Vodafone always charges without reason for data, MMS, SMS, incoming roaming even when the tariff plan allows unlimited calls both local and STD and upto 3000 SMS per month-one needs to follow up for months to get the charges reversed and even after lots of follow up the charges are not reversed -They promise but do nothing-the relationship manager is not known nor our accounts are accessible by the helpline no. 198.a strange situation for customers -even 3 times request for porting out was cancelled without reason by vodafone.
Internation SMS to some fake no. [protected] is charged in almost all bills not only in my case but also in the case of my family members.
Vodafone charges for no services availed and the executives reply differently to different queries and complaints-some people are really hopeless.

We had to port out our 3 nos. due to excessive billing but the last bills after porting out were unreasonable-Vodafone needs a lot of follow up and even it denies access to most of its executives to our ccounts-my efforts to call customer care were futile and e mails were never replied properly and delivered to us after a long period.
The relationship manager was hopeless and uncourteous and used to disconnect our calls -she never bothered to reply to our e mails as well-she was some Disha Tandon.
Even the nodal office did not help anytime -I had written to appellate office many times for incorrect plan and charges applied to my bills for continuously 10 months for all my 3 nos. during[protected] but all my efforts were futile.
This mattter was reported to some Sahana Mitra who was then the relationship manager and had taken xerox of all my bills promising me that the charges would be reversed but she did nothing-i heard later on that she was promoted and transferred to some Mumbai office-such was the plight we faced from vodafone.there were excess charges of around15000 for the 3 accounts but these companies can only cheat-it was very difficult to get the charges reversed anytime

    Im customer o[censored]rs since dec 2016 regularly use ur service. It woking perfectly.. But today it show no network and when i search network it find vodafone but when i select it o registering on vodafone it shows networ selction failed... It does not registered on network

      From last more then one month i am struggling with vodafone/ red shield
      As they reject my claim because of some other name mentioned on invoice after that i request to samsung (Phone company) as payment done through my credit card and because o[censored]sing another email id you mention wrong name in invoice. They understood my problem and provide bill on my name but vodafone/ red shield not accept this bill.

      This is very bad experience for me that vodafone company service level is very very poor and am using this company services from last more than 8 years without any major complain. First time had faced some problem and response of vodafone customer service was very poor.

      I do not know why this complains being rejected. I spoke to a guy from the same company he asked me to send a consent mentioning I am the original owner of the device. I did send but they rejected my claim giving same reason. They merged my previous complain with new one. Wherein i did not even processed my first claim since there was not much of damage. If there is no physical damage is covered do mentioned it before opting for the insurance. Disappointed I would say do not opt for this insurance in first place.
      It was clearly mention in certificate that the sim user is Nishant Sachdeva

      If i am not eligible for the insurance then you will not provide the certificate. But after 11 months at the time of claim you denied for compensate for phone.You are my last hope if you unable to help me. I have to register a case against Vodafone in consumer court.I really fed up regular follow up from Vodafone.
      I have been very disappointed by your services as its been more than a month from dispatching my handset to you and still it hasn't been returned yet.
      How come its taking too long ? Your timeline of service takes too much of time and the customer care executive behavior over telephonic conversation is very casual and disappointing, they always provide different answers in every different instances, which seems you are passing the wrong information to customers to cover up the irregularities in your services.To check over my blame onto your customer care you should better check the recording of the conversation of which i got intimated before calling to them-" this call will be recorded for internal training and quality purpose".

      I have already mailed "[protected]@dsspro.in" several times to get me the updates on my device and for that too still i dont get the reply and now m stuck without my device for like more than a month and they are not willing to reply for that too.

        I switched from airtel to vodafone in the month of october 2017. By the end of october i registered my first complaint of poor network & data speed in andheri east area. Today we are in the second week of january and till date i have not received any feedback from their end. I am yet facing network issues and poor data speed in andheri east (Where i spend most of my day as i work in this area).

        Yesterday evening i was chatting with mr karthik (A representative at vodafone customer service) and explained him the issues i was facing with vodafone network. After chatting with him for a while, i asked to be transferred to a senior supervisor (Ms bhavya). She apologized for the inconvenience caused, and asked me to be online so that she could look into this matter. After a few minutes, i did not receive any reply from her so i thought of writing a message to her. There i come to realize, she has conveniently left the chat as clearly she did not know what to answer me.

        I called the nodal officer team today morning and requested a refund for the bills i have paid off for the past 3 months (499 per month), and they informed me they cannot put in a request for refund. They admitted there are network problems they're facing, however they're working on the same and would resolve my problems soon (Without giving any specific deadline).

        As my 90 days are almost getting over, i am free to port to another service provider.

          I have been a loyal vodafone customer since many years. But recently, i am fed up of your ever increasing bills. I had also visited you vodafone care in bungalow andheri w for the same. But they did not provide me much help. I had also requested them for converting my phone from billing to prepaid but they refused to do it inspite of visiting them twice with documents.

          Is this the way to treat your loyal customer???

            Fraudulent bill generated for dialing five digit number 51717 this number was never dail nor we know what is this number. Pls reverse these fraudulent charges. There have been many complaints from lot of customer on google as well still vodafone is maintaining its stand that number had been dial and not investigating this fraud bill for 2963.00

            This is some big scam and vodafone customers have been cheated. Plan on my number is for unlimited calls as well so nothing should be charged additionally though investigation needs to don how these calls are getting dial without customer doing it. Pls reverse all these charges immediately

              I had got a recharge of rs 352 last month, wherein was given unlimited calls and data pack. I went abroad for 5 days, post that my calls are being charged. I have called their executives several times, they put me hold and vanish. I have also complaint regarding the same on their personal complaint forum but they haven't responded.                 Hi,
                I want to know what exactly is this dotbot pack and why has this been activated on my number without my authorization?

                Every week rs 35 gets deducted from my balance saying that i have activated this service. I have not requested for this service.

                Please deactivate it as soon as possible otherwise i will port my number to some other network provider and even raise a complain regarding this in consumer forum.

                Also, i need to know what are your exact charges for the callertunes service and how much do we get charges for that each month?

                I need a response asap otherwise i will have to take a stern action.
                This has been ongoing for a long time now.

                  Dear vodafone,

                  I recharged rs. 200 for my vodafone prepaid mobile ([protected]) via https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/rechargeOnline.jsp and pay the amount using online axis bank. But the recharge was not done and i even did not receive any mail or sms for this recharge while rs. 200 was deducted from axis bank account. I done this transaction on. 09.01.18 between 12.00 - 01.00 pm.
                  Kindly look into this problem and either refund the amount or recharge it to the relevant number.

                  Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                    Sir your 3g and 4g net speed very poor here in my area because your bad network connection. So kindly please improove this as soon as possible.
                    Otherwise we are rejecting your sim and became a member of jio. Your net is really very poor. If your company have no money to improove this than please close your company and ask for others.
                    My heart wants to abuse you and your company. We are using your sims very long time but it never satisfied us as jio and others. I am not mocking your company but sir your net speed is really very very poor.

                          I have never ever made that call niether i give my phone for any one to use..
                          Above all i am never interested in astrology..
                          Highly dissapointed #vodafone..

                            My Postpaid Vodaphone number[protected] is operational under IOIP plan since Nov-2017 and before that it was under COCP plan with Schneider Electric Pvt. Ltd.
                            For Last 10 days my outgoing is blocked due to unknown charges debited in my account.

                            For last 3 days Iam contacting with Vodaphone Nodal Office at Number-[protected] and they are assuring me to resume the services with on one hour but still this one hour is not passed.

                            I have also lodge online the complained[protected] on dt. 04-Jan-2018.

                            This is quite disappointment with Vodaphone. May I request your help here..

                                I am really pissed of vodafone services, as i am a frequent traveller to uae and takes i roam pack for 28 days. Every time bill comes and they suspend the account and then you have to do multiple follow ups.
                                This time vodafone has charges 10k instead of 5k for i roam pack and now they have suspended my account after doing multiple follow ups and complain.

                                I am really pissed of with the services and every time i have to write an inmail to ceo - sunil sood.

                                Please look in to it as i am escalating to group ceo in uk.

                                  After continuous follow-up from sep 2016, still i am not getting any network in my home. Month y month i am payment the bill and following up with vodafone team for network resolution. They confirmed and comitted several times by giving dates of resolution but till date the issue has not been resolved and no person from vodafone team visited my place.

                                    I am ex consumer of vodafone. I ported out of their subpar service after 8 yrs. I keep getting calls from them every day despite telling them i am no more with vodafone. This pisses me off.

                                    1. I registered complaint twice.
                                    2. I pinged them on social media platforms, they said they will call never called!
                                    3. I have told every one of their calling agent to remove me from database, are they illterate?
                                    4. I am hr and i dont have liberty to ignore unknown calls. Vodafone has harrased me over 6 months now and most in last 3 months.
                                    I buy service for communication not for telemarketing!
                                    Stop this mental anguish & harrasement!

                                      I have port my number from reliance to vodaphone. Many calles are received by vodaphone executives about mouth watering offers. After porting and received registration charges they port number. After some days suddenly stop my number without any information. And saying your fi is negative. I have asked their executive even i have another post paid connection also.
                                      Now i have to fill a important govt form and opt will sent on my old number. I was in trouble from past 10 days. All are fraud in vodaphone.

                                      I have not subscribed any service yet i am charged for WWESUBS and my balance is deducted by 45 rs. There is no direct customer care number for complaining, i have to go through the telly process again and again. Please look in this matter

                                        I have port my reliance number to vodaphone and that time i have activated rome like home but as i get my first bill, it is without rome like home so its double. So i have paid actual amt as per their details. After that they disconnect my number and told me to pay full amt. As they told me about reverse that amt in 48 hrs but before that they have disconnected my phone. Its disappointing way.
