Hi

There is no 4g data in my location. My house is just behind sahar super market - this location is available in google map.
My number -[protected], please be kind enough to help us with a good network. I written so many mail on it but i only get automated mail reply.

They dont even botther to resolve the issue.

I only get automated mails for all my reply.

    This is your reference to your notice regarding outstansing of rs. 2268/ on my vodafone no-[protected], which services have already been stoped by your side. I would like to communicate you that before 19/09/2017 my vodafone no-[protected] had monthly rental of rs.299/. By the communication of your customer care executive i requested to change my plan to rs. 349 monthly rental and they assured that they changed my plan to rs.349 monthly rental. But without my consent they changed my plan to rs. 399/ monthly rental by themselves by 20/09/2017. I requested him several times to update my monthly rental to rs. 349, which i requested but they did not do so, hold my call and after that cut the phone. After that i also requested your customer care executives to stop the services of my no-[protected]. But they did not bother about it.

    I am having voice recording clips of all the conversation i had with your customer care executives. I have attached all this for your reference.
    I would also like to state that i did not get data services on the number-[protected], which was committed by your customer care executive.in between they also stop my outgoing call facilities.
    Now please stop harrasing me.

      Description:
      90 rs has been deducted from my balance amount towards subscription of wwe zone. I do not understand how can you charge without the consent of your customer. I just receive some random text for special offer and you deduct money.. This is not done.. I want my money to be reversed asap.

          Hi,

          This is very sad to inform you that my balance is debited for using internet which i did not do. I get a daily credited of 1gb for internet usage out of which i end up using few mbs (Less than even 150mb) everyday. However today, right in the morning, i got messages that my balance is getting deducted, and by the time i could turn off my datapack, my entire balance was wiped off.

          I haven't used even 50 mbs from my daily limit. Moreover, if my daily credit gets over, my internet should stop and my balance should remain as it is.in no way my balance should be deducted.

          Please make sure that my balance is credited immediately and my daily internet balance is given to me right away. Else would be forced to move to another provider who are giving better services. Also would not be difficult to spread the fraud done by vodafone through media

            Pl. Chek my october bill in 99 rental paln complent. Objection in vodafone company in my plan deactivated also company.

            When i was informed by e-mail for activating my [protected] plan. When i was changed in october. But my plan de activated by my company. But i have not been told anything about it. Also, when i have called the customer in all, i was told that you have done it by e-mail. It was said that. But i had e-mailed about 99 rentals. And frequently your company is making a mistake. So, i understand that your company is a fraud.

              Call barrier service active for so many days as harassment feel on vodafone customer. Many times complaint last 3 years to customer care number or mail but not resolve till time. Always say work in progress or tower work continues. I have uses 8 numbers if not solve. Then, disconnect all numbers as early, i will take legal opinion and trai benefits like call drop charges etc. Please take necessary action.

                  Sir today i am going to vodafone mini store which is situated at bhosari alandi road near surya hotel. When i was going there and tell them to update my old vodafone sim card from 3g to 4g network they charged me rs 100/- for this. When i told them this is free of cost service they use abused me... They treat me very badly i dont like their service.

                    Dear sir/mam i am anil yadav my mob no is [protected]. Dear sir this is complain regarding my reliance prepaid number ported into postpaid vodafone number instead of prepaid. Actually sir this incident was happened on 28 november when a call was came from r. P. Enterprises and i agreed with caller that they convert my reliance prepaid number to vodafone prepaid number, but after some days i have received a call from vodafone headquarters for postpaid number verification then i said to verification executive that i have requested for prepaid connection not for postpaid connection then they suggest me to go on nearest vodafone store and request him to change my postpaid number to prepaid number but when i went to vodafone store mahipalpur then store executives said that now its take three months time for change. Dear sir i really very harrased and i request you to please immediately port my number from postpaid to prepaid.

                      On 06/01/2018 i recharge my mobile phone online at https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/easy-online-recharge.jsp, i received a notification from my bank saying the amount has been taken from the account, but when moble phone was not recharged and i didn't receive any message or e-mail from vodafone about this. It's more than 48 hours now and i'm still waiting for a reply from vodafone. Please respond as soon as possible.

                        I had subscribed for this vodafone postpaid number [protected] on 28th december and was assured that the number would be activated within 24 hours. It did activate for a day but then got deactivated due to address verification failure. While purchasing the connection, i had clearly mentioned that i intended to provide my current address proofs for the purpose but i was wrongly assured that the verification will be successful anyhow. Its been 10 days now and innumerable number of follow ups but still the mobile is not activated. I had been finally told today that the new address update would take another 7 days, this should have been done 7 days ago. This is a mental harassment and is greatly hampering my day to day activities. My grievance is against the unprofessional behavior of the vodafone staff involved and complete lack of knowledge on their part of the vodafone processes and policies on their end. Staff concerned:

                            I've been facing this problem since a long time. They are deducting my balance without proper reason. I faced this problem in two sim cards. This problem is continuing so many times. And they are not connecting my call to customer service representative.
                            Balance deduction was ₹49/-, again ₹10/- and ₹10/- now ₹49/- again.

                            Please view it seriously and i want immediate response for this mail and even through this mail i'm asking you to refund my whole money. This is my second complaint regarding this issue no action taken by vodafone. I have unlimited plan still deduction happens it feels like fraud.

                              Actually i am changed my number postpaid to prepaid at 2nd jan 2018.
                              After the prepaid number is activated the message will be blocked from 3rd january 2018.
                              When i asked customer care they asked me to register in trai. I have sent sms only to my friends. But without giving any alerts they blocked my number. How to unblock?

                                I have visited vodafone mini store located in vashi-sec-14, navi mumbai to change my address with valid documents but till now this is not done. I have damaged a pair of shoes to roam around the store, is it so complicated. My work could not done because i could not submit the address proof. Why you people take your customers for guaranteed?                                     Greeting of the day,

                                    My self-nepal and i have migrate my airtel number ([protected]) in vodafone, which are activated as on date 30-dec-17 and closed by backend as on date 6-jan-17 due to residence verification belong to out of ncr.

                                    At the time of migration, i already communicate to vodafone executive for residence belong to out ncr he told me no issue we will activated and verify on your office address after closing my account i have discussed with customer care and they are ensuring to activate account within 1 hours but still not activated.

                                    I have again call to customer care in evening than they totally denied to activate my account.

                                    My genuine question is why agents misguide me if already update about my residence issue than why agent collect my documents and why customer care executive ask to activated my number in 1-hours.

                                    I am totally not satisfied with vodafone services.

                                      I have recharged for 399/- pack which gives 250min/day and 1000min/week free calling but yesterday when i called to some numbers it says insufficient balance yet i have completed by any offers.
                                      When i want to told this problem to vodafone bhopal office firstly they picked up my called and asked my problem but when my problem was not solved and call back again they just block my number then i emailed to them about the same they ([protected]) now call me but still problem is unsolved and i repeatedly calling (Using my balance) to this no. And customer care but they are not picking my call and not answering me.

                                        On calling up after several attempts i was told i wont get refund of 448 paid twice without any explanation nor any additional service for the plan, alsi they did not give any explanation why my internet service for daily 1 gb till 25th march was not being shown as active when dilling 111.
                                        In short i paid 448+448 without getting any service, and though 1 g b daily renewal till 25 march 84 days was received till today, i couldn't get through internet today, and 111 is not showing g the plan i paid for twice.

                                        I failed to understand how an offer paid on 1st complain lodged on 1$st paid for 84 days can lapse, also my calls are being charged though the offer was for limited fee std, and when dialing 111 or 198 when I press 9 for customer assistance the ivc goes back to main menu, unlike before when the help desk assistance used to come online

                                        Both payments maid within 2 miniute s, as gateway for payment was showing error on 1st Jan for 84 day plan, and SMS confirmation received, now he says one is lapsed, conveniently not mentioning date and time of payment or lapse date, how can I upscaled the complain further for it's obvious they don't want to assist but cheat and swindle their customers
                                        In reply to my complain today I received s call rejecting the refund and now even I ant able to access the internet though I received email below stating one plan paid twice is active

                                        I confirm to you that the benefits of both the recharges were assigned on your number but you will be able to receive benefits of only one pack as the previous is lapsed. Hence regret to inform we are unable to reverse the recharge amount on same
