I am ex consumer of vodafone. I ported out of their subpar service after 8 yrs. I keep getting calls from them every day despite telling them i am no more with vodafone. This pisses me off.

1. I registered complaint twice.
2. I pinged them on social media platforms, they said they will call never called!
3. I have told every one of their calling agent to remove me from database, are they illterate?

I have port my number from reliance to vodaphone. Many calles are received by vodaphone executives about mouth watering offers. After porting and received registration charges they port number. After some days suddenly stop my number without any information. And saying your fi is negative. I have asked their executive even i have another post paid connection also.
Now i have to fill a important govt form and opt will sent on my old...

I have port my reliance number to vodaphone and that time i have activated rome like home but as i get my first bill, it is without rome like home so its double. So i have paid actual amt as per their details. After that they disconnect my number and told me to pay full amt. As they told me about reverse that amt in 48 hrs but before that they have disconnected my phone. Its disappointing way....

There is no 4g data in my location. My house is just behind sahar super market - this location is available in google map.
My number -[protected], please be kind enough to help us with a good network. I written so many mail on it but i only get automated mail reply.

They dont even botther to resolve the issue.

I only get automated mails for all my reply.

90 rs has been deducted from my balance amount towards subscription of wwe zone. I do not understand how can you charge without the consent of your customer. I just receive some random text for special offer and you deduct money.. This is not done.. I want my money to be reversed asap.

This is very sad to inform you that my balance is debited for using internet which i did not do. I get a daily credited of 1gb for internet usage out of which i end up using few mbs (Less than even 150mb) everyday. However today, right in the morning, i got messages that my balance is getting deducted, and by the time i could turn off my datapack, my entire balance was wiped off.

I haven't used even 50 mbs...

Call barrier service active for so many days as harassment feel on vodafone customer. Many times complaint last 3 years to customer care number or mail but not resolve till time. Always say work in progress or tower work continues. I have uses 8 numbers if not solve. Then, disconnect all numbers as early, i will take legal opinion and trai benefits like call drop charges etc. Please take necessary action.

Sir today i am going to vodafone mini store which is situated at bhosari alandi road near surya hotel. When i was going there and tell them to update my old vodafone sim card from 3g to 4g network they charged me rs 100/- for this. When i told them this is free of cost service they use abused me... On 06/01/2018 i recharge my mobile phone online at https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/easy-online-recharge.jsp, i received a notification from my bank saying the amount has been taken from the account, but when moble phone was not recharged and i didn't receive any message or e-mail from vodafone about this. I've been facing this problem since a long time. They are deducting my balance without proper reason. I faced this problem in two sim cards. This problem is continuing so many times. And they are not connecting my call to customer service representative.
Balance deduction was ₹49/-, again ₹10/- and ₹10/-...

Actually i am changed my number postpaid to prepaid at 2nd jan 2018.
After the prepaid number is activated the message will be blocked from 3rd january 2018.
When i asked customer care they asked me to register in trai. I have sent sms only to my friends. But without giving any alerts they blocked my number. How to unblock?
Please release my sms service as soon as possible....

I have visited vodafone mini store located in vashi-sec-14, navi mumbai to change my address with valid documents but till now this is not done. I have damaged a pair of shoes to roam around the store, is it so complicated. My work could not done because i could not submit the address proof. Why you people take your customers for guaranteed?
