I've been charged 499.99 rs for data usage, i had a 5gb plan but i got no alert when it exhausted, i used some data in mid of 11:30pm to 12:30am in this interval vodafone charged me 499 rs for data usage unfairly,

I got all alerts after 1 am. This is really cheating on your customers. I want my money back.

This is not my mistake, it's problem from vodafone's end, i want my refund of 499. No one is mad who will use data without a data plan.

I've tried to contact many times on customer care but they sometimes said data alert was sent on time some says it wasn't. I dont care what they say i just want my waiver on my unbilled amount.

I closed my data pack before 12:30 and i got all alerts after 1 am. After i was not using data it was totally worthless to send delayed alerts.

    I have visited many time to vodafone store room of sawantwadi of sindhudurg district to link my aadhaar number to sim but they are unable to link it and they were giving reason that my aadhar card has address of karnataka and sim belongs maharshtra.

    As their given suggestion, i tried it in belgaum, karnataka also but thy were also fail to link it.

      I have ported out from vodafone around 6 month back due to poor network at my location. Complained many times but no remedial action taken. For porting out, i have made advance payment against my bill. They rejected my porting request twice and after escalating they have accepted. Now after 6 month they are calling me and asking to make due amount if rs 1200. I had plan of 499 and 199 for my 2 number. I don't understand that if there was any outstanding then why my number ported out. Also, if i have made advance payment then why there is outstanding.

      They are frequently calling on my and my wife number and harassing us with very unpleasant behavior.

        On 6th of january i check by dial *111# best offer available on my number and fount that there is an offer in 46 i'll get 1.3 gb 2g/3g/4g data, 500 mb you'll get instand and remaining 874 mb in 30 min.

        This is the only information provided to me.
        I recharge the same and 2 masseges from vodafone that you get 500mb 3g data for 7 days and 874mb 2g data for 28 days. When i use the mobile data it is used from 874 mb which is valid for 28 days and 500 mb is still remain as it is and this 500 mb will expire inbetween 7 days of my use of these 874 mb.
        When i call customer care executive and tell about my problem no one is want to solve the problem and only want to avoid the customer by saying this that mam, you restart your phone, mam put the sim in 1st slot and use in 3g, mam we'll send internate settings.
        But no one give me the solution.
        It is the worst experience with any telecom company... There remain no standard of vodafone in the market now
        Vodafone is not concern about to customer anymore. Customer care executive even not know how to handle the problem.

          I recharged my vodafone number with 198rs via paytm app but the same recharge was done twice and money for both the recharges was deducted from my paytm wallet. I reported the issue to paytm but the said that once the recharge is successful is cannot be reverted. My transaction id for the first recharge is [protected] and for second recharge is [protected].

            Dear sir,
            I am vodafone customer more than 4 years and received a wrong billing for isd calling in dec 2017 itemized bill. I have raised this discrepancy with vodafone executive on phone, they logged a call and next day closed the call. During discussion i requested them to open the complain ticket till get any resolution.

            I have made multiple request to vodafone to share me convincing proof of evidence, that will force me pay the bill. As said in last 4 year there was no isd calling made by me, hence entry under isd is wrong but vodafone just copying records from itemized bill and asking this is genuine billing and pay the same & unable to produce any further evidence.

            They have also block by all outgoing call from 3rd jan 2018. Request your support. How to take this legal as vodafone trying to cheat customer by making wrong billing and not listening after multiple request.

            I have evidence email of followup.

            Request your guidance to take this legal action on vodafone. Please help

Using post paid monthly billing sim last 3 months its very stupid billing this month 455 last time visit in vodofn billing office ther employee told i wll change your plan only 250 rs billing and only 75 calls 100 sms charge 450 what a rental why should iam or public have to i pay for all sir monthly is 255 rental adding and gst is more adding in bill sir any rules and regulations law for billing they not responsible proprley sir. So iam complaint against services sir complaint so plz attend who is head in mysore. Zone or change my plan imidtly today only sir

                Hi my name is ankit yadav and i am using voda postpaid approximately from last year and i take a plan of 399 but you never make bill as per your plans always make bill more than plan and this month my bill is 1427. How could this possible each and every time your executive said this never happen again but still i didn't got any resolution please do some needful otherwise i will take legal action. Also i will never pay bills without any permanent resolution if you dont able to handle customer service so why you are running fake plan today lots of network who are giving best plans so if you want to make a strong network with customers so you have to take action and i want my solution as soon as possible..

                  I used 99 plan, but unfortunately 4 January by mistake activated 399 plan, I already requested several time to appellate Dept, l need my old plan, I am suffering continuously inadequate network since 2010, I never used Vodafone properly, if the plan remain unchanged l will port out .soon ...this is very worthless & disgusted service

                    Hello,

                    I have been using vodafone services in gurgaon for over 10 years and have not faced an issue until now. I recently moved to govindpuri ext. Kalkaji, new delhi and facing network issues on daily basis. I am not able to make or recieve any any call or my number nor am able to use internet services since the vodafone network in our area is awful.
                    I have raised this issue but the customer support people are helpless and i do not get a satisfactory response on my issue.
                    I have 3 vodafone numbers currently, none of them are of any use so far.
                    Kindly look into it else i would have to shift to another network.!

                      To-day, i. E. 06.01.2018 at 12.45 around i have visited your vodafone stores at girish park, kolkata for my sim problem. The concerned person replace my sim after verification my paper and assuredme that the service will be start within 2 hours. But till the writing of this mail at 6.25 my service is not activate.
                      This type of service i have not expected from vodafone because you are one of the most popular mobile service provider in india.
                      Hence please look into matter and activate my no.[protected] and give me some rebate on my bill because my business is hempered due to this.

                        When i was using airtel network, vodafne customer representative called me and said they have 299 plan if i port from airtel to vodafone. After one month of activation there is a bill generated for 399. Now if i call and check, they have never activated that 299 plan that was promised.
                        Worst vodafone network and worst customer care people. My number is[protected]. Email: [protected]@gmail.com

                          I have called and raised complaint more than 20 times regarding network issue in my area, since no action has been taken yet. Request is pending from 21st Nov-2017. Today date 06-Jan-2018 Customer care person told me there is no complain raised till date. Please let me know when my issue will resolved.

                            Approached here to your indore vodafone office where mr. Dharmendra denied for the same, approached corporate mail id there got a reply to collect the same from vodafone office

                              I had a connection with reliance communications (Pre-paid). I had balance of more then ₹8000 when i had to shift to vodaphone. I was told by vodaphone that i can go with post paid plan with them and vodaphone would charge the bill to reliance communication and i don't have to pay till my balance in reliance communication is over. But it was a lie and vodaphone now is deniying this. Also reliance communications had my money as balance which i cant get hands on.

                                I did my vodafone number portabilty on 28 july 2017 from postpaid to prepaid, i am using prepaid number from 28 july.

                                After that also i got the bill in august, september and october.

                                And my mobile number is attached with hdfc credit card. So automatic payment is done by hdfc credit card. So that amount i have to pay.

                                If i de-registered my postpaid number in 28 july 2017 than how i can get the bill of august, september and october.

                                Right now i am getting the mail from you again and again, i am not getting the response from you. I went to vodafone store but they are also not able to resolve this problem.

                                Please find the attachment of payment of bill.

                                So please return my money back. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                                    Hi,
                                    Vodafone is deducting 99 per month since 8 months. This month also vodafone bill deducted 99/- mconverge fashion [protected]@99, which i never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill. They says i clicked somewhere, eventhough i click somewhere how vodafone can bill it??
                                    I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this??
                                    Do i need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here?

                                    I need reimbersment of all deduction.

                                      I bought a vodafone super wi-fi (Actually an useless modem) at wipro sarjapur corporate office on dec 14, 2017. They have activated the modem within 2 hours.

                                      Till 25th of december everything was fine. But on 26th of december i got a message for negative verification and 28th december they have suspended my connection without informing me.

                                      When i called customer care they have activated on 28th december and 29th december again connection got suspended. I called again but said they cannot take any request and talked with me very rude.

                                      On 3rd january i visited the vodafone mini store located in sarjapur main road 560035 and they said my house is in out of city limits. My house is exactly located 17kms from that place but they have updated like 34 kms and customer is not staying in that address. That’s lie.

                                      They asked me to pay 500rs as a security deposit and assured me for the connection and 3rd january 2018 connection re-activated with 500rs bribe. But 4th january 2018 again connection got suspended.

                                      My questions

                                      • do you want me to call daily to activate the modem?
                                      • do you want me to pay daily 500rs bribe?
                                      • if you can’t provide connection why you are selling this in my office?
                                      • are you cheating your customers with fake information?
                                      • this is how vodafone developed in india?
                                      • if your customer care executives can’t take and requests and can’t resolve any customer problems and taking rudely shouting then why you are running postpaid customer care?

                                        Dear vodafone team,

                                        Attached is my vodafone bill due to be paid on 07.01.2018 for rs. 10760

                                        My vodafone number is [protected] which i am using since last 4- 5 years with no faulters on bill payments and presume that it is a long association and vodafone should value this long association for at least for their valuable customers

                                        Below mentioned is the jist of the painful experience with vodafone i have
                                        Experienced -

                                        I had travelled to uae from 16.12.17 to 20.12.2017

                                        On 10.12.17, i was checking my vodafone app where in international roaming option got activated for 7 days. I immediately called customer care to decativate the request as i required it from 16.12.17 to 20.12.17 to which vodafone customer care representative confirmed me on call that international roaming request is deactivated and i believed it and i was advised that you raise a request one day before from your app and call once at vodafone customer care to confirm.

                                        I did the same and raised a request from app on 15.12.17 and called vodafone customer care and they confirmed that request is raised and will be activated on 16.12.17 to which i again believed.

                                        Till this time i was under assumption that my earlier request is deactivated and new request raised on 15.12.17 will be activated from 16.12.17 when i will be in uae.

                                        But much much to my surprise, on 17.12.17 i received a message that request for international roaming activated on 10.12.17 valid was 7 days has expired on 17.12.17.

                                        When i had a chat with vodafone representative through my app i was made to inform that deactivation request raised on 10.12.17 was not done and international roaming request was very much activated. Irony to which was that i was in india for 10.12.17 to 15.12.17.. So ultimately i used the international roaming request only for 1 days i. E. 16.12.17 and i was charged rs. 2500 + taxes for that one day

                                        Further i was informed on chat that international roaming request activated on tg request raised on 15.12.17 was not done as already there was international roaming requested activated on this number (What i was told by vodafone customer care was absolutely different to which i believe - have mentioned above)

                                        I had no option but to get per day plan for international roaming rs. 500 activated on my number for 3 days i. E. 18.12.17 to 20.12.17 which was hopefully done with no mis communications and wrong communication (Which i had suffered in this month)

                                        Now my bill got generated where first i am charged rs. 2500 for that 7 days international roaming pack which as per my was deactivated as confirmed by your representative on call to me.

                                        Rs. 1000 plan (Rs. 500 each) for 18.19.17 and 19.12.17 (Rs. 500 i suppose will be charged in next bill for 20.12.17 i. E. One day)

                                        Other than than this i am charged approx rs. 500 + taxes (Approx) which is for internet charges for 17.12.17 (For one day i am charged 5000+ taxes)

                                        All this makes my total 10760/-, out of which 5000 i have already paid.

                                        The unnecessary charges charged to me for rs. 5000+taxes will not be paid and vodafone should waive these unreasonable charges charged.

                                        A request for waiver of these charges was also raised by kunal singh[protected] reference number was declined by vodafone and i was informed about this through a call saying that the charges are correctly charged.

                                        I need waiver of the unreasonable charges charged

                                        Looking forward for some effective support from you.
