It was bad experience with vodafone. I thing want to convert the vodafone to other company no.

I'm not satisfied to talk with vodafone customer care girl name was mamta call at 4:59 pm on 28 dec 2017. She talk with rude & bad attitude, specially when i want details of my problem, she not satisfied me and told "please disconnect the line" without handling the matter. And not providing the full information she disconnect the phone. Wht is this??? Then again i called cust care and describe all matter that happened they also not response me and talk like village boy misbehave talking then i think this was wrong no. So i told them pls transfer the call to your senior officer but they refuse and rude behaiour again and disconnect the phone. I think i change the vodafone no to other connection airtel etc. If you not satisfied me. It's too bad for all matters as network as helping method as customer care officers. I also advise to all for not in use this network. Specially vodafone customer care too bad behavior (Today 4:59p. M to 5:15p. M

There is a charge of 7 SMS special charge 3 rupess per SMS for my number migrated recently to Vodafone .
This was not communicated to me.
What is Special SMS ? I was told unlimited SMS for this number .
Requesting you to revert back the billing amount .

      I have ported my mobile from vodafone to airtel, immediate day vodafone intentionally deducted 579 amount from my credit card (Even the autopay date not reached). I am keep on calling to customer care and sending mail for reverting money, they are not responding.

      Even i went to kukatpally vodafone store, they told the amount will revert automatically within 48 hours, but till now money is not refunded.
      Note: after porting to other network, vodafone people intentionally deducting money, because there is no option to update our address and details.

      We are from Gotri area vadodara here from few weeks the data network not working properly even the 2g network for 4g recharge if the problem not solved in few days we will switch to another network .as we are using the vodafone from last 5-6 years .so solve the problem

        I have a vodafone telephone since more than a decade and an m-pesa account with rs 236 credit in my account.
        When i opened the account, they said there is no charge. I did not use my account for many months as i changed my handset. I suddenly received an sms that they have debitted rs 59 from my account. This happened on 31st july 2017. Again they debitted rs 59 from my account on 30th nov 2017. When i called them and insisted that this be reversed, they did so. However, the earlier rs 59 is still not reversed.
        I called them on 22nd dec 2017 on 55400 and spoke to one mr shubham to close my m-pesa account and transfer the balance to my vodafone telephone number against pending bill.. After asking for my personal details, he asked me for last transaction which i said was rs 59/-. He refused to accept this. He also refused to allow me to speak to his supervisor.
        I really do not understand how they can forcibly deduct rs 59 and also not allow me to close the account? Their website faq also does not state how to close the m-pesa account.

          I had disconnected my number by the last week of june 2017 after paying all my dues and my number was disconnected the very next day. I didn't receive any bills for july but suddenly after a few months they sent a bill asking me to pay for a service that was discontinued. I also received a mail regarding confirmation of the disconnection. I cannot call the customer and talk since i am not in the country and repeated mails to them are going unnoticed. Now they have sent a legal notice.

              Kjuly k jk his rude & helpless attitude, specially when i want to register my cmpln (For networking prob), when i talking no response from there, at last officer said "if finish to tell your prob please disconnect the line"- wht is this???                 In my aug 2017, bill received on sept 2017, special number bill 51717 rs.1260/- for 90:10 minute :second, i am surprised when my credit limit is rs.500/ and bill is more then rs.1300+ my number is suspended by them on 15.08.2017 but when they wanted they started they wanted they suspended ask them to provide detail of suspension. Also, they were raised net charges bill in march 2017 this without installing sim in hand set, it's seems that their billing system is manual manipulated by them.

                They called but not reply properly of email query, also while our call engaged they never call again and reply that they were unable to contact us. They never provide proof for special no 51717 call detail in voice mail as we never call, multiple complain against this vas number

                I am with Vodaphone from last 4years,
                Some one outside have kept my no in their call forwarding list and i am getting many calls .
                I am unable to manage this. i Called in Customer service and they said they cannot help.

                When the Service provider it self saying that he cannot help .Who can help me here.

                  As stated in the subject, my prepaid balance has been deducted by Rs. 90 for subscription to something called WWE ZONE PACK. I have not subscribed to any such service. The message received for this is as below:

                    I had a Vodafone connection ([protected]) which I used for more than 3 years. I had asked for a plan change from 99 to 499 which was not done resulting in a bill amount of 2500 approx. I had registered a complain and even after repeated follow up I never got a response as a result of which I disconnected the number. My request for disconnection again has not been taken and now I am being g asked to pay. For what reason I have no clue. On top of that the agents you gave hired to call for recovery behave like goons. Leena is the agent who called me today. Do you not even give basic etiquette training to your employees on how to speak to customers? They keep calling and disturbing. One I gave no pays dues because I had asked twice one fir plan change and other fir disconnection which your call center did not take properly. Secondly for your mistake you dare to send me a legal notice while I gave been the victim of your companies failure to address issue. I have been a Vodafone customer from the time it was hutch and I had to change because of the pathetic customer service you guys have. My mental peace is disturbed by your customer care employees who have no mannerism at all.

                      I was using vodafone services from last march 2017. But every month the bill of it has come around 800 something whenever my plan was only 499 and monthly bill should be come around 560. This process was going on continuously from last some months. When my last month's bill came to be of 1400 then i call customer care to correct the bill but at that time i didn’t get any response. I called in october last. After that we had to go my home town for a month. Between this time periods, we didn’t any call from vodafone no, because in november my incoming services had been closed. And at that time i was not getting any call from customer care. I did not use the number in november and december. Now they are calling me continuously for paying bill and asked to correct the bill after 2 months. I’m not happy with vodafone service. Why do they call when they do not listen to us?

                        Iam not satisfy with your internet network
                        Coverage n data packs, there is no coverage or vodafone 3g or 4g at my hospital area, hence, i thought to move to jio, i submitted port request from [protected] vodafone to jio on 30 november after 8 days when jio sim wasn't activated i call jio care, and they told me that my request is rejected by vodafone, then i have submitted mnp request again on december and again it was rejected, even its a prepaid sim and i have no due, and 90 days also completed why are you keep rejecting my request, now i have started
                        To send sms to 1900 for porting again
                        But, iam not able to send only for 1900"message could not sent" is showing... Tried many times
                        By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                        1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... But monthly iam recharging

                        2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                        3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result

                        Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to speak

Now im willing to change from postpaid to prepaid so recently on dec 12 2017 i visited vodafone office which is at anantapur, cleared all my payment also paid extra rs:140 & asked branch officer to change my plan. He replied that he is going to finish this work within a week. But now it has been 15 days&he is such a negligible person still i didn't get any response from him. So kindly take quick action on this as soon as possible.

                            Hi i came to us after recharging 5791 international roaming pack and when i reached hear the roaming was not working, so i followed the proper escalation process with calling customer care and taking up with the lead there and then finally i escalated the issue with nodal officer chennai before one week back. As per the advise i have waited for one more week thinking someone is working at backend and will reach me as mentioned in the email. But no one called or even updated me on the status of the issue till date.

                            Need to understand nowadays there are so many application like banking, security apps are tied with the cell number without that how can we run the work or personal life

                              I have received call from the vodafone number [protected] and the person has said that she is calling from shine.com. After that 19000 were extracted from my bank account and the caller is unavailable now. Please resolve at the earliest. The date of this theft was 20th december ie last wednesday. The person on the phone said that a refund of 34000 is being processed. However, i was manipuated into paytm app which i had ever used before. After that an amount of 19000 was debited from my hdfc bank account. I have tried to trace the vodaphone number and this number is from east up. I have been trying to raise an fir but till now i have not been able to raise one due to one reason or the other. Please do something to prevent such theft taking place again.

                                My mobile got lost, i tried to block the sim however the vodafone customer care team informed that the owner os this sim is changed. How can company do like this.

                                  Kindly deactivate my mpesa account, am not using the account for any transactions, today i received a message which says if you don't use it further you have to face a penalty of rs.50 per month, i don't want to use any such service, just deactivate or i have to forcefully stop using vodafone.
                                  Please tell your team to close it as soon as possible, as it's no use for me and am not going to pay any charges on behalf of it.

[protected] which i converted into prepaid before approx 6 month from vodaphone store via application & i paid all bill & fee which required & told by store, after my application approx after 15 days the post paid service discontinue & prepaid service starts due to late service given by vodaphone bill of post paid connection of remaining days charged to me & after two month my service deactivated by vodaphone. I contact vodaphone store & i paid the bill which are not related to my usage & my service starts, after four month again sms of vodaphone received regarding bill pending & my service again deactivated by vodaphone. From that i learn that even after i am your valuable & regular customer of two vodaphone postpaid connection, i realise that the service of vodaphone is third class. I[censored] are able to solve my complaint then do it otherwise
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
