1-i am more than 10 years vodafone net user. First tow to three years net service was excellent but since one year the internet connection is veryvey poor so that it is highly boaring and tedious to sit with laptop if you will not do the needful it will compelll me to give up vodafone internet.
2-on 04/01/18 i paid rs47/-for recharge of internet pack in sim no-[protected]. But wrongly it was paid towards talktime top-up. Pl. The same amount may be converted for talk time to no-[protected]
3-on 08/01/18 a net packof rs.47/-was paid for sim no-[protected] 1gb for 28days. But it is in vain net connection is not successful in this recharge it also may be convertd to the said no for talk time on14/01/18 again i recharged rs.99/- net pack which is successful but net is very very slow

i want to MNP from Jio to Vodafone but when i go to nearest Vodafone Store i wait for 1 hour after 1 hour they told me system is slow.when I called your customer excutive mamta at 5 PM, She behave rudely.
I have one Vodafone sim now i decided to go for Vodafone to airtel.

    Hello my name is dinesh sharma and i am a businessman and for my company i took a plan from vodafone but now i want you to deactivate my 3 postpaid sim cards since i do not require them anymore.

    I am prime customer of vodafone. For last some days, whenever we are making any call, voice quality is not good and it keeps on breaking. I am not able to hear half of the conversation because of poor voice quality, while network signal is showing 3 to 4 bars.
    I am using I phone and there is no issue with handset.
    Hi I have done a online recharge of 222 for Vodafone number [protected] amount got deducted from my account but recharge is not successful.

      Hi, im vignesh, last one week my mobile ([protected]) out going message was blocked for sms. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. Everyday i will send messages to my friends and relatives only. Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block? Pls help me soon. I am loosing my customers.

        I recharged my phone with rs 94 talktime and i recieved 0 talktime as 14.34 was cut as gst and 79.66 was cut as access fee. Why is this happening? I should recieve a refund for my transaction.
        This has happend with my other family member's vodafone number as well. About 500 rs talktime in total was lost with the gst charges and access fee.
        Although the amount of recharge is incorrect, the money should be refunded.

          I have vodafone prepaid mobile 4g connection (Mobile no is-[protected]) along with unlimited data and calls pack. My connection is 4 month old. But vodafone service provider is totally failure to give the service 4g data and voice calls simultaneously. I have already complaint 3 time to vodafone care through mobile and online also. Vodafone engineer also visited the site. And actually agree with me that is problem in voice calls due to network problem of vodafone. Vodafone engineer and vodafone officer also assured me to resolve my problem but after passing three to four month there is no any solid action taken by the vodafone service provider to resolving the problem.

          These service provider is cheating with the customer and taking payment of 4g but service is providing only 3g/2g

          It is requested that take action accordingly if they are not able to service 4g than refund my recharge amount.

            I called vodafone care 198/199 on 13th january 2018 at 9:00pm.
            First two times i could connect to the executive. But then error came on this no. & i couldn't connect to the executive.

            Then on next day morning i called to their executive on [protected] from my other number & i connected to executive.

            I requested to raise complain on the issue.
            But he had deactivate dnd on my vodafone number [protected] without my permission & argued that only now i can connect to executive on 198/199 numbers.

            I told him there is no connection between dnd & unable to connect to customer care executive.

            But he rudely ignore my concern.
            & missused the power by which he deactivated dnd service on my vodafone number [protected] without even asking me.

            He didn't solve my issue.
            He refused to take my complaint.
            He didn't have any kind of manner on how to talk to customer.

            He showed his name arjun.

            Vodafone should learn their customer care executives on how to talk with customers...

            Punish him.
            Solve my customer care connectivity issue on [protected].
            Also activate dnd as before on this number.

              I called to vodafone customer care. Executive named gaurav picked the phone and i told him my problem which he was not able to solve then i asked him to transfer call to his senior but he refused saying that senior was not available. Then i asked him to arrange a call back to which he refused and hanged up the phone very rudely with out listening me

                Today your office has debited rs. 42.00 for activating lifestyle service without my consent. This is not the first occasion like thisunauthorised activation servises by your people. This amounts to looting of customer's money. It is a fradulant activity. After activitating the same, you are sending message that to stop send sms stop to 155223 as if i have opted for it.
                This high handed activity of your people should be stopped and the amount to be credited to account.
                I hope you would do the needful. If not i i will file a complaint to appropriate forum/ agencies for redressal.

                  Now i have to cancel this transaction and please reverse the amount.

                    Thanks. I would like to share some things about this issue. Before writing complaint here (Complaint consumer), 3 times i did speak to customer care and visited 1 mini vodafone store. But result remain same, they said that "we can not help you, you should have register with trai as tele marketer". But i am not a tele marketer and i did not send any marketing message and i used to send messages to well known friends only. Vodafone is not maintaining good relationship with customer. Last 8 years i have been customer of vodafone. But they did not inform and not giving any warning but suddenly they stopped service. Very very poor...

                    But now i am very happy with complaint consumer website and my problem was solved. Thank you so much.

                      My husbands norway international roaming - outgoing calls are not working. I have also put that 5000 rs package plus 1000 rs talk time. Not even able to reach the prepaid customer care for once in past 3 days. I am diconnecting the call after being in line for 40 min. He is getting the signal but outgoing calls are not possible. Customer care is pathetic and plus 6000 rs in the drain.

                        This is to inform you about my poor experience when I joined Vodafone family. I was having Airtel prepaid number ([protected]) but due to poor network of Airtel I decided to port my sim to the Vodafone prepaid number. Your customer executive calles me up and informed me about the prepaid plan of 399 which is valid for 3 months and told me that the sim will port to Vodafone pre-paid. But there are following issues which I am facing since the past few days:
                        1. It has been told that my sim will be ported to a prepaid no. But they deliberately ported to postpaid no. Without my consent.

                        2. I am facing network issues. I am unable to call any no. and my is getting not reachable. Many a times its showing emergency calls only

                        3. I am unable to use internet.

                        4. Poor response from your customer care executive and members.

                        5. Although customer care executive also commits to register my complaint but they have not registered as well.

                          On 1/13/2018, i did an online recharge for rs. 65 on my number.

                          The amount was deducted from my account, but not recharged in my mobile number.

                          The amount was not even refunded back to my bank account also.

                          I waited for more than an hour, but not recharged yet.

                          This is not the first time this happening.

                          This makes the online recharge doubtful.

                          Please do the needful.

                          The amount of 65 has been refunded on 01/15/2018 to my account. I never thought it would happen because this has happened before like this. Thank you Consumer Complaints Forum Team for resolving my complaint.

                          I have recharged for RS 34 out of which 28 rs was deducted as access fee charges I don't know what this charges are but I want to my to be reversed to my account.hope this will help.

                            I have lost my sim, so i purchased the sim in vodafone store madurai kalavasal tamil nadu. They told it will be activated within 3 days but still not activated, i communicated with them. They again & again asking proof. I gave my proof, but they are saying that bangalore people need to approve. From our end done., this done for past 2 weeks. Today i tried to call that center but they saying once again bring that same proof. I am disappointed with this management. Still am unable to get number activated.

                              On[protected] at 23:53 i got a message that i have low balance due to usage of internet. So i checked internet balance and found that i have more than 30% of data in my account so i continue usage. But at 23:56 i checked my talktime balance and found that amount is lower than before. I complained at the vodafone store next day but they rejected it and told me that they will not submit complaint because they have no mistake.
                              I have snapshot of their popup msg that appear on dialing internet balance checking code at 23:56, also of their balance shown on their mobile application.

                                I was never a customer of vodafone.
                                I used idea for 6 years then i switched to jio about 4-5 months ago.
                                Latelly i’m getting calls from vodafone constanly & always from different numbers so i cant even block them.
                                Specifically they call me in the aftertoon time which is also my sleeping time.
                                It very hectic.
                                Its like a mental torture. I always pick calls even if its from unknown numbers so now it has become very problmatic for me.
                                I am not even a bit interested in vodafone india so stop calling me.
                                I hope you will resolve my issue asap.

                                  Greetings!!

                                  I feel very bad feeling and harassment regarding the service recieved from vodafone store located in thane west ghodbunder road near rmall.

                                  The whole request was of just updating of my address,

                                  Initial i requested (Request no.[protected] 20-dec-2017 07:21:53 pm) on 20th dec 2017 for updating address by personally visiting at store, where i waited for almost 2 to 3hrs, where the executive ask me to provide address proof, i had provide the same (Addhar card) and the told me address will update within 7days at that ok.

                                  I waited for seven days, than after i check whether my address has been changed or not, unfortunately the address was no change and request has been closed by your team on 24-dec-2017 05:04:28 pm

                                  Than got suprised, even after address has not been updated how request closed??, so i called customer care number, they inform me the request for address update is recieved but due to document pending it cannot proceed further, i again got surprised and said to customer care when i submitted document in person at store, how they claim document not recieved, so they advise me to visit store again.

                                  Fine again i visited store on 30th dec 2017 for understanding the query, again i wasted my time of almost 2 hrs, where they told back end team not recieved the document (Though i had submitted at very first time), again they want document, this time they require id proof i provide them my pan card copy. Fine, executive inform now your request will be resolve and request no was.[protected] 30-dec-2017 12:59:15 pm, with in 48hrs.

                                  I told ok, but when i checked today on 12th jan 2018 in my vodafone app the request was already closed on 24-dec-2017 05:04:28 pm, but address still not updated, so i called again customer care, they as usual told they cannot help they can take only complaint, you need to visit store again... That means again i have to visit for 3rd time for same request with no fault of mine...

                                  I am just got frustrated, that i wasted by 4 to 5 hours in whole process and waited for almost 20 days for simple request o[censored]pdate of address, and even the request has not completed and showing in record request closed, and again getting advise to visit store for document submission.

                                  If store person are misplacing my authentic signed document, who is responsible for that, they dont have responsibility to deal with such crucial documents and telling me to submitt document again and again.. Is they are using my document for any other purpose i am doubtful...

                                  So request you to look in my complaint, as the nature of complaint what i feel is misusing of document provide by customer by store and my request o[censored]pdating address also not happened.

                                    Everyday i receive 4-5 sms regarding upgrading my sim to 4g. I have another 4g sim on my phone. The store says upgrading is not necessary. But they couldn't help stopping the irritating sms's. I put rs700 for travel to singapore & entire amount was over without using because of these nuisance sms's. Even dnd complaint through call center didn't work.

                                    Sir, actually any other person recharged my number by mistake and further he take out his recharge but with my old plan I am not getting my data pack which is to given 1 GB per day.

                                      Despite applying for activation of international roaming for my corporate postpaid mobile number from 5th january 2018 onwards and getting a confirmation from the vodafone corporate care team that the request has been processed, i am unable to receive any network coverage overseas. After writing several times to the customer support mailbox, i have been told that i need to make a separate ir security deposit to a vodafone store in india, which is clearly not possible for me to make in person. I have also not been informed, what is the exact ir amount to be deposited, since i only wish to receive bank otp sms on my india number. I have enquired multiple times over email as to how this payment could be made online or through the my vodafone app but there is no response from the customer care team. Calling my circles' customer care number ends in no response as well. Please help at the earliest. I am not able to receive important sms's on my india number and this has caused me a lot of inconvenience for over a week now. Thanks!

                                        As per trai, refund of security deposit for postpaid connection should be initiated within 60 days after the closure of connection and failing to do so service provider has to pay an interest of 10% per annum, but its been more than 4 months i have closed the connection from vodafone odisha circle and i have not received the refund amount.
