing amount from advance (Rs. 180 balance of her recharge and rs. 300 which was taken as deposit).

                                  This is how you fool your customers who are uneducated and elderly?

                                    My number is [protected]. Today vodafone has activated value added service and deducted rs 480 from my balace. They activated game buzz pack, tv all channel pack and sufi zone. When i deactivated game buzz pack they again activated tv all channel pack and deducted rs 150 again from my balance.
                                    When i tried to contact customer care they say press 9 to contact customer care executive, i press 9 and again the same menu is coming back. I am fed up calling them. Very much unprofessionàl approach from vodafone. I need my money back.

                                        # i have been paid within due date (Due date -02/01/18) the exact bill amount of rs.175.82/- (Out of rs.715.32/- in which of rs.539.50/- is excess bill) dated on 21/12/17 against which invoice no.12iwb[protected] and bill period 15/11/17-14/12/17, against which bill (Service request ref. No.[protected] dt.11/01/18 and 13/01/18) voda fone has been waiver the illegal/excess internet charges of rs.539.50/- dated on 13/01/18, and disconnected the connection so late fee of rs.118/- (Including gst) will be not applicable on the waiver amount of rs.539.50/- but inspite of the same voda fone has been charged late fee in the current bill (Invoice no.12iwb[protected], period 15/12/2017-14/01/2017)

                                        I have been using jio internet service/sim card in sim-1 by default, and was used vodafone sim card in sim-2 for voice call by default so there is not possible to down load (Gp epic epic on 3) by vodafone sim, but vodafone further charged of rs.214/- (Including gst) in the current bill (Invoice no.12iwb[protected], period 15/12/2017-14/01/2017) which is completly false like as previous bill invoice no.12iwb[protected] and bill period 15/11/17-14/12/17

                                        Regarding the same i have been mail to vodafone (Service request number: [protected]) dt.18/01/18 but they didn't agreed to waive the same, but i have been suffering mental torture by vodafone in every month, so pls make an arrange to waiver the same (Internet charges of rs.181.28 + late fee of rs.100 + gst 18% = total rs.332/-)

                                        You are requested to pls lookafter the matter and oblige.
