I had a Vodafone connection ([protected]) which I used for more than 3 years. I had asked for a plan change from 99 to 499 which was not done resulting in a bill amount of 2500 approx. I had registered a complain and even after repeated follow up I never got a response as a result of which I disconnected the number. My request for disconnection again has not been taken and now I am being g asked to pay. For what reason I have no clue. On top of that the agents you gave hired to call for recovery behave like goons. Leena is the agent who called me today. Do you not even give basic etiquette training to your employees on how to speak to customers? They keep calling and disturbing. One I gave no pays dues because I had asked twice one fir plan change and other fir disconnection which your call center did not take properly. Secondly for your mistake you dare to send me a legal notice while I gave been the victim of your companies failure to address issue. I have been a Vodafone customer from the time it was hutch and I had to change because of the pathetic customer service you guys have. My mental peace is disturbed by your customer care employees who have no mannerism at all.

    I was using vodafone services from last march 2017. But every month the bill of it has come around 800 something whenever my plan was only 499 and monthly bill should be come around 560. This process was going on continuously from last some months. When my last month's bill came to be of 1400 then i call customer care to correct the bill but at that time i didn’t get any response. I called in october last. After that we had to go my home town for a month. Between this time periods, we didn’t any call from vodafone no, because in november my incoming services had been closed. And at that time i was not getting any call from customer care. I did not use the number in november and december. Now they are calling me continuously for paying bill and asked to correct the bill after 2 months. I’m not happy with vodafone service. Why do they call when they do not listen to us?

    One o[censored]r executive has shared the pictures of my calls history to my wife and she is blackmailing me. This is the 3rd time that it's been done. I have the images wid me.i am going to file a case against you guys in next 24 hours. This is seriously a threat to our personal information.

      Dear sir,
      Iam not satisfy with your internet network
      Coverage n data packs, there is no coverage or vodafone 3g or 4g at my hospital area, hence, i thought to move to jio, i submitted port request from [protected] vodafone to jio on 30 november after 8 days when jio sim wasn't activated i call jio care, and they told me that my request is rejected by vodafone, then i have submitted mnp request again on december and again it was rejected, even its a prepaid sim and i have no due, and 90 days also completed why are you keep rejecting my request, now i have started
      To send sms to 1900 for porting again
      But, iam not able to send only for 1900"message could not sent" is showing... Tried many times
      By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

      1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... But monthly iam recharging
      My mobile not less than
      2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
      3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result

      Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to speak
      Plz help me my vodafone number is [protected]

      Vodafone officials should look into this matter. Coz it is a total scam.
      You think i'm i fool... Always you people's are making me feel like i am a fool.. I need entire bill of november month...

        Sir, i'm the customer of vodafone service using postpaid plan. Now im willing to change from postpaid to prepaid so recently on dec 12 2017 i visited vodafone office which is at anantapur, cleared all my payment also paid extra rs:140 & asked branch officer to change my plan. He replied that he is going to finish this work within a week. But now it has been 15 days&he is such a negligible person still i didn't get any response from him. So kindly take quick action on this as soon as possible.

          Hi i came to us after recharging 5791 international roaming pack and when i reached hear the roaming was not working, so i followed the proper escalation process with calling customer care and taking up with the lead there and then finally i escalated the issue with nodal officer chennai before one week back. As per the advise i have waited for one more week thinking someone is working at backend and will reach me as mentioned in the email. But no one called or even updated me on the status of the issue till date.

          Need to understand nowadays there are so many application like banking, security apps are tied with the cell number without that how can we run the work or personal life

            I have received call from the vodafone number [protected] and the person has said that she is calling from shine.com. After that 19000 were extracted from my bank account and the caller is unavailable now. Please resolve at the earliest. The date of this theft was 20th december ie last wednesday. The person on the phone said that a refund of 34000 is being processed. However, i was manipuated into paytm app which i had ever used before. After that an amount of 19000 was debited from my hdfc bank account. I have tried to trace the vodaphone number and this number is from east up. I have been trying to raise an fir but till now i have not been able to raise one due to one reason or the other. Please do something to prevent such theft taking place again.

              [protected]- sim taken in rajasthan by khimsar proof from vodafone however, currently the sim is available at mumbai that too owner name is changed.

              My mobile got lost, i tried to block the sim however the vodafone customer care team informed that the owner os this sim is changed. How can company do like this.
              What is the use of providing our documents??

                Kindly deactivate my mpesa account, am not using the account for any transactions, today i received a message which says if you don't use it further you have to face a penalty of rs.50 per month, i don't want to use any such service, just deactivate or i have to forcefully stop using vodafone.
                Please tell your team to close it as soon as possible, as it's no use for me and am not going to pay any charges on behalf of it.

                      Dear sir, i have post paid connection of no. [protected] which i converted into prepaid before approx 6 month from vodaphone store via application & i paid all bill & fee which required & told by store, after my application approx after 15 days the post paid service discontinue & prepaid service starts due to late service given by vodaphone bill of post paid connection of remaining days charged to me & after two month my service deactivated by vodaphone. I contact vodaphone store & i paid the bill which are not related to my usage & my service starts, after four month again sms of vodaphone received regarding bill pending & my service again deactivated by vodaphone. From that i learn that even after i am your valuable & regular customer of two vodaphone postpaid connection, i realise that the service of vodaphone is third class. I[censored] are able to solve my complaint then do it otherwise

                        This is to bring to light the tricky business traps of vodafone.I have been using vodafone postpaid for years an on and off been subject to sudden high usage bills on sudden months.
                        I have been tolerant enough to pay the bills as also the number had other conveniences like calling other in the network for free, certain amount of internet downloads free(supposedly) etc.
                        This was until I realised one month when they charged me a sudden hefty Rs5463.95 for internet usage.MY earlier high usages usually got unto rs.700 and if that is what the pattern was and if by rules the download is till 10 GB,
                        Norammly it was capping of 500 Mb. post cross this unlimited with 2G speed. so I could not understand how they charge 900 MB @4G speed.
                        vodafone should have stopped the connection at and after 500 mb usage or at least by business ethics and principles send me a warning.
                        If not so, at least the billing credit amount should not have exceeded rs 1000 and i should have been restricted usage unless the credit amount to my internet billing account has been paid.
                        it is only at the end of month that i suddenly get a bill of Rs5463.95 which is a mere unethical business trick to fool customers and trap them in.
                        I am subject to the cheapness of a supposedly multi millionaire combat...wonder if this is how they make money...if they get away with on...
                        they'll get away with this again and again.And the sufferers will be the innocent poor victimised customers who to avoid their harassment succumbs
                        to such unethical and intentional cheap business tricks of these companies.Cont no [protected]

                          I'm in nigeria for last 6 months and cannot operate my vodafone india prepaid number for some time now. Imcoming messages were coming so far.

                          On 25/12/2017, i got message that if i did not call from the number or send sms, my number would be blocked.

                          I did a online rechage of 350/- inr and internation roaming 673/-inr recharge.
                          I'm still not able to do the sms or the outgoing call.
                          I need help to keep my vodafone mumbai mobile active.

                            I have been requesting for porting my number from mumbai circle to kerela circle since a week as i have moved to kerela. I want to link my aadhar with mobile number but i am not able to do it because i am still in vodafone mumbai circle. I was suggested to send the port request via message which keeps on failing, so i visited the vodafone store and got to know that i need to activate roaming. Even after activating roaming, i was not able to send the port message and now vodafone guys are suggesting me to go back to mumbai and send port request since i am on roaming in kerela.

                            I have my number linked to my bank accounts, email accounts and many other places.

                            I am not receiving any help from vodafone on this matter so far and i am really disappointed with their service.

                            When i call on their customer care numbers (198 and 199), they disconnect the call as soon as they get to know it is about porting.

                            They are not working according to their tag line - happy to help

                              I've been facing this problem since a long time. They are deducting my balance without proper reason. I faced this problem in two sim cards. This problem is continuing so many times. And they are not connecting my call to customer service representative.
                              Balance deduction was ₹49/-, again ₹10/- and ₹10/-..Refunded 2 times but not 3rd time.
                              Please view it seriously and i want immediate response for this mail and even through this mail i'm asking you to refund my whole money. And see that it should not continue... And for your knowledge i waited for more than 24 hours for the refund but didn't get any refund and they are saying that we can't refund after 24 hours. I have unlimited plan still deuctions happens it feels like fraud
                              ... Refund is necessary... And take strict action towards companies policies

                                  I am requested to you to face last 15 day vodaphone contact number which is converted by prepaid to postpaid number [protected] in 7 december.
                                  After that i have face problem because they have stop all services like income and outgoing of that number. After that i have call vodaphone customer care they have not give proper response to me. I am very disappointed to that service of vodaphone.

                                    I am a vodafone customer since 2006.
                                    I walked into to vodafone store (A s rao nagar, hyderabad) to update my aadhar details. I was told that i need to port my number from bangalore to hyderabad to able update aadhar details.

                                    I told the my requirements (International roaming - australia) and my monthly minimum bill that i have been paying since years (~rs 175). I was told that i need to pay rs149, if i port out the number to hyderabad and will be getting new sim.

                                    I thought its a good deal, and got hyderabad sim and requested to make necessary changes (Plan, aadhar and number porting).

                                    After 3-2 days, i got a call saying, i need to pay deposite as i a new vodafone customer. To enable international roaming, to be need to pay extra deposite.in addition, i will be charged rs149 extra every month towards roaming.in total, ~300 (149+ 149) + gst, every month.

                                    I feel cheated.

                                    Requested to port out my number to another provider. Was told that as per rules, i can't leave vodafone for 90 days.

                                    I have asked, if i can go back to my previous plan (Bangalore). Was told, there is no way and i have to wait for 90 days, else i would loose the number.

                                    Not sure, how do i retain my number and get a decent deal.

                                      Sir I m live in harsul tal. trimbakeshwar dist. Nasik. Sir here so many peoples are vodafone costumers but we are getting a problem with the 3G and 4G network and slow speed. Here is no any other 3G 4G network so we are onLy depends on you. Sir plz do something about it. It is so irritating to surfing on a weak network.

[protected] last 2-3 months back in hissar location and there executive ensured me to refund my security money back with in 45 days but till now i have not got my security amount but i am getting bill of every month regularly and they are adding month plan amount and penalty on not submitting of last bills. So i want my security amount back as per their commitment.
