Dear sir/madam,

We have recharged my mob [protected] on dated 10th jan 18 of rs. 458/- through my hdfc bank account the fund was debit but my mob was not recharged the same then next day we recharge my mob of rs.198/-.
For debit amounts we lodged a complaint in our bank then the bank says that the transaction was successful at bank contact to service provider.

So requests you to kindly return back my my money in my account.

    Sir this man came to my house, and fool my sister and my mother by saying that amazon is opening a offline shop in lucknow . He took out a scratch card and gave it to my sister . On scratching a gift (of mrp Rs3400) butnot more than Rs100 appeared and then he said that i[censored] will take this gift to store and purchase some another item then your Rs3400 will be reduced from it and took Rs500 from my sister, but just after 15 mins his phone is not reachable . I am sure that he was a fraud, so i will complain against him in consumer forum thats why i need his details. Number on his card are :- [protected],

      I got message from vodafone that i had used more 50 % data out of my 1gb usage allowance but at that time i just used only 350 mb.
      After that i get second sms having written that i had used 90% data out of my 1gb usage allowance but at that time i just used only 750 mb.

      Vodafone is completely deducted more data more than i used.

      This is not happen once only, it's daily and regular issue.

        Right now i’m in rotterdam and yesterday activated international roaming pack of 28 days for approx 5750 rs.

        On email the activation message came and rs is deducted from my account but my mobile is not showing any signal it is showing “no service”.

        If due to some reason service is not able to start then refund my money.

            I am ceo of m/s jagdev engineering solutions pvt ltd, we have 7 mobile number and on sep 8th 2017 we have given request to stop 3 number and port to other service provider 3 number and one number for transferring from post paid to prepaid.

            Vodafone has stopped three numbers already, one number approve for transfer in prepaid but not activate and never approved request for porting balance three numbers.in last 4 months we have sent 8 request for porting our numbers to other service provider but all in vane and all are rejected.

            We have follow up with service manager but no one is hearing us.

            We need to port 4 number immediately.

            Pl. Help.

              It was the worst experience with vodafone as i had a vodafone postpaid connection [[protected]] which i later ported it to airtel as due to vodafone's worst network in my area. But soon after porting it to airtel i started receiving calls for porting my number to vodafone where i explained them that it was a vodafone number which i ported it to airtel as i was not happy with their services and not to call me but then they would still call me 5-6 times a day 7 days a week and after every call that i receive i kept blocking their numbers but yet they kept calling me from different numbers every time and kept bothering me during my office hours and classes for almost a year now and finally when i decided to end this so i took my brothers phone who has a vodafone connection [[protected]] and called vodafone customer care on 14th of jan 2018 where i spoke to a lady about this issue where she assured me that its been deactivated and i would never receive any more calls from them
              Yet again today on the 16th of jan 2018 i received a call again from them for porting so then again i called customer care and spoke to anjali yadav who gave me the reference number [[protected]] and she assured me again that i wont receive any more calls from now as we speak but again i got a call from them after 30 minutes then i called vodafone again and spoke to abhishek bhandari from customer service where out of frustration i gave him no information and asked for a supervisor where the agent was so rude and denied for transferring the call as he needed to know what is the concern so then i gave him the reference number and told him to go through it and connect the call to a supervisor but he then was so rude and started yelling at me with a high voice as he still wanted to know the concern as he says the previous agent anjali has not documented any information about the previous conversation properly then i told him that its not my fault and why would i repeat the same issue again and again but then the agent kept repeating the same again and again as an ivr, however after wasting 20 minutes of mine he said he will speak to anjali about the same. After having a ward with her he said the request is under process but yet he kept cutting me where i kept asking for a supervisor but he straight away denied to transfer.
              Its the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life with no respect for customers and no assurance of their commitment as it seems so unprofessional of them with such poor skills and no supervisors to speak and rude agents.
              Its so harassing for people where they receive 5-6 calls for no reason and even after complaining you get no response from them and yet the problem continues as it so hard
              As i am writing this email i have received a call again from them for porting.
              I work in night shift where i sleep in the morning and these scam companies like vodafone keeps harassing me for profits.
              I want to sue vodafone for running such and unprofessional business. As i want to show them the the rights of an indian citizen

                I have been complaining to vodafone regarding poor network & coverage in andheri east i am facing for a while now. Upon countless calls made to their customer care, i decided to escalate the matter to the nodal desk & appellate office as there was no improvement in network.

                I really fail to understand how different or efficient the nodal officers are meant to be because they're experts at promising something and failing to deliver as per their promise. I have been emailing them daily as every time i call them, some new officer comes on the phone and it becomes difficult to keep a tab of which officers i have spoken to over the past week.

                Every time i send them an email i receive an automated reply where they mention to respond within 24 hours. Below is the proof of their automated replies i have received without any response from any of the officers. Customer service at it's worst!

                  This is reminder to my previous complaint. I am still receiving the sms's. I went to vodafone s idiotic website too and just imagine, you have to enter complaint of minimum 750 words. After the tedious job, crazily the submit button doesn't work. It is better to discontinue the stupid, benefit less services. Vodafone is v good customer dissatisfaction.

                  Received message of activation of wwe zone pack without my knowledge on 10th dec and deducted Rs90/-

                  Similar incidence again happened on 5th jan 18
                  Forced activation of Rs 1 STORE pack and deducted are 99/-

                  I want my money back totalling to Rs 189/- otherwise I will sue Vodafone.

                      I am unable to receive any OTP message from my Bank (ICICI) on my Vodafone number. BANK says the message request is getting triggered on their server instantly & asks to check with VODAFONE.

                      When asked VODAFONE customer Care executive, he says to get the SIM Card upgraded (it's already upgraded to 4G 1 Year ago), when visited Service Center total waste of time. I am informed that VODAFONE cannot do anything as services are getting properly delivered to me.

                      Now, what to stay BANK says no issue from them & VODAFONE too says no issue from them.

                      Customer is like PUPPETS to these big companies. No one cares what the customer is going thorough.

                        I am unable to send receive message to from my vodafone number. Checked message center number. Restarted device many times.. Everything is fine but even then I am unable to send message. It seems vodafone has disabled the messaging services but why.. I tried calling customer care each time IVR response was to wait more 10 minutes.. I waited for more 15 minutes at least 10 times or more but could not connect to executives.. That's why I am here log again to them.. I am unable to receive top for my bank transactions.. Very bad service vodafone.. Going to change soon

                          My outgoing calls have been barred due to non payment of outstanding amount. I was charged rs.17, 113 for international data usage, which i didn't use still u paid amount rs. 7500. I refuse to pay balance amount and so vodafone has barred all my services and also stop replying to my issues. Now with my phone being barred from all services and being a corporate customer i am still facing this issue from past one month. On top of that my incoming calls are also stopped. How should i get out of this issue? I even tried to port out but i get a rude reply that you can do whatever you want. Since whole world is so much dependent on phone these days, i am incurring big loss because my numbers outgoing as well as incoming calls are barred. If i am stranded anywhere and couldn't get help will vodafone come to help me? I need an answer from vodafone on this.

                          Its been 20 hours and still vodafone has not yet tried to contact me.. what kind of reputed firm it is that it cant attend consumers issues? its really disappointing that being a corporate customer i am being treated in such a casual way.
                          I don't want continue on Post paid, I need convert Pre paid.

                            I got recharge or 509 rs as it was mentioned in that recharge all local and std call are free

                            Congratulations! You can now enjoy 1gb 4g/3g per day, 100sms/day with unlimited local, std &roaming calls within india. Validity 91 days. Non commercial usage only

                            But i started using this i started getting charges for landline call and when i called them all landline calls are chargable but its not written any were in their offers and documents relate to this recharge
                            They are faking the people

                              1-i am more than 10 years vodafone net user. First tow to three years net service was excellent but since one year the internet connection is veryvey poor so that it is highly boaring and tedious to sit with laptop if you will not do the needful it will compelll me to give up vodafone internet.
                              2-on 04/01/18 i paid rs47/-for recharge of internet pack in sim no-[protected]. But wrongly it was paid towards talktime top-up. Pl. The same amount may be converted for talk time to no-[protected]
                              3-on 08/01/18 a net packof rs.47/-was paid for sim no-[protected] 1gb for 28days. But it is in vain net connection is not successful in this recharge it also may be convertd to the said no for talk time on14/01/18 again i recharged rs.99/- net pack which is successful but net is very very slow

                                I am prime customer of vodafone. For last some days, whenever we are making any call, voice quality is not good and it keeps on breaking. I am not able to hear half of the conversation because of poor voice quality, while network signal is showing 3 to 4 bars.

                                    I recharged my phone with rs 94 talktime and i recieved 0 talktime as 14.34 was cut as gst and 79.66 was cut as access fee. Why is this happening? I should recieve a refund for my transaction.
                                    This has happend with my other family member's vodafone number as well. About 500 rs talktime in total was lost with the gst charges and access fee.
                                    Although the amount of recharge is incorrect, the money should be refunded.

                                      I have vodafone prepaid mobile 4g connection (Mobile no is-[protected]) along with unlimited data and calls pack. My connection is 4 month old. But vodafone service provider is totally failure to give the service 4g data and voice calls simultaneously. I have already complaint 3 time to vodafone care through mobile and online also. Vodafone engineer also visited the site. And actually agree with me that is problem in voice calls due to network problem of vodafone. Vodafone engineer and vodafone officer also assured me to resolve my problem but after passing three to four month there is no any solid action taken by the vodafone service provider to resolving the problem.

                                      It is requested that take action accordingly if they are not able to service 4g than refund my recharge amount.

                                        I called vodafone care 198/199 on 13th january 2018 at 9:00pm.
                                        First two times i could connect to the executive. But then error came on this no. & i couldn't connect to the executive.

                                        Then on next day morning i called to their executive on [protected] from my other number & i connected to executive.

                                        I requested to raise complain on the issue.
                                        But he had deactivate dnd on my vodafone number [protected] without my permission & argued that only now i can connect to executive on 198/199 numbers.

                                        I told him there is no connection between dnd & unable to connect to customer care executive.

                                        But he rudely ignore my concern.
                                        & missused the power by which he deactivated dnd service on my vodafone number [protected] without even asking me.

                                        He didn't solve my issue.
                                        He refused to take my complaint.
                                        He didn't have any kind of manner on how to talk to customer.

                                        He showed his name arjun.

                                        Vodafone should learn their customer care executives on how to talk with customers...

                                        Punish him.
                                        Solve my customer care connectivity issue on [protected].
                                        Also activate dnd as before on this number.
