I had a connection with reliance communications (Pre-paid). I had balance of more then ₹8000 when i had to shift to vodaphone. I was told by vodaphone that i can go with post paid plan with them and vodaphone would charge the bill to reliance communication and i don't have to pay till my balance in reliance communication is over. But it was a lie and vodaphone now is deniying this. Also reliance communications had my money as balance which i cant get hands on.

    I did my vodafone number portabilty on 28 july 2017 from postpaid to prepaid, i am using prepaid number from 28 july.

    After that also i got the bill in august, september and october.

    And my mobile number is attached with hdfc credit card. So automatic payment is done by hdfc credit card. So that amount i have to pay.

    If i de-registered my postpaid number in 28 july 2017 than how i can get the bill of august, september and october.

    Right now i am getting the mail from you again and again, i am not getting the response from you. I went to vodafone store but they are also not able to resolve this problem.

    Please find the attachment of payment of bill.

    So please return my money back. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

      Balance is deducting without my knowledge and i spoke with senior supervisor his name veera he wil not resolve my issue, he dont know how to solve the issue. He told me to call 1963 your problem will resolve and i tried in front of him but no one should pick my call. Simply he was trying to avoid me thats the reason he has given this number, so and i request you to solve my issue. If you wil not resolve my issue and i simply change the network services...         Hi,
        Vodafone is deducting 99 per month since 8 months. This month also vodafone bill deducted 99/- mconverge fashion [protected]@99, which i never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill. They says i clicked somewhere, eventhough i click somewhere how vodafone can bill it??
        I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this??
        Do i need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here?

        I need reimbersment of all deduction.

          I bought a vodafone super wi-fi (Actually an useless modem) at wipro sarjapur corporate office on dec 14, 2017. They have activated the modem within 2 hours.

          Till 25th of december everything was fine. But on 26th of december i got a message for negative verification and 28th december they have suspended my connection without informing me.

          When i called customer care they have activated on 28th december and 29th december again connection got suspended. I called again but said they cannot take any request and talked with me very rude.

          On 3rd january i visited the vodafone mini store located in sarjapur main road 560035 and they said my house is in out of city limits. My house is exactly located 17kms from that place but they have updated like 34 kms and customer is not staying in that address. That’s lie.

          They asked me to pay 500rs as a security deposit and assured me for the connection and 3rd january 2018 connection re-activated with 500rs bribe. But 4th january 2018 again connection got suspended.

          My questions

          • do you want me to call daily to activate the modem?
          • do you want me to pay daily 500rs bribe?
          • if you can’t provide connection why you are selling this in my office?
          • are you cheating your customers with fake information?
          • this is how vodafone developed in india?
          • if your customer care executives can’t take and requests and can’t resolve any customer problems and taking rudely shouting then why you are running postpaid customer care?

            Dear vodafone team,

            Attached is my vodafone bill due to be paid on 07.01.2018 for rs. 10760

            My vodafone number is [protected] which i am using since last 4- 5 years with no faulters on bill payments and presume that it is a long association and vodafone should value this long association for at least for their valuable customers

            Below mentioned is the jist of the painful experience with vodafone i have
            Experienced -

            I had travelled to uae from 16.12.17 to 20.12.2017

            On 10.12.17, i was checking my vodafone app where in international roaming option got activated for 7 days. I immediately called customer care to decativate the request as i required it from 16.12.17 to 20.12.17 to which vodafone customer care representative confirmed me on call that international roaming request is deactivated and i believed it and i was advised that you raise a request one day before from your app and call once at vodafone customer care to confirm.

            I did the same and raised a request from app on 15.12.17 and called vodafone customer care and they confirmed that request is raised and will be activated on 16.12.17 to which i again believed.

            Till this time i was under assumption that my earlier request is deactivated and new request raised on 15.12.17 will be activated from 16.12.17 when i will be in uae.

            But much much to my surprise, on 17.12.17 i received a message that request for international roaming activated on 10.12.17 valid was 7 days has expired on 17.12.17.

            When i had a chat with vodafone representative through my app i was made to inform that deactivation request raised on 10.12.17 was not done and international roaming request was very much activated. Irony to which was that i was in india for 10.12.17 to 15.12.17.. So ultimately i used the international roaming request only for 1 days i. E. 16.12.17 and i was charged rs. 2500 + taxes for that one day

            Further i was informed on chat that international roaming request activated on tg request raised on 15.12.17 was not done as already there was international roaming requested activated on this number (What i was told by vodafone customer care was absolutely different to which i believe - have mentioned above)

            I had no option but to get per day plan for international roaming rs. 500 activated on my number for 3 days i. E. 18.12.17 to 20.12.17 which was hopefully done with no mis communications and wrong communication (Which i had suffered in this month)

            Now my bill got generated where first i am charged rs. 2500 for that 7 days international roaming pack which as per my was deactivated as confirmed by your representative on call to me.

            Rs. 1000 plan (Rs. 500 each) for 18.19.17 and 19.12.17 (Rs. 500 i suppose will be charged in next bill for 20.12.17 i. E. One day)

            Other than than this i am charged approx rs. 500 + taxes (Approx) which is for internet charges for 17.12.17 (For one day i am charged 5000+ taxes)

            All this makes my total 10760/-, out of which 5000 i have already paid.

            The unnecessary charges charged to me for rs. 5000+taxes will not be paid and vodafone should waive these unreasonable charges charged.

            A request for waiver of these charges was also raised by kunal singh[protected] reference number was declined by vodafone and i was informed about this through a call saying that the charges are correctly charged.

            I need waiver of the unreasonable charges charged

            Looking forward for some effective support from you.

              Call doesn't get connected.
              When another cellular network contacts my number, inspite of having full network the call doesn't get connected.
              Faced this problem several times which caused deep inconvenience to me and the other party. Also resulted i loss of monetary gains.
              1. Missed company transport to work resulted in disciplinary action against me
              2. Client call didn't get through resulting loss to me and company

              Who is going to compensate me on the losses i endured due to incompetency of the vodafone cellular network provider?

              Please block as quickly as possible. My phone is stolen by 4 thief in the Marathalli (Bangalore). They entered in the bus and they are doing this thing with the passengers from past many years, but police is not taking any action.

                  Changed sim from 3g to 4g few hours ago and also linked the aghast card to sim card later changed the sim and tried to use the phone received calls and could make calls but cannot send or receive sms called the customer care and spoke he asked to change the message center number so Changed the message center no as well to [protected] switched off the cell but yet no change

                    It's very unfortunate that i am facing problem of address verification of my number.I have been face this issued for last one month.I visited four time vodafone gallery located at 'Profit Centre, 400067, Mahavir Nagar, Kandiwali West' but no body is caring about my issue.They deactivated my number 4 times and same number of time i visited gallery.The staff named 'Alok verma' every time said me because of address verification failed your number deactived.I dont know what way you verify the address .I gave my office address and specially told them to call on my alternate and ported number while visited but i dont get call from their end and and of time they deactive my number.

                    I really got frustrate of your such service.I got verification date ie on 11th dec and i already told my office security to inform me if any vodafone staff comes.I waited entire day but no body comes and even no any call gets.At eod i got a call([protected]) from vodafon that, staff had visited at your address but you were not there, such statement was really beyond of lie for me.After being waited entire day at my office they are saying i was not at my office.

                    I request to you please take issue as serious issue.I dont want to visit vodafon store any more.It is first but disaster experience with vodafon.

                        Hello sir,
                        I recharged my vodafone number using the following site-
                        https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/easy-online-recharge.jsp
                        Recharge was of free call+data for 28 days pack for 349 indian rupees on 4th january, 2018 via internet banking services. My account balance got deducted for the same but i didn't get any plans activated on my mobile.

                        The same issue happened in my previous recharge of same package on 5th december, 2017 after which i contacted the customer service. They said that it wasn't updated in their system and i will get my refund, even though the previous recharges on myvodafone app showed the recharge of 348 indian rupees. I had to recharge it again.
                        I still haven't received the refund in my account and the same thing happened again.
                        I request you for the refund of balance i did not get.

                              During my recent international visit to japan, i requested vodafone india to activate iroamfree pack where i had to pay activation charges of rs 149 (Approx) and after that only if i do anyone of the following 4 activities i was supposed to incur the charges of 500 rs for that day:
                              1. Make a call
                              2. Receive a call
                              3. Send a message
                              4. Use internet data
                              During my stay in japan i did not use any of these services and i was only using the wi-fi for my day to day activities. I would like to repeat here that not even once i enabled vodafone internet service neither made/received any call nor i sent a sms and i have not used even 0.1kb of data still vodafone has charged me a whooping rs7107.14 by claiming that i have been using their internet services for 11 days during my international stay.

                              Now with respect to this i have attached a screenshot for reference that supports what i say. I can send the itemized bill copy for reference.
                              I have been a loyal customer to vodafone for 10 years now i dont expect such kind of fraudulent behavior from them.

                              I have submitted the noc + my kyc docs on 23rd Dec at the kayani nagar VF store for simcard migration, was given new sim after deposit of Rs.300 and told that the sim would be active by Monday evening but its still not active .
                              i have calling the customer care but no solution just saying escalating to kalyani nagar store.

                              Vodafone is wrongly charging bills adding any packs. They are not correcting the bills and everytime I have to follow up to get corrections wasting my time.
                              Now they are charging bills with other charges without specifying anything. They are adding the dues which are already paid.

                                I am complaining about a fake call 7992853364

                                I have a relative of mine who is getting fake calls from [protected]. When i dial to this number from my number he does not lift the phone. He is talking abusive speech over phone. Can you please give me the user location data, from where he is calling especially with the date range of one week back.

                                Any information like his aadhar card data, or name, or address where sim card is taken, or what is the last mobile tower near...

                                Go through the trailing mail of last three months, vodafone is harassing the customer in this way, if it is the business ethics of the vodafone, want to earn money in the name of value added services. Customer is crying since last three months writing mails and mails but they are dumb.

                                I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                                I would like to inform you that i have checked your vodafone bill from 28.11.17 to 27.12.17 and found that rs.1267 for value added services.

                                Further, as per our records reversal of rs.1304 on 02.12.2017 and rs.409.46 on 02.12.2017 has already been credited for value added service charges. Hence, we are unable to reverse the charges and regret for the same.

                                Please be informed that the third party application/websites are not governed/controlled by vodafone the functionality and charging pattern of these websites is completely a matter of their respective policies/charging patterns.

                                There can be pop ups appearing on your screen that are not sent from vodafone and still lead to charges in the bill (Touching/clicking on them accidently or intentionally).

                                Such charges seem to be unreasonable to the users, however it is due to the activities done during internet surfing.

                                We would also like to inform you that as per the process since the third party application website do not belong to vodafone, hence we are not able to intimate if a particular website is chargeable or not, however the charges reflect in your vodafone bill/balance gets deducted (Subject to your segment –prepaid/postpaid) as we are your service provider giving you internet services.

                                Further, if you wish to know about visited website links that you have surfed you can go through your handset browser (History option) since this is your private information cannot keep a track of this history.

                                Daywe would also like to inform you that as per the information above there is no option for pop up screen for credit or debit card by asking credentials (Id & password) since vodafone is not charging any amount on it’s own.

                                As per the process we would not able to restrict the use of any third party application in the website as they are directly linked to the internet once the website is opened on the handset pop up advertisements that are in the website (By default) appear on the screen. Hence, further request you to kindly ignore such pop ups in order to avoid any download charges in future.

                                Please note that any additional downloads (Like games/song/wallpapers etc.) will be charged as per the product details mentioned along with the data charges. E. G. If a wallpaper cost is mentioned as rs.10, you will be charged rs.10 along with data charges depending on the download size of the wallpaper.

                                If the vodafone tv is third party, and there is no such pop up for subscribing the vas and rates. Could you show me any example of that services catalogue and rates. Further for stopping such services, what you think that customers are meant for massaging to stop these services. When customer is giving you consent in writing that he doesn't want any activation of such type of vas, why you are not able to block these services since last three month.
                                If you have no control on the vas activation, customer have only option to move another service provider.

                                Its not a matter of money but you are charging it unprofessionaly. The practice of business is not ethical ans harassment to the customer. After several time complaint i git yesteday two massages from vodafone center of activation two vas. Why you are activating such services without any confirmation from customer. It clearly shows thats you are looting the customers in the name of vas.
                                If you had not corrected my bill, i have only way to switch service proider and take this matter to social media and consumer court.

                                I had never used such type of vas shown in present and last month bill. At the time of last month bill i had already submitted my objection to customer care executive and he assured me that it will not happen again future and charges reversed, but i got again sms for such type of services activated on my number and again i complaint (No.[protected] to customer care executive and she assured me that all the services are blacklisted and at last i got a bill with the vas amounting 1549 and called customer care he assured me to correct and send revised bill within next two days.
                                And i had recd. The bill amounting adding vas of 235 rs.
                                From this i understand that you are not a company to with ethical practices. Costumer is harassed in the name of vas. Every time customer waste time more than a hour to talk your representative, and the problem remains the same.
                                First of all i want to know what confirmation you are taking at the time of download of such value added service, please provide the details for the same. I clearly object such practice and never ever downloaded such services, and never want to down load the same.

                                So please correct the bill and send, i can make payment on due date.
                                Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  My post paid no is [protected], due to some medical urgency not able to pay the due amount, on dated 27th dec -17 got call from representative of vodafone asked for payment for the due bill, which i paid on 27th dec-17 only but after repetitive consult from customer care serviced not restored yet.
                                  Need help!

                                    I bought my jio wifi module a couple of weeks after jio's wifi company released their first modules in india. The very next day, i visited the vodafone mobile office in alappuzha/alleppey and informed them that i would not be using their mobile internet services anymore since i bought jio and requested them to cut my internet data services. They promised they would do so and i left. However, the very next month, i recieved my vodafone bil lwhich showed that vodafone was still chargin me for internet usage. I or my wife visited the vodafone office and again told them that we do not need internet usage. They promised that they would cut the package i was using, and i did not see the vodafone internet data signal on my mobile tab again, but the bills continued to remain the same. I am a very busy person and continued to send my wife to the alleppey office repeatedly but to no avail. About a month back i suddenly recieved the vodafone internet signal on my tab and went to the vodafone office in alleppey again. They checked and said that my original pack is still in use. I asked them why they kept it going for a year when we repeatedly asked them to cease internet data on my bills. They had and still have no satisfactory answer. Finally, the owner or manager of the store intervened and got me a paltry refund of rs.1500/-. I believe this is cheating - pure and simple. They should refund me from the first month that i requested for the internet data to be stopped. My monthly bills over the last 1 year is averaging over 1600/- rs. When it should have been less than rs.500/-

                                    I believe the employees were deliberatedly ignoring my request out of malice. Please take strong action against the office representatives on this matter and refund me for the huge amount that the vodafone office cheated me out of.
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      On what basis my phone no has been disconnected, as per the process my outgoing should have been bared rather disconnecting both incoming and outgoing connection.Till yesterday night i was able to call..then suddenly today morning this disconnected.
