For the past few days I'm not able to send any message to any no.First They blocked me from sending Message To 1900.they won't let me port and they are not answering any calls on 198 whenever I press to talk to customer executive they send me back to main menu.They are not letting me port out to other company also not attending any calls from me.

    Dear sir,
    This is nishant, a vodafone customer for long time. Last 3 weeks i am facing network issue at and around my home. I have lodged complaint but they just closed it in 1 week without even resolving. Now last 3 weeks i am not able to talk to anyone when at home. All calls are not heard or goes completely blank. They rejected my porting request for due amount that i have to pay in jan2018. Please guide me. Last 3 weeks i am totally disconnected with my family and friends. Because at home no signals to talk to any one. Also for important calls i have to walk 200 mtrs and receive the call. They are harassing me in every possible way.
    Looking for help.

      Hello, my name vaibhav, my vodafone mobile no. Is [protected] and i want to complain about my recent 5 rs cut. I only call or use internet, i dont use vas or anything else, automatically after few days i see my balance is cut everytime some new reason, i m tired of this seriously, today again i checked my balance, i saw it was deducted from 9 to 4 rs, when i checked, it show that ur last deduction was because of"chrg-rozgar-altruist"
      Seriously, i m a new customer to vodafone, and u treat ur new customer like this.
      Pls look into it.

        Kindly deactivate my mpesa account, am not using the account for any transactions, i received a message which says if you don't use it further you have to face a penalty of rs.50 per month, i don't want to use any such service, just deactivate or i have to forcefully stop using vodafone.
        Please tell your team to close it as soon as possible, as it's no use for me and am not going to pay any charges on behalf of it.

          Hi my number [protected] has been blocked for tele calling wrongfully. I have visited the gallery numerous times as well as spoken with customer care executives to no avail. They have checked my call history, no unsolicited calls have been made, yet my number continues to remain blocked. Please unblock as soon as possible. This is very unprofessional.

            Vodafone deducted my 50 rs from my account. Only 4 to 5 calls were made to local numbers that too for less than 50 secs. Still they deduct the entire 50 rs balance. Need my money in 24 hours or else i will write to ceo and raise it to trai. Cheaters.
            Also, i tried calling vodafone customer care but they have blocked my no since beginning of december hence i am unable to call them.
            Please take necessary action against the agent and refund my money.

              Was contacted by vodafone representative and explained about a plan which was looking better than previous service provider at cost of 399, where i was suppose to get :
              Unlimited calling
              Sms 100/day
              20gb of internet
              Calling and sms in roaming free

              Now i am surprised to see the plan which is totally different and no support received yet on this

                I am a vodafone customer from a very long time. I shifted to kerala a year back, since then i am not doing much calls from this sim, but have kept the sim to receive important calls. For one week the sim was switched off and i again put it back to use. But, now i get a message stating "calls are not allowed, contact customer care". I tried calling customer care to inform this, but the call doesnt go to customer care either. I need my number activated as this is the number i give out everywhere. I would request vodafone to take this in a serious manner as i need my number back at any circumstance.

                Dear All, I have done reacharge of 30/- to my Vodafone from Tapzo app mob no is [protected] but Amount is charged from my account but reacharge is not done my No [protected] to reach me.

                  On 27th december 2017, i visited koparkhairane store of vodafone for postpaid to prepaid conversion of my number.
                  I have been told to pay my bill amount + 10 rs (Sim charge) + 74 (Frp).
                  Bill amount was paid card and other charges collected in cash.
                  After my prepaid sim activated, there is no balance on the number.
                  @vodafineindia kindly intervene.

                    Hi.. My number is [protected] .. on 16 dec 2017 I ported my number.. we have take 349 corporate plan. Vodaphone Representative told that we will get 25 GB 4G data.. but got only 1 GB ??
                    I have complained many times but then not taken any action. Even Vodafone Nodal team didn't given a single reply on this issue..

                      I went to indiranagar, hyderabad, vodafone center on 15th december for postpaid to prepaid convertion. Their server was down so they told me to come after a week. I went next week, so the staff member who does this convertion was on leave. I was told to come next day. The big thing is, out of atleast 5-6 staffs, no one could help me saying that only one particular person can do this. No one in there felt responsible to atleast listen to my issue. I went next day, that staff was still on leave. I went on 28th dec 2017, luckily that particular staff was there. After listening to my issue and telling me all other plan for postpaid, i was told that this cannot happen this month. Please come in between 1st and 6th of the next month. I told that i want to terminate my connection. Again i was told the same thing that please come next month. And that too in between 2nd and 6th jan 2018. Worst of all, i cannot do all these online.

                      I told fine and asked, how much extra charge you will take? They told that they will charge for 5 extra days after the day i opt for terminating the service. Basically, they are going to take one months charge from my pocket and i will be unable to do anything, since i want to get rid of them.

                      I've been trying to do something so that i could save some money and they are forcing me to pay extra money and extra time even if i could not see a single fault in my actions. They are mentally torturing me through their actions. Please help.

                      Torture continued by them. As suggested previously by the staff of Vodafone center, Indiranagar, Hyderabad, I visited them again to give them a last chance but they crossed the limit. Again, the same issue. I went there on 3rd Jan 2018, and again that particular lady was not there. So, the guard told to visit the next day. I asked if I could talk to anyone. Thank god, atleast they had someone to listen to me. But that staff too was not of much help. I asked about the manager of that store. I was surprised to know that the lady who was not there was the manager and without her, nothing happens. I scolded the staff making him aware of my problems.

                      What he replied was even more frustrating. He said that, ok, they will take the form and will convert my number to prepaid. I asked him, if they can do it now, then why didn't they did it last month itself. I would have saved atleast a month's rental charge.

                      They are forcing me to pay even though they could help us save the money. They are looting my money and showing it as total legal. I need some serious help with this issue please.

                      Also, I asked, if I didnt pay the money, what will happen? They replied that I will get legal notice and they might place some charges on me. My question is, if they can do it, why I cannot give them legal notice for torturing me and for forcing me to pay the money I wanted to save?

                      In continuation of the torture I am going through, I filled the form to cancel my connection. They took the form. After 2 days, i.e. on 5th, I got call from Begumpet, Hyderabad head office. I told them my issue and the bad service of Indiranagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad branch. He apologized for this and proposed to me an offer that they will send the staff to my place and will get my sim converted from postpaid to prepaid. Again I told them that if this is also possible, then why are they not doing it at the first place. He had no answer.

                      I made a mistake that I agreed to this and I cancelled my requested for disconnection. He told that they will send someone within 4 days. Its been 10days and no one appeared. In between I got call from Vodafone, Chennai Head office. They told that they will take care of this but again I am noy getting any information about my request to convert from postpaid to prepaid.

                      My bill again came. This is now the 2nd month I am going to pay bill even though I am not using it. I am totally helpless. They are neither converting my sim from postpaid to prepaid nor letting me disconnect my connection by making false promises. They are acting like white-collar fraud. Now, they are crossing the limit. Can I file case against them? I want to fight them now, someone please guide me.

                        It was bad experience with vodafone. I thing want to convert the vodafone to other company no.

                        I'm not satisfied to talk with vodafone customer care girl name was mamta call at 4:59 pm on 28 dec 2017. She talk with rude & bad attitude, specially when i want details of my problem, she not satisfied me and told "please disconnect the line" without handling the matter. And not providing the full information she disconnect the phone. Wht is this??? Then again i called cust care and describe all matter that happened they also not response me and talk like village boy misbehave talking then i think this was wrong no. So i told them pls transfer the call to your senior officer but they refuse and rude behaiour again and disconnect the phone. I think i change the vodafone no to other connection airtel etc. If you not satisfied me. It's too bad for all matters as network as helping method as customer care officers. I also advise to all for not in use this network. Specially vodafone customer care too bad behavior (Today 4:59p. M to 5:15p. M

                        There is a charge of 7 SMS special charge 3 rupess per SMS for my number migrated recently to Vodafone .
                        This was not communicated to me.
                        What is Special SMS ? I was told unlimited SMS for this number .
                        Requesting you to revert back the billing amount .

Where in this is my old number I have alot of bank details are attached with it . I called many a time vodafone people not able to reach them.                             I have ported my mobile from vodafone to airtel, immediate day vodafone intentionally deducted 579 amount from my credit card (Even the autopay date not reached). I am keep on calling to customer care and sending mail for reverting money, they are not responding.

                            Even i went to kukatpally vodafone store, they told the amount will revert automatically within 48 hours, but till now money is not refunded.
                            Note: after porting to other network, vodafone people intentionally deducting money, because there is no option to update our address and details.

                            Total is fraud

                              I have a vodafone telephone since more than a decade and an m-pesa account with rs 236 credit in my account.
                              When i opened the account, they said there is no charge. I did not use my account for many months as i changed my handset. I suddenly received an sms that they have debitted rs 59 from my account. This happened on 31st july 2017. Again they debitted rs 59 from my account on 30th nov 2017. When i called them and insisted that this be reversed, they did so. However, the earlier rs 59 is still not reversed.
                              I called them on 22nd dec 2017 on 55400 and spoke to one mr shubham to close my m-pesa account and transfer the balance to my vodafone telephone number against pending bill.. After asking for my personal details, he asked me for last transaction which i said was rs 59/-. He refused to accept this. He also refused to allow me to speak to his supervisor.
                              I really do not understand how they can forcibly deduct rs 59 and also not allow me to close the account? Their website faq also does not state how to close the m-pesa account.

                                I had disconnected my number by the last week of june 2017 after paying all my dues and my number was disconnected the very next day. I didn't receive any bills for july but suddenly after a few months they sent a bill asking me to pay for a service that was discontinued. I also received a mail regarding confirmation of the disconnection. I cannot call the customer and talk since i am not in the country and repeated mails to them are going unnoticed. Now they have sent a legal notice.

                                    I'm not satisfied to talk vodafone executive officer
                                    Kjuly k jk his rude & helpless attitude, specially when i want to register my cmpln (For networking prob), when i talking no response from there, at last officer said "if finish to tell your prob please disconnect the line"- wht is this??? It's too bad for all matters as network as helping method as customer care officers. I also advise to all for not in use this network.                                       In my aug 2017, bill received on sept 2017, special number bill 51717 rs.1260/- for 90:10 minute :second, i am surprised when my credit limit is rs.500/ and bill is more then rs.1300+ my number is suspended by them on 15.08.2017 but when they wanted they started they wanted they suspended ask them to provide detail of suspension. Also, they were raised net charges bill in march 2017 this without installing sim in hand set, it's seems that their billing system is manual manipulated by them.

                                      They called but not reply properly of email query, also while our call engaged they never call again and reply that they were unable to contact us. They never provide proof for special no 51717 call detail in voice mail as we never call, multiple complain against this vas number
