Hi, i had subscribed to the pack of roaming of inr 500 per day during an international trip between 22-dec to 02-jan. The plan indicated that only on any 'usage' i. E. Making calls outward or receiving calling, data consumption inr 500 was to be charged.

I used my phone for calls - outward and inward only on 22nd dec and 30th dec, the remaining days mobile data wasn't activated. This is validated as the mobile bill indicates there is no kb charge during the stay.

However, vodafone incorrectly charged me for all the 12 days inplace of being charged of only for 2 days. When i sent an email to them, they arranged a call back (Ritu - corporate. [protected]@vodafone.com) and mentioned that my mobile phone automatically latched on to the local data and so the charge is valid. My point is if i didn't switch on data (Which can be validated by no separate charge for data for a single kb on the bill), then this claim by vodafone is preposterous! If there is a system issue of whatever is this latching on - why am i to pay? It is for vodafone to sort out.

Due to this silly issue by vodafone, i have been overcharged by inr 5000 in my bill (I. E. Inr 500 for the 10 incorrect days)

    Hello,
    My name is pranav.
    I am using the vodafone corporate number ([protected]) for delhi ncr circle and my bill plan is 499/- per month rental. I dont use any internet service except whats app, even my mobile data consumption is too lase, every month apx 10 gb mobile data expire. Now my bill is generated for the amount 4956/-, there is a lot o[censored]nnecessary amount added in my bill, vas (Internet) charge is appx-3600/- mentioned in my bill. For the same i called as well sent mail for during amount fluctuation in unbilled amount but always got the different-different excuse not solution.

      My mobile number is [protected]. I am a prepaid customer of vodafone mumbai. I want to port my number to up east. I tried to send sms to 1900 for generating the unique porting code. However, vodafone is blocking my sms to this number and i get "message sending failed" reply. I am able ot send sms to any other number and make calls. I contacted the customer care but they are not helping me. They tell me to wait for some time or that i will have to go back to my home circle to send the sms to 1900.

        I have migrate from vodafone to airtel but you people tell me we are giving 399 plan dfor free two months and then trf to prepaid but they cheated me and charges two months and this is the fraud don by vodafone you are not give answer by nodel officer, store of vodafone (Karelibaug vadodara) and 1978 dial also not responded and behave like a child. This the worst service in telecome industry who is used your service for 15 years. This vodfone is chater and do the w/off immediately. And my service aklso closed what is this nonsense

          Hi,
          Vodafone is fooling customers by activating vas without the consent of the subscriber.
          Today i was surprised to receive a sms saying that "hello! Vodafone tv all channel pack is now active on your number". I never requested for any service activation, and vodafone activated this vas service and deducted rs.35 from my balance without my consent.
          Once i got the informational message i have deactivated the same service but my balance has not been credited back.
          I would therefore urge you to take necessary action and see that the deducted amount is credited to my account immediately.

            I visited Vodafone Store Hadapsar Branch on 17/1/2018 at around 2.30 pm to transfer my Vodafone's Postpaid service to Prepaid. Following are incidences happened to me/ other customers and my observations about staff:

            1.Highly Unethical behavior: I had not attested xerox copy of my Aadhar card. I was paying outstanding bill and completing other formalities. When I recollected that I had not attested the aadhar copy, before leaving the store, I asked him to bring the submitted form. By that time, Vodafone store employee forged my signature without even letting me know anything and transferred the form into bunch of forms to be processed! When I raised the concern about it, first they tried to overwrite their signature on duplicate signature which they have made. Then I again complained. Manager tried to convince me that forged signature does not resemble to my original one and tried to protect her executive. But I had already seen forged signature before overwrite attempt, so they got caught.

            2. Misleading information: When I made an inquiry about First time recharge amount when one wants to transfer service from Postpaid to Prepaid, they said it is 445/490/554 Rs only. There are no other plans with less amount available. However, upon reaching to Manager and discussing, they allowed me to buy 177 rs plan and told they need approval from authorities for the same. The executive also requested me to keep mum as rest all customers were informed that they have to buy 554 Rs plan if they want to switch!

            3. Rude and arrogant behavior towards customer: Sarcastic Comments by Manager to various customers -
            a. "Why do you even transfer service to Postpaid if you know you will transfer back to Prepaid"
            b. " We are working here and not for timepass. Go away.
            c. When I asked if there is any feedback form available, manager straightaway said that there is no feedback system available in store and asked me to visit the website for feedback related things
            d. "If Customer care representative has told you that, go to them and get it done!
            We, as customer treat Vodafone as one entity and not separate groups of store, customer care etc. So please resolve your issues internally!

            4. There are no display boards visible anywhere with necessary information such as lunch timing, store timing, process to be followed (For example- Take coupon, then go to respective counter, then go to specific counter for bill payment etc.)

            5. Highly inconvenient and time consuming processes. Some types of bills are paid only by card, some only by cash and for some, one has to come out and pay in self service machine and again come back to stand in long queue. I had to spend 2.5 hours (2.30 pm to 5pm) just to finish 1 process of submitting form and paying bill.

            6. Customer is not at all treated respectfully and has to spend minimum 2-3 hours for simple tasks; that too in very crowded, chaotic and disrespectful environment.

            7. Customer care executive commits something to a customer and Vodafone store executive denies it. They straightaway told that Customer care people of Vodafone don't know the processes; which I believe strongly now. I have a doubt whether people telling it themselves were versed with correct process or not!

            You may improve the processes by-
            1. Training the employees from various aspects such as ethical behavior, 5S, Soft skills, Training for polite and customer friendly communication skills
            2. By having Correct information displayed on boards
            3. Focusing on putting right efforts and having initiatives towards customer retention that too in ethical manner.
            4. Streamlining the processes
            5. By resolving issues and conflicting statements of Customer Care executives and Vodafone Store Executives.

            I hope there will be timely and strict action taken especially on the issue o[censored]nethical behavior and misleading information. And I hope there will be improvement in operating the Store as as well.

              I am interested to file the fraud case against Vodafone for cheating customers and billing by fraud means. I have also planned to file a case in the consumer forum.

              First, i would like to highlight that Vodafone has worst and pathetic customer care. the executives sitting on the other side are rude and do not listen to the customer even i[censored] are calm and polite. if at all you are successful in telling the complaint, they put on on hold forever and they blame you for your own complaint. and when you want to talk to the supervisor they either disconnect your call or put on a such a long hold that you disconnect yourself out of irritation and wastage of time. they are really unprofessional and this has happened all the time with me despite being a loyal customer to them. I m short of words to explain how pathetic, rude, unprofessional their executives are.

              Now my complaint is that I was travelling to US and Canada thus I got the international roaming pack activated. I was travelling for the second time and I was aware that I was supposed to manually select Tmobile when I was in US and Bell when I was in Canada else I would be charge exorbitant price. I followed the instruction. To my utter surprise when I got the bill
              I was charged twice for the international roaming facility. Bill was for 9500 Rs. They charged me additional 3694 stating I selected AT&T instead of Tmobile for a day when I was in the US for a day for incoming calls. I kept on explaining the customer care executive that why I would select a different network provider when I was already on the pack and I was aware to select Tmobile.

              I tried explaining the same thing, they kept me on a long hold so that I disconnect myself but I waited till the time executive was back and the only response I got was that I was my fault and they cant do anything about this. I was again kept on the long hold and again got the same response from the supervisor that it's my fault and they cant do anything.
              this is impossible. I need to pay dual charges else they would disconnect my services as amount is over and above my credit limit

              Request you to waive off the charges incurred against international roaming usage. please resolve the query at the earliest convenience. Should you have any questions or need any detail please let me know

              I need to make payment to ensure the continuation of my service thus a prompt response would be appreciated

                I had a vodafone mi-fi wi-fi dongle purchased from kolkata. I have used that over a year in kolkata. Last july i moved to bangalore & then i decided not to use this anymore.

                So i went to a local vodafone store in bangalore (Whitefield area) & surrendered the vodafone connection on 29th july, 2017. At the time of surrendering the connection i cleared all the dues & the store manager assured that there are no formality left.

                From september, 2017 i again started to receive calls that i have outstanding balance. I asked them why there's outstanding balance where as i surrendered the connection & cleared all the bills. They said my connection was surrendered on 29th july but they opened it again on 31st july with out consulting with me. I did not receive any call or any mail and i have no idea how it was re-opened again.

                From september, 2017 onward whenever they said they will look into this & will escalate. But nothing happened & every month i used to get a bill. This january, 2018 one of the vodafone representative took the matter seriously and said she has again surrendered the connection. I asked why you are saying again when i already surrendered, she said it was re-opened so i asked on whose request you re-opened which she could not answer.

                So :

                1. Who re-opened my connection and why?

                2. I am not going to pay for the month august, 2017 - december, 2017 as i already surrendered the connection and the the device to a bangalore vodafone store (Whitefield) in july, 2017.

                3. Please make sure i do not receive any such calls from vodafone again.

                  Now-a-days Vodafone services are becoming worse and they are not bothered about that. They don’t even respond to the complaints. Also they blocked all the ways of complaining. In IISc which is in the city limits, their service is very worst. No signal coverage. Often calls get disconnected. Poor customer service. I tried 198 and I was not allowed to speak to customer care. Instead it is saying offers and deals. In their web-page neither I find the option to chat with them nor a link to register complaints. They have such a low profile.

                    I found the vodafone billing is unfair and illogical for the last 4 months as a post paid customer.

                    Therefore, i have raised a port request no. Va295639 dtd. 11.1.2018. I paid rs. 50=00 extra on 11.1.18 at vodafone outlet as requested by the outlet executive.
                    Vodafone has taken rs. 500/= as deposit while accepting me as a post paid customer.

                    My request va295639 dtd. 11.1.2018 was rejected on 16.1.2018 for the due of about rs. 49/- as per vodafone.

                    When vodafone is keeping my deposit of rs. 500/- it must be termed as the most unfair trade practice and illogical to reject my port request and causing me to a lot of hardship and loss.

                    I seriously view this attitude of vodafone and decided to withdraw all the relationships of our near and dear we have with vodafone.

                    If my second port request made today, 17.1.18 is not accepted immediately, i will report the matter to the higher up in the line and highlight it in the social media also.

                    Vadofone should refrain from taking customers for a ride and show some business ethics.

                    Your fastest action would be appreciated.

                      I had a unlimited voice pack of 181 till jan 25, from the four days i'm not able to use this pack, i had a consultant to store and to the nearest vodafone store, they said call customer care so, i had done a call with customer care too, they said it will solved till sunday but its gonna wednesday till my problem is not been solved... Why you are so reckless towards a complaint..

                        Hello sir/mam,

                        Here i want to request you take action on vodafone service center (Near ongc circle, visat-gandhinagar road, chankheda - ahmedabad) for making customer fool by lie statement.

                        I have a postpaid connection which i want make prepaid, i gone there and request to make it prepaid their operator said to make advance payment of one postpaid bill with current bill amount and i paid that bill.

                        After 2 days my prepaid activated.

                        But on 14 jan 2018, i got one message that i have one of a 149.23rs postpaid bill pending till.

                        Actually, i already paid that amount.

                        Finally, they closed my incoming/outgoing service stopped and when i called to customer care mo 198 they said that we can not take this case as a complaint.

                        You have to go to vodafone center.

                        I got there on 16 jan/ 17 jan both days, they said that we will waiver your amount and will not stop your services.

                        But finally, they stopped my services.

                        How they can do this thing for which i already paid in advance.

                        Please help.

                            Received call from vodafone providing offers to port to vodafone. The executive came, the document job was done. Later received offer from my existing service provider. So the vodafone request was cancelled and i received a message for the cancellation of porting request.

                            After two weeks, executives from vodafone started calling for the porting request that was cancelled weeks before. Inspite of explaining each and every execeutive who kept calling on a hourly basis, there was no use. They still keep calling once every hour. Its literally irritating.

                            Better vodafone stop this or this harassment calls will be complained to higher levels

                              I have been charged 1260 saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 90 mins, that too for astrology, and looks like huge people are faced that same issue. This is fraud, can you please look this matter. My vodafone number is [protected] and after multiple times escalated to customer care of vodafone but they are not suppose to listen my word and giving time bound for cutting my line

                                I have recharged an amount of rs 500 and vodafone activates services by itself on my number and keeps deducting my main balance and now i have only rs 58 on my account. I did not activate any services and my balance gets deducted without any of my consent. What kind of service does vodafone provide for its customers? I have been using for so long and this is the main problem i'm facing from time to time. Please do something about it.

                                  My porting request[protected] was raised on 8th Jan and since then I have received 2-3 confirmation calls daily from Vodafone executives asking the same question. Today again they called and even after giving explanation, my porting request has been cancelled. It's my choice to switch to another network. Why was it cancelled? Why should Vodafone executives call me so many times and ask for confirmation? It's become torturous. Pls let me switch. I don't want to use Vodafone network anymore. Expect a positive response.

                                    I give the details of how the Vodafone people have troubled me:-

                                    I went to Vodafone Store (Sahibabad, Delhi) on 5th of November 2017, to convert my postpaid ([protected]) number into prepaid number. As they said that you pay all your dues till date and your number will be converted to prepaid. The Vodafone’s people took an ID and photo from me and filled out a form and then gave me a new SIM. I paid whatever was up to that day. He told me that this SIM will be activated in 6 to 7 days. When my SIM was not converted, I call it once again 6-7 days to tell the customer care that my SIM has not been activated yet.

                                    I was surprised that my number did not convert than a new bill came. Then I wrote to Vodafone people on 18th Dec 17, why this happened and I will not pay for it. Then I was wonder to hear that when Vodafone told me that there was no request for convert to your postpaid number into prepaid.

                                    It was too much, when the company gave another bill. I wrote to Vodafone on 9th January and again on 11th January that why are you doing this instead to solve my old problem and bills are made over the bill?

                                    On January 15, when I visited there (Vodafone store -token no. 244 time:- 03.22) those people did not have a SIM. Eventually, when the 16th date i.e. that today (token no. 212 time:-11.45) I went there to settlement; I talked to Mr. Durga Prasad there, like he said that his name is, but the badge on his shirt was written by ASAD, which was a little less than a customer's care experience. He did not tell me to solve this problem, instead of saying that you mail it to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, they will revert you. We have no solution to your problem. Now the total amount which uncleare is ₹ 420 which is not such a big amount that I cannot pay but I have suffered a lot from the Vodafone Service and its supporting customer care, But this does not look like Vodafone, despite being such a big name, is also spoiling its name due to his service.

                                      Since 16th january 8.30pm, there were no signals for vodafone network in my mobile phone. I tried configuring manually and automatically. I took sim card out and inserted again, changed the sim card to another phone. But still issue exists. When i spoke with karnataka and andhra pradesh customer care executives actuallu they were palying blame game as my number belongs andhra Pradesh and i live in karnataka.Finally i did not satified with the executives answer because they dont know how to resolve the issue.

                                        My handset redmi 3s prime and i'm not able to send or receive sms since evening after changing my sim, kindly help me with this. It's really so tough or like a challenge to connect with your customercare i really sick and tired of connecting with you guys press 1 press 2, really? Who has this much time to press 1 you really guys to do anything regarding this
